Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种视频播放方法及装置,其中终端设备侧的方法包括:在播放直播视频期间,接收服务器发来的回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点;将所述回看节点信息展示在所述视频的直播页面中;当用户点击所述回看节点信息时,根据所述回看节点信息所包含的时间点生成回看指令;向所述服务器发送所述回看指令,以使所述服务器提供从所述时间点开始的所述视频。在本发明实施例中,终端设备收到并向用户展示回看节点信息之后,用户可以点击其中某个回看节点信息从而向服务器发送回看指令,令服务器提供从该回看节点开始的视频,从而实现了在直播过程中对直播视频的回看,提高了直播视频回看的及时性。

一种视频播放方法及装置
本申请要求于2015年12月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510937841.X、发明名称为“一种视频播放方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种视频播放方法及装置。
背景技术
如今通过电视、手机、平板电脑等终端设备收看视频节目已成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的元素。视频节目通常可以分为直播节目和点播节目。在现有技术中,点播节目可具有回看功能,即用户可以在观看时通过拖动或点击进度条跳回到当前时间之前的某个时间点,回看该节目的精彩内容。
对于直播节目,也会有很多转瞬即逝的精彩画面,然而现有技术中却不能在直播过程中为用户提供回看功能,只能是直播完成后,形成点播的节目形式后才能实现回看,滞后性较大。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本发明实施例提供一种视频播放方法及装置,以解决直播视频无法回看的技术问题。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种视频播放方法,所述方法用于终端设备,所述方法包括:
在播放直播视频期间,接收服务器发来的回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点;
将所述回看节点信息展示在所述视频的直播页面中;
当用户点击所述回看节点信息时,根据所述回看节点信息所包含的时间点生成回看指令;
向所述服务器发送所述回看指令,以使所述服务器提供从所述时间点开始的所述视频。
可选的,所述回看节点信息还包括:所述时间点对应的图片和\或文字描述。
可选的,所述回看指令为统一资源定位符URL,所述URL中的参数包括所述时间点。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
根据所述用户的操作分享所述URL。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种视频播放方法,所述方法用于服务器,所述方法包括:

在本发明实施例中,对于正在直播的视频,服务器可以为其生成(例如可以根据规则自动生成或由工作人员通过操作生成)回看节点信息,然后推送给各个终端设备,终端设备收到并向用户展示回看节点信息之后,用户可以点击其中某个回看节点信息从而向服务器发送回看指令,令服务器提供从该回看节点开始的视频,从而实现了在直播过程中对直播视频的回看,提高了直播视频回看的及时性。

步骤S101,在播放直播视频期间,接收服务器发来的回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点。
例如,在节目直播期间,工作人员可以对节目精彩节点的时间进行记录,编辑生成回看节点信息,上传给服务器,以使服务器发送给正在观看该直播视频的众多终端设备。服务器也可以根据一些预设规则自动确定哪些时间点属于精彩节 点,从而自动生成回看节点信息。
步骤S102,将所述回看节点信息展示在所述视频的直播页面中。
作为示例可参见图2所示,在图2中,201为手机上的视频直播窗口,而手机收到的多条回看节点信息则展示在窗口201的右边,其中202即为一条回看节点信息。
步骤S103,当用户点击所述回看节点信息时,根据所述回看节点信息所包含的时间点生成回看指令。
作为示例,所生成的回看指令可以是一个URL(Uniform Resoure Locator,统一资源定位符),该URL中的参数包括所述时间点。
步骤S104,向所述服务器发送所述回看指令,以使所述服务器提供从所述时间点开始的所述视频。
例如用户点击了其中一个回看节点信息,手机打开对应的URL,就相当于向服务器发送了回看指令。服务器便可在该URL对应的页面中为该手机提供从所述时间点开始的直播视频流。
作为示例可参见图3所示,用户点击了图2中的某个回看节点信息后,便可跳转至图3所示的回看页面。
在本实施例或本发明其他某些实施例中,所述回看节点信息还可以包括:所述时间点对应的图片和\或文字描述。
作为示例可参见图4所示,在图4中,用户点击一个回看节点信息“精彩看点”后,可以看到展开的图文信息,了解该精彩看点的介绍。

各终端设备收到回看节点信息之后,便可展示给用户,以供用户选择。
步骤S603,接收第一终端设备发来的回看指令,所述回看指令包括第一时间点,所述第一时间点为所述第一终端设备要回看的时间点。
用户可以点击回看节点信息,从而生成并向服务器发送回看指令。
作为示例,回看指令可以为统一资源定位符URL,该URL中的参数包括所述第一时间点。
需要指出的是,第一终端设备可以是前述的“各终端设备”中的一员,也可以不是,这是因为在一些场景下,终端设备之间可以相互分享所收到的回看节点信息,所以即使第一终端设备没有收到服务器推送的回看节点信息,也可能从其他终端那里收到回看节点信息。
步骤S604,根据所述回看指令为所述第一终端设备提供从所述第一时间点开始的所述视频。
作为示例,参见图7所示,所述根据所述回看指令为所述第一终端设备提供从所述第一时间点开始的所述视频,可以包括:

图12是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于视频播放的装置的框图。该装置即图中所示的装置1200,该装置1200例如可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图12,装置1200可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1202,存储器1204,电源组件1206,多媒体组件1208,音频组件1210,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1212,传感器组件1214,以及通信组件1216。
处理组件1202通常控制装置1200的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1202可以包括一个或多个处理器1220来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1202可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1202和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1202可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1208和处理组件1202之间的交互。
存储器1204被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备1200的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1200上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1204可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可 编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1206为装置1200的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1206可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1200生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1208包括在所述装置1200和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1208包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1200处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1210被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1210包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1200处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1204或经由通信组件1216发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1210还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

传感器组件1214包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1200提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1214可以检测到设备1200的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1200的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1214还可以检测装置1200或装置1200一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1200接触的存在或不存在,装置1200方位或加速/减速和装置1200的温度变化。传感器组件1214可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1214还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1214还可以包括加速 度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1216被配置为便于装置1200和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1200可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1216经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1216还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1200可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行终端侧的上述方法。
图13是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于视频播放的装置的框图。例如,该装置1300可以被提供为一服务器。
参照图13,装置1300包括处理组件1322,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1332所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件1322的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1332中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1322被配置为执行指令,以执行上述服务器侧的方法。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种视频播放方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于终端设备,所述方法包括:
    在播放直播视频期间,接收服务器发来的回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点;
    将所述回看节点信息展示在所述视频的直播页面中;
    当用户点击所述回看节点信息时,根据所述回看节点信息所包含的时间点生成回看指令;
    向所述服务器发送所述回看指令,以使所述服务器提供从所述时间点开始的所述视频。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述回看节点信息还包括:所述时间点对应的图片和\或文字描述。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述回看指令为统一资源定位符URL,所述URL中的参数包括所述时间点。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述用户的操作分享所述URL。
  5. 一种视频播放方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    为当前直播视频生成回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点;
    将所述回看节点信息推送给正在播放所述视频的各终端设备;
    接收第一终端设备发来的回看指令,所述回看指令包括第一时间点,所述第一时间点为所述第一终端设备要回看的时间点;
    根据所述回看指令为所述第一终端设备提供从所述第一时间点开始的所述视频。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述回看指令 为所述第一终端设备提供从所述第一时间点开始的所述视频,包括:
    根据所述第一时间点计算得到直播时移参数;
    调用所述视频的直播流接口,并传递所述时移参数;
    将所述直播流接口返回的直播流推送给所述第一终端设备。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述回看节点信息还包括:所述时间点对应的图片和\或文字描述。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述回看指令为统一资源定位符URL,所述URL中的参数包括所述第一时间点。
  9. 一种视频播放装置,其特征在于,所述装置用于终端设备,所述装置包括:
    信息接收模块,用于在播放直播视频期间,接收服务器发来的回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点;
    信息展示模块,用于将所述回看节点信息展示在所述视频的直播页面中;
    回看指令生成模块,用于当用户点击所述回看节点信息时,根据所述回看节点信息所包含的时间点生成回看指令;
    回看指令发送模块,用于向所述服务器发送所述回看指令,以使所述服务器提供从所述时间点开始的所述视频。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述回看节点信息还包括:所述时间点对应的图片和\或文字描述。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述回看指令为统一资源定位符URL,所述URL中的参数包括所述时间点。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    分享模块,用于根据所述用户的操作分享所述URL。
  13. 一种视频播放装置,其特征在于,所述装置用于服务器,所述装置 包括:
    信息生成模块,用于为当前直播视频生成回看节点信息,所述回看节点信息包括所述视频可回看的时间点;
    信息发送模块,用于将所述回看节点信息推送给正在播放所述视频的各终端设备;
    回看指令接收模块,用于接收第一终端设备发来的回看指令,所述回看指令包括第一时间点,所述第一时间点为所述第一终端设备要回看的时间点;
    视频提供模块,用于根据所述回看指令为所述第一终端设备提供从所述第一时间点开始的所述视频。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述视频提供模块包括:
    时移参数生成子模块,用于根据所述第一时间点计算得到直播时移参数;
    时移参数传递子模块,用于调用所述视频的直播流接口,并传递所述时移参数;
    视频推送子模块,用于将所述直播流接口返回的直播流推送给所述第一终端设备。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述回看节点信息还包括:所述时间点对应的图片和\或文字描述。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述回看指令为统一资源定位符URL,所述URL中的参数包括所述第一时间点。
  17. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备中设置有根据权利要求9至12任一项所述的装置。
  18. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述终端设备中设置有根据权利要求13至16任一项所述的装置。
