Abstract

本公开是关于一种呼叫转移的方法、装置及终端,属于通信技术领域。所述方法包括:检测是否接收到来电;若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;当来电转移选项被选中后,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。本公开通过检测是否接收到来电,若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面,当来电转移选项被选中后,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。由于用户可以根据实际需求选择是否将来电进行呼叫转移,避免了在某些不适合进行呼叫转移的场合下自动进行呼叫转移,从而使得呼叫转移方式较智能,灵活性较好,呼叫转移的效果较佳。

呼叫转移的方法、装置及终端
本申请基于申请号为201410366029.1、申请日为2014年7月29日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种呼叫转移的方法、装置及终端。
背景技术
随着现在通信技术的发展,越来越多的人使用手机等终端设备进行通讯。为了用户可以在不方便接听来电的时候对接收到的来电进行及时处理,因此,如何在终端设备上进行呼叫转移是提高用户通讯体验的关键。
相关技术中提供了一种呼叫转移的方法,在该方法中,如果预先开启了呼叫转移功能,则当接收到来电后,若满足当前正在占线、或者一段时间内无人接听、或者电话无法接通等呼叫转移条件,均自动将来电进行呼叫转移。
在实现本公开的过程中,发明人发现相关技术至少存在以下问题:
由于若预先开启了呼叫转移功能,当接收到来电后,若满足呼叫转移条件,则自动进行呼叫转移,而用户可能是由于某些原因暂时不能接电话,导致现有的呼叫转移方式不够智能,灵活性较差,呼叫转移的效果不佳。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供了一种呼叫转移的方法及装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供了一种呼叫转移的方法,该方法包括:
检测是否接收到来电;
若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
当所述来电转移选项被选中后,将所述来电转移至所述指定号码对应的终端设备。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备之前,还包括:
显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
获取用户在所述指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备之前,还包括:
显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括一至多个预设号码;
检测用户从所述指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码,并将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,所述显示指定号码获取界面之前,还包括:
获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码;

第一检测模块,用于检测是否接收到来电;
第一显示模块,用于当检测到来电时,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
转移模块,用于当所述来电转移选项被选中后,将所述来电转移至所述指定号码对应的终端设备。
结合第二方面,在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述装置还包括:
第二显示模块,用于显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
第一获取模块,用于获取用户在所述指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
结合第二方面,在第二方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述装置还包括:
第三显示模块,用于显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括一至多个预设号码;
第二检测模块,用于检测用户从所述指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码,并将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
结合第二方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第二方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,所述装置,还包括:
第二获取模块,用于获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码;
所述第三显示模块,用于显示包括所述一至多个预设号码的指定号码获取界面。
结合第二方面的第三种可能的实现方式,在第二方面的第四种可能的实现方式中,所述第二获取模块,用于显示预设号码输入框,获取用户在所述预设号码输入框中输入的预设号码;或者,显示通讯录包括的号码,将用户从所述通讯录包括的号码中选择出的号码作为预设号码。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供了一种呼叫转移的终端,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
检测是否接收到来电;
若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
当所述来电转移选项被选中后,将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过检测到来电后,显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面,当来电转移选项被选中后,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。由于用户可以根据实际需求选择是否将来电进行呼叫转移,避免了在某些不适合进行呼叫转移的场合下自动进行呼叫转移,从而使得呼叫转移方式较智能,灵活性较好,呼叫转移的效果较佳。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种呼叫转移的方法的流程图,该呼叫转移的方法应用于可接听来电的终端。如图1所示,该呼叫转移的方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤101中,检测是否接收到来电;
在步骤102中,若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
在步骤103中,当来电转移选项被选中后,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
在一个可选实施例中,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备之前,还包括:
显示指定号码获取界面,指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
获取用户在指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。

图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种呼叫转移的方法的流程图,如图2所示,该呼叫转移方法应用于可接听来电的终端中,该呼叫转移方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤201中,检测是否接收到来电;
本实施例不对检测是否接收到来电的方法作具体限定,包括但不限于结合终端使用的无线通信技术及终端内的通信模块进行检测。
在步骤202中,若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
本实施例不对来电交互界面显示的内容进行限定,包括但不限于接听选项、拒接选项 及来电转移选项。可选地,为了让用户知道是谁的来电,终端还可以根据检测到的来电,确定对应的联系人,从而在来电交互界面中显示来电的联系人信息,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
例如,如图3所示,图3中界面的最上面显示了来电的联系人信息。另外,在界面的最下方显示了接听选项、拒接选项及来电转移选项。用户可以通过点击图3中显示的3个选项进行不同的操作,本实施例对此不作具体限定。例如,当用户点击接听选项可以接听来电,当用户点击拒接选项可以拒接来电,当用户点击来电转移选项可以将来电进行呼叫转移。
在步骤203中,当来电转移选项被选中后,显示指定号码获取界面,指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
通过上述步骤202,在显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面后,由于来电交互界面中包括来电转移选项,因此,用户可以选中来电转移选项将来电进行呼叫转移。当检测到来电转移选项被选中后,终端可以显示指定号码获取界面。其中,指定号码获取界面中可包括号码输入框。当然,指定号码获取界面中还可以包括其它内容,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
例如,如图4所示,图4中显示的指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框、确定选项及取消选项。
在步骤204中,获取用户在指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码;
本实施例不对获取用户在指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码的方式作具体限定,包括但不限于:当检测到用户在指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入指定号码,并点击确定选项后,获取用户输入的指定号码。另外,在获取用户输入的指定号码后,可将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
在步骤205中,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
本实施例不对将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备的方式作具体限定,包括但不限于:根据指定号码确定对应的终端设备;将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备,由使用对应的终端设备的用户进行选择是否接听。其中,当将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备后,使用对应的终端设备的用户可以选择接听,也可以选择拒接。当然,还可以选择进行呼叫转移,本实施例对此不作具体限定。具体实现过程可参考本实施例上述步骤的内容,此处不再赘述。
本公开实施例提供的方法,通过检测到来电后,显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面,当来电转移选项被选中后,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。由于用户可以根据实际需求选择是否将来电进行呼叫转移,避免了在某些不适合进行呼叫转移的场合下自动进行呼叫转移,从而使得呼叫转移方式较智能,灵活性较好,呼叫转移的效果较佳。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种呼叫转移的方法的流程图,如图5所示,该呼叫转移方法应用于可接听来电的终端中,该呼叫转移方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤301中,检测是否接收到来电;
本实施例不对检测是否接收到来电的方式作具体限定,具体过程可参考上述图2对应的实施例中步骤201的内容,此处不再赘述。
在步骤302中,若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
本实施例不对显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面的方式作具体限定,具体过程可参考上述图2对应的实施例中步骤202的内容,此处不再赘述。
在步骤303中,当来电转移选项被选中后,显示指定号码获取界面,指定号码获取界面中包括一至多个预设号码;
通过上述步骤302,在显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面后,由于来电交互界面中包括来电转移选项,因此,用户可以选中来电转移选项将来电进行呼叫转移。当检测到来电转移选项被选中后,终端可以显示指定号码获取界面。本实施例不对显示指定号码获取界面的方式作具体限定,包括但不限于:获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码;显示包括一至多个预设号码的指定号码获取界面。其中,指定号码获取界面中除了包括一至多个预设号码,还可以包括其它内容,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
例如,如图6所示,图6中显示的指定号码获取界面中包括以列表形式显示的一至多个预设号码。
另外,关于获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码的方式,本实施例对此不作具体限定,包括但不限于如下两种获取方式。
第一种获取方式:显示预设号码输入框,获取用户在预设号码输入框中输入的预设号码;
针对第一种获取方式,例如,如图7所示,终端上显示了预设号码获取界面。其中,显示的预设号码获取界面中包括了预设号码输入框,用户可以在预设号码输入框中输入预设号码。
第二种获取方式:显示通讯录包括的号码,将用户从通讯录包括的号码中选择出的号码作为预设号码。
针对第二种方式,如图8所示,终端上也显示了预设号码获取界面。在预设号码获取界面中央显示出了通讯录中所有的号码,用户可以在通讯录中所有的号码中进行选择,从而终端可以将用户选择出的号码作为预设号码。
在步骤304中,检测用户从指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码,并将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码;
由于指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码可以用列表的形式进行显示,每一个列表项都对应一个预设号码。因此,关于检测用户从指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码的方式,本实施例对此不作具体限定,包括但不限于:检测用户点击的列表项;将检测 到的用户点击的列表项对应的预设号码作为用户选择的号码。在检测到用户从指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码后,可将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
在步骤305中,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
本实施例不对将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备的方式作具体限定,具体过程可参考上述图2对应的实施例中步骤205的内容,此处不再赘述。

图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种呼叫转移的装置的框图,该装置应用于可接听来电的终端,该装置可用于执行上述图1、图2及图5对应的实施例中任一实施例所提供的呼叫转移的方法。参照图9,该装置包括第一检测模块401、第一显示模块402及转移模块403。
该第一检测模块401被配置为检测是否接收到来电;
该第一显示模块402被配置为当检测到来电时,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
该转移模块403被配置为将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
在一个可选实施例中,参见图10,该装置还包括第二显示模块404及第一获取模块405。
该第二显示模块404被配置为显示指定号码获取界面,指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
该第一获取模块405被配置为获取用户在指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
在一个可选实施例中,参见图11,该装置还包括第三显示模块406及第二检测模块407。
该第三显示模块406被配置为显示指定号码获取界面,指定号码获取界面中包括一至多个预设号码;
该第二检测模块407被配置为检测用户从指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码,并将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
在一个可选实施例中,参见图12,该装置还包括第二获取模块408。
该第二获取模块408被配置为获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码;
第三显示模块406,被配置为显示包括一至多个预设号码的指定号码获取界面。
在一个可选实施例中,第二获取模块408,被配置为显示预设号码输入框,获取用户在预设号码输入框中输入的预设号码;或者,显示通讯录包括的号码,将用户从通讯录包 括的号码中选择出的号码作为预设号码。

图13是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种终端900的框图,该终端900用于执行上述图1、图2及图5对应的实施例中任一实施例所提供的呼叫转移的方法。例如,终端900可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图13,终端900可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件902,存储器904,电源组件906,多媒体组件908,音频组件910,输入/输出(I/O)的接口912,传感器组件914,以及通信组件916。
处理组件902通常控制终端900的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件902可以包括一个或多个处理器920来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件902可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件902和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件902可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件908和处理组件902之间的交互。
存储器904被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在终端900的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在终端900上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器904可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件906为终端900的各种组件提供电力。电力组件906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为终端900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件908包括在所述终端900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当终端900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前 置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当终端900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器904或经由通信组件916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口912为处理组件902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件914包括一个或多个传感器,用于为终端900提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件914可以检测到终端900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为终端900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件914还可以检测终端900或终端900一个组件的位置改变,用户与终端900接触的存在或不存在,终端900方位或加速/减速和终端900的温度变化。传感器组件914可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件914还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件914还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件916被配置为便于终端900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。终端900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,终端900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述图1、图2及图5对应的实施例中任一实施例所提供的呼叫转移的方法。

在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器904,上述指令可由终端900的处理器920执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由终端的处理器执行时,使得终端能够执行一种呼叫转移的方法,所述方法包括:
检测是否接收到来电;
若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
当来电转移选项被选中后,将来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种呼叫转移的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测是否接收到来电;
    若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
    当所述来电转移选项被选中后,将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备之前,还包括:
    显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
    获取用户在所述指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备之前,还包括:
    显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括一至多个预设号码;
    检测用户从所述指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码,并将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示指定号码获取界面之前,还包括:
    获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码;
    所述显示指定号码获取界面,包括:
    显示包括所述一至多个预设号码的指定号码获取界面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码,包括:
    显示预设号码输入框,获取用户在所述预设号码输入框中输入的预设号码;
    或者,显示通讯录包括的号码,将用户从所述通讯录包括的号码中选择出的号码作为预设号码。
  6. 一种呼叫转移的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一检测模块,用于检测是否接收到来电;
    第一显示模块,用于当检测到来电时,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
    转移模块,用于当所述来电转移选项被选中后,将所述来电转移至所述指定号码对应的终端设备。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二显示模块,用于显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括号码输入框;
    第一获取模块,用于获取用户在所述指定号码获取界面的号码输入框中输入的号码,并将用户输入的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三显示模块,用于显示指定号码获取界面,所述指定号码获取界面中包括一至多个预设号码;
    第二检测模块,用于检测用户从所述指定号码获取界面显示的预设号码中选择的号码,并将用户选择的号码作为用户确定的指定号码。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第二获取模块,用于获取用户设置的一至多个预设号码;
    所述第三显示模块,用于显示包括所述一至多个预设号码的指定号码获取界面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块,用于显示预设号码输入框,获取用户在所述预设号码输入框中输入的预设号码;或者,显示通讯录包括的号码,将用户从所述通讯录包括的号码中选择出的号码作为预设号码。
  11. 一种呼叫转移的终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    检测是否接收到来电;
    若检测到来电,则显示包含来电转移选项的来电交互界面;
    当所述来电转移选项被选中后,将所述来电转移至指定号码对应的终端设备。
