Abstract

本公开是关于状态通知方法及装置。该方法包括:获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人。该技术方案当用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时,通过将用户的当前状态信息通知到预设联系人,使得预设联系人可以了解到用户没有接电话或没有回复短信的原因,或者使得预设联系人可以在联系该用户之前就获知该用户的状态,以便可以根据该用户的当前状态选择是否联系该用户。这样,用户之间的沟通更加畅通,提高了通信效率,用户体验度也更好。

技术领域
本公开涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及状态通知方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,用户在开会、上课、睡觉等情况下,不方便接听电话或回复短信,但无法通知联系人自己的当前状态,容易导致沟通不畅。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供状态通知方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种状态通知方法,包括:
获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;
将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
判断是否存在对所述用户的当前状态信息的设置结果;
当存在所述设置结果时,根据所述设置结果获取所述用户的当前状态信息。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
检测所述用户的日历事件;
根据所述日历事件确定所述用户的当前状态信息。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
获取智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的当前状态信息,所述智能穿戴设备与所述终端绑定。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
获取所述用户设置的第一当前状态信息;
检测所述用户的日历事件确定所述用户的第二当前状态信息,或检测智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的第二当前状态信息;

上述技术方案,终端用户的当前状态可能为不方便接听来电或回复短信的状态,通过将用户的当前状态信息通知到预设联系人,使得预设联系人可以了解到用户没有接电话或没有回复短信的原因,或者使得预设联系人可以在联系该用户之前就获知该用户的状态,以便可以根据该用户的当前状态选择是否联系该用户。这样,用户之间的沟通更加畅通,提高了通信效率,用户体验度也更好。
在可选方案中,终端提供对用户状态进行设定的功能,用户可以通过该功能手动设定自身当前状态。如果终端确定用户有设置当前状态的操作,则根据设置结果获取用户的当前状态信息。用户通过对自身当前状态进行设定,可以在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
在可选方案中,还可以根据用户日历事件确定用户当前状态,无需用户主动设置自身状态,可以更加灵活、方便、快速、准确地获取用户状态,在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
在可选方案中,通过智能穿戴设备实时检测用户的当前状态,可以更加准确地获取用户状态,在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
在可选方案中,通过对获取到的不同的用户当前状态信息进行筛选,使得获取的用户当前状态更准确,更符合用户实际状态,在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
在可选方案中,终端在预设联系人来电时,播放用户当前状态所对应的回铃音,使得预设联系人在听到回铃音后就可得知该用户的当前状态,了解用户无法接听电话的原因,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
在可选方案中,用户可自己说明自身的当前状态并进行录音,将录音得到的语音信息作为与用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音,或者选择当前状态对应的默认状态铃声作为与用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。这样,预设联系人在听到回铃音后就可得知该用户的当前状态,了解用户无法接听电话的原因,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
在可选方案中,终端可以将该用户的当前状态信息推送到预设联系人的终端,预设联系人的终端可在通讯录列表中该用户的位置标记该用户的当前状态,使得预设联系人可以在联系该用户之前就获知该用户的状态,以便可以根据该用户的当前状态选择是否联系该用户。这样,用户之间的沟通更加畅通,提高了通信效率,用户体验度也更好。

本公开实施例提供的技术方案,涉及具有通信功能的终端,终端将其用户的当前状态通知到预设联系人,使得对方可以得知该用户的当前状态,如在开会、上课、睡觉、运动、乘坐飞机等状态,不方便接听电话或回复短信等等,并且联系人也可以根据该用户的状态确定是否联系该用户。这样,提高用户之间的沟通效率,用户体验度更好。
该终端可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等具有通信功能的设备。
图1a是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种状态通知方法的流程图。如图1a所示,状态通知方法用于终端中,包括以下步骤:
在步骤S11a中,获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;
在步骤S12a中,将当前状态信息通知用户的预设联系人。
本实施例中,终端用户的当前状态可能为不方便接听来电或回复短信的状态,通过将用户的当前状态信息通知到预设联系人,使得预设联系人可以了解到用户没有接电话或没有回复短信的原因,或者使得预设联系人可以在联系该用户之前就获知该用户的状态,以便可以根据该用户的当前状态选择是否联系该用户。这样,用户之间的沟通更加畅通,提高了通信效率,用户体验度也更好。
图1b是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种状态通知方法的流程图。如图1b所示,状态通知方法包括以下步骤:

在步骤S22中,当存在设置结果时,根据设置结果获取用户的当前状态信息。

图3是根据另一示例性实施例示出的获取终端的用户的当前状态信息的方法流程图。如图3所示,步骤S11包括:
在步骤S31中,检测用户的日历事件;
在步骤S32中,根据日历事件确定用户的当前状态信息。
例如,根据用户日历,得知该用户在2015年7月23日9:00-12:00参加会议,则终端可确定该用户在2015年7月23日9:00-12:00的状态为开会。或者,根据用户日历,得知用户在2015年7月24日10:00-12:40乘坐飞机从北京飞往成都,则终端可确定该用户在2015年7月24日10:00-12:40的状态为乘坐飞机。
在可选方案中,还可以根据用户日历事件确定用户当前状态,无需用户主动设置自身状态,可以更加灵活、方便、快速、准确地获取用户状态,在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
方式三
步骤S11包括:
获取智能穿戴设备反馈的用户的当前状态信息,智能穿戴设备与终端绑定。
例如,通过智能穿戴设备识别到用户当前在睡觉时,终端自动将用户的当前状态信息修改为睡觉。或者,通过智能穿戴设备识别到用户当前在跑步时,将用户的当前状态信息修改为运动。
在可选方案中,通过智能穿戴设备实时检测用户的当前状态,可以更加准确地获取用户状态,在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
方式四
图4是根据另一示例性实施例示出的获取终端的用户的当前状态信息的方法流程图。如图4所示,步骤S11包括:
在步骤S41中,获取用户设置的第一当前状态信息;
在步骤S42中,检测用户的日历事件确定用户的第二当前状态信息,或检测智能穿戴设备反馈的用户的第二当前状态信息;
在步骤S43中,将第二当前状态信息与第一当前状态信息进行比对;
在步骤S44中,当第二当前状态信息与第一当前状态信息不匹配时,将第二当前状态信息作为用户的当前状态信息。
终端通过上述方式一至方式三,可能获得至少两个不同的用户状态,这样,可以设置优先采用用户日历事件确定的用户当前状态或通过智能穿戴设备检测到的用户当前状态。例如,用户设置在2015年7月23日9:00-12:00的状态为正常,即可接听电话或回复短信,但通过日历事件发现用户在2015年7月23日10:00-12:40需要乘坐飞机飞往成都,则,终端可将用户的当前状态信息修改为乘坐飞机。或者,用户设置当前状态为正常,但通过智能穿戴设备检测到用户的当前状态为运动,则终端可自动将用户的当前状态信息修改为运动。
在可选方案中,通过对获取到的不同的用户当前状态信息进行筛选,使 得获取的用户当前状态更准确,更符合用户实际状态,在用户不方便接听来电或回复短信时及时通知到预设联系人,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
另外,用户也可以对上述三种方式获得的用户当前状态设置优先级,即当三种方式获得的用户当前状态不同时,优先采用哪种方式获得的用户当前状态。例如,设置优先采用方式三智能穿戴设备检测到的用户当前状态,其次是方式二通过用户的日历事件确定的用户当前状态,最后才采用方式一用户设置的当前状态。可选的,步骤S12b中,将当前状态信息通知用户的预设联系人,可以有但不限于以下几种实现方式:
方式A
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的将当前状态信息通知用户的预设联系人的方法流程图。如图5所示,步骤S12包括:
在步骤S51中,生成与用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音;
在步骤S52中,当接收到预设联系人来电时,播放回铃音。
在可选方案中,终端在预设联系人来电时,播放用户当前状态所对应的回铃音,使得预设联系人在听到回铃音后就可得知该用户的当前状态,了解用户无法接听电话的原因,保证用户之间的通信畅通,提高用户体验度。
可选的,步骤S51中生成与用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音可以通过录音或选择当前状态对应的默认状态铃声实现。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的生成与用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音的方法流程图。如图6所示,步骤S51包括:
在步骤S61中,采集包括用户的当前状态的语音信息;
在步骤S62中,将语音信息作为与用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。

图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的预设联系人标记该用户当前状态的示意图。如图8所示,在预设联系人的通讯录列表81中,可以标记每个联系人的当前状态,如果其当前状态为正常,则可不标记。
在可选方案中,终端可以将该用户的当前状态信息推送到预设联系人的终端,预设联系人的终端可在通讯录列表中该用户的位置标记该用户的当前状态,使得预设联系人可以在联系该用户之前就获知该用户的状态,以便可以根据该用户的当前状态选择是否联系该用户。这样,用户之间的沟通更加畅通,提高了通信效率,用户体验度也更好。
其中,步骤S11b和步骤S12b的实现方式并不限于上述方式。上述步骤S11b的多种实现方式和步骤S12b的多种实现方式之间可以任意组合,以实现本公开的技术方案。

装置1700可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1702,存储器1704,电源组件1706,多媒体组件1708,音频组件1710,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1712,传感器组件1714,以及通信组件1716。
处理组件1702通常控制装置1700的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件1702可以包括一个或多个处理器1720来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1702可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1702和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1702可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1708和处理组件1702之间的交互。

多媒体组件1708包括在所述装置1700和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上 的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1708包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1700处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1710被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1710包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1700处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1704或经由通信组件1716发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1710还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1712为处理组件1702和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1714包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1700提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1714可以检测到设备1700的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1700的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1714还可以检测装置1700或装置1700一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1700接触的存在或不存在,装置1700方位或加速/减速和装置1700的温度变化。传感器组件1714可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1714还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1714还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1716被配置为便于装置1700和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1700可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G, 或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1716经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1716还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1700可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1704,上述指令可由装置1700的处理器1720执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由装置1700的处理器执行时,使得装置1700能够执行上述状态通知的方法,所述方法包括:
获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;
将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
判断是否存在对所述用户的当前状态信息的设置结果;
当存在所述设置结果时,根据所述设置结果获取所述用户的当前状态信息。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
检测所述用户的日历事件;
根据所述日历事件确定所述用户的当前状态信息。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
获取智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的当前状态信息,所述智能穿戴设备与所述终端绑定。
可选的,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
获取所述用户设置的第一当前状态信息;
检测所述用户的日历事件确定所述用户的第二当前状态信息,或检测智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的第二当前状态信息;
将所述第二当前状态信息与所述第一当前状态信息进行比对;
当所述第二当前状态信息与所述第一当前状态信息不匹配时,将所述第二当前状态信息作为所述用户的当前状态信息。
可选的,将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人,包括:
生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音;
当接收到所述预设联系人来电时,播放所述回铃音。
可选的,生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音,包括:
采集包括所述用户的当前状态的语音信息,将所述语音信息作为与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。
可选的,生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音,包括:
查询与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的预设回铃音,将所述预设回铃音作为与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。
可选的,将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人,包括:
将所述当前状态信息发送到所述预设联系人的终端,所述预设联系人的终端根据所述当前状态信息标记所述用户的当前状态。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种状态通知方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;
    将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
    判断是否存在对所述用户的当前状态信息的设置结果;
    当存在所述设置结果时,根据所述设置结果获取所述用户的当前状态信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
    检测所述用户的日历事件;
    根据所述日历事件确定所述用户的当前状态信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
    获取智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的当前状态信息,所述智能穿戴设备与所述终端绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端的用户的当前状态信息,包括:
    获取所述用户设置的第一当前状态信息;
    检测所述用户的日历事件确定所述用户的第二当前状态信息,或检测智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的第二当前状态信息;
    将所述第二当前状态信息与所述第一当前状态信息进行比对;
    当所述第二当前状态信息与所述第一当前状态信息不匹配时,将所述第二当前状态信息作为所述用户的当前状态信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人,包括:
    生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音;
    当接收到所述预设联系人来电时,播放所述回铃音。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音,包括:
    采集包括所述用户的当前状态的语音信息,将所述语音信息作为与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音,包括:
    查询与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的预设回铃音,将所述预设回铃音作为与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人,包括:
    将所述当前状态信息发送到所述预设联系人的终端,所述预设联系人的终端根据所述当前状态信息标记所述用户的当前状态。
  10. 一种状态通知装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;
    通知模块,用于将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    判断子模块,用于判断是否存在对所述用户的当前状态信息的设置结果;
    第一获取子模块,用于当存在所述设置结果时,根据所述设置结果获取所述用户的当前状态信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    第一检测子模块,用于检测所述用户的日历事件;
    第一确定子模块,用于根据所述日历事件确定所述用户的当前状态信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    第二获取子模块,用于获取智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的当前状态信息,所述智能穿戴设备与所述终端绑定。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块包括:
    第三获取子模块,用于获取所述用户设置的第一当前状态信息;
    第二检测子模块,用于检测所述用户的日历事件确定所述用户的第二当前状态信息,或检测智能穿戴设备反馈的所述用户的第二当前状态信息;
    比对子模块,用于将所述第二当前状态信息与所述第一当前状态信息进行比对;
    第二确定子模块,用于当所述第二当前状态信息与所述第一当前状态信息不匹配时,将所述第二当前状态信息作为所述用户的当前状态信息。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知模块包括:
    生成子模块,用于生成与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音;
    播放子模块,用于当接收到所述预设联系人来电时,播放所述回铃音。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成子模块,用于采集包括所述用户的当前状态的语音信息,将所述语音信息作为与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成子模块,用于查询与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的预设回铃音,将所述预设回铃音作为与所述用户的当前状态信息对应的回铃音。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知模块包括:
    发送子模块,用于将所述当前状态信息发送到所述预设联系人的终端,所述预设联系人的终端根据所述当前状态信息标记所述用户的当前状态。
  19. 一种状态通知装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取终端的用户的当前状态信息;
    将所述当前状态信息通知所述用户的预设联系人。
