背景技术
为了提高用户使用手机的灵活度,可以在手机中设置多个SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,用户身份识别)卡,用户可以使用不同的SIM卡分别进行通信。
在相关技术中,对于运营商网络而言,不同的SIM卡会被视为不同的手机,基站针对特定的SIM卡通信,则局限于在特定的资源与特定SIM卡通信。

根据本公开的实施例,基站可以在第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段发送寻呼信令,而广播的寻呼信令中可以携带有第二SIM卡的信息,终端在使用第一SIM卡的过程中,可以接收到基站广播的寻呼信令,并将寻呼信令中与第二SIM卡相关的信息发送至第二SIM卡,从而在终端未使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,就可以使得第二 SIM卡接收到寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息。
进而在第二SIM卡启动后,就可以基于寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息与基站建立通信连接,而无需等到第二SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段再接收寻呼信令,相对于相关技术,第二SIM卡不必等到第二SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段才能接收到寻呼信令中的信息,而是可以提前接收到寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息,有利于降低第二SIM卡与基站建立通信连接的延迟。

在相关技术中,当基站需要与某个SIM卡建立通信连接时,可以在该SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段(Paging Occasion,简称PO)发送寻呼信令,并在寻呼信令中携带该SIM卡的标识等信息,该SIM卡可以在接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段接收寻呼信令。当接收到寻呼信令后,可以确定寻呼信令中携带的标识是否是自身的标识,如果是自身的标识,那么可以与基站建立通信连接。而对于不同SIM卡而言,接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段可以是不同的。
例如基站需要与终端中的第二SIM卡建立通信连接,那么可以在第二SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段发送寻呼信令,并在发送的寻呼信令中携带第二SIM卡的标识。
但是虽然终端中设置有第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,可是在基站发送携带有第二SIM卡的标识的寻呼信令时,终端可以并未启动第二SIM卡,而是启动第一SIM卡进行通信,由于第一SIM卡仅在第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段接收寻呼信令,这就导致终端并不能接收到基站广播的携带有第二SIM卡的标识的寻呼信令,那么第二SIM卡就不能及时地确定基站需要与其建立通信连接,即使在第二SIM卡启动后,也要等到第二SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段,接收携带有第二SIM卡的标识的寻呼信令,进而才能与基站建立通信连接,这在一定程度上对第二SIM卡与基站建立通信连接造成了延迟。
根据本公开的实施例,基站可以在第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段发送寻呼信令,而广播的寻呼信令中可以携带有第二SIM卡的信息,例如第二SIM卡的标识,终端在使用第一SIM卡的过程中(第一SIM卡可以处于空闲态、或连接态、或非激活态),可以接收到基站广播的寻呼信令,通过解析该寻呼信令可以确定寻呼信令中包含的信息。
其中,多个SIM卡中的每个SIM卡可以预先将自身的信息发送至第一SIM卡,例如可以直接发送至第一SIM卡,也可以先发送至终端,再由终端发送至第一SIM卡,从而使得第一SIM卡可以预先记录多个SIM卡中每个SIM卡的信息。
进而第一SIM卡在确定寻呼信令中的信息后,可以将寻呼信令中的信息与记录的多个SIM卡的信息进行比较,例如寻呼信令中的信息为SIM卡的标识,那么可以寻呼信令中SIM卡的标识与多个SIM卡中每个SIM卡的标识进行比较,以确定寻呼信令是否包含多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡的信息,例如寻呼信令中存在信息与多个SIM卡中第二SIM卡的信息相同,则可以确定寻呼信令中包含第二SIM卡的信息。
在确定寻呼信令包含第二SIM卡的信息时,第一SIM卡可以将第二SIM卡的信息,例如第二SIM卡的标识,发送至第二SIM卡,从而在终端未使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,就可以使得第二SIM卡接收到寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息。
进而在第二SIM卡启动后,就可以基于寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息与基站建立通信连接,例如发起随机接入,而无需等到第二SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段 再接收寻呼信令,相对于相关技术,第二SIM卡不必等到第二SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段才能接收到寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息,而是可以提前接收到寻呼信令中的信息,有利于降低第二SIM卡与基站建立通信连接的延迟。
可选地,所述第二SIM卡的信息包括以下至少之一:
所述第二SIM卡的标识,系统消息指示位。
在一个实施例中,寻呼信令所不仅可以携带第二SIM卡的标识,还可以携带系统消息指示位,第二SIM卡根据寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的标识可以与基站建立通信连接,第二SIM卡根据寻呼信令中的系统消息指示位,可以判断是否需要更新系统消息,进而在需要更新系统消息的情况下,在启动后从基站接收系统消息,从而更新关于基站的系统消息。
需要说明的是,所述第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡并非特指多个SIM卡中的某个SIM卡,而是多个SIM卡中的任意SIM卡,只不过第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡为多个SIM卡中不同的SIM卡。
图2是根据本公开的实施例示出的另一种寻呼信令接收方法的示意流程图。如图2所示,所述第二SIM卡的信息包括第二SIM卡的标识,所述方法还包括:

在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡发送至第二SIM卡的寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息,可以是系统消息指示位,第二SIM卡根据寻呼信令中的系统消息指示位,可以判断是否需要更新系统消息,例如判断系统消息指示位与预先存储的系统消息指示位是否相同,若不相同,确定需要更新系统消息,则在启动后从基站接收系统消息,从 而更新关于基站的系统消息。

在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡可以先确定寻呼信令中是否包含第一SIM卡自身的信息,例如第一SIM卡的标识,在寻呼信令包含第一SIM卡的信息的情况下,再进一步确定寻呼信令中是否包含第二SIM卡的信息。
其中,第一SIM卡可以将寻呼信令中的信息与记录的每个SIM卡的信息进行比较,若寻呼信令中的信息与记录的多个SIM卡的信息中第二SIM卡的信息相同,确定寻呼信令包含第二SIM卡的信息。
在一个实施例中,关于第一SIM卡确定寻呼信令中是否包含第二SIM卡的信息,第一SIM卡还可以预先记录第一SIM卡的信息与第二SIM卡的信息之间的关联关系,然后在确定寻呼信令包含第一SIM卡的信息的情况下,根据所述关联关系查询与第一SIM卡的信息相关联的第二SIM卡的信息。
而具体将多个SIM卡中的哪些SIM卡作为第二SIM卡,并将第二SIM卡的信息与第一SIM卡的信息相关联,则可以根据需要进行设置。据此,可以灵活地选定第 二SIM卡,从而设定第一SIM卡仅针对选定的第二SIM卡,才会将接收到的寻呼信令中的信息发送至第二SIM卡。
图6是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种寻呼信令接收方法的示意流程图。如图6所示,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S17中,在所述多个SIM卡中的任一SIM卡变更的情况下,所述第一SIM卡更新所述多个SIM卡中变更的SIM卡的信息。
在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡在记录多个SIM卡中每个SIM卡的信息后,在多个SIM卡中的任一SIM卡变更的情况下,例如用户在终端中插入了新的SIM卡,或者移除了原来的SIM卡,或者更换了SIM卡,终端可以将变更的SIM卡的信息发送至第一SIM卡,从而第一SIM卡可以更新变更的SIM卡的信息,以便保持第一SIM卡所记录的多个SIM卡中每个SIM卡的信息,都是终端中当前设置的SIM卡的信息。
需要说明的是,步骤S17可以如图6所示在步骤S13之后执行,也可以根据实际情况调整执行顺序,例如在图6所示的任意步骤之前,当多个SIM卡中存在SIM卡变更,都可以执行步骤S17。
图7是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种寻呼信令发送方法的示意流程图。本实施例所示的寻呼信令发送方法可以适用于基站,所述基站可以与上述任一实施例所述的终端通信,例如可以基于4G协议通信,也可以基于5G协议通信。
如图7所示,所述寻呼信令发送方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S21中,在所述第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段中发送(例如以广播的方式发送)寻呼信令,其中,所述寻呼信令包含所述第二SIM卡的信息。
在一个实施例中,基站可以在第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段中,广播包含第二SIM卡的信息的寻呼信令。据此,对于设置有第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的终端而言,当终端启动第一SIM卡进行通信时,可以在第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段中接收到所述寻呼信令,以便第一SIM卡将寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息发送至第二SIM卡,从而在终端未使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,就可以使得第二SIM卡接收到寻呼信令中第二SIM卡的信息。

处理组件1902通常控制装置1900的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1902可以包括一个或多个处理器1920来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1902可以 包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1902和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1902可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1908和处理组件1902之间的交互。
存储器1904被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1900的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1900上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1904可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1906为装置1900的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1906可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1900生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1908包括在所述装置1900和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1908包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1900处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1910被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1910包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1900处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1904或经由通信组件1916发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1910还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1912为处理组件1902和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1914包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1900提供各个方面的状 态评估。例如,传感器组件1914可以检测到装置1900的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1900的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1914还可以检测装置1900或装置1900一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1900接触的存在或不存在,装置1900方位或加速/减速和装置1900的温度变化。传感器组件1914可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1914还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1914还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1916被配置为便于装置1900和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1900可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,4G LTE、5G NR或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1916经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1916还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1900可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述任一实施例所述的寻呼信令接收方法。

    所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令;
    所述第一SIM卡确定接收到的寻呼信令包含所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡的信息;
    所述第一SIM卡将所述第二SIM卡的信息发送至所述第二SIM卡。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二SIM卡的信息包括系统消息指示位,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二SIM卡在启动后根据所述系统消息指示位更新基站的系统消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一SIM卡在所述寻呼时段接收寻呼信令之前,记录所述多个SIM卡中每个SIM卡的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SIM卡确定接收到的寻呼信令包含所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡的信息包括:
    所述第一SIM卡在确定所述寻呼信令中包含所述第一SIM卡的信息的情况下,将所述寻呼信令中的信息与记录的所述每个SIM卡的信息进行比较;
    其中,若所述寻呼信令中的信息与记录的所述多个SIM卡的信息中所述第二SIM卡的信息相同,确定所述寻呼信令包含所述第二SIM卡的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述多个SIM卡中的任一SIM卡变更的情况下,所述第一SIM卡更新所述多个SIM卡中变更的SIM卡的信息。
  8. 一种寻呼信令发送方法,其特征在于,适用于基站,所述方法包括:
    在所述第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段中发送寻呼信令,其中,所述寻呼信令包含所述第二SIM卡的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段中发送寻呼信令之前,根据预先记录的第一SIM卡与第二SIM卡的关联关系,确定与所述第一SIM卡相关联的所述第二SIM卡。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据预先记录的第一SIM卡与第二SIM卡的关联关系,确定与所述第一SIM卡相关联的所述第二SIM卡之前,在与所述第一SIM卡之间存在通信连接时,接收所述第一SIM卡发送的所述第一SIM卡与所述第二SIM卡的关联关系,和/或在与所述第二SIM卡之间存在通信连接时,接收所述第二SIM卡发送的所述第一SIM卡与所述第二SIM卡的关联关系。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述寻呼信令还包含所述第一SIM卡的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二SIM卡的信息包括以下至少之一:
    所述第二SIM卡的标识,系统消息指示位。
  13. 一种寻呼信令接收装置,其特征在于,适用于终端,所述终端包括多个SIM卡,所述装置包括:
    寻呼接收模块,被配置为通过所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令;
    信息确定模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡确定接收到的寻呼信令包含所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡的信息;
    信息发送模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡将所述第二SIM卡的信息发送至所述第二SIM卡。
  14. 一种寻呼信令发送装置,其特征在于,适用于基站,所述装置包括:
    信令发送模块,被配置为在所述第一SIM卡接收寻呼信令的寻呼时段中发送寻呼信令,其中,所述寻呼信令包含所述第二SIM卡的信息。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为实现权利要求1至7中任一项所述的寻呼信令接收方法。
  16. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为实现权利要求8至12中任一项所述的寻呼信令发送方法。
