Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속하는 기술분야
전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 선별통화에 의해 장난전화를 격퇴하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것임.
2. 발명에 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
발신자로 하여금 자신의 전화번호를 키인함으로써 수신측에서 발신측 전화번호를 음성으로 확인할 수 있어 수신자 스스로가 통화를 선별할 수 있는 방법 및 시스템을 제고함.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
상대편 전화번호 확인모드로 일반 모드를 전화기에 구비하고, 상대편 전화번호 확인모드의 선택시에는 시스템 제어부가 루프를 연결할 시 "전화번호를 누르시오"라는 등의 음성서비스를 행한 이후 상대측의 전화번호를 누름여부에 따라 상대측 전화번호를 음성으로 수신자 시피커로 송출하는 발신자 전화번호를 확인하도록 이루어짐.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 전화기의 시스템도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 흐름도, 제4도는 제3도의 버퍼리드/라이트과정의 구체 흐름도.

Claims (5)

  1. 전화기의 발신자 전화번호 확인방법에 있어서, 링신호의 입력으로부터 선별통화 모드일때 링을 울리는 제1과정과, 상기 제1과정에서 링을 울리고 루프는 연결하며 “전화번호를 입력시키고 ＊를 누르세요”라는 메세지를 송출하고 비지톤을 검출하는 제2과정과, 상기 제2과정에서 비지톤이 검출될 시 링을 종료하고 루프를 차단하며 비지톤이 검출되지 않으면 일정시간동안 발신자의 전화번호에 대한 DTMF의 입력을 기다려 DTMF입력을 보관하기 시작하고 입력이 완료되면 이를 읽어내는 네3과정과, 상기 제3과정에서 읽어낸 상대방 발신자 전화번호를 음성으로 메세징하고 후크오프를 체킹하는 제4과정과, 상기 제4과정에서 후크오프가 아닐때 상기과정을 반복 실행하고 후크오프일때 링종료하고 통화서비스를 실행하는 제5과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제3과정이 발신자 전화번호를 일정시간동안 입력으로 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 일정시간 입력이 없으면 타임플랙을 세팅하고 종료하며 입력이 있으면 입력코드의 마지막 및 “＊”키의 입력을 체킹하는 제2단계와, 상기 제2단계에서 “＊”의 입력이 있을때 버퍼에 상기 “＊”키 이전키값을 라이트하고 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit)를 증가시키는 제3단계와, 상기 제2단계에서 마지막 키입력 및 ＊키입력이 있을때 리드카운터(Cinit)와 키입력횟수카운터(Cinit)의 일치(Cimit=Cinit)여부를 체킹하는 제4단계와, 상기 제4단계에서 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit) 값과 리드카운터(Cinit)의 값이 같으면 상대편 발신자의 후크온/오프를 체킹하는 제5단계와 ,상기 제5단계에서 상대편 발신자가 후크온이면 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit)의 리드카운터(Cinit) 버퍼를 초기화하고 상기 후크오프이면 리드 카운터(Cinit) 버퍼를 초기화하는 제6단계와 상기 제5단계에서 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit) 값과 리드카운터(Cinit)의 값이 같지 않으면 이값들이 같을때까지 버퍼의 기록값을 읽는 제7단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴방법.
  3. 전화기의 발신자 확인장치에 있어서, 국선(TR)으로부터 통화회로(101)가 연결되고, 상기 통화회로(101)로부터 통해 입력되는 상대방 후크온신호를 감지하여 후크온 감지회로(105)와, 상기 통화회로(101)를 통한 DTMF신호를 디코딩하는 DTMF 디코더(107)와, 상기 후크온 감지회로(105)에 의해 톤신호에 따라 링신호를 발생하는 링거회로(103)와, 상기 링거회로(103)의 출력에 따라 음성안내를 제어하고, 발신측의 전화를 받아 버퍼링하고 상대방의 후크온/오프 감지신호에 따라 루우프를 제어하고 통화 서비스를 제공토록 제어하고 상기 DTMF 디코더(107)의 출력에 따라 발신자 전화번호 음성확인에 따른 제어를 하는 중앙처리장치(109)와, 상기 링거회로(103)로부터 링신호가 입력됨과 동시에 상기 중앙처리장치(109)의 제어에 의해 “전화번호를 누르고 ＊를 입력하시오”라는 음성신호를 송출토록 제어하고 발신측에서 입력되는 DTMF신호를 받아 저장후 이를 스피커(SP)로 출력토록 제어하는 음성제어부(111)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴시스템.
  4. 전화기의 발신자 전화번호 확인시스템에 있어서, 링신호의 입력으로부터의 선별통화 모드에 따른 링을 울리리는 제1수단과, 상기 제1수단의 링을 울리고 루프의 연결에 따라 “전화번호를 입력시키고 ＊를 누르세요”라는 메세지를 송출하고 비지톤을 검출하는 제2수단과, 상기 제2수단에서 비지톤의 검출에 따라 일정시간동안 발신자의 전화번호에 대한 DTMF의 입력을 기다려 DTMF 입력을 보관하기 시작하고 입력이 완료되면 이를 읽어내는 제3수단과, 상기 제3수단에서 읽어낸 상대방 발신자 전화번호를 음성으로 메세징 하는 제4수단과, 상기제4수단의 처리에 따라 통화서비스를 실행하는 제5수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제3수단이 발신자 전화번호를 일정시간동안 입력하는 전화번호입력수단과, 상기 전화번호입력수단에서 일정시간 입력이 없으면 타임플랙을 세팅하고 종료하며 입력이 있으면 입력코드의 마지막 및 “＊”키의 입력을 체킹하는 키입력체킹수단과, 상기키입력체킹수단과에서 “＊”의 입력이 있을때 버퍼에 상기 “＊”키 이전키값을 라이트하고 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit)를 증가시키는 카운팅수단과, 상기 키입력체킹수단에서 마지막 키입력 및 ＊키입력이 있을때 리드카운터(Cinit)와 키입력횟수카운터(Cinit)의 일치(Cinit=Cinit)여부를 체킹하는 비교수단과, 상기 비교수단에서 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit)값과 리드카운터(Cinit)의 값이 같으면 상대편 발신자의 후크온/오프를 체킹하는 후쿠온/오프체킹수단과, 상기 후크온/오프체킹수단에서 상대편 발신자가 후크온이면 키입력횟수카운터(Cimit)와 리드카운터(Cinit) 버퍼를 초기화하고 상기 후크온이면 리드카운터(Cinit) 버퍼를 초기화하는 초기화수단과, 상기 후크온/오프체킹수단에서 키입력횟수 카운터(Cimit)값과 리드카운터(Cinit)의 값이 같지 않으면 이값들이 같을때까지 버퍼의 기로값을 읽는 리드수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴시스템.
