Abstract

本公开是关于一种通信消息处理方法和装置,属于通信领域。所述方法包括:获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,当该至少一个终端接收到该提示信息时,展示该提示信息,能够在两个用户协商日程时,提醒其中的至少一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式,保证后续该提醒的用户可以根据获取到的联系方式,与对方用户进行沟通,避免了由于未获取到对方用户的联系方式而造成的沟通不便。

通信消息处理方法和装置
本申请基于申请号为201510532207.8、申请日为2015年08月26日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开是关于通信领域,具体来说是关于一种通信消息处理方法和装置。
背景技术
随着网络技术的发展,社交应用已成为用户常用的交流方式,当两个用户需要确定某一日程时,可以通过社交应用进行协商。
以第一用户和第二用户为例,第一用户可以根据第二用户账号,向第二用户发送通信消息,第二用户也可以根据第一用户账号,向第一用户发送通信消息。当两者要约会时,第一用户可以通过社交应用,向第二用户发送约会时间、约会地点等详情信息,第二用户查看该详情信息后,可以确认该详情信息,或者对该详情信息进行更改,向第一用户发送更改后的详情信息。后续过程中,当该第一用户按照确定的约会时间到达约会地点时,可以给第二用户打电话,以确定第二用户当前所在的具体地点。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供了一种通信消息处理方法和装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供了一种通信消息处理方法,所述方法包括:
获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息;
判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户 的联系方式。
在另一实施例中,所述获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息,包括:
接收所述第一终端待发送给第二终端的通信消息;或者,
接收所述第二终端待发送给第一终端的通信消息。
在另一实施例中,所述判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇之前,所述方法还包括:
判断所述通信消息是否为文本消息;
当确定所述通信消息不是文本消息时,将所述通信消息转换为文本消息。
在另一实施例中,所述判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,包括:
采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;
分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;
当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,使得所述第一终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第二用户标识对应的联系方式;
当接收到所述第一终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第二终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第一用户标识,使得所述第二终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第一用户标识对应的联系方式;
当接收到所述第二终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述 第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;
判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;
当确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第一终端对应的第一资料信息;
判断所述第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式;
当确定所述第一资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供了一种通信消息处理方法,所述方法包括:
获取与第二终端之间的通信消息;
判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取所述第二终端的联系方式。
在另一实施例中,所述判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,包括:
采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;
分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;
当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,所述输出提示信息,包括:
查询与所述第二终端对应的联系方式;
当查询失败时,输出所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述输出提示信息,包括:
当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,所述第一请求用于向所述服务器请求获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;
在接收到所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息时,判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;
在确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出所述提示信息。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供了一种通信消息处理装置,所述装置包括:
获取模块,用于获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息;
判断模块,用于判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
信息发送模块,用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
在另一实施例中,所述获取模块还用于接收所述第一终端待发送给第二终端的通信消息;或者,接收所述第二终端待发送给第一终端的通信消息。
在另一实施例中,所述装置还包括:
文本判断模块,用于判断所述通信消息是否为文本消息;
转换模块,用于当确定所述通信消息不是文本消息时,将所述通信消息转换为文本消息。
在另一实施例中,所述判断模块还用于采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,使得所述第一终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第二用户标识对应的联系方式;当接收到所述第一终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第二终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第一用户 标识,使得所述第二终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第一用户标识对应的联系方式;当接收到所述第二终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;当确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
在另一实施例中,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第一终端对应的第一资料信息;判断所述第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式;当确定所述第一资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
根据本公开实施例的第四方面,提供了一种通信消息处理装置,所述装置包括:
获取模块,用于获取与第二终端之间的通信消息;
判断模块,用于判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
输出模块,用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取所述第二终端的联系方式。

本公开实施例提供一种通信消息处理方法和装置,以下结合附图对本公开进行说明。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种交互系统的框图。如图1所示,该交互系统包括:第一终端、第二终端和服务器,该第一终端与服务器之间通过网络连接,该第二终端与服务器之间通过网络连接。
该第一终端与该第二终端可以通过该服务器传递通信消息,该传递的通信消息可以由该第一终端发送给该第二终端,也可以由该第二终端发送给该第一终端。
如,该第一终端向服务器发送通信消息,该服务器接收到该通信消息时,向该第二终端转发该通信消息,当该第二终端接收到该通信消息时,展示该通 信消息。或者,该第二终端向服务器发送通信消息,该服务器接收到该通信消息时,向该第一终端转发该通信消息,当该第一终端接收该通信消息时,展示该通信消息。
该服务器还用于获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
该第一终端还用于当接收到该服务器发送的提示信息时,展示该提示信息。该第二终端还用于当接收到该服务器发送的提示信息时,展示该提示信息。
本实施例提供的系统,通过获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,当该至少一个终端接收到该提示信息时,展示该提示信息,能够在两个用户协商日程时,提醒其中的至少一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式,保证后续该提醒的用户可以根据获取到的联系方式,与对方用户进行沟通,避免了由于未获取到对方用户的联系方式而造成的沟通不便。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理方法的流程图。如图2所示,该通信消息处理方法用于服务器中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤201中,获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息。
在步骤202中,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇。
在步骤203中,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。

图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理方法的流程图。如图3所示,该通信消息处理方法的交互主体为第一终端、第二终端和服务器,包括以下步骤:
在步骤301中,该第一终端向该服务器发送通信消息,该通信消息至少包括第二用户标识。
在步骤302中,该服务器接收该通信消息。
其中,该第一终端和该第二终端可以为计算机、手机等设备,本实施例对此不做限定。该第一终端和该第二终端均安装社交应用,可以通过该社交应用,与该服务器连接,该社交应用可以为即时通信应用、信息展示应用等,相应地,该服务器可以为即时通信服务器、信息展示服务器等,本实施例对此也不做限定。
该第一终端和该第二终端可以通过该社交应用传递通信消息。以第一终端向第二终端发送通信消息为例,该第一终端基于第一用户标识,登录该服务器,该服务器为该第一用户标识维护用户关系链,该第一终端可以通过该社交应用,获取该第一用户标识的用户关系链,并显示该用户关系链。当该第一终端检测 到第一用户对该用户关系链中第二用户标识的选择操作时,打开与该第二用户标识之间的交互界面,获取第一用户在该交互界面中输入的通信消息,并向该服务器发送该通信消息,该通信消息包括该第二用户标识,表示该通信消息是该第一终端待发送给该第二终端的通信消息,则该服务器向该第二用户标识所在的第二终端发送该通信消息。
示例的,该第一用户标识用于唯一确定该第一用户,可以为该第一用户的昵称或者账号等。该第二用户标识用于唯一确定该第二用户,可以为该第二用户的昵称或者账号等。该第一用户与该第二用户之间的交互界面可以为即时通信窗口或者邮件编辑界面等,本实施例对此均不做限定。
另外,关于该通信消息,从类型上来说,该通信消息可以为即时通信消息、信息展示消息等。从格式上来说,该通信消息可以为文本消息、语音消息、视频消息等。从内容上来说,该通信消息可以包括用于表示日程的词汇、用于表示热点新闻的词汇、用于表示交通情况的词汇等,本实施例对此均不做限定。
在步骤303中,该服务器向该第二用户标识所在的第二终端发送该通信消息。
该服务器可以根据该第二用户标识,确定该第二用户标识所在的第二终端,并向该第二终端发送该通信消息。在一实施例中,该通信消息可以包括该第一用户标识,该第二终端接收到该通信消息时,展示该通信消息,第二用户可以查看该第一用户标识,获知发送该通信消息的用户为该第一用户。
在步骤304中,该服务器判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇。
在实际应用过程中,该第一用户和该第二用户协商某一日程时,可以通过传递通信消息实现该协商过程,在该协商过程中,两个用户均是基于对应的用户标识进行交互。
考虑到该第一用户和该第二用户协商日程之后,在按照该日程进行活动时,其中一个用户可能会需要对方用户的联系方式来与对方用户进行联系。但该用户在协商过程中仅会获取到对方用户的用户标识,而不能保证获取到对方用户的联系方式。那么,如果其中一个用户未获取到对方用户的联系方式,后续将不能与对方用户直接进行联系,造成了不便。为此,该服务器可以在确定第一用户和第二用户在协商日程时,预先提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
而为了确定第一用户和第二用户是否在协商日程,当该服务器接收到该通 信消息时,可以判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇。根据本公开一实施方式,当该通信消息中包含预设日程词汇时,确定该第一用户和该第二用户在协商日程,可以提醒第一用户和第二用户中的其中一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式。根据本公开另一实施方式,当该通信消息中不包含预设日程词汇时,确定该第一用户和该第二用户不是在协商日程,则无需提醒第一用户或第二用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
示例的,该预设日程词汇是指表示日程的词汇,可以为日程的活动时间、活动地点、活动主办方、活动参与人员等。且该预设日程词汇可以由该服务器预先对一般用户在协商日程时所用的词汇进行采样得到,也可以根据一般用户在协商日程时所用的词汇所符合的规则确定。如该预设日程词汇可以为“电影院见”、“到时候见”,或者,该预设日程词汇还可以为符合预设规则的词汇,该预设规则可以“*点见”、“**电影院”等,当某一词汇符合该预设规则时,可以认为该词汇为预设日程词汇。
该服务器可以根据预设日程词汇集,判断该通信消息中是否包含预设日程词汇,该预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇,可以包括一个或多个预设日程词汇。当该预设日程词汇集中包括某一词汇时,可以认为该词汇为预设日程词汇,当该预设日程词汇集中不包括某一词汇时,可以认为该词汇不是预设日程词汇。
该服务器可以采用分词算法,对该通信消息进行分词,获取该通信消息中的至少一个词汇。该服务器还可以分别判断该至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集。在一实施例中,当该至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。在另一实施例中,当该至少一个词汇均不属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息不包含预设日程词汇。
示例的,对于该至少一个词汇中的每个词汇来说,该服务器可以判断该词汇是否属于该预设日程词汇集,如果该词汇属于该预设日程词汇集,则可以确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。而如果该词汇不属于该预设日程词汇集时,继续对该至少一个词汇中的下一个词汇重复执行上述步骤,直至确定当前词汇属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇,或者,直至确定该至少一个词汇均不属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息不包含预设日程词汇。
在一实施例中,在判断该通信消息中的词汇是否属于该预设日程词汇集时,需要判断每个词汇与该预设日程词汇集中的每个预设日程词汇是否匹配。示例的,该预设日程词汇集中可以包括使用频率不同的多个预设日程词汇。有些预设日程词汇的使用频率较低,而该通信消息中很少会包含这些使用频率较低的预设日程词汇,那么,在判断通信消息中的词汇与使用频率较低的预设日程词汇是否匹配时,很大概率上会确定判断结果为不匹配,该判断过程就会造成不必要的资源浪费。
为了提高匹配效率,避免资源浪费,该预设日程词汇集可以包括第一预设日程词汇集和第二预设日程词汇集,该第一预设日程词汇集中包含使用频率较高的预设日程词汇,该第二预设日程词汇集中包含使用频率较低的预设日程词汇。在一实施例中,当该服务器获取到该通信消息的至少一个词汇时,可以先判断该至少一个词汇是否属于该第一预设日程词汇集,如果该至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于该第一预设日程词汇集,则无需与该第二预设日程词汇集中的预设日程词汇进行匹配,即可直接确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。在一实施例中,只有当该至少一个词汇中的每个词汇均不属于该第一预设日程词汇集时,再判断该至少一个词汇中的每个词汇是否属于该第二预设日程词汇集,如果该至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于该第二预设日程词汇集时,则确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。如果该至少一个词汇中的每个词汇均不属于该第二预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息不包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,该通信消息包含使用频率较低的预设日程词汇时,才会将该通信消息中的词汇与该第二预设日程词汇集中的预设日程词汇进行匹配。而根据本公开一实施例,该通信消息不包含使用频率较低的预设日程词汇,而包含使用频率较高的预设日程词汇时,仅将该通信消息中的词汇与该第一预设日程词汇集中的预设日程词汇进行匹配即可,节省了匹配时间,提高了匹配效率,避免了资源浪费。
示例的,该预设日程词汇集可以由该服务器存储,或者,由该服务器以外的指定服务器存储,本实施例对此不做限定。当该预设日程词汇集由该服务器存储时,该服务器可以直接访问该预设日程词汇集,分别判断该通信消息的至少一个词汇是否属于该预设日程词汇集。而当该预设日程词汇集由该服务器以外的指定服务器存储时,该服务器可以调用与该指定服务器之间的接口,向该 指定服务器发送查询请求,该查询请求包括该至少一个词汇,该指定服务器可以访问该预设日程词汇集,在接收到该查询请求时,可以分别判断该至少一个词汇是否属于该预设日程词汇集,并将获取到的判断结果返回给该服务器,该服务器即可根据该判断结果,确定该预设日程词汇集是否包括预设日程词汇。
关于该第一预设日程词汇集和该第二预设日程词汇集,该第一预设日程词汇集和该第二预设日程词汇集均可在该服务器上存储,或者在该指定服务器上存储,或者,该第一预设日程词汇集在该服务器上存储,该第二预设日程词汇集在该指定服务器上存储,本实施例对此不做限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例仅以该通信消息为文本消息为例,则该服务器可以直接对该通信消息进行分词。而当该通信消息不是文本消息时,为了便于对该通信消息中的词汇进行判断,可以对该通信消息进行转换。也即是,当该服务器接收到该通信消息时,可以先判断该通信消息是否为文本消息。当该通信消息为文本消息时,该服务器直接采用分词算法,获取该通信消息中的至少一个词汇。而当该通信消息不是文本消息时,该服务器可以将该通信消息转换为文本消息。例如,该服务器可以提取该通信消息中的语音消息,采用语音识别技术将该语音消息转换为文本消息,再采用分词算法,对转换后的文本消息进行分词,得到至少一个词汇。
需要说明的是,本实施例以步骤304在步骤303之后执行为例进行说明,而在实际应用中,步骤303与步骤304之间没有必然的时序关系,即步骤303与步骤304可以同时执行,也可以一前一后执行,本实施例对此不做限定。
在步骤305中,当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,执行步骤306和308。
当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,确定第一用户和第二用户正在协商日程。示例的,该服务器可以向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。如,该服务器可以向该第一终端发送该提示信息,提示第一用户获取第二用户的联系方式,或者,向该第二终端发送该提示信息,提示第二用户获取第一用户的联系方式。
在一实施例中,该服务器还可以先判断该第一用户或该第二用户是否已获取到对方用户的联系方式。示例的,如果第一用户已获取到第二用户的联系方 式,则无需向该第一终端发送该提示信息;如果该第二用户已获取到该第一用户的联系方式,则无需向该第二用户发送该提示信息。
相应地,该步骤305可以包括以下步骤(1)至(4)中的任一项:
(1)当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端发送查询请求,该查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,该第一终端在接收到该查询请求时,查询该第二用户标识对应的联系方式,当未查询到该第二用户标识对应的联系方式时,向服务器发送查询失败消息,当该服务器接收到该查询失败消息时,执行步骤306。
该第一终端存储有通讯录,该通讯录中可以包括多个用户的联系方式。示例的,每个用户的联系方式可以包括电话号码、办公地址、家庭住址、用户昵称、用户账号等,本实施例对此不做限定。该第一终端接收到该查询请求时,可以在该通讯录中,查询该第二用户标识对应的联系方式。
例如,该第一终端可以获取预先为该第一用户标识分配的备注姓名,判断该通讯录中是否包括该备注姓名的联系方式。示例的,如果该第一终端确定该通讯录中包括该备注姓名的联系方式,则向服务器发送查询成功消息,当该服务器接收到该查询成功消息时,表示第一用户已获取到该第二用户的联系方式,则无需再向第一终端发送该提示信息。而如果该第一终端确定该通讯录中不包括该备注姓名的联系方式,则向该服务器发送查询失败消息,当该服务器接收到该查询失败消息时,表示第一用户还未获取到该第二用户的联系方式,需要向该第一终端发送该提示信息,以提醒第一用户获取该第二用户的联系方式。
(2)当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息,判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式。当确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,执行步骤306。
实际应用时,该服务器可以存储每个用户标识对应的资料信息,该资料信息可以包括用户的联系方式、头像、聊天记录等,本实施例对此不做限定。
该第一用户和该第二用户均可查看对方用户的资料信息,以第一用户查看第二用户的资料信息为例,第一用户可以在该第一终端上触发对该第二用户标识的资料查看操作,该第一终端检测到该资料查看操作时,向服务器发送资料信息获取请求,该资料信息获取请求包括该第二用户标识,当该服务器接收到该资料信息获取请求时,获取与该第二用户标识对应的第二资料信息,并向该 第一终端发送该第二资料信息,当该第一终端接收到该第二资料信息时,展示该第二资料信息,第一用户即可查看该第二资料信息。
本实施例中,为了判断该第一用户是否已获取到该第二用户的联系方式,该服务器可以判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式。如果该第二资料信息中包含联系方式,该第一用户即可通过查看该第二资料信息的方式,来获取第二用户的联系方式,则可以认为该第一用户已获取到该第二用户的联系方式。此时,该服务器无需再向第一终端发送提示信息。而如果该第二资料信息中不包含联系方式,表示该第一用户查看该第二资料信息时,无法获取到第二用户的联系方式,则需要向该第一终端发送提示信息。
(3)当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端发送查询请求,该查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,并获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息,判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式。当该服务器接收到该第一终端发送的查询失败消息,且确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,执行步骤306。
(4)该服务器判断该通信消息中是否包含联系方式,当确定该通信消息中未包含联系方式时,执行步骤306。
例如,该服务器可以判断该通信消息中是否包含用于表示电话号码的11位的连续数字,或者判断该通信消息中是否包含用于表示联系方式的词汇,如“电话号码”、“手机号”等。当确定该通信消息中不包含11位的连续数字,且不包含用于表示联系方式的词汇时,确定该通信消息中未包含联系方式,则执行步骤306。
另外,为了判断该第二用户是否已获取到该第一用户的联系方式,该步骤305还可以包括以下步骤(5)-(8)中的任一项:
(5)当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第二终端发送查询请求,该查询请求至少包括第一用户标识,该第二终端在接收到该查询请求时,查询该第一用户标识对应的联系方式,当未查询到该第一用户标识对应的联系方式时,向服务器发送查询失败消息,当该服务器接收到该查询失败消息时,执行步骤308。
(6)当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取该第一终端对应的第一资料信息,判断该第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式。当确定该第一 资料信息中未包含联系方式时,执行步骤308。
(7)当该服务器确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第二终端发送查询请求,该查询请求至少包括第一用户标识,并获取该第一终端对应的第一资料信息,判断该第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式。当该服务器接收到该第二终端发送的查询失败消息,且确定该第一资料信息中未包含联系方式时,执行步骤308。
(8)该服务器判断该通信消息中是否包含联系方式,当确定该通信消息中未包含联系方式时,执行步骤308。
上述步骤(5)-(8)的具体过程与上述步骤(1)-(4)类似,在此不再赘述。
在步骤306中,该服务器向该第一终端发送第一提示信息。
示例的,该第一提示信息用于提醒该第一用户获取该第二用户的联系方式,可以为即时通信消息或者电子邮件等,本实施例对此不做限定。
例如,该第一提示信息可以为“您目前在商定约会事宜,请确认您已经拥有对方的电话号码,以免给您的约会造成不便”。
在步骤307中,当该第一终端接收到该第一提示信息时,展示该第一提示信息。
该第一终端接收到该第一提示信息时,可以弹出提示窗口,在该提示窗口中展示该第一提示信息,或者,显示与该第二终端之间的交互界面,在该交互界面中,展示该第一提示信息。
第一终端展示该第一提示信息时,第一用户即可查看该第一提示信息,根据该第一提示信息的提示,获取第二用户的联系方式。
在步骤308中,该服务器向该第二终端发送第二提示信息。
其中,该第二提示信息用于提醒该第二用户获取该第一用户的联系方式,可以为即时通信消息或者电子邮件等,本实施例对此不做限定。
在步骤309中,当该第二终端接收到该第二提示信息时,展示该第二提示信息。
该第二终端接收到该第二提示信息时,可以弹出提示窗口,在该提示窗口中展示该第二提示信息,或者,显示与该第一终端之间的交互界面,在该交互界面中,展示该第二提示信息。
第二终端展示该第二提示信息时,第二用户即可查看该第二提示信息,根据该第二提示信息的提示,获取第一用户的联系方式。
需要说明的是,本实施例仅以该服务器向该第一终端发送第一提示信息,并向该第二终端发送第二提示信息为例进行说明,而在实际应用的过程中,该服务器可以仅向该第一终端发送第一提示信息,或者,仅向该第二终端发送第二提示信息,具体向哪一个终端发送提示信息可以通过执行上述步骤(1)至(8)中的至少一个步骤确定,或者,该服务器还可以默认设置向发起该通信消息的终端发送提示信息,或者默认设置向接收该通信消息的终端发送提示信息,或者默认设置向发起该通信消息的终端和接收该通信消息的终端均发送提示信息,本实施例对此均不做限定。且,该服务器向该第一终端发送第一提示信息的步骤与向第二终端发送第二提示信息的步骤之间没有必然的时序关系,可以同时执行,也可以一前一后执行,本实施例对此也不做限定。
在一实施例中,在后续过程中,该第一用户和该第二用户可能还会继续协商日程,则该服务器还会接收到包含预设日程词汇的通信消息,此时如果再向用户发送提示信息,会造成提示信息的重复发送,容易打扰用户。为此,该服务器确定该通信消息中包含预设日程词汇时,如果在预设时长内再次接收到该第一终端待发送给该第二终端的通信消息或者该第二终端待发送给该第一终端的通信消息时,不再执行上述步骤304-308,直接转发该通信消息即可。其中,该预设时长可以为一天、12小时等,本实施例对此不做限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例仅以该服务器接收到该第一终端待发送给该第二终端的通信消息为例进行说明,而在实际应用的过程中,该服务器也可以在接收到该第二终端待发送给第一终端的通信消息时,执行上述步骤304-308,具体过程在此不再赘述。
日常生活中,某两个用户通过社交应用协商见面、吃饭、看电影等约会事宜时,往往只专注于约会的时间、地点等信息。此时,用户很可能会忽略是否有对方用户的联系方式,尤其是电话号码。如果某一用户没有对方用户的联系方式,在后续赴约时就会无法联系到对方用户,或者,当该用户由于紧急事务而无法赴约时,无法及时地告知对方用户,造成不便。而采用本实施例提供的方法,可以在协商约会事宜时,提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式,能够考虑到用户在协商约会事宜之后的交流需求,提升了用户体验。
本实施例提供的方法,通过获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,当该至少一个终端接收到该提示信息时,展示该提示信息,能够在两个用户协商日程时,提醒其中的至少一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式,保证后续该提醒的用户可以根据获取到的联系方式,与对方用户进行沟通,避免了由于未获取到对方用户的联系方式而造成的沟通不便。
图4A是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理装置的框图。参见图4A,该装置包括获取模块401,判断模块402和信息发送模块403。
该获取模块401被配置为用于获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息;
该判断模块402被配置为用于判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
该信息发送模块403被配置为用于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端和该第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。

在另一实施例中,该获取模块401还被配置为用于接收该第一终端待发送给第二终端的通信消息;或者,接收该第二终端待发送给第一终端的通信消息。

文本判断模块404被配置为用于判断该通信消息是否为文本消息;
转换模块405被配置为用于当确定该通信消息不是文本消息时,将该通信消息转换为文本消息。
在另一实施例中,该判断模块402还被配置为用于采用分词算法,获取该 通信消息中的至少一个词汇;分别判断该至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,该预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;当该至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,该信息发送模块403还被配置为用于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第一终端发送查询请求,该查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,使得该第一终端在接收到该查询请求时,查询该第二用户标识对应的联系方式;当接收到该第一终端发送的查询失败消息时,向该第一终端发送该提示信息。
在另一实施例中,该信息发送模块403还被配置为用于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向该第二终端发送查询请求,该查询请求至少包括第一用户标识,使得该第二终端在接收到该查询请求时,查询该第一用户标识对应的联系方式;当接收到该第二终端发送的查询失败消息时,向该第二终端发送该提示信息。
在另一实施例中,该信息发送模块403还被配置为用于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息;判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;当确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向该第一终端发送该提示信息。
在另一实施例中,该信息发送模块403还被配置用为于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取该第一终端对应的第一资料信息;判断该第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式;当确定该第一资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向该第二终端发送该提示信息。

需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的通信消息处理装置在处理通信消息时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的通信消息 处理装置与通信消息处理方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理装置500的框图。例如,装置500可以被提供为一服务器。参照图5,装置500包括处理组件522,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器532所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件522的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器532中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件522被配置为执行指令,以执行上述通信消息处理方法。
装置500还可以包括一个电源组件526被配置为执行装置500的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口550被配置为将装置500连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口558。装置500可以操作基于存储在存储器532的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理方法的流程图,如图6所示,该通信消息处理方法用于第一终端中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤601中,获取与第二终端之间的通信消息。
在步骤602中,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇。
在步骤603中,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取该第二终端的联系方式。
在一实施例中,步骤601中的与第二终端之间的通信消息,例如可以是第一终端发送给第二终端的通信消息,也可以是第一终端接收到的来自第二终端的通信消息,本公开对此不作限定。
本实施例提供的方法,通过获取与第二终端之间的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,能够在两个用户协商日程时,提醒其中的一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式,保证后续该提醒的用户可以根据获取到的联系方式,与对方用户进行沟通,避免了由于未获取到对方用户的联系方式而造成的沟通不便。
在另一实施例中,该判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,包括:
采用分词算法,获取该通信消息中的至少一个词汇;
分别判断该至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,该预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;
当该至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,该输出提示信息,包括:
查询与该第二终端对应的联系方式;
当查询失败时,输出该提示信息。
在另一实施例中,该输出提示信息,包括:
当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,该第一请求用于向该服务器请求获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息;

在确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出该提示信息。

图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理方法的流程图。如图7所示,该通信消息处理方法的交互主体为第一终端、第二终端和服务器,以第一终端接收来自第二终端的通信消息为例进行说明。该通信消息处理方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤701中,该第二终端向该服务器发送通信消息,该通信消息至少包括第一用户标识。
在步骤702中,该服务器接收该通信消息。
该第二终端基于第二用户标识,登录该服务器,该服务器为该第二用户标识维护用户关系链,该第二终端可以通过该社交应用,获取该第二用户标识的用户关系链,并显示该用户关系链。当该第二终端检测到第二用户对该用户关系链中第一用户标识的选择操作时,打开与该第一用户标识之间的交互界面,获取第二用户在该交互界面中输入的通信消息,并向该服务器发送该通信消息,该通信消息包括该第一用户标识,表示该通信消息是该第二终端待发送给该第一终端的通信消息,则该服务器向该第一用户标识所在的第一终端发送该通信 消息。
在步骤703中,该服务器向该第一用户标识所在的第一终端发送该通信消息。
在步骤704中,该第一终端获取该通信消息。
该服务器可以根据该第一用户标识,确定该第一用户标识所在的第一终端,并向该第一终端发送该通信消息,该通信消息可以包括该第二用户标识,该第一终端获取到该通信消息时,展示该通信消息,第一用户可以查看该第二用户标识,获知发送该通信消息的用户为该第二用户。
在步骤705中,该第一终端判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇。
为了确定第一用户和第二用户是否在协商日程,当该第一终端获取到该通信消息时,可以判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇。当该通信消息中包含预设日程词汇时,确定该第一用户和该第二用户在协商日程,可以提醒第一用户获取第二用户的联系方式,而当该通信消息中不包含预设日程词汇时,确定该第一用户和该第二用户不是在协商日程,则无需提醒第一用户获取第二用户的联系方式。
该第一终端判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇的具体过程与步骤304中服务器判断通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇的具体过程类似,在此不再赘述。
在步骤706中,当该第一终端确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取该第二终端的联系方式。
其中,该提示信息用于提醒该第一用户获取该第二用户的联系方式,可以为即时通信消息或者电子邮件等,本实施例对此不做限定。例如,该提示信息可以为“您目前在商定约会事宜,请确认您已经拥有对方的电话号码,以免给您的约会造成不便”。
该第一终端输出该提示信息时,可以弹出提示窗口,在该提示窗口中展示该提示信息,或者,显示与该第二终端之间的交互界面,在该交互界面中,展示该提示信息。
该第一终端输出该提示信息时,第一用户即可查看该提示信息,根据该提示信息的提示,获取第二用户的联系方式。
另外,该第一终端还可以先判断该第一用户是否已获取到该第二用户的联系方式,如果第一用户已获取到第二用户的联系方式,则无需输出该提示信息。
相应地,该步骤706可以包括以下步骤(1)-(4)中的任一项:
(1)当该第一终端确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,查询与该第二终端对应的联系方式,当查询失败时,输出该提示信息。
该第一终端查询与该第二终端对应的联系方式的具体过程与步骤305中第一终端查询与该第二终端对应的联系方式的具体过程类似,在此不再赘述。
(2)当该第一终端确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,该第一请求用于向该服务器请求获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息,在接收到该第二终端对应的第二资料信息时,判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式,在确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出该提示信息。
当该第一终端确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,该第一请求用于向该服务器请求获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息。当该服务器接收到该第一请求时,向该第一终端发送该第二资料信息,该第一终端接收到该第二资料信息时,即可判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式。
该第一终端判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式的具体过程与步骤305中服务器判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式的具体过程类似,在此不再赘述。
(3)当该第一终端确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,查询与该第二终端对应的联系方式,当查询联系方式失败时,向服务器发送第一请求,该第一请求用于向该服务器请求获取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息,在接收到服务器返回的该第二终端对应的第二资料信息时,判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式,在确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出该提示信息。
(4)该第一终端判断该通信消息中是否包含联系方式,当确定该通信消息中未包含联系方式时,输出该提示信息。
另外,该第一终端除输出该提示信息之外,还可以向该服务器发送该提示信息,由该服务器向该第二终端转发该提示信息,则当该第二终端接收到该提示信息时,也可以输出该提示信息,从而提醒该第二用户获取该第一用户的联系方式。
需要说明的是,本实施例仅以该第二终端通过服务器向该第一终端发送通信消息后,由该第一终端来判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇为例进行说明,而在实际应用中,还可以由该第二终端判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程 词汇。也即是上述步骤704-706还可以由该第二终端在获取到该通信消息之后执行。
例如,上述步骤704-706可以在该第二终端向该服务器发送通信消息之前执行,或者在该第二终端向该服务器发送通信消息之后执行,或者在该第二终端向该服务器发送通信消息的同时执行,本实施例对此不做限定。
本实施例提供的方法,通过获取与第二终端之间的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,能够在两个用户协商日程时,提醒其中的一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式,保证后续该提醒的用户可以根据获取到的联系方式,与对方用户进行沟通,避免了由于未获取到对方用户的联系方式而造成的沟通不便。
图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理装置的框图。参见图8,该装置包括获取模块801,判断模块802和输出模块803。
该获取模块801被配置为用于获取与第二终端之间的通信消息;
该判断模块802被配置为用于判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
该输出模块803被配置为用于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,该提示信息用于提醒用户获取该第二终端的联系方式。
本实施例提供的装置,通过获取与第二终端之间的通信消息,判断该通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,能够在两个用户协商日程时,提醒其中的一个用户获取对方用户的联系方式,保证后续该提醒的用户可以根据获取到的联系方式,与对方用户进行沟通,避免了由于未获取到对方用户的联系方式而造成的沟通不便。
在另一实施例中,该判断模块802还被配置为用于采用分词算法,获取该通信消息中的至少一个词汇;分别判断该至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,该预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;当该至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于该预设日程词汇集时,确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
在另一实施例中,该输出模块803还被配置为用于查询与该第二终端对应的联系方式;当查询失败时,输出该提示信息。
在另一实施例中,该输出模块803还被配置为用于当确定该通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,该第一请求用于向该服务器请求获 取该第二终端对应的第二资料信息;在接收到该第二终端对应的第二资料信息时,判断该第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;在确定该第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出该提示信息。
上述所有可选技术方案,可以采用任意结合形成本公开的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了描述,此处将不做阐述说明。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的通信消息处理装置在处理通信消息时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的通信消息处理装置与通信消息处理方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种通信消息处理装置900的框图。例如,装置900可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图9,装置900可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件902,存储器904,电源组件906,多媒体组件908,音频组件910,输入/输出(I/O)的接口912,传感器组件914,以及通信组件916。
处理组件902通常控制装置900的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件902可以包括一个或多个处理器920来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件902可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件902和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件902可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件908和处理组件902之间的交互。
存储器904被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置900的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置900上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器904可以由任何类型的易失 性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件906为装置900的各种组件提供电力。电源组件906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件908包括在所述装置900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器904或经由通信组件916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口912为处理组件902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件914包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置900提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件914可以检测到装置900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件914还可以检测装置900或装置900一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置900接触的存在或不存在,装置900方位或加速/减速和装置900的温度变化。传感器组件914 可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件914还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件914还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件916被配置为便于装置900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述用户推荐方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器904,上述指令可由装置900的处理器920执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由终端的处理器执行时,使得终端能够执行本说明书提供的通信消息处理方法。
本领域技术人员在考虑说明书及实践这里公开的发明后,将容易想到本公开的其它实施方案。本申请旨在涵盖本公开的任何变型、用途或者适应性变化,这些变型、用途或者适应性变化遵循本公开的一般性原理并包括本公开未公开的本技术领域中的公知常识或惯用技术手段。说明书和实施例仅被视为示例性的,本公开的真正范围和精神由下面的权利要求指出。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种通信消息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息;
    判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息,包括:
    接收所述第一终端待发送给第二终端的通信消息;或者,
    接收所述第二终端待发送给第一终端的通信消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述通信消息是否为文本消息;
    当确定所述通信消息不是文本消息时,将所述通信消息转换为文本消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,包括:
    采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;
    分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;
    当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,使得所述第一终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第二用户标识对应的联系方式;
    当接收到所述第一终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第二终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第一用户标识,使得所述第二终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第一用户标识对应的联系方式;
    当接收到所述第二终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;
    判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;
    当确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,包括:
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第一终端对应的第一资料信息;
    判断所述第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式;
    当确定所述第一资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
  9. 一种通信消息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取与第二终端之间的通信消息;
    判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取所述第二终端的联系方式。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇,包括:
    采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;
    分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;
    当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出提示信息,包括:
    查询与所述第二终端对应的联系方式;
    当查询失败时,输出所述提示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出提示信息,包括:
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,所述第一请求用于向所述服务器请求获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;
    在接收到所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息时,判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;
    在确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出所述提示信息。
  13. 一种通信消息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息;
    判断模块,用于判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
    信息发送模块,用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于接收所述第一终端待发送给第二终端的通信消息;或者,接收所述第二终端待发送给第一终端的通信消息。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    文本判断模块,用于判断所述通信消息是否为文本消息;
    转换模块,用于当确定所述通信消息不是文本消息时,将所述通信消息转换为文本消息。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块还用于采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第二用户标识,使得所述第一终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第二用户标识对应的联系方式;当接收到所述第一终端发送的查询失败消息时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第二终端发送查询请求,所述查询请求至少包括第一用户标识,使得所述第二终端在接收到所述查询请求时,查询所述第一用户标识对应的联系方式;当接收到所述第二终端发送的查 询失败消息时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;当确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息发送模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,获取所述第一终端对应的第一资料信息;判断所述第一资料信息中是否包含联系方式;当确定所述第一资料信息中未包含联系方式时,向所述第二终端发送所述提示信息。
  21. 一种通信消息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取与第二终端之间的通信消息;
    判断模块,用于判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
    输出模块,用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取所述第二终端的联系方式。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块还用于采用分词算法,获取所述通信消息中的至少一个词汇;分别判断所述至少一个词汇是否属于预设日程词汇集,所述预设日程词汇集用于存储预设日程词汇;当所述至少一个词汇中的任一词汇属于所述预设日程词汇集时,确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块还用于查询与所述第二终端对应的联系方式;当查询失败时,输出所述提示信息。
  24. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块还用于当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向服务器发送第一请求,所述第一请求用于向所述服务器请求获取所述第二终端对应的第二资料信息;在接收到所述 第二终端对应的第二资料信息时,判断所述第二资料信息中是否包含联系方式;在确定所述第二资料信息中未包含联系方式时,输出所述提示信息。
  25. 一种通信消息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取第一终端与第二终端之间传递的通信消息;
    判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,向所述第一终端和所述第二终端中的至少一个终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取对方用户的联系方式。
  26. 一种通信消息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取与第二终端之间的通信消息;
    判断所述通信消息是否包含预设日程词汇;
    当确定所述通信消息包含预设日程词汇时,输出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提醒用户获取所述第二终端的联系方式。
