Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des communications et concerne, en particulier, un procédé, un dispositif et un terminal de transfert d'appel. Le procédé consiste : à détecter si un appel entrant est reçu ou non; si un appel entrant est détecté, alors à afficher une interface d'interaction d'appel entrant comprenant une option de transfert d'appel; lorsque l'option de transfert d'appel est choisie, à transférer l'appel entrant à un dispositif de terminal correspondant à un numéro spécifique. Un utilisateur peut être apte à choisir s'il faut transférer ou non un appel entrant selon des besoins réels, évite un transfert d'appel automatique dans une situation inappropriée, en permettant ainsi de fournir un transfert d'appel plus intelligent, plus souple et de meilleure qualité.
