本公开实施例涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及获取信息的方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
目前,随着智能终端的普及度越来越高,用户通常在聚会等活动中通过智能终端进行拍照。在活动之后,参加该活动的用户希望共享该活动中的照片、视频等数据。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供获取信息的方法、装置及系统。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种获取信息的方法,所述方法包括:
获取针对第一终端的事件信息获取请求;
确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端;
控制所述第二终端将所述事件信息发送至所述第一终端。
可选的,所述确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端,包括:
从所述获取请求中获取事件属性信息,所述事件属性信息包括以下至 少一项信息:事件发生时间、事件发生地点;
根据所述事件属性信息确定所述第二终端。
可选的,所述事件信息指示的事件的发生时间为所述事件发生时间,且发生地点为所述事件发生地点。
可选的,所述根据所述事件属性信息确定所述第二终端,包括:
确定在所述事件发生时间位于所述事件发生地点的候选终端;
通过图像识别技术,在所述候选终端中确定所述第二终端。
可选的,所述确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端,包括:
从所述获取请求中获取终端标识;
将所述终端标识对应的终端确定为所述第二终端。

本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
本实施例中,根据其中一个终端发起的事件信息获取请求,自动收集各个终端中符合该获取请求的事件信息,将这些事件信息进行分享,这样,提高信息收集的速度和效率,减少用户操作,方便在多个用户之间共享信息,用户体验度较好。
在另一个实施例中,第一终端可以无需指定所要获取事件信息的第二终端,仅根据事件属性信息就可以自动查询到相关的第二终端,获取第二终端上符合事件属性信息的事件信息。这样,用户无需手动查询,可以方便地获取相关信息,且可以实现更大范围地用户之间信息共享。
在另一个实施例中,第一终端在获取请求中,不仅加入事件属性信息,还加入第二终端的终端标识,这样,可以直接根据获取请求确定第二终端。 这样,无需用户手动操作就可快速实现信息的收集和分享,使用方便,用户体验度较好。
在另一个实施例中,将事件属性信息发送到第二终端,第二终端可以根据事件属性信息对本端存储的文件进行筛选,得到符合事件属性信息的事件信息,并发送给第一终端。这样,使得第二终端的用户无需自己手动选择文件,就可自动实现信息的收集和分享,使用方便,用户体验度较好。
在另一个实施例中,可以根据第一终端和第二终端对应的帐户信息建群。第一终端和第二终端具有相同事件属性的事件信息,即第一终端和第二终端之间具有关联性,自动将第一终端和第二终端组成群组,便于关联的用户之间相互联系,无需用户手动建组,用户使用方便,用户体验度好。

本公开实施例提供的技术方案,对多个终端的相同事件属性的事件信息进行共享,提高信息收集的自动化及速度,方便用户获得更加广泛的信息。其中,本公开实施例的技术方案可用于发起事件信息获取请求的第一终端,或接收获取请求的第二终端,或网络侧服务器,或除第一终端和第二终端外的其他终端。
第一终端可以是移动电话、计算机、数字广播终端、消息收发设备、游戏控制台、平板设备、医疗设备、健身设备、个人数字助理等任一具有信息处理功能的设备。第二终端可以是移动电话、计算机、数字广播终端、消息收发设备、游戏控制台、平板设备、医疗设备、健身设备、个人数字助理等任一具有信息处理功能的设备。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种获取信息的方法的流程图,如图1所示,获取信息的方法用于终端或服务器中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S11中,获取针对第一终端的事件信息获取请求;
在步骤S12中,确定存储有事件信息的第二终端;
在步骤S13中,控制第二终端将事件信息发送至第一终端。
本实施例中,事件信息可以包括以下至少一项:事件图像信息、事件视频信息、事件音频信息、事件文本信息;其中,事件文本信息包括以下至少一项:事件网址信息、事件网页信息。
例如,事件为聚餐活动,聚餐活动结束后,参加聚餐的每个人的终端中都会保存有该聚餐活动的照片、视频等信息。根据第一终端发起对该聚餐活动信息的获取请求,可以确定参加该聚餐活动的第二终端,控制第二终端自动筛选聚餐活动的图像、视频、音频、文本等信息并发送到第一终端。
本实施例中,根据其中一个终端发起的事件信息获取请求,自动收集各个终端中符合该获取请求的事件信息,将这些事件信息进行分享,这样,提高信息收集的速度和效率,减少用户操作,方便在多个用户之间共享信息,用户体验度较好。
在另一个实施例中,获取请求中包括事件属性信息,事件属性信息可以包括事件发生时间和事件发生地点中至少一项信息。例如,事件为聚餐活动,该聚餐活动的时间为2016年4月20日18:00-21:00,该聚餐活动的地点为A饭店(地址为北京市海淀区XXX路xx号)。
事件信息指示的事件的发生时间为事件发生时间,且发生地点为事件发生地点。
在另一实施例中,确定存储有事件信息的第二终端可以通过以下两种方式。
方式一,根据获取请求中的事件属性信息确定第二终端。

在步骤S21中,从获取请求中获取事件属性信息,事件属性信息包括以下至少一项信息:事件发生时间、事件发生地点;
在步骤S22中,根据事件属性信息确定第二终端。
例如,事件属性信息包括事件发生时间,如2015年12月31日24时,则可根据事件发生时间,确定存储有在该时间发生的事件信息的第二终端。
又例如,事件属性信息包括事件发生地点,如天安门,则可根据该事件发生地点,确定存储有在该地点发生的事件信息的第二终端。
又例如,事件属性信息包括事件发生时间和事件发生地点,如2015年12月31日24时,天安门。则可确定存储有在该时间发生在该地点的事件信息的第二终端。
在另一实施例中,图3是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种获取信息的方法的流程图,如图3所示,根据事件属性信息确定第二终端,包括:
在步骤S31中,确定在事件发生时间位于事件发生地点的候选终端;

另外,还可对候选终端存储图像或视频的生成时间进行识别,当获选终端中包含在2015年12月31日24时生成的图像或视频,且图像或视频中包含天安门的图像,则可确定该终端为候选终端。
在方式一中,第一终端可以无需指定所要获取事件信息的第二终端, 仅根据事件属性信息就可以自动查询到相关的第二终端,获取第二终端上符合事件属性信息的事件信息。这样,用户无需手动查询,可以方便地获取相关信息,且可以实现更大范围地用户之间信息共享。
方式二,根据获取请求中携带的终端标识确定第二终端。
图4是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种获取信息的方法的流程图,如图4所示,确定存储有事件信息的第二终端,包括:
在步骤S41中,从获取请求中获取终端标识;
在步骤S42中,将终端标识对应的终端确定为第二终端。
在方式二中,第一终端在获取请求中,不仅加入事件属性信息,还加入第二终端的终端标识,这样,可以直接根据获取请求确定第二终端。这样,无需用户手动操作就可快速实现信息的收集和分享,使用方便,用户体验度较好。

本公开实施例提供了获取信息的方法,实施该方法的执行主体有终端和服务器,终端可以是发起事件信息获取请求的第一终端,或接收获取请求的第二终端,也可以是除第一终端和第二终端外的其他终端。

本实施例中,第二终端发送的事件信息包括以下至少一项:事件图像信息、事件视频信息、事件音频信息、事件文本信息;其中,事件文本信息包括以下至少一项:事件网址信息、事件网页信息。
例如,事件为聚餐活动,聚餐活动结束后,参加聚餐的每个人的终端中都会保存有该聚餐活动的照片、视频等信息。根据第一终端发起对该聚餐活动信息的获取请求,可以确定参加该聚餐活动的第二终端,控制第二终端自动筛选聚餐活动的图像、视频、音频、文本等信息并发送到第一终端。
本实施例中,根据其中一个终端发起的事件信息获取请求,自动收集各个终端中符合该获取请求的事件信息,将这些事件信息进行分享,这样,提高信息收集的速度和效率,减少用户操作,方便在多个用户之间共享信息,用户体验度较好。
在另一个实施例中,获取请求中包括事件属性信息,事件属性信息可以包括事件发生时间和事件发生地点中至少一项信息。例如,事件为聚餐活动,该聚餐活动的时间为2016年4月20日18:00-21:00,该聚餐活动的地点为A饭店(地址为北京市海淀区XXX路xx号)。
事件信息指示的事件的发生时间为事件发生时间,且发生地点为事件发生地点。
在另一实施例中,确定模块92确定存储有事件信息的第二终端可以通过以下两种方式。
方式一,确定模块92根据获取请求中的事件属性信息确定第二终端。
图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的确定模块的框图,如图10所示,确定模块92包括:第一获取子模块101和第一确定子模块102,
第一获取子模块101,被配置为从第一获取模块91获取的获取请求中获取事件属性信息,事件属性信息包括以下至少一项信息:事件发生时间、事件发生地点;
第一确定子模块102,被配置为根据第一获取子模块101获取的事件属性信息确定第二终端。

可选的,第一确定子模块102,被配置为确定在事件发生时间位于事件发生地点的候选终端;通过图像识别技术,在候选终端中确定第二终端。

另外,还可对候选终端存储图像或视频的生成时间进行识别,当获选终端中包含在2015年12月31日24时生成的图像或视频,且图像或视频中包含天安门的图像,则可确定该终端为候选终端。
在方式一中,第一终端可以无需指定所要获取事件信息的第二终端,仅根据事件属性信息就可以自动查询到相关的第二终端,获取第二终端上符合事件属性信息的事件信息。这样,用户无需手动查询,可以方便地获取相关信息,且可以实现更大范围地用户之间信息共享。
方式二,确定模块92根据获取请求中携带的终端标识确定第二终端。
图11是根据另一示例性实施例示出的确定模块的框图,如图11所示,确定模块92包括:第二获取子模块111和第二确定子模块112,

    获取针对第一终端的事件信息获取请求;
    确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端;
    控制所述第二终端将所述事件信息发送至所述第一终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端,包括:
    从所述获取请求中获取事件属性信息,所述事件属性信息包括以下至少一项信息:事件发生时间、事件发生地点;
    根据所述事件属性信息确定所述第二终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述事件信息指示的事件的发生时间为所述事件发生时间,且发生地点为所述事件发生地点。

  16. 根据权利要求9-15中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述第二终端发送的事件信息包括以下至少一项:事件图像信息、事件视频信息、事件音频信息、事件文本信息;其中,事件文本信息包括以下至少一项:事件网址信息、事件网页信息。
  17. 一种获取信息的装置,包括:
    处理器;
    配置为存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取针对第一终端的事件信息获取请求;
    确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端;
    控制所述第二终端将所述事件信息发送至所述第一终端。
  18. 一种获取信息的系统,包括:第一终端、服务器和第二终端;
    所述第一终端,被配置为向所述服务器发送事件信息获取请求;
    所述服务器,被配置为获取所述获取请求;确定存储有所述事件信息的第二终端;控制所述第二终端将所述事件信息发送至所述第一终端;
    所述第二终端,被配置为向所述第一终端发送所述事件信息。
