Abstract

本公开是关于一种应用切换方法及装置,属于终端技术领域。方法包括:对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到来电号码的号码类型;在通话过程中,根据号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至应用;当检测到切换确认操作时,在显示界面上显示应用的主页面。在接收到来电并对来电号码的号码类型进行识别后,终端可自动根据该号码类型确定当前待切换的应用,并基于确定结果对用户进行提示,之后若终端检测到用户的切换确认操作,则可自动在显示界面上对该应用的主页面进行显示,实现应用的自动切换,无需用户手动执行应用查找和打开应用等一连串操作,省时省力,效果较好。 (图1)

应用切换方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201610466534.2、申请日为2016年06月23日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及终端技术领域,特别涉及一种应用切换方法及装置。
背景技术
在日常生活中,我们常常会遇到这样的情形:在同他人通话过程中,对方索要第三人的电话号码,这时需要用户手动退出通话界面,通过点击Home键等方式返回桌面,之后在桌面上查找并打开通讯录应用以获取第三人的手机号码。又或者,用户在各大电商网站购物时,若在购物环节中出现问题,且卖家在通话过程中索要订单号、快递单号等购物信息,则同样需要用户手动退出通话界面,在桌面上逐页查找并打开相应的购物应用以获取上述购物信息。以上这些手动查找并启动相应应用的操作步骤通常会消耗较长时间,这对于用户和通话对方来说均是一个糟糕的体验。此时,若可提供一种自动的应用切换方法,使得用户快速获知应用提供的相关信息,则可显著提升用户体验。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种应用切换方法及装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种应用切换方法,所述方法包括:
对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;
在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,所述应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至所述应用;
当检测到切换确认操作时,在所述显示界面上显示所述应用的主页面。
在另一个实施例中,所述根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用,包括:
若所述来电号码为个人号码,则获取通话过程中通信双方的声音信息;
将所述声音信息转化为文本信息;
判断所述文本信息中是否包括预先设置的应用关键字;
若所述文本信息中包括所述应用关键字,则将所述应用关键字指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
在另一个实施例中,所述根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用,包括:
若所述来电号码为黄页号码,则确定与所述来电号码的名称标识关联的应用名称;
将所述应用名称指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
在另一个实施例中,所述对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型,包括:
若本地通讯录中存储了与所述来电号码一致的号码,则在所述本地通讯录中获取与所述来电号码匹配的名称标识,根据所述名称标识确定所述来电号码的号码类型;或,
若所述本地通讯录中未存储与所述来电号码一致的号码,则向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述名称标识,根据所述名称标识确定所述来电号码的号码类型,所述黄页服务器存储了多个号码与名称标识之间的对应关系。
在另一个实施例中,所述在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,包括:
在通话页面上显示文本格式的所述应用切换提示信息;或,
在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以预设震动频率动画显示所述应用的应用图标;或,
在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以区分于其他图标的显示亮度显示所述应用的图标。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种应用切换装置,所述装置包括:
识别模块,被配置为对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
确定模块,被配置为在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;
显示模块,被配置为在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,所述应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至所述应用;
所述显示模块,还被配置为当检测到切换确认操作时,在所述显示界面上显示所述应用的主页面。
在另一个实施例中,所述确定模块,被配置为若所述来电号码为个人号码,则获取通话过程中通信双方的声音信息;将所述声音信息转化为文本信息;判断所述文本信息中是否包括预先设置的应用关键字;若所述文本信息中包括所述应用关键字,则将所述应用关键字指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
在另一个实施例中,所述确定模块,被配置为若所述来电号码为黄页号码,则确定与所述来电号码的名称标识关联的应用名称;将所述应用名称指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。

根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种应用切换装置,所述装置包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;
在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,所述应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至所述应用;
当检测到切换确认操作时,在所述显示界面上显示所述应用的主页面。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种应用切换方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤101中,对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到该来电号码的号码类型。
在步骤102中,在通话过程中,根据该号码类型确定当前待切换的应用。
在步骤103中,在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,该应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至应用。
在步骤104中,当检测到切换确认操作时,在显示界面上显示该应用的主页面。

在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以区分于其他图标的显示亮度显示所述应用的图标。

图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种应用切换方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤。
在步骤201中,对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到来电号码的号码类型;若来电号码的类型为黄页号码,执行下述步骤202;若来电号码的类型为个人号码,则执行下述步骤203。
在本公开实施例中,在来电呼叫时为了便于用户知晓是何人发起呼叫,终端会查询来电号码对应的名称标识,以便将名称标识随同来电号码一并显示在来电显示页面上。其中,名称标识可为用户为来电方设置的名称或昵称等。在查询来电号码对应的名称标识时,终端会优先在本地通讯录中进行查找。
其中,终端查询本地通讯录是否存储与来电号码一致的号码时,可采取下述方式实现:读取本地通讯录;将来电号码与本地通讯录中记载的所有联系人号码逐一进行比对;当本地通讯录中记载的联系人号码全部与该来电号码不匹配时,确定本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的号码;当本地通讯录中记载的某一联系人号码与该来电号码的逐个数字位均相同时,确定本地通讯录中存储了与来电号码一致的号码。当然,除采取上述查询方式外,还可采取其他查询方式,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
而若本地通讯录中未存储与来电号码一致的联系人号码,则为了使得用户获知来电方相关信息,本公开实施例可将该来电号码通过特定应用发送至黄页服务器,黄页服务器通常存储了海量的号码与名称标识之前的对应关系。比如,存储了邮局、商家、银行、快递等等行业的联系方式。其中,特定应用可为终端上安装的一个开机自启动应用,或者在检测到用户的应用登录状态后启动的应用,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。该特定应用可以自动将该来电号码上报至黄页服务器,以从黄页服务器拉取该来电号码对应的名称标识。需要说明的是,终端还可通过特定应用从服务器中拉取相关的离线数据,并存储在终端上。这样在终端处于非数据连接的状态下,即便接收到陌生来电,也可根据该离线数据查询该陌生来电的相关信息,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
需要说明的是,在得到来电号码的名称标识后,直接根据该名称标识便可确定来电号码的号码类型。比如,名称标识为妈妈、爸爸、小孙这类字样的明显为个人号码,而肯德基、麦当劳、顺丰快递等名称标识则明显对应黄页号码。其中,终端可预先对号码类型的判定规则进行设置并存储,比如设置并存储名称标识与号码类型之间的对应关系,这样终端在接收到来电呼叫后,直接根据上述判定规则便可确定来电号码的号码类型。此外,在 本公开实施例中,黄页号码指代黄页服务器上存储的有关商家、银行、邮局、企业或事业单位等机构使用的号码。
在步骤202中,若来电号码为黄页号码,则确定与来电号码的名称标识关联的应用名称,将该应用名称指示的应用确定为待切换的应用。
在本公开实施例中,若用户执行了接听操作,则在通话过程中,终端会自动根据来电号码的名称标识确定关联的应用名称,并将该应用名称指示的应用确定为用户下一步可能需要打开的应用。
需要说明的是,与该名称标识关联的应用名称,可为与该名称标识的匹配度大于预设阈值的应用。其中,预设阈值可为50%或60等,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。以来电号码的名称标识为“招商银行”、预设阈值为50%为例,则终端安装的招商银行客户端、交通银行客户端等均可作为待切换的应用。当然,招商银行客户端是与该名称标识完全匹配的,作为首选的待切换应用。
此外,与该名称标识关联的应用名称还可为某一类综合应用。比如,美食类的黄页号码均与美食类应用关联。以名称标识为肯德基为例,则终端安装的百度外卖、美团外卖等均有可能为待切换的应用。
在步骤203中,若来电号码为个人号码,则获取通话过程中通信双方的声音信息,将声音信息转化为文本信息,判断该文本信息中是否包括预先设置的应用关键字;若该文本信息中包括应用关键字,则将应用关键字指示的应用确定为待切换的应用。
在本公开实施例中,针对来电号码为个人号码的情况,该来电号码的名称标识携带的信息量通常过小,终端一般情况下不能直接根据该名称标识确定出待切换的应用。因此,针对这种情况,终端还需根据通话过程中出现的应用关键字进行待切换应用的确定。
在整个通话过程中,终端可实时地获取通信双方的声音信息,并且利用声音识别技术将该连续的声音信息切分成多项声音片段。再将每一项声音片段转换成对应的文本信息,最终得到文本形式的通话内容,该通话内容包括多项文字信息。其中,每一项文字信息可包括一个或几个词语,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。应用关键字可为应用全称或者部分名称,既可由终端自行根据本机上安装的应用进行设置,也支持用户对应用关键字进行设置,本公开实施例对此同样不进行具体限定。以应用关键字为百度外卖为例,则若终端上安装了百度外卖应用,由于二者字样相互匹配,则终端自动将百度外卖应用确定为待切换的应用。
在步骤204中,在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息。
在根据上述几个步骤确定待切换的应用后,为了确定用户是否真正需要由当前通话页面切换至该应用,本公开实施例还包括在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息的过程。需要说明的是,如果根据上述步骤确定出的待切换应用不止一个,则还可向用户展示确定出的多个待切换应用,以由用户自身进行选择,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。其中,在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息时,包括但不限于采取下述几种方式:
第一种方式、在通话页面上显示文本格式的应用切换提示信息。
针对该种方式,如图3所示,直接在通话页面上显示诸如“是否打开淘宝应用”的提示框,该提示框包括“是”和“否”两个选项。若用户点击了“是”选项,则确认由当前通话页面切换至淘宝应用。若用户点击了“否”选项,则确认继续停留在当前通话页面。
第二种方式、在应用所在的应用显示页面上,以预设震动频率动画显示应用的应用图标。
针对该种方式,终端可自动由当前通话页面切换到待切换应用所在的应用显示页面,并如图4所示以抖动该应用的图标的方式对用户进行提示。其中,预设震动频率可为1秒3次等,本公开实施例对此不进行具体限定。
第三种方式、在应用所在的应用显示页面上,以区分于其他图标的显示亮度显示应用的图标。
针对该种方式,终端在自动由当前通话页面切换到待切换应用所在的应用显示页面后,如图5所示,以高亮的方式对该应用的图标进显示,来提示用户是否打开该应用。
在步骤205中,当检测到切换确认操作时,在显示界面上显示应用的主页面。
在本公开实施例中,当检测到用户对上述步骤204中“是”选项的点击操作后,或者,检测到用户对高亮或抖动的图标执行了点击操作后,确定检测到切换确认操作,直接由当前页面切换至待切换应用,在显示界面上显示该应用的主页面。
本公开实施例提供的方法,在接收到来电并对来电号码的号码类型进行识别后,针对黄页号码,终端可自动根据名称标识确定当前待切换的应用,针对个人号码,终端可通过获取通话过程中出现的应用关键字来确定当前待切换应用,并基于确定结果对用户进行提示,之后若终端检测到用户的切换确认操作,则可自动在显示界面上对该应用的主页面进行显示,实现应用的自动切换,无需用户手动执行应用查找和打开应用等一连串操作,省时省力,智能性较佳,效果较好。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种应用切换装置的框图。参照图6,该装置包括识别模块601,确定模块602和显示模块603。
识别模块601,被配置为对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
确定模块602,被配置为在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;

图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种应用切换装置700的框图。例如,装置700可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图7,装置700可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件702,存储器704,电源组件706,多媒体组件708,音频组件710,I/O(Input/Output,输入/输出)的接口712,传感器组件714,以及通信组件716。
处理组件702通常控制装置700的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件702可以包括一个或多个处理器720来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件702可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件702和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件702可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件708和处理组件702之间的交互。
存储器704被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置700的操作。这些数据的示例 包括用于在装置700上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器704可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如SRAM(Static Random Access Memory,静态随机存取存储器),EEPROM(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦除可编程只读存储器),EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,可擦除可编程只读存储器),PROM(Programmable Read-Only Memory,可编程只读存储器),ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件706为装置700的各种组件提供电力。电源组件706可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置700生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件708包括在所述装置700和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)和TP(Touch Panel,触摸面板)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件708包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置700处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件710被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件710包括一个MIC(Microphone,麦克风),当装置700处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器704或经由通信组件716发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件710还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口712为处理组件702和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。

在示例性实施例中,装置700可以被一个或多个ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,应用专用集成电路)、DSP(Digital signal Processor,数字信号处理器)、DSPD(Digital signal Processor Device,数字信号处理设备)、PLD(Programmable Logic Device,可编程逻辑器件)、FPGA)(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器704,上述指令可由装置700的处理器720执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、CD-ROM(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,光盘只读存储器)、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由移动终端的处理器执行时,使得移动终端能够执行上述应用切换方法。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种应用切换方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
    在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;
    在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,所述应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至所述应用;
    当检测到切换确认操作时,在所述显示界面上显示所述应用的主页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用,包括:
    若所述来电号码为个人号码,则获取通话过程中通信双方的声音信息;
    将所述声音信息转化为文本信息;
    判断所述文本信息中是否包括预先设置的应用关键字;
    若所述文本信息中包括所述应用关键字,则将所述应用关键字指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用,包括:
    若所述来电号码为黄页号码,则确定与所述来电号码的名称标识关联的应用名称;
    将所述应用名称指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型,包括:
    若本地通讯录中存储了与所述来电号码一致的号码,则在所述本地通讯录中获取与所述来电号码匹配的名称标识,根据所述名称标识确定所述来电号码的号码类型;或,
    若所述本地通讯录中未存储与所述来电号码一致的号码,则向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述名称标识,根据所述名称标识确定所述来电号码的号码类型,所述黄页服务器存储了多个号码与名称标识之间的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,包括:
    在通话页面上显示文本格式的所述应用切换提示信息;或,
    在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以预设震动频率动画显示所述应用的应用图标;或,
    在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以区分于其他图标的显示亮度显示所述应用的图 标。
  6. 一种应用切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    识别模块,被配置为对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
    确定模块,被配置为在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;
    显示模块,被配置为在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,所述应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至所述应用;
    所述显示模块,还被配置为当检测到切换确认操作时,在所述显示界面上显示所述应用的主页面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块,被配置为若所述来电号码为个人号码,则获取通话过程中通信双方的声音信息;将所述声音信息转化为文本信息;判断所述文本信息中是否包括预先设置的应用关键字;若所述文本信息中包括所述应用关键字,则将所述应用关键字指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块,被配置为若所述来电号码为黄页号码,则确定与所述来电号码的名称标识关联的应用名称;将所述应用名称指示的应用确定为所述待切换的应用。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述识别模块,被配置为若本地通讯录中存储了与所述来电号码一致的号码,则在所述本地通讯录中获取与所述来电号码匹配的名称标识,根据所述名称标识确定所述来电号码的号码类型;或,若所述本地通讯录中未存储与所述来电号码一致的号码,则向黄页服务器发送所述来电号码,接收所述黄页服务器返回的所述名称标识,根据所述名称标识确定所述来电号码的号码类型,所述黄页服务器存储了多个号码与名称标识之间的对应关系。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块,被配置为在通话页面上显示文本格式的所述应用切换提示信息;或,在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以预设震动频率动画显示所述应用的应用图标;或,在所述应用所在的应用显示页面上,以区分于其他图标的显示亮度显示所述应用的图标。
  11. 一种应用切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    对发起来电呼叫的来电号码进行识别,得到所述来电号码的号码类型;
    在通话过程中,根据所述号码类型确定当前待切换的应用;
    在显示界面上显示应用切换提示信息,所述应用切换提示信息用于提示用户是否切换至所述应用;
    当检测到切换确认操作时,在所述显示界面上显示所述应用的主页面。
