技术领域
本公开涉及通讯领域,尤其涉及来电提醒方法和装置。
背景技术
当前,恶意电话越来越成为公害,为了防止恶意电话对用户造成骚扰,出现了很多安全性产品;例如,出现了很多防恶意电话的软件,用户在接听到骚扰来电时,可以对该来电进行标记,标记上诸如“推销”、“诈骗”等识别标签,并将标记的识别标签上传到云端服务器,当其它用户再次接听到相同的骚扰来电时,可以将已经标记的识别标签向用户展示以提醒该用户,从而达到过滤骚扰来电的目的。
然而通过识别标签来过滤骚扰来电,在实际应用中并不能适用于所有的通话场景,因此在通过识别标签来过滤骚扰来电时,如何更加广泛的适应通话场景成为目前业界关注的重点。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种来电提醒方法和装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种来电提醒方法,所述方法包括:
在接收到来电时,根据所述来电的号码信息确定所述来电的语音识别信息;
将所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报。
可选的,所述来电的语音识别信息包括:所述来电的号码信息对应的联系人信息、黄页信息、或识别标签信息。

在本实施例中,所述终端可以是智能手机;当然,在实现时所述终端也可以是其它类型的具有通话功能的智能终端,以下以所述终端为智能手机为例对本公开的技术方案进行详细描述。在初始状态下,当智能手机接收到来电时,此时智能手机上的电话服务可以立即对该来电的号码进行提取,然后在本地针对提取出的该来电的号码进行用户识别,并根据用户识别结果来确定该来电的语音识别信息。
其中,智能手机上的电话服务在针对该来电的号码进行用户识别时,通常可以将该来电的号码在本地的通讯录、黄页数据库以及服务端的识别标签数据库中分别进行查询来实现。在将该来电的号码在本地的通讯录中进行查询时,通常可以将该来电的号码与本地的通讯录进行匹配,如果该来电的号码匹配到了本地通讯录中的联系人时,该来电则为正常来电,此时可以直接从通讯录中读取出该联系人的基本信息在通话界面中向用户呈现。当然,如果该智能手机启用了云端通讯录的功能,已经提前将本地的通讯录上传到了服务端,那么以上将该来电的号码与本地的通讯录进行匹配的过程,则可以通过网络在云端服务器上执行。
如果该来电的号码与本地的通讯录中的联系人均不匹配时,此时该来电为陌生来电。对于陌生来电,如果智能手机在本地植入了黄页数据库,可以继续针对该来电的号码在本地的黄页数据库中进行联系人信息查询,以确定该陌生来电是否是黄页数据库中包含的号码,例如,黄页数据库中通常包含常用的公共服务号码(比如移动运营商、银行、大公司、大机构的服务号码)、实名认证的商户号码等等。如果该陌生来电命中了黄页数据库中的号码时,可以直接从黄页数据库中读出对应的联系人信息在通话界面中向用户呈现。当然,如果智能手机未在本地植入黄页数据库,以上针对该来电的号码在本地的黄页数据库中进行联系人信息查询的过程,则可以通过网络在植入了黄页数据库的服务端上执行。在本实施例中,当智能手机上的电话服务针对提取出的来电的号码在本地的通讯录以及黄页数据库中进行查询后,未查询到与该来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,此时可以进一步确定该来电的号码是否携带识别标签。
在确定该来电的号码是否携带识别标签时,通常可以向服务端发送一个携带该来电的号码的查询请求。所述服务端在收到该查询请求后,可以在本地的识别标签数据库中查询该号码是否已经被其他用户进行了标记,如果该号码已经被其他用户进行了标记,服务端可以将该标记作为查询结果返回给智能手机。其中,值得说明的是,所述服务端在实现时 可以是面向用户提供安全服务的安全中心,所述安全中心可以是服务器、服务器集群或者云平台。
当智能手机收到服务端返回的查询结果,可以对查询结果进行解析,如果该查询结果中携带识别标签,此时智能手机的电话服务可以确定该来电的号码已经被其它用户进行了标记,该来电的号码携带识别标签。当然,在实现时,所述识别标签数据库也可以植入在终端本地;例如,在实现时,终端可以将服务端的识别标签数据库同步到本地,从而在基于本地的通讯录以及黄页数据库均未查询到与该来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,可以进一步查询同步到本地的识别标签数据库来确定该来电的号码是否携带识别标签。
在本实施例中,当针对提取出的该来电的号码分别在本地的通讯录、黄页数据库以及识别标签数据库中分别进行查询后,成功识别出该来电的号码,则可以根据该识别结果来确定该来电的语音识别信息,然后将确定出来的语音识别信息向用户播报。其中,该来电的语音识别信息可以根据识别出的来电的号码的类型,提前划分为不同的类型。
在实现时,如果该来电的号码匹配到了本地通讯录中的联系人时,此时可以确定该来电的语音提示消息为第一类型的语音识别信息;所述第一类型的语音识别信息可以包括匹配到的本地通讯录中的联系人信息;例如,在本地针对提取出的来电的号码在本地的通讯录中进行查询后,如果该来电的号码匹配本地通讯录中的联系人,可以直接从本地通讯录中读出该联系人的信息,然后面向用户播报一条“xxx给您来电话了”的语音播报消息。
如果该来电的号码命中黄页数据库中的号码时,此时可以确定该来电的语音识别消息为第二类型的语音识别信息;所述第二类型的语音提示信息中可以包括查询到的与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息;例如,如果该来电的号码命中本地黄页数据库中的联系人时,可以直接从黄页数据库中读出该联系人的信息,然后面向用户播报一条“xxx公司您来电话了”的语音播报消息。
如果该来电的号码与本地的通讯录以及黄页数据库中的联系人信息均不匹配,通过在识别标签数据库中查询后,查询到该来电的号码携带识别标签,此时可以确定该来电的语音识别消息为第三类型的语音识别信息;所述第三类型的语音提示信息中包括所述识别标签信息;例如,假设来电的号码为13100000000,该来电的号码的识别标签为“推销”,那么可以面向用户播报一条“来电了,可能为推销电话,号码为13100000000”的语音播报消息。
当然,如果将该来电的号码分别在通讯录、黄页数据库以及识别标签数据库中进行查询后,仍然未查询到任何的联系人信息,那么可以确定该来电的语音识别消息为第四类型的语音识别信息;所述第四类型的语音提示信息中可以只包括所述来电的号码信息;例如,假设来电的号码为13100000000,如果在通讯录、黄页数据库以及识别标签数据库中进行查询后,仍然未查询到任何的联系人信息时,可以面向用户播报一条“13100000000给您来电话了”的语音播报消息。
在本实施例中,在面向用户播报所述语音识别信息时,首先可以将该语音识别信息转 换为语音消息,然后将转换后的语音消息通过本地的音频输出装置(例如智能手机中的扬声器或者听筒)向用户输出,或者将转换后的所述语音消息通过预先建立的音频通路传输到音频输出外设(例如蓝牙耳机)向用户输出,从而使得用户在不方便查看手机屏幕的通话场景中,如果所述语音识别信息中包括该来电的号码的识别标签时,仍然能够获取到来电的识别标签。
其中,值得说明的是,当所述音频输出外设为蓝牙耳机时,在将语音播报的媒体音频(STREAM_MEDIA)传输到蓝牙耳机时,需要建立蓝牙耳机与智能手机之间的音频通路,而蓝牙耳机与智能手机之间的音频通路通常可以包括A2DP(Advanced Audio Distribution Profile,蓝牙音频传输模型协定)通路和SCO(Synchronous Connection Oriented link,面向连接的同步链路)通路。
A2DP通路,通常可以用于蓝牙设备之间的媒体音频传输,音频效果较高,在采用A2DP通路传输语音播报的媒体音频时,可以通过将智能手机原生系统中蓝牙的音频路由修改为A2DP通路来实现,由于需要修改智能手机的原生系统因此实现成本较高。SCO通路,通常可以用于蓝牙设备之间的通话音频,因此在采用SCO通路传输语音播报的媒体音频时,可以将媒体音频修改为通话音频(STREAM_CALL)进行传输,采用SCO通路传输语音播报的媒体音频时实现较简单,但是音频效果不及A2DP通路。
在以上实施例中,将语音播报技术和来电识别技术进行有机结合,通过在接收到来电时,根据所述来电的号码信息确定所述来电的语音识别信息,并将所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报;当所述语音识别信息中携带所述来电的号码信息对应的识别标签信息时,可以实现用户在不方便查看手机屏幕的通话场景中,也可以获取到来电的识别标签。
如图2所示,图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电提醒方法,应用于终端中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤201中,根据来电的号码信息进行联系人信息查询;当查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的联系人信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第一类型的语音提示信息,所述第一类型的语音提示信息中包括查询到的与所述来电的号码关联的联系人信息;
在步骤202中,当未查询到与所述来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,根据所述来电的号码信息进行黄页信息查询;当查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第二类型的语音提示信息,所述第二类型的语音提示信息中包括查询到的与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息;
在步骤203中,当未查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息时,根据所述来电的号码信息进行识别标签信息查询;当查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的识别标签信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第三类型的语音提示信息,所述第三类型的语音提示信息中包括所述识别标签信息;
在步骤204中,将确定出的所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报。
在本实施例中,所述终端可以是智能手机;当然,在实现时所述终端也可以是其它类 型的具有通话功能的智能终端,以下以所述终端为智能手机为例对本公开的技术方案进行详细描述。
在初始状态下,当智能手机接收到来电时,此时智能手机上的电话服务可以立即对该来电的号码进行提取,然后在本地针对提取出的该来电的号码进行用户识别,并根据用户识别结果来确定该来电的语音识别信息。
其中,智能手机上的电话服务在针对该来电的号码进行用户识别时,通常可以将该来电的号码在本地的通讯录、黄页数据库以及服务端的识别标签数据库中分别进行查询来实现。在将该来电的号码在本地的通讯录中进行查询时,通常可以将该来电的号码与本地的通讯录进行匹配,如果该来电的号码匹配到了本地通讯录中的联系人时,该来电则为正常来电,此时可以直接从通讯录中读取出该联系人的基本信息在通话界面中向用户呈现。当然,如果该智能手机启用了云端通讯录的功能,已经提前将本地的通讯录上传到了服务端,那么以上将该来电的号码与本地的通讯录进行匹配的过程,则可以通过网络在云端服务器上执行。
如果该来电的号码与本地的通讯录中的联系人均不匹配时,此时该来电为陌生来电。对于陌生来电,如果智能手机在本地植入了黄页数据库,可以继续针对该来电的号码在本地的黄页数据库中进行联系人信息查询,以确定该陌生来电是否是黄页数据库中包含的号码,例如,黄页数据库中通常包含常用的公共服务号码(比如移动运营商、银行、大公司、大机构的服务号码)、实名认证的商户号码等等。如果该陌生来电命中了黄页数据库中的号码时,可以直接从黄页数据库中读出对应的联系人信息在通话界面中向用户呈现。当然,如果智能手机未在本地植入黄页数据库,以上针对该来电的号码在本地的黄页数据库中进行联系人信息查询的过程,则可以通过网络在植入了黄页数据库的服务端上执行。在本实施例中,当智能手机上的电话服务针对提取出的来电的号码在本地的通讯录以及黄页数据库中进行查询后,未查询到与该来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,此时可以进一步确定该来电的号码是否携带识别标签。
在确定该来电的号码是否携带识别标签时,通常可以向服务端发送一个携带该来电的号码的查询请求。所述服务端在收到该查询请求后,可以在本地的识别标签数据库中查询该号码是否已经被其他用户进行了标记,如果该号码已经被其他用户进行了标记,服务端可以将该标记作为查询结果返回给智能手机。其中,值得说明的是,所述服务端在实现时可以是面向用户提供安全服务的安全中心,所述安全中心可以是服务器、服务器集群或者云平台。
当智能手机收到服务端返回的查询结果,可以对查询结果进行解析,如果该查询结果中携带识别标签,此时智能手机的电话服务可以确定该来电的号码已经被其它用户进行了标记,该来电的号码携带识别标签。当然,在实现时,所述识别标签数据库也可以植入在终端本地;例如,在实现时,终端可以将服务端的识别标签数据库同步到本地,从而在基于本地的通讯录以及黄页数据库均未查询到与该来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,可以进 一步查询同步到本地的识别标签数据库来确定该来电的号码是否携带识别标签。
在本实施例中,当针对提取出的该来电的号码分别在本地的通讯录、黄页数据库以及识别标签数据库中分别进行查询后,成功识别出该来电的号码,则可以根据该识别结果来确定该来电的语音识别信息,然后将确定出来的语音识别信息向用户播报。其中,该来电的语音识别信息可以根据识别出的来电的号码的类型,提前划分为不同的类型。

在本实施例中,在面向用户播报所述语音识别信息时,,首先可以将该语音识别信息转换为语音消息,然后将转换后的语音消息通过本地的音频输出装置(例如智能手机中的扬声器或者听筒)向用户输出,或者将转换后的所述语音消息通过预先建立的音频通路传输到音频输出外设(例如蓝牙耳机)向用户输出,从而使得用户在不方便查看手机屏幕的通话场景中,如果所述语音识别信息中包括该来电的号码的识别标签时,仍然能够获取到来电的识别标签。

如图8所示,根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电提醒装置800,该装置800可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图8,装置800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件801,存储器802,电源组件803,多媒体组件804,音频组件805,输入/输出(I/O)的接口806,传感器组件807,以及通信组件808。
处理组件801通常控制装置800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件801可以包括一个或多个处理器809来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件801可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件801和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件801可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件804和处理组件801之间的交互。
存储器802被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器802可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件803为装置800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件803可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件804包括在所述装置800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件804包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件805被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件805包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器802或经由通信组件808发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件805还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口802为处理组件801和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件807包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件807可以检测到装置800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件807还可以检测装置800或装置800一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置800接触的存在或不存在,装置800方位或加速/减速和装置800的温度变化。传感器组件807可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件807还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件807还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件808被配置为便于装置800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件808经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信 息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件808还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种来电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在接收到来电时,根据所述来电的号码信息确定所述来电的语音识别信息;
    将所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述来电的语音识别信息包括:所述来电的号码信息对应的联系人信息、黄页信息、或识别标签信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述来电的号码信息确定所述来电的语音识别信息包括:
    根据所述来电的号码信息进行联系人信息查询;
    当查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的联系人信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第一类型的语音提示信息,所述第一类型的语音提示信息中包括查询到的与所述来电的号码关联的联系人信息;
    当未查询到与所述来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,根据所述来电的号码信息进行黄页信息查询;
    当查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第二类型的语音提示信息,所述第二类型的语音提示信息中包括查询到的与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息;
    当未查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息时,根据所述来电的号码信息进行识别标签信息查询;
    当查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的识别标签信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第三类型的语音提示信息,所述第三类型的语音提示信息中包括所述识别标签信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当未查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的识别标签信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第四类型的语音提示信息,所述第四类型的语音提示信息中包括所述来电的号码信息。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述来电的号码信息进行联系人信息查询、黄页信息查询、或识别标签信息查询包括:
    在本机上进行联系人信息查询、黄页信息查询、或识别标签信息查询;或通过网络在服务端上进行联系人信息查询、黄页信息查询或识别标签信息查询。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报包括:
    将所述来电的语音识别信息转换为语音消息,通过本地的音频输出装置向用户输出;或通过预先建立的音频通路传输到音频输出外设中向用户输出。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频输出外设包括蓝牙耳机;所述预先建立的音频通路包括A2DP通路和SCO通路。
  8. 一种来电提醒装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    确定模块,用于在接收到来电时,根据所述来电的号码信息确定所述来电的语音识别信息;
    播报模块,用于将所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述来电的语音识别信息包括:所述来电的号码信息对应的联系人信息、黄页信息、或识别标签信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    第一查询子模块,用于根据所述来电的号码信息进行联系人信息查询;
    第一确定子模块,用于在查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的联系人信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第一类型的语音提示信息,所述第一类型的语音提示信息中包括查询到的与所述来电的号码关联的联系人信息;
    第二查询子模块,用于在未查询到与所述来电的号码关联的联系人信息时,根据所述来电的号码信息进行黄页信息查询;
    第二确定子模块,用于在查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第二类型的语音提示信息,所述第二类型的语音提示信息中包括查询到的与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息;
    第三查询子模块,用于在未查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的黄页信息时,根据所述来电的号码信息进行识别标签信息查询;
    第三确定子模块,用于在查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的识别标签信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第三类型的语音提示信息,所述第三类型的语音提示信息中包括所述识别标签信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块还包括:
    第四确定子模块,用于在未查询到与所述来电的号码信息关联的识别标签信息时,确定所述来电的语音提示信息为第四类型的语音提示信息,所述第四类型的语音提示信息中包括所述来电的号码信息。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一查询子模块包括:
    第一查询子单元,用于在本机上进行联系人信息查询;或通过网络在服务端上进行联系人信息查询;
    所述第二查询子模块包括:
    第二查询子单元,用于在本机上进行黄页信息查询;或通过网络在服务端上进行联系人信息查询;
    所述第三查询子模块包括:
    第三查询子单元,用于在本机上进行识别标签信息查询;或通过网络在服务端上进行识别标签信息查询。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述播报模块包括:
    输出子模块,用于将所述来电的语音识别信息转换为语音消息,通过本地的音频输出装置向用户输出;或通过预先建立的音频通路传输到音频输出外设中向用户输出。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音频输出外设包括蓝牙耳机;所述预先建立的音频通路包括A2DP通路和SCO通路。
  15. 一种来电提醒装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    在接收到来电时,根据所述来电的号码信息确定所述来电的语音识别信息;
    将所述来电的语音识别信息向用户播报。
