Description

支持信息确定方法和装置 技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及支持信息确定方法、支持信息确定装置、电子设备和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在相关技术中,多卡终端中可以设置多张SIM(Subscriber Identification Module,也称为用户身份识别)卡,网络会将不同的SIM卡视为不同的终端,不同的SIM卡可以分别与网络侧设备建立连接。
对于5G网络资源,可以划分为多个网络切片,不同的SIM卡所支持的网络切片可以有所不同,而网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况也有所不同的,为了使得网络侧设备确定SIM卡所支持的网络切片,在相关技术中,SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,可以向网络侧设备发送该SIM卡所支持的网络切片的信息。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开的实施例提出了支持信息确定方法、支持信息确定装置、电子设备和计算机可读存储介质,以解决相关技术中的技术问题。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提出一种支持信息确定方法,适用于终端,所述终端中设置有多个SIM卡,所述方法包括:
所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,n≥1;
所述第一SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息;

下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
在相关技术中,SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,可以向网络侧设备发送该SIM卡所支持的网络切片的信息,网络侧设备则可以根据自身是否支持SIM卡所支持的网络切片来向SIM卡发送反馈信息,还可以决定是否允许终端连接至网络侧设备。
但是不同的SIM卡之间并不交互接收到的网络侧设备的反馈信息,这可能会出现以下情况,例如终端中的SIM卡1根据网络侧设备的反馈信息,确定了网络侧设备不支持网络切片A,终端中的SIM卡2支持网络切片A和网络切片B,但是并不知道网络侧设备不支持网络切片A,而SIM卡2在后续与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,仍然向网络侧设备发送SIM卡2支持网络切片A的信息,由于网络侧设备并不支持网络切片A,可能拒绝与SIM卡2建立连接,导致SIM卡2发起与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中所使用的资源和信令浪费了;或者SIM卡2与网络侧设备中的基站建立了连接,但是网络侧设备中的核心网却不支持SIM卡2所支持的网络切片,这也会对SIM卡2后续与核心网的交互造成不良影响,相对于核心网支持SIM卡2所支持的网络切片的情况,也存在资源和信令的浪费。
图1是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种支持信息确定方法的示意流程图。本实施例所示的支持信息确定方法,可以适用于终端,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备等电子设备,所述终端可以作为用户设备与网络侧设备(例如基站、核心网)通信,例如可以基于5G NR(New Radio,新空口)与网络侧设备通信。
其中,在所述终端中可以设置有多个SIM卡,例如可以设置有2个SIM卡,也可以设置2个以上SIM卡,并且在多个SIM卡中,可以存在使用不同运营商网络的 SIM卡,也可以存在使用相同运营商网络的SIM卡。
如图1所示,所述支持信息确定方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S1中,所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡在与网络侧设备(例如基站、核心网)建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,n≥1;
在步骤S2中,所述第一SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息;
在步骤S3中,所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡。其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡并非特指某个SIM卡,而是指多个SIM卡中不同的两个SIM卡。
在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡与网络侧设备建立连接的过程,可以包括随机接入(可以是竞争的随机接入,也可以是非竞争的随机接入)过程,当随机接入成功后,第一SIM卡可以向网络侧设备发送连接建立完成消息,并在连接建立完成消息中携带第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,其中,n≥1,具体可以是大于或等于1的整数,例如可以是2、3等。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所述的网络切片(包括前文所述的n个第一网络切片以及后文所述的m个第二网络切片,例如可以是,),主要是针对5G网络而言的,是从逻辑层面上将5G网络划分为不同类型的虚拟网络,例如可以基于5G网络中的业务进行划分,例如5G网络适用于eMBB(Enhanced Mobile Broadband,增强型移动宽带)业务,mMTC(Massive Machine Type Communication,大规模机器类通信)业务和uRLLC(Ultra-reliable and Low Latency Communication,超高可靠与低延迟通信)业务,那么可以将5G网络划分为对应上述3种业务的3个网络切片,SIM卡基于自身所适用的业务,支持相应的网络切片。
当然,划分网络切片的方式并不限于上述方式,也可以根据需要对网络进行划分,从而得到不同粒度的网络切片,对此,本公开不做限制。
第一SIM卡在将第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息发送至网络侧设备后,网络侧设备可以确定对所述n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息,也即支持n个第一网络切片中哪个网络切片,不支持n个第一网络切片中哪个网络切片,具体可以是确定核心网中的AMF(接入和移动性管理功能)网元支持n个第一网络切片中哪 个网络切片,不支持n个第一网络切片中哪个网络切片。其中,对于一个网络侧设备(例如核心网)而言,其中可以包含一个或多个AMF网元,那么可以确定其中部分或全部AMF网元对于n个第一网络切片的支持信息。
在本实施中,第一SIM卡在接收到网络侧设备对n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息后,可以将第一支持信息发送至多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡,从而使得第二SIM卡也能够获悉网络侧设备对n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息,以便第二SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,能够向网络侧设备发送网络侧设备所支持的网络切片的信息,便于第二SIM卡与支持第二SIM卡所支持的网络切片的网络侧设备建立连接,避免资源和信令的浪费。
例如第一SIM卡支持网络切片A和网络切片B,在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向网络侧设备发送第一SIM卡支持网络切片A和网络切片B的信息,而网络侧设备仅支持网络切片A,不支持网络切片B,那么可以向第一SIM卡反馈第一支持信息,在第一支持信息中指示第一SIM卡,网路侧设备支持网络切片A,不支持网络切片B。
第一SIM卡可以将第一支持信息发送至第二SIM卡,从而使得第二SIM卡获悉网络侧设备支持网络切片A,不支持网络切片B,从而在第二SIM卡支持网络切片A和网络切片C的情况下,第二SIM卡可以在与网路侧设备建立连接的过程中,向网络侧设备发送第二SIM卡支持网络切片A的信息,而不发送第二SIM卡支持网络切片C的信息,由于网路侧设备也支持网络切片A,因此可以与第二SIM卡建立连接,使得第二SIM连接的网络侧设备与第二SIM卡能够支持相同的网络切片,确保第二SIM卡和网路侧设备通信具有良好的效果,减少信令和资源的浪费。
图2是根据本公开的实施例示出的另一种支持信息确定方法的示意流程图。如图2所示,在所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡之前,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S4中,所述第一SIM卡获取所述第二SIM卡所支持的m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1;

在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡可以先与第二SIM卡进行通信,从而获取第二SIM卡所支持的m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1,具体可以是大于或等于1的整数,m可以等于n,也可以不等于n。
进而第一SIM卡可以确定n个第一网络切片中与m个第二网络切片中相同的目标网络切片,例如第一SIM卡支持的n个第一网络切片为网路切片A和网络切片B,第二SIM卡支持的m个网络切片为网络切片A和网络切片C,那么n个第一网络切片中与m个第二网络切片中相同的目标网络切片为网络切片A。
在此基础上,第一SIM卡将第一支持信息发送至第二SIM卡,具体可以是将第一支持信息中网络侧设备对目标网络切片的目标第一支持信息发送至第二SIM卡,例如将网络侧设备支持网络切片A的信息发送至第二SIM卡,而无需将网路侧设备不支持网络切片B的信息发送至第二SIM卡,因为即使第二SIM卡在第一SIM卡所支持的网络切片中,并不支持目标网络切片以外的其他网络切片,所以即使将网络侧设备对其他网络切片的信息发送至第二SIM卡,第二SIM卡也支持其他网络切片,那么就浪费了发送网络侧设备对其他网络切片的信息所占用的资源。
而根据本实施例,第一SIM卡仅将第一支持信息中网络侧设备对目标网络切片的目标第一支持信息发送至第二SIM卡,则可以避免将网络侧设备对其他网络切片的信息发送至第二SIM卡所造成的资源浪费。
需要说明的是,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,也可以不预先进行交互,而是按照图1所示实施例的方式,第一SIM卡将完整的第一支持信息发送至多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡。
图3是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种支持信息确定方法的示意流程图。如图3所示,所述第二SIM卡支持m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S6中,所述第二SIM卡根据所述第一支持信息确定所述网络侧设备在所述m个第二网络切片中所支持的目标网络切片;
在步骤S7中,所述第二SIM卡在与所述网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第二SIM卡支持所述目标网络切片的信息。
在一个实施例中,第二SIM卡在接收到第一支持信息后,可以根据第一支持信息确定网络侧设备在m个第二网络切片中所支持的目标网络切片,进而在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向网络侧设备发送所述第二SIM卡支持目标网络切片的信息。
例如第二SIM卡支持网络切片A和网络切片C,第一支持信息为网路侧设备支持网络切片A,不支持网络切片B,那么网络侧设备在m个第二网络切片中所支持的目标网络切片为网络切片A,进而在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,可以向网络侧设备发送所述第二SIM卡支持网络切片A的信息。
据此,由于网路侧设备支持目标网络切片,因此可以与第二SIM卡建立连接,使得第二SIM连接的网络侧设备与第二SIM卡能够支持相同的网络切片,确保第二SIM卡和网路侧设备通信具有良好的效果,减少信令和资源的浪费。
图4是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种支持信息确定方法的示意流程图。如图4所示,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S8中,所述第二SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的第二支持信息;
在步骤S9中,若所述网络侧设备不支持所述目标网络切片,所述第二SIM卡将所述第二支持信息发送至所述第一SIM卡。
在一个实施例中,第二SIM卡在向网络侧设备发送第二SIM卡支持目标网络切片的信息后,网络侧设备可以向第二SIM卡反馈第二支持信息,通过第二支持信息指示第二SIM卡,网络侧设备对于目标网络切片的支持情况。
虽然根据第一支持信息,第二SIM卡确定了网络侧设备支持目标网络切片,但是由于网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况可以发生改变,而第一SIM卡接收到第一支持信息,可以是在网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况发生改变之前,向第二SIM卡发送第一支持信息,则是在网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况发生改变之后,那么第一支持信息并不能准确地反映网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况,有可能网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况发生改变后,网络侧设备不支持目标网络切片了。
那么第二SIM卡可以根据第二支持信息,确定网络侧设备是否支持目标网络切片,若网络侧设备不支持所述目标网络切片,第二SIM卡可以确定网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况发生了改变,第二SIM卡将第二支持信息发送至第一SIM卡,以便第一SIM卡了解到网络侧设备对于网络切片的支持情况发生了改变,以及具体的改变 情况,包括从支持目标网络切片到不支持目标网络切片。
进一步地,第一网络侧设备可以重新向网络侧设备发送第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,以便根据网络侧设备的反馈信息,重新确定网络侧设备支持哪些网络切片,不支持哪些网络切片。
图5是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种支持信息确定方法的示意流程图。如图5所示,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S10中,所述第一SIM卡根据所述第二支持信息更新所述第一支持信息。
在一个实施例中,第一SIM卡可以根据第二支持信息更新第一支持信息,例如将第一支持信息中对于目标网络切片的支持情况,从网络侧设备支持目标网络切片更新为网络侧设备不支持目标网络切片,以便后续第一SIM卡将第一支持信息发送至第二SIM卡以外的SIM卡,能够保证第一支持信息的相对准确。
与前述的支持信息确定方法的实施例相对应,本公开还提供了支持信息确定装置的实施例。
图6是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种支持信息确定装置的示意框图。本实施例所示的支持信息确定装置,可以适用于终端,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备等电子设备,所述终端可以作为用户设备与网络侧设备通信,例如可以基于5G NR与网络侧设备通信。
其中,在所述终端中可以设置有多个SIM卡,例如可以设置有2个SIM卡,也可以设置2个以上SIM卡,并且在多个SIM卡中,可以存在使用不同运营商网络的SIM卡,也可以存在使用相同运营商网络的SIM卡。
如图6所示,所述支持信息确定装置可以包括:
第一发送模块1,被配置为在所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,通过所述第一SIM卡向所述网络侧设备发送所述第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,n≥1;
第一接收模块2,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息;
第二发送模块3,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所 述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡。
图7是根据本公开的实施例示出的另一种支持信息确定装置的示意框图。如图7所示,所述装置还包括:
信息获取模块4,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡获取所述第二SIM卡所支持的m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1;
相同确定模块5,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡确定所述n个第一网络切片中与所述m个第二网络切片中相同的目标网络切片;
其中,所述第二发送模块3,被配置通过所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息中所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的目标第一支持信息发送至所述第二SIM卡。
图8是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种支持信息确定装置的示意框图。如图8所示,所述第二SIM卡支持m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1,所述装置还包括:
支持确定模块6,被配置为通过所述第二SIM卡根据所述第一支持信息确定所述网络侧设备在所述m个第二网络切片中所支持的目标网络切片;
第三发送模块7,被配置为通过所述第二SIM卡在与所述网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第二SIM卡支持所述目标网络切片的信息。
图9是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种支持信息确定装置的示意框图。如图9所示,所述装置还包括:
第二接收模块8,被配置为通过所述第二SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的第二支持信息;
第四发送模块9,被配置为在所述网络侧设备不支持所述目标网络切片的情况下,通过所述第二SIM卡将所述第二支持信息发送至所述第一SIM卡。
图10是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种支持信息确定装置的示意框图。如图10所示,所述装置还包括:
更新模块10,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡根据所述第二支持信息更新所述第一支持信息。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在相关方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
对于装置实施例而言,由于其基本对应于方法实施例,所以相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
本公开实施例还提出一种电子设备,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为实现上述任一实施例所述的支持信息确定方法。
本公开实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现上述任一实施例所述的支持信息确定方法中的步骤。
图11是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种用于支持信息确定的装置1100的示意框图。例如,装置1100可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图11,装置1100可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1102,存储器1104,电源组件1106,多媒体组件1108,音频组件1110,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1112,传感器组件1114,以及通信组件1116。
处理组件1102通常控制装置1100的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1102可以包括一个或多个处理器1120来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1102可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1102和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1102可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1108和处理组件1102之间的交互。
存储器1104被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1100的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1100上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1104可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1106为装置1100的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1106可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1100生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1108包括在所述装置1100和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1108包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1100处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1110被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1110包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1100处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1104或经由通信组件1116发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1110还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1112为处理组件1102和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1114包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1100提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1114可以检测到装置1100的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1100的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1114还可以检测装置1100或装置1100一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1100接触的存在或不存在,装置1100方位或加速/减速和装置1100的温度变化。传感器组件1114可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1114还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1114还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1116被配置为便于装置1100和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通 信。装置1100可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,4G LTE、5G NR或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1116经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1116还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1100可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述任一实施例所述的方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1104,上述指令可由装置1100的处理器1120执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种支持信息确定方法,其特征在于,适用于终端,所述终端中设置有多个SIM卡,所述方法包括:
    所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,n≥1;
    所述第一SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息;
    所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一SIM卡获取所述第二SIM卡所支持的m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1;
    所述第一SIM卡确定所述n个第一网络切片中与所述m个第二网络切片中相同的目标网络切片;
    其中,所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡包括:
    所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息中所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的目标第一支持信息发送至所述第二SIM卡。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二SIM卡支持m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二SIM卡根据所述第一支持信息确定所述网络侧设备在所述m个第二网络切片中所支持的目标网络切片;
    所述第二SIM卡在与所述网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第二SIM卡支持所述目标网络切片的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的第二支持信息;
    若所述网络侧设备不支持所述目标网络切片,所述第二SIM卡将所述第二支持信息发送至所述第一SIM卡。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一SIM卡根据所述第二支持信息更新所述第一支持信息。
  6. 一种支持信息确定装置,其特征在于,适用于终端,所述终端中设置有多个 SIM卡,所述装置包括:
    第一发送模块,被配置为在所述多个SIM卡中的第一SIM卡在与网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,通过所述第一SIM卡向所述网络侧设备发送所述第一SIM卡所支持的n个第一网络切片的信息,n≥1;
    第一接收模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述n个第一网络切片的第一支持信息;
    第二发送模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息发送至所述多个SIM卡中的第二SIM卡。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    信息获取模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡获取所述第二SIM卡所支持的m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1;
    相同确定模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡确定所述n个第一网络切片中与所述m个第二网络切片中相同的目标网络切片;
    其中,所述第二发送模块,被配置通过所述第一SIM卡将所述第一支持信息中所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的目标第一支持信息发送至所述第二SIM卡。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二SIM卡支持m个第二网络切片的信息,m≥1,所述装置还包括:
    支持确定模块,被配置为通过所述第二SIM卡根据所述第一支持信息确定所述网络侧设备在所述m个第二网络切片中所支持的目标网络切片;
    第三发送模块,被配置为通过所述第二SIM卡在与所述网络侧设备建立连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述第二SIM卡支持所述目标网络切片的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,被配置为通过所述第二SIM卡接收所述网络侧设备发送的所述网络侧设备对所述目标网络切片的第二支持信息;
    第四发送模块,被配置为在所述网络侧设备不支持所述目标网络切片的情况下,通过所述第二SIM卡将所述第二支持信息发送至所述第一SIM卡。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    更新模块,被配置为通过所述第一SIM卡根据所述第二支持信息更新所述第一支持信息。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为实现权利要求1至5中任一项所述的支持信息确定方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至5中任一项所述的支持信息确定方法中的步骤。
