Abstract

一种即时消息的处理方法及装置。该方法包括:接收即时消息并确定其所属的即时通讯软件(S11);确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域(S12)。该技术方案使得用户能够在当前界面的预设边缘区域查看所有未处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息,从而使终端当前显示其他应用界面时,仍然能有效地将其它即时通讯软件的即时消息提示给用户,且不影响对当前其他应用界面的显示。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种即时消息的处理方法及装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,终端在运行某一应用程序的过程中,当有其他应用程序接收到新消息时,终端就会将新消息显示在通知栏中,用户可通过下拉通知栏的方式查看其他应用程序接收到的新消息,并通过点击进入新消息对应的应用程序的方式来处理新消息。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种即时消息的处理方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种即时消息的处理方法,包括:
接收即时消息并确定其所屈的即时通讯软件;
确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。

上述技术方案,能够在接收到当前界面对应的软件之外的即时通讯软件的即时消息后,将即时消息和其它所有未被处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域,使得用户能够在当前界面的预设边缘区域查看所有未处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息,从而使终端当前显示其他应用界面时,仍然能有效地将其它即时通讯软件的即时消息提示给用户,且不影响对当前其他应用界面的显示。
在一个实施例中,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
该实施例中,通过在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示即时消息的消息标识,使得用户能够在预设边缘区域查看其它即时通讯软件的未被处理的即时消息的情况,从而使终端当前显示其他应用界面时,仍然能有效地将其它即时通讯软件的即时消息提示给用户,且不影响对当前其他应用界面的显示。
在一个实施例中,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者
所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送 的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
该实施例使得未被处理的即时消息的消息标识的显示更加灵活,从而满足用户的不同需求。
在一个实施例中,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,包括:
确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件;
确定每个所述即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个即时通讯软件的软件标识及所述即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
该实施例中,通过在预设边缘区域中排列显示即时通讯软件的软件标识以及即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目,且按照每个即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间来排列显示消息标识,使得用户无需进入即时消息对应的即时通讯软件,就能够对未处理的即时消息的相关信息、尤其是未处理的即时消息的数目及接收时间的先后顺序一目了然,提高了用户的体验度。
在一个实施例中,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,所述方法还包括:
当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第一预设操作时,根据所述消息标识对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的联系人信息,在所述当前界面上显示包括至少一个条目的操作框;其中,每个条目对应一个联系人所发送的即时消息;
当接收到用户对所述操作框中的其中一个条目的点击操作时,在所述当前界面上显示该条目对应的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
该实施例中,通过显示即时消息的对话框,使得用户无需进入即时通讯软件即可处理即时消息,尤其是在终端当前显示其他应用界面时,用户通过在对话框中处理即时消息,并在处理完成后继续回到当前显示的其他应用界面,使得用户在处理即时消息方面节省了大量时间和繁复的操作,从而提高用户的体验。
在一个实施例中,所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,包括:
确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的联系人;
确定每个所述联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个联系人 的联系人标识及所述联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
该实施例中,通过在预设边缘区域中排列显示联系人的联系人标识以及该联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,且按照每个联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间来排列显示消息标识,使得用户无需进入即时消息对应的即时通讯软件,就能够对未处理的即时消息的相关信息、尤其是未处理的即时消息的联系人信息及接收时间的先后顺序一目了然,提高了用户的体验度。
在一个实施例中,所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,所述方法还包括:
当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第二预设操作时,在所述当前界面上显示所述消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。

根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种即时消息的处理装置,包括:
确定模块,用于接收即时消息并确定其所屈的即时通讯软件;
第一显示模块,用于所述确定模块确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
在一个实施例中,所述第一显示模块,用于在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
在一个实施例中,所述第一显示模块显示的消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者

第二确定子模块,用于确定所述第一确定子模块确定的每个所述即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
第一显示子模块,用于按照所述第二确定子模块确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个即时通讯软件的软件标识及所述即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。

在一个实施例中,所述装置还包括:
第四显示模块,用于所述第一显示模块显示的消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第二预设操作时,在所述当前界面上显示所述消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
在一个实施例中,所述第一预设操作或所述第二预设操作包括以下操作中的至少一种:
对所述消息标识的预设次数的点击操作;
向预设方向滑动所述消息标识的滑动操作。
根据本发明实施例的第三方面,提供一种即时消息的处理装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
接收即时消息并确定其所屈的即时通讯软件;
确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种即时消息的处理方法的流程图,该即时消息的处理方法用于终端中,其中,终端可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤S11-S12。
在步骤S11中,接收即时消息并确定其所屈的即时通讯软件。
其中,即时消息为用户通过即时通讯软件进行交互的消息。
在步骤S12中,确定该即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
在一个实施例中,终端在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收到的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识;该消息标识包括即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
其中,预设边缘区域可以是终端当前界面上的侧边缘区域,例如终端当前界面上的左侧边缘区域、右侧边缘区域、上侧边缘区域或下侧边缘区域,以不遮挡终端当前界面上所显示的主要内容为准。
采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,能够在接收到当前界面对应的软件之外的即时通讯软件的即时消息后,将即时消息和其它所有未被处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域,使得用户能够在当前界面的预设边缘区域查看所有未处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息,从而使终端当前显示其他应用界面时,仍然能有效地将其它即时通讯软件的即时消息提示给用户,且不影响对当前其他应用界面的显示。
上述方法中,根据消息标识中所包括的具体内容不同,消息标识的显示方式也有所不同。其中,消息标识中所包括的内容主要有以下两种情况:消息标识包括即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者,消息标识包括发送即时消息的联系人标识、发送即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。以下分别针对这两种情况来说明终端上对即时消息的消息标识的显示方式。
在一个实施例中,当消息标识包括即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,如图2所示,步骤S12可实施为以下步骤S21-S23。
在步骤S21中,确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件。
在步骤S22中,确定每个即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间。
在步骤S23中,按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区中排列显示每个即时通讯软件的软件标识以及即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
由本实施例可知,当终端接收到新的即时消息、且该即时消息不屈于当前界面对应的软件时,就会将该即时消息对应的消息标识显示在预设边缘区域中最前面的位置。
本实施例中,通过在预设边缘区域中排列显示即时通讯软件的软件标识以及即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目,且按照每个即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间来排列显示消息标识,使得用户无需进入即时消息对应的即时通讯软件,就能够对未处理的即时消息的相关信息、尤其是未处理的即时消息的数目及接收时间的先后顺序一目了然,提高了用户的体验度。
下面通过一具体实施例来说明本实施例中的技术方案。
具体实施例一
图3所示为具体实施例一中终端当前界面的界面显示图。在该实施例中,预设边缘区域为终端当前界面的右侧边缘区域。如图3所示,终端当前界面对应的软件为软件M,在终端界面的右侧边缘区域排列显示有即时通讯软件A、即时通讯软件B和即时通讯软件C接收到的未被处理的即时消息的消息标识,每个消息标识中包括各自对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识以及该即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
在图3所示的终端界面上,即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目以数字形式示出,其中,即时通讯软件A接收到的即时消息中有6条即时消息未被处理,即时通讯软件B接收到的即时消息中有5条即时消息未被处理,即时通讯软件C接收到的即时消息中有2条即时消息未被处理。当终端再次接收到不屈于当前界面对应的软件(即不屈于软件M)的即时消息时,由于该即时消息的接收时间相较于右侧边缘区域内的任一即时消息的接收时间而言都要晚,因此可按照以下如图4所示的步骤S41-S44来排列显示该即时消息的消息标识。
在步骤S41中,确定该即时消息所屈的即时通讯软件。
在步骤S42中,判断右侧边缘区域中是否已显示该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识。其中,即时通讯软件对应的消息标识即为该即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的消息标识,如果右侧边缘区域中已显示该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识,则执行步骤S43;如果右侧边缘区域中未显示该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识,则执行步骤S44。
在步骤S43中,更新该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识中即时消息的数目,同时更新该即时 通讯软件对应的消息标识在右侧边缘区域中的排列位置。
例如,如果接收到的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件为即时通讯软件B,则将即时通讯软件B对应的消息标识中的数目由5更新为6。同时,由于本实施例中,消息标识在预设边缘区域中是根据每个即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间来进行排列显示的,且接收时间越晚,即时通讯软件对应的消息标识在预设边缘区域中的排列位置越靠前,因此,更新上述即时通讯软件对应的消息标识在右侧边缘区域中的排列位置,也就相当于将即时通讯软件B对应的消息标识排列显示在右侧边缘区域中最前面的位置,如图5所示。
此外,还可以高亮的方式显示即时消息的消息标识,例如,在步骤S43中,将即时通讯软件B对应的消息标识排列显示在右侧边缘区域中最前面的位置的同时,高亮显示即时通讯软件B对应的消息标识,从而起到更高效的提示作用。高亮显示的时间可预先设定,例如,高亮显示5秒钟,还可以高亮闪动的方式来显示,闪动次数也可预先设定,例如,高亮闪动3次。
在步骤S44中,在右侧边缘区域排列显示该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识。
例如,如果接收到的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件为即时通讯软件D,则在右侧边缘区域最前面的位置显示即时通讯软件D对应的消息标识,包括即时通讯软件D的软件标识以及即时通讯软件D接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目,如图6所示,此时即时通讯软件D接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目为1。
本实施例示出了预设边缘区域为右侧边缘区域的情形,其他预设边缘区域的实施方式和右侧边缘区域的实施方式相同,在此不再赘述。
基于上述实施例中消息标识的显示方式,上述方法还包括如图7所示的步骤S71-S72。
在步骤S71中,当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第一预设操作时,根据该消息标识对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的联系人信息,在当前界面上显示包括至少一个条目的操作框;其中,每个条目对应一个联系人所发送的即时消息。
用户对消息标识执行第一预设操作后,预设边缘区域中可取消对该消息标识的显示。
其中,第一预设操作包括以下操作中的至少一种:对消息标识的预设次数的点击操作、向预设方向滑动消息标识的滑动操作。例如,用户对消息标识进行一次点击或连续的多次点击,或者向终端当前界面的中心位置滑动消息标识,终端当前界面上就会显示该消息标识对应的操作框,操作框中包括一个或多个条目,操作框的尺寸小于终端当前界面的尺寸。
仍以上述具体实施例一中的方案为例,假设即时通讯软件A接收到的未被处理的即时消息的联系人信息包括联系人a、联系人b和联系人c三个联系人,当用户对即时通讯软件A对应的消息标识执行第一预设操作后,终端当前界面上就会显示包括三个条目的操作框,这三个条目分别对应联系人a发送的即时消息、联系人b发送的即时消息以及联系人c发送的即时消息,如图8所示。
在一个实施例中,操作框中的每一个条目中还可显示对应的联系人发送的即时消息的数 目,从而为用户提供更详细的即时消息的相关信息。
在步骤S72中,当接收到用户对操作框中的其中一个条目的点击操作时,在当前界面上显示该条目对应的即时消息的对话框;其中,对话框的尺寸小于当前界面的尺寸,例如,以当前界面的二分之一面积显示对话框。此外,对话框中还可包括该条目对应的即时消息的内容。
以图8所示的终端界面为例,如果用户对联系人b对应的条目进行点击操作时,当前界面上就会显示该条目对应的即时消息的对话框,在该对话框中,用户可以直接处理联系人b发来的即时消息,如图9所示,对话框中的“即时消息区域”显示用户与联系人b往来的即时消息,对话框中的“回复处理区域”用于用户处理对即时消息的回复,用户点击“回复处理区域”后,当前界面上可弹出输入键盘以供用户输入消息内容。
此外,对于终端上显示的即时消息的操作框或者对话框,用户都可以通过预设的操作来取消操作框或者对话框的显示,例如,用户在对话框中处理完即时消息之后,向终端边缘方向滑动该对话框,即可取消当前界面上对话框的显示。此时,如果该即时消息对应的即时通讯软件中还有其他即时消息未处理,那么预设边缘区域中显示的该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识就会被更新(例如即时消息的数目被更新),如果该即时消息对应的即时通讯软件中的所有即时消息都已被处理,那么预设边缘区域中就不再显示该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识。
本实施例中,通过显示即时消息的对话框,使得用户无需进入即时通讯软件即可处理即时消息,尤其是在终端当前显示其他应用界面时,用户通过在对话框中处理即时消息,并在处理完成后继续回到当前显示的其他应用界面,使得用户在处理即时消息方面节省了大量时间和繁复的操作,从而提高用户的体验。
在一个实施例中,消息标识可以仅包括发送即时消息的联系人标识,还可以同时包括发送即时消息的联系人标识以及发送该即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。此时,如图10所示,步骤S12可实施为以下步骤S101-S103。
在步骤S101中,确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的联系人。
在步骤S102中,确定每个联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间。
在步骤S103中,按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示每个联系人的联系人标识以及该联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
由本实施例可知,当终端接收到新的即时消息、且该即时消息不屈于当前界面对应的软件时,就会将该即时消息对应的消息标识显示在预设边缘区域中最前面的位置。
本实施例中,通过在预设边缘区域中排列显示联系人的联系人标识以及该联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,且按照每个联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间来排列显示消息标识,使得用户无需进入即时消息对应的即时通讯软件,就能够对未处理的即时消息的相关信息、尤其是未处理的即时消息的联系人信息及接收时间的先后顺序一目了然,提高了用户的体验度。
下面通过一具体实施例来说明本实施例中的技术方案。
具体实施例二
图11所示为具体实施例二中终端当前界面的显示图。在该实施例中,预设边缘区域为终端当前界面的右侧边缘区域。如图11所示,终端当前界面对应的软件为软件M,在终端界面的右侧边缘区域排列显示有即时通讯软件A中的联系人a、联系人b和联系人c,以及即时通讯软件B中的联系人d发送的未被处理的即时消息的消息标识,每个消息标识中包括各自对应的联系人标识以及该联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
在图11所示的终端界面上,联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目以数字形式示出,其中,即时通讯软件A中的联系人a发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目为2,联系人b发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目为3,联系人c发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目为5,即时通讯软件B中的联系人d发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目为3。当终端再次接收到不屈于当前界面对应的软件(即不屈于软件M)的即时消息时,由于该即时消息的接收时间相较于右侧边缘区域内的任一即时消息的接收时间而言都要晚,因此可按照以下如图12所示的步骤S121-S124来排列显示该即时消息的消息标识。
在步骤S121中,确定发送该即时消息的联系人。
在步骤S122中,判断右侧边缘区域中是否已显示该联系人对应的消息标识。其中,联系人对应的消息标识即为该联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的消息标识,如果右侧边缘区域中已显示该联系人对应的消息标识,则执行步骤S123;如果右侧边缘区域中未显示该联系人对应的消息标识,则执行步骤S124。
在步骤S123中,更新该联系人对应的消息标识中即时消息的数目,同时更新该联系人对应的消息标识在右侧边缘区域中的排列位置。
本实施例中,联系人发送最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间越晚,该联系人对应的消息标识在预设边缘区域中的排列位置越靠前。例如,如果发送即时消息的联系人为即时通讯软件A中的联系人b,则将联系人b对应的消息标识中的数目由3更新为4,同时将联系人b对应的消息标识显示在右侧边缘区域中最前面的位置,如图13所示。
此外,还可以高亮的方式显示联系人对应的消息标识。例如,在步骤S123中,将联系人b对应的消息标识显示在右侧边缘区域中最前面的位置的同时,高亮显示联系人b对应的消息标识,从而起到更高效的提示作用。高亮显示的时间可预先设定,例如,高亮显示5秒钟,还可以高亮闪动的方式来显示,闪动次数也可预先设定,例如,高亮闪动3次。
在步骤S124中,在右侧边缘区域排列显示该联系人对应的消息标识。
例如,如果发送上述即时消息的联系人为即时通讯软件B中的联系人e,则在右侧边缘区域最前面的位置排列显示联系人e对应的消息标识,包括联系人e的联系人标识以及联系人e发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,如图14所示,此时即时通讯软件B中的联系人e发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目为1。
本实施例示出了预设边缘区域为右侧边缘区域的情形,其他预设边缘区域的实施方式和 右侧边缘区域的实施方式相同,在此不再赘述。
基于上述实施例中消息标识的显示方式,上述方法还包括以下步骤:当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第二预设操作时,在当前界面上显示该消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框。其中,对话框的尺寸小于当前界面的尺寸,且对话框中可包括该消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的内容。
当前界面上显示包括联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框之后,预设边缘区域中可取消该联系人对应的消息标识的显示。
其中,第二预设操作包括以下操作中的至少一种:对消息标识的预设次数的点击操作、向预设方向滑动消息标识的滑动操作。例如,用户对消息标识进行一次点击或连续的两次点击,或者向终端当前界面的中心位置滑动消息标识,终端当前界面上就会显示该消息标识对应的对话框。
仍以上述具体实施例二中的方案为例,第二预设操作为向左滑动,在图11所示的终端当前界面上,用户将即时通讯软件A中的联系人a对应的消息标识向左滑动,则终端当前界面上就会显示该联系人a发送的即时消息的对话框,如图15所示,该对话框的尺寸小于当前界面的尺寸,例如以当前界面的二分之一面积显示对话框。对话框中的“即时消息区域”显示用户与联系人b往来的即时消息,对话框中的“回复处理区域”用于用户处理对即时消息的回复,用户点击“回复处理区域”后,可弹出输入键盘以供用户输入消息内容。
本实施例中,通过显示即时消息的对话框,使得用户无需进入即时通讯软件即可处理即时消息,尤其是在终端当前显示其他应用界面时,用户通过在对话框中处理即时消息,并在处理完成后继续回到当前显示的其他应用界面,使得用户在处理即时消息方面节省了大量时间和繁复的操作,从而提高用户的体验。
在一个实施例中,对于终端上显示的即时消息的对话框,用户可通过预设的操作来取消对话框的显示,使终端继续回到之前界面上所显示的应用。举例来说,当用户正在浏览其他页面时,对弹出的对话框中的即时消息进行处理,处理完成之后,向终端边缘方向滑动该对话框,终端就会回到之前用户所浏览的其他页面上,而无需用户进行繁复的操作。
在上述任一实施例中,用户可以通过预设的操作来取消对消息标识的显示。例如,预先设置不显示即时消息的消息标识,或者,当即时消息的消息标识显示后,通过长按预设边缘区域中的预设位置来取消对即时消息的消息标识的显示。
在上述任一实施例中,用户还可以通过预设的操作来取消其中一个或多个即时消息的消息标识。例如,当用户不想处理其中某一消息标识对应的即时消息时,可通过长按或向外滑动的方式来取消对该消息标识的显示。
下述为本发明装置实施例,可以用于执行本发明方法实施例。
图16是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种即时消息的处理装置的框图,该装置可以通过软件、硬件或者两者的结合实现成为电子设备的部分或者全部。参照图16,该即时消息的处理装置包括确定模块161和第一显示模块162;其中:
确定模块161被配置为接收即时消息并确定其所屈的即时通讯软件。
第一显示模块162被配置为确定模块161确定即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
在一个实施例中,第一显示模块162被配置为在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识,消息标识包括即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
其中,预设边缘区域可以是终端当前界面上的侧边缘区域,例如终端当前界面上的左侧边缘区域、右侧边缘区域、上侧边缘区域或下侧边缘区域,以不遮挡终端当前界面上所显示的主要内容为准。
采用本发明实施例提供的装置,能够在接收到当前界面对应的软件之外的即时通讯软件的即时消息后,通过第一显示模块162将即时消息和其它所有未被处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域,使得用户能够在当前界面的预设边缘区域查看所有未处理的其它即时通讯软件的即时消息,从而使终端当前显示其他应用界面时,仍然能有效地将其它即时通讯软件的即时消息提示给用户,且不影响对当前其他应用界面的显示。
在一个实施例中,第一显示模块162显示的消息标识包括即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者
第一显示模块162显示的消息标识包括发送即时消息的联系人标识、发送即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
在一个实施例中,如图17所示,第一显示模块162包括第一确定子模块1621、第二确定子模块1622和第一显示子模块1623;其中:
第一确定子模块1621被配置为消息标识包括即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件。

由本实施例可知,当终端接收到新的即时消息、且该即时消息不屈于当前界面对应的软件时,就会将该即时消息对应的消息标识显示在预设边缘区域中最前面的位置。

其中,对话框的尺寸小于当前界面的尺寸,例如,以当前界面的二分之一面积显示对话框。此外,对话框中还可包括该条目对应的即时消息的内容。
此外,对于终端上显示的即时消息的操作框或者对话框,用户都可以通过预设的操作来取消操作框或者对话框的显示,例如,用户在对话框中处理完即时消息之后,向终端边缘方向滑动该对话框,即可取消当前界面上对话框的显示。此时,如果该即时消息对应的即时通讯软件中还有其他即时消息未处理,那么预设边缘区域中显示的该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识就会被更新(例如即时消息的数目被更新),如果该即时消息对应的即时通讯软件中的所有即时消息都已被处理,那么预设边缘区域中就不再显示该即时通讯软件对应的消息标识。
本实施例中,通过第三显示模块164显示即时消息的对话框,使得用户无需进入即时通讯软件即可处理即时消息,尤其是在终端当前显示其他应用界面时,用户通过在对话框中处理即时消息,并在处理完成后继续回到当前显示的其他应用界面,使得用户在处理即时消息方面节省了大量时间和繁复的操作,从而提高用户的体验。

第二显示子模块1626被配置为按照第四确定子模块1625确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示每个联系人的联系人标识及联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。

图21是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于即时消息的处理的装置的框图。例如,装置1200可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
装置1200可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1202,存储器1204,电源组件1206,多媒体组件1208,音频组件1210,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1212,传感器组件1214,以及通信组件1216。
处理组件1202通常控制装置1200的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件1202可以包括一个或多个处理器1220来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1202可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1202和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件1202可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1208和处理组件1202之间的交互。

电源组件1206为装置1200的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1206可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1200生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1208包括在所述装置1200和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1208包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备1200处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1210被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1210包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1200处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1204或经由通信组件1216发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1210还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。

在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1204,上述指令可由装置1200的处理器1220执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由装置1200的处理器执行时,使得装置1200能够执行上述的即时消息的处理方法,所述方法包括:
接收即时消息并确定其所屈的即时通讯软件;
确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者
所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,包括:
确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件;
确定每个所述即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个即时通讯软件的软件标识及所述即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,所述方法还包括:
当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第一预设操作时,根据所述消息标识对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的联系人信息,在所述当前界面上显示包括至少一个条目的操作框;其中,每个条目对应一个联系人所发送的即时消息;
当接收到用户对所述操作框中的其中一个条目的点击操作时,在所述当前界面上显示该条目对应的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,包括:
确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不屈于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息 对应的联系人;
确定每个所述联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个联系人的联系人标识及所述联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,所述方法还包括:
当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第二预设操作时,在所述当前界面上显示所述消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
所述第一预设操作或所述第二预设操作包括以下操作中的至少一种:
对所述消息标识的预设次数的点击操作;
向预设方向滑动所述消息标识的滑动操作。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种即时消息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收即时消息并确定其所属的即时通讯软件;
    确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者
    所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,包括:
    确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的即时通讯软件;
    确定每个所述即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
    按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个即时通讯软件的软件标识及所述即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第一预设操作时,根据所述消息标识对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的联系人信息,在所述当前界面上显示包括至少一个条目的操作框;其中,每个条目对应一个联系人所发送的即时消息;
    当接收到用户对所述操作框中的其中一个条目的点击操作时,在所述当前界面上显示该条目对应的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联 系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,包括:
    确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的联系人;
    确定每个所述联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
    按照确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个联系人的联系人标识及所述联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第二预设操作时,在所述当前界面上显示所述消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求5或7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设操作或所述第二预设操作包括以下操作中的至少一种:
    对所述消息标识的预设次数的点击操作;
    向预设方向滑动所述消息标识的滑动操作。
  9. 一种即时消息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,用于接收即时消息并确定其所属的即时通讯软件;
    第一显示模块,用于所述确定模块确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一显示模块,用于在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息时,显示每个即时消息的消息标识,所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人标识中的至少一种。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一显示模块显示的消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目;或者
    所述第一显示模块显示的消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一显示模块包括:
    第一确定子模块,用于所述消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的即时通讯软 件;
    第二确定子模块,用于确定所述第一确定子模块确定的每个所述即时通讯软件接收到的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
    第一显示子模块,用于按照所述第二确定子模块确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个即时通讯软件的软件标识及所述即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二显示模块,用于所述第一显示模块显示的消息标识包括所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件的软件标识、所述即时消息对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第一预设操作时,根据所述消息标识对应的即时通讯软件接收到的未被处理的即时消息的联系人信息,在所述当前界面上显示包括至少一个条目的操作框;其中,每个条目对应一个联系人所发送的即时消息;
    第三显示模块,用于当接收到用户对所述第二显示模块显示的操作框中的其中一个条目的点击操作时,在所述当前界面上显示该条目对应的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一显示模块包括:
    第三确定子模块,用于所述消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,确定当前接收的即时消息及其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息对应的联系人;
    第四确定子模块,用于确定所述第三确定子模块确定的每个所述联系人发送的最新的且未被处理的即时消息的接收时间;
    第二显示子模块,用于按照所述第四确定子模块确定的接收时间的先后顺序,在当前界面的预设边缘区域排列显示所述每个联系人的联系人标识及所述联系人发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第四显示模块,用于所述第一显示模块显示的消息标识包括发送所述即时消息的联系人标识、发送所述即时消息的联系人所发送的未被处理的即时消息的数目时,当接收到用户对任一消息标识的第二预设操作时,在所述当前界面上显示所述消息标识对应的联系人所发送的即时消息的对话框,所述对话框的尺寸小于所述当前界面的尺寸。
  16. 根据权利要求13或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一预设操作或所述第二预设操作包括以下操作中的至少一种:
    对所述消息标识的预设次数的点击操作;
    向预设方向滑动所述消息标识的滑动操作。
  17. 一种即时消息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收即时消息并确定其所属的即时通讯软件;
    确定所述即时通讯软件不是当前界面对应的软件时,与其它所有未被处理且不属于当前界面对应的软件的即时消息,排列显示在当前界面的预设边缘区域。
