用户群组交互方法、装置及电子设备
本申请要求2020年07月30日递交的申请号为202010754387.5、发明名称为“用户群组交互方法、装置及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及即时通信技术领域,特别是涉及用户群组交互方法、装置及电子设备。
背景技术
即时通信类工具通常会为用户提供“群聊”功能,创建者用户可以选择自己的多个好友创建群组,一个群组创建后,群成员也可以拉其他人加入群组。通过这种群组,一个群成员发送的信息可以同步到群组内的全部成员,以此进行多人讨论、沟通或者聊天,等等。另外,同一个用户也可以加入多个不同的群组,不同的群组可以通过会话列表查看和维护,一个会话列表中通常可以包括若干个群组。
但是,随着一个用户加入的群组的增多,或者随着一个群组中成员的增多,可能会带来用户接收消息过载现象,给即时通信工具的应用带来诸多不便,例如在大量历史聊天内容中查找关注的内容时不够方便,现有技术中虽然提供了群消息查找功能,但是通常也只能以关键词命中的方式来进行查找,难以找回就某个话题沟通的详细记录和发言过程。另外,群组数量的逐步增加,也会使得用户的会话列表管理难度变大。虽然部分即时通讯工具有针对群组的分组功能,使得用户可以对指定的群组配置分组以管理会话列表,但是,该方式能够提供的群组交互便利有限,仍难以满足群组交互过程中成员或者话题的粒度需求。
发明内容
本申请提供了用户群组交互方法、装置及电子设备,能够避免由于会话列表中的群组数量过多导致的管理或者查找难度过大的问题。
本申请提供了如下方案:
一种用户群组交互方法,包括:为目标群组提供创建子群组的操作选项;通过所述操作选项接收到创建子群组的请求后,创建子群组,并建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系;在所述子群组创建完成后,在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项;通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组中进行群组交互。
一种群组交互方法,包括:接收为目标群组创建子群组的请求;创建子群组,建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系,并确定所述子群组的成员用户;向所述子群组的成员用户同步关于所述子群组的信息,所述成员用户的客户端用于在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
一种用户群组处理方法,包括:展示目标群组的交互窗口界面,并确定所述目标群组关联的、与当前用户相关的至少一个子群组的标签标识;在所述目标群组的交互窗口界面中提供所述子群组的标签选项;通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。

根据本申请提供的具体实施例,本申请公开了以下技术效果:
通过本申请实施例,可以在目标群组内创建子群组,并且可以将目标群组确定为主群组,并在主群组的交互窗口内创建子群组的标签选项。子群组可以基于目标群组内部的话题、结构等,在目标群组交互过程中实时创建,在保证了目标群组完整性的同时,又提供了细粒度的灵活划分;同时,使用标签选项来控制不同子群组的会话,为更细粒度的会话交互提供了便利。不同的子群组的会话内容互相隔离,便于信息查找,内容回溯等操作。而且,这种子群组可以不必占用客户端的会话列表,当用户需要进入到子群组进行交互时,只需要在会话列表中找到主群组,即可很容易的找到和进入主群组,在主群组的交互窗口内可以选择具体子群组的标签选项即可进入相应的子群组进行会话交互,保证了子群组的聚合度的同时,提高了目标群组交互的灵活性,避免了由于会话列表中的群组数量过多导致的管理或者查找难度过大的问题。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保 护的范围。
现有的用户群组交互方法难以满足群组交互中更细的粒度需求,例如,随着群组用户或者话题的增加,一个群组中会有不同人员同时进行不同话题,参与者在同一群组中难以获得关注焦点,对讨论、信息查找、发言回溯等过程造成困难。一种方式下,用户可圈定群组内的人员另外建立新的群组讨论某一话题,但这种方式需要将新的群组添加在会话列表中,参与话题的数量直接决定了需要维护的群组的数量,从而造成会话列表的臃肿,并不能解决信息查找、发言回溯的困难,同时还增加了群组维护的难度。另一种方式,使用群组分组功能能够提供的便利比较有限,使用该功能时,首先需要将各群组建立好,再将各个群组加入到一个分组中,这种方式并不能改变已有分组的内部架构,当一个群组中出现依话题、结构等需要进行细分的情况时,仍然需要以这些依据重新划分新的群组,再将所有新群组加入到同一个分组中,该方式并没有实现在一个群组会话中更细粒度的灵活的交互,其缺陷同前一种方式类似,依旧没有解决信息查找、发言回溯的困难的问题,同时依然会造成会话列表的臃肿,增加群组维护的难度的问题。
在本申请实施例中,可以在一已有目标群组的基础上创建子群组,这种子群组可以不必出现在会话列表中,而是可以在目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于子群组的标签选项,使得用户可以切换到具体的子群组中进行交互。例如,某目标群组是某项目组成员建立的讨论群,但是该项目内部实际还细分了很多小组,这些小组之间可能需要单独就一些话题展开讨论,且与其他小组无关。此时,利用本申请实施例提供的方案,就可以在该项目对应的群组中创建具体小组或者话题对应的子群组。这种子群组可以不必占用会话列表空间,而是可以在主群组的会话窗口中提供对应的标签选项,用户可以通过这种标签选项进入到对应的子群组中进行对话。其中,主群组的任意成员都可以发起对子群组的创建,子群组的创建方式可以有多种,例如,一种方式下,可以由用户在主群组的会话窗口的输入栏中通过“@”等方式提及某些群成员,之后,可以提供创建子群组的操作选项,用户可以通过该操作选项创建子群组,并自动将提及的用户确定为子群组的成员。在子群组创建成功后,服务端可以将子群组的信息下发给子群组的成员用户客户端,这种成员用户客户端便可以在主群组的会话界面中提供该子群组的标签选项。其中,同一用户可以成为多个不同子群组的成员用户,此时,主群组的会话界面中可以提供多个不同子群组的标签选项。不同子群子之间的会话内容可以是相互隔离的,用户可以通过切换不同的标签选项,查看多个不同子群组中的历史交互记录。
具体从系统架构角度而言,如图1所示,本申请实施例可以涉及到即时通信系统的服务端以及客户端,客户端可以用于发起子群组的创建,服务端可以用于执行具体的子群组创建过程,并通知给子群组的成员用户客户端,使得成员用户客户端可以在群组界面中添加关于新建的子群组的标签选项,之后成员用户便可以在子群组中进行群组对话。其中,就一次对话过程中扮演不同的角色角度而言,客户端可以分为消息发送方客户端 以及接收方客户端。发送方客户端在发送消息时,可以携带具体的主群组以及子群组的标识,接收方客户端在收到之后,可以根据具体子群组标识,将新接收到的消息展示在对应的子群组会话界面内。
下面对本申请实施例提供的具体技术方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
首先,该实施例一从客户端角度,对创建子群组的实现方式进行介绍。具体的,该实施例一提供了一种用户群组交互方法,参见图2,该方法具体可以包括:
S210:为目标群组提供创建子群组的操作选项;
其中,目标群组可以是按照传统方式创建的普通群组,本申请实施例中,可以在这种普通群组的内部创建子群组,使得群组内的成员用户还可以根据具体的话题等分为不同的子群组,各子群组之间可以实现交互内容的隔离,避免相互干扰。
具体的,提供创建子群组的操作选项的方式可以有多种。例如,在一种方式下,可以在通过所述目标群组的对话输入框接收到提及多个其他成员用户的操作请求后,提供所述创建子群组的操作选项。例如,如图3-1所示,某群组的成员用户想要创建子群组,则可以在该群组的对话输入框中“@”具体的用户,如310,通过这种方式提及这些用户,或者也可以点击按钮显示成员列表320,从成员列表320中选择子群组想要包含的用户,此时,便可以在对话框等处提供创建子群组的操作选项,例如,具体可以显示为图3-1中330所示的“话题”等文案,当然,在具体实现时,也可以显示其他文案。需要说明的是,由于在群组中“@”某个用户时,可能是想在该群组内对该用户说话,实现与该用户一对一的沟通,因此,具体实现时,也可以在“@”多人的情况下,再提供用于创建子群组的操作选项。
S220:通过所述操作选项接收到创建子群组的请求后,创建子群组,并建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系;
客户端创建子群组的方法可以有多种,例如,在一种方式下,在接收到创建子群组的请求后,可以将请求提交到服务端,由服务端创建具体的子群组,并建立子群组与目标群组之间的关联关系。另外,具体实现时,服务端还可以确定出子群组的成员用户。其中,确定子群组成员用户的方式也可以有多种,例如,在前述通过提及某些用户来发起子群组创建的情况下,客户端可以将所述提及的多个其他成员用户的信息提交到所述服务端,此时,服务端可以将当前用户以及所述提及的多个其他成员用户确定为所述子群组的成员用户。或者,还可以在子群组建立之后,将当前群组的成员列表提供给创建者用户供其选择,将选择的用户确定为子群组的成员用户,等等。
在确定出子群组的成员用户后,服务端还可以将子群组的信息同步到这种成员用户的客户端,具体可以包括子群组关联的主群组ID,子群组的成员用户,等等。客户端在收到信息后,可以在主群组中创建对应的标签选项,用户可以通过该标签选项将对话界 面切换到子群组下,在子群组中与成员用户进行群组交互。
具体实现时,子群组还可以关联有标签标识,这种子群组的标签标识可以与子群组成员用户的共同话题相关;或者,在目标群组与工作项目组相关的情况下,子群组的标签标识也可以与工作项目组内部的分组情况相关,等等。其中,子群组的标签标识可以通过多种方式确定。例如,一种方式下,可以由创建者用户或者其他的成员用户来进行设定,此时,可以在客户端中提供用于为所述子群组创建标签标识的操作选项,例如,可以在确定子群组成员用户后,显示输入子群组标签标识的输入框,将输入框内的输入内容作为该子群组的标签标识。将通过操作选项接收到的标签标识提交到服务端,以便服务端将标签标识同步到子群组的其他成员用户。
其中,在目标群组与工作项目组相关的情况下,还可以提供工作项目组的组织架构信息,以用于根据组织架构创建所述子群组。例如,某工作项目组包括A、B、C等三个子项目,每个子项目包括多个成员,其中可能包括负责人以及组员,等等。另外,具体的子项目组内部还可能进一步细分为更多的子项目,等等。这种组织架构信息可以由目标群组的管理员等用户进行编辑提交到服务端,由服务端进行保存,并且可以提供给客户端进行展示。这样,用户在创建子群组时,可以以这种组织架构信息为依据进行子群组成员的选择等操作,从而提高创建子群组的效率,降低出错的发生概率。再者,还可以由目标群组的管理员等用户将项目的进度信息等提交到服务端,服务端同样可以将这种信息提供给客户端,在客户端的相关界面中进行展示。此时,用户可以根据项目的具体进度信息,来选择具体的成员创建子群组,等等。
除了由用户手动设置子群组的标签标识之外,还可以是在子群组创建之后,由服务端根据子群组内具体的交互内容等,为子群组自动生成标签标识。例如,某子群子内的成员用户的交互内容大部分都与某关键词“产品设计”相关,则可以根据将该子群组的标签标识确定为“产品设计”,等等,例如图3-3所示的各子群组的标签标识。
在确定出子群组的标签标识后,服务端也可以将这种标签标识信息同步到子群组的成员用户客户端,使得成员用户客户端可以在对应的标签选项处显示出具体的标签标识,便于用户区分不同的子群组。
另外,服务端还可以对子群组的成员用户进行权限控制,例如,子群组的某些信息可以仅对部分成员用户可见,等等。具体的,可以通过为具体的成员用户添加权限标识等方式来实现,在子群组中产生新的信息时,可以根据这种权限标识,确定将信息同步发送给哪些成员用户。
S230:在所述子群组创建完成后,在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项;
由于创建者用户也是子群组的成员用户之一,因此,服务端完成子群组的创建后,也可以将子群组的信息返回给该创建者用户客户端,创建者用户客户端同样可以在所述 目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项。例如,如图3-2中的340处所示,可以在交互窗口的对话展示区域顶端提供这种标签选项栏。其中,同一个用户可能会加入多个子群组,因此,可以显示出多个标签选项,如图3-3所示的标签选项包括341至344,用户可以通过切换标签选项进入到不同的子群组中进行群组交互以及子群组内历史消息的查看。
S240:通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组中进行群组交互。
子群组可以与所属的主群组共享同一交互窗口,用户需要进入到某子群组进行交互时,可以点击该子群组的标签选项,之后,便可以切换到该子群组中进行群组交互。其中,所谓的群组交互可以包括群组对话,发送共享的文件,等等。
在切换到某子群组后,在对话展示区域可以仅展示出与该子群组相关的交互内容,主群组的交互内容或者其他子群组的交互内容都不必进行展示,以此实现不同子群组之间的相互隔离,避免用户受到过多无用信息的干扰,同时避免漏掉一些真正对其有用的重要信息。
另外,在切换到所述子群组进行群组交互后,如果用户需要发送群组交互消息,则客户端可以将待发送的群组交互消息提交到服务端,并携带所述目标群组以及所述子群组的标识信息,以便所述服务端将所述群组交互消息同步到所述子群组的其他成员用户。
对于新接收的群组交互消息,则可以根据所述新接收的群组交互消息关联的目标群组以及所述子群组的标识信息,将所述新接收的群组交互消息归属到所述子群组中;在通过所述标签选项切换到所述子群组进行群组交互后,对所述新接收的群组交互消息进行展示。
通过本申请实施例,可以在目标群组内创建子群组,并且可以将目标群组确定为主群组,并在主群组的交互窗口内创建子群组的标签选项。子群组可以基于目标群组内部的话题、结构等,在目标群组交互过程中实时创建,在保证了目标群组完整性的同时,又提供了细粒度的灵活划分;同时,使用标签选项来控制不同子群组的会话,为更细粒度的会话交互提供了便利。不同的子群组的会话内容互相隔离,便于信息查找,内容回溯等操作。而且,这种子群组可以不必占用客户端的会话列表,当用户需要进入到子群组进行交互时,只需要在会话列表中找到主群组,即可很容易的找到和进入主群组,在主群组的交互窗口内可以选择具体子群组的标签选项即可进入相应的子群组进行会话交互,保证了子群组的聚合度的同时,提高了目标群组交互的灵活性,同时避免了由于会话列表中的群组数量过多导致的管理或者查找难度过大的问题。
实施例二
该实施例二是与实施例一相对应的,从服务端的角度,提供了一种群组交互方法,参见图4,该方法可以包括:
S410:接收为目标群组创建子群组的请求;
S420:创建子群组,建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系,并确定所述子群组的成员用户;
S430:向所述子群组的成员用户同步关于所述子群组的信息,所述成员用户的客户端用于在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
具体实现时,还可以接收为所述子群组添加标签标识的信息,保存所述子群组对应的标签标识信息。
或者,服务端还可以自动为子群组添加标签标识,具体的,可以根据所述子群组的成员用户关联的用户标签,为所述子群组确定标签标识。或者,根据所述子群组关联的交互内容进行话题关键词提取,根据所述话题关键词为所述子群组确定标签标识。
在子群组创建之后,成员用户在子群组内交互的过程中,对于新接收的群组交互消息,服务端可以确定所述群组交互消息关联的目标群组以及子群组标识,并将所述新接收的群组交互消息发送给所述子群组关联的成员用户。
另外,服务端还可以以子群组为单位对历史交互记录进行保存,接收到成员用户切换到子群组进行展示的请求后,可以提供该子群组关联的历史交互记录信息。
再者,服务端还可以对所述成员用户对子群组的信息的可见性进行权限控制。
实施例三
前述实施例一、二主要是从创建子群组的角度对本申请实施例提供的方案进行了介绍。在该实施例三中,主要是在已有子群组的情况下对应的处理方案进行介绍。具体的,该实施例三从客户端的角度提供了一种用户群组处理方法,参见图5,该方法可以包括:
S510:展示目标群组的交互窗口界面,并确定所述目标群组关联的、与当前用户相关的至少一个子群组的标签标识;
其中,所述目标群组关联的、与当前用户相关的子群组及其标签标识可以是从服务端获取的,在展示目标群组的交互窗口时,便可以根据这种子群组及其标签标识,在目标群组的交互窗口内创建对应的标签选项。
S520:在所述目标群组的交互窗口界面中提供所述子群组的标签选项;
S530:通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
具体在子群组交互的过程中,客户端可以接收子群组中待发送的群组交互消息,并将待发送的群组交互消息提交到服务端,其中可以携带所述目标群组以及子群组的标识信息,服务端用于将群组交互消息同步到子群组的其他成员用户。
对于接收到的群组交互消息,可以根据接收到的群组交互消息关联的目标群组以及组的标识信息,将所述接收到的群组交互消息归属到子群组中;在切换到子群组进行群 组交互后,对接收到的群组交互消息进行展示。
另外,在具体实现时,还可以从服务端获取所述目标群组以及子群组对应的新接收交互消息条数;并且可以在会话列表中对目标群组关联的新接收交互消息的总条数进行提示;在进入目标群组的交互窗口后,在子群组关联的标签选项处对子群组关联的新接收交互消息条数进行展示。例如,如图3-3所示,具体子群组的标签选项处可以展示对应子群组的新接收交互消息条数信息,等等。
在切换到某个子群组进行群组交互后,可以对该子群组的历史交互记录进行展示。并且,可以通过标签选项将不同子群组之间的交互消息进行相互隔离。
具体的,所述目标群可以与所述至少一个子群组共享同一交互窗口。
实施例四
该实施例四是与实施例三相对应的,从服务端的角度,提供了一种用户群组处理方法,参见图6,该方法具体可以包括:
S610:对目标群组与至少一个子群组之间的关联关系,以及所述子群组关联的成员用户信息进行保存;
S620:接收到所述目标群组中的目标用户的展示请求后,确定所述目标用户关联的至少一个子群组;
S630:将所述至少一个子群组的标签标识提供给所述目标用户关联的客户端,所述客户端用于在所述目标群组的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
具体实现时,还可以将至少一个子群组分别关联的历史交互记录信息提供给所述客户端,以便客户端分别在所述子群组的交互窗口中进行展示。
另外还可以将至少一个子群组分别关联的新接收对话信息提供给客户端,以便客户端分别在切换到子群组后进行展示。

通信组件1116被配置为便于设备1100和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。设备1100可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,或2G、3G、4G/LTE、5G等移动通信网络。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1116经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1116还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,设备1100可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。

  1. 一种用户群组交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    为目标群组提供创建子群组的操作选项;
    通过所述操作选项接收到创建子群组的请求后,创建子群组,并建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系;
    在所述子群组创建完成后,在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项;
    通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组中进行群组交互。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述创建子群组,并建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系,包括:
    将所述创建子群组的请求提交到服务端;
    根据所述服务端返回的响应信息创建子群组,并建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述为目标群组提供创建子群组的操作选项,包括:
    通过所述目标群组的对话输入框接收到提及多个其他成员用户的操作请求后,提供所述创建子群组的操作选项;
    所述将所述创建子群组的请求提交到服务端时,还包括:
    将所述提及的多个其他成员用户的信息提交到所述服务端,以用于将当前用户以及所述提及的多个其他成员用户确定为所述子群组的成员用户。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提供用于为所述子群组创建标签标识的操作选项;

    所述目标群组与工作项目组相关,所述子群组的标签标识与工作项目组内部的分组情况相关。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提供所述工作项目组的组织架构信息,以用于根据所述组织架构创建所述子群组。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提供所述工作项目组的项目进度信息,以用于根据所述进度信息创建所述子群组。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在切换到所述子群组进行群组交互后,将待发送的群组交互消息提交到服务端,并携带所述目标群组以及所述子群组的标识信息,以用于将所述群组交互消息同步到所述子群组的其他成员用户。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对于新接收的群组交互消息,根据所述新接收的群组交互消息关联的目标群组以及所述子群组的标识信息,将所述新接收的群组交互消息归属到所述子群组中;
    在通过所述标签选项切换到所述子群组进行群组交互后,对所述新接收的群组交互消息进行展示。
  11. 一种群组交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收为目标群组创建子群组的请求;
    创建子群组,建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系,并确定所述子群组的成员用户;
    向所述子群组的成员用户同步关于所述子群组的信息,所述成员用户的客户端用于在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收为所述子群组添加标签标识的信息,保存所述子群组对应的标签标识信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述子群组的成员用户关联的用户标签,为所述子群组确定标签标识。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述子群组关联的交互内容进行话题关键词提取,根据所述话题关键词为所述子群组确定标签标识。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对于新接收的群组交互消息,确定所述群组交互消息关联的目标群组以及子群组标识;
    将所述新接收的群组交互消息发送给所述子群组关联的成员用户。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    以子群组为单位对历史交互记录进行保存;
    接收到成员用户切换到子群组进行展示的请求后,提供该子群组关联的历史交互记录信息。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对所述成员用户对子群组的信息的可见性进行权限控制。
  18. 一种用户群组处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    展示目标群组的交互窗口界面,并确定所述目标群组关联的、与当前用户相关的至少一个子群组的标签标识;
    在所述目标群组的交互窗口界面中提供所述子群组的标签选项;
    通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述子群组中待发送的群组交互消息;
    将所述待发送的群组交互消息提交到服务端,并携带所述目标群组以及所述子群组的标识信息,以便用于将所述群组交互消息同步到所述子群组的其他成员用户。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对于接收到的群组交互消息,根据所述接收到的群组交互消息关联的目标群组以及所述子群组的标识信息,将所述接收到的群组交互消息归属到所述子群组中;
    在切换到所述子群组进行群组交互后,对所述接收到的群组交互消息进行展示。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述目标群组以及所述子群组对应的新接收交互消息条数;
    在会话列表中对所述目标群组关联的新接收交互消息的总条数进行提示;
    在进入所述目标群组的交互窗口后,在所述子群组关联的标签选项处对所述子群组关联的新接收交互消息条数进行展示。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在切换到所述子群组进行群组交互后,对所述子群组的历史交互记录进行展示。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,
    通过所述标签选项将不同子群组之间的交互消息进行相互隔离。
  24. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述目标群与所述至少一个子群组共享同一交互窗口。
  25. 一种用户群组处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对目标群组与至少一个子群组之间的关联关系,以及所述子群组关联的成员用户信息进行保存;
    接收到所述目标群组中的目标用户的展示请求后,确定所述目标用户关联的至少一个子群组;
    将所述至少一个子群组的标签标识提供给所述目标用户关联的客户端,所述客户端用于在所述目标群组的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述至少一个子群组分别关联的历史交互记录信息提供给所述客户端,以便所述客户端分别在所述子群组的交互窗口中进行展示。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述至少一个子群组分别关联的新接收对话信息提供给所述客户端,以便所述客 户端分别在切换到所述子群组后进行展示。
  28. 一种用户群组交互装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作选项提供单元,用于为目标群组提供创建子群组的操作选项;
    子群组创建单元,用于通过所述操作选项接收到创建子群组的请求后,创建子群组,并建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系;
    标签选项提供单元,用于在所述子群组创建完成后,在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项;
    切换单元,用于通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组中进行群组交互。
  29. 一种群组交互装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求接收单元,用于接收为目标群组创建子群组的请求;
    子群组创建单元,用于创建子群组,建立所述子群组与所述目标群组之间的关联关系,并确定所述子群组的成员用户;
    子群组信息同步单元,用于向所述子群组的成员用户同步关于所述子群组的信息,所述成员用户的客户端用于在所述目标群组关联的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
  30. 一种用户群组处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    界面展示单元,用于展示目标群组的交互窗口界面,并确定所述目标群组关联的、与当前用户相关的至少一个子群组的标签标识;
    标签选项提供单元,用于在所述目标群组的交互窗口界面中提供所述子群组的标签选项;
    切换单元,用于通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
  31. 一种用户群组处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    信息保存单元,用于对目标群组与至少一个子群组之间的关联关系,以及所述子群组关联的成员用户信息进行保存;
    展示请求接收单元,用于接收到所述目标群组中的目标用户的展示请求后,确定所述目标用户关联的至少一个子群组;
    子群组标签标识提供单元,用于将所述至少一个子群组的标签标识提供给所述目标用户关联的客户端,所述客户端用于在所述目标群组的交互窗口中提供关于所述子群组的标签选项,并在通过所述子群组的标签选项接收到切换操作请求后,切换到所述子群组进行群组交互。
  32. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至27任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  33. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行权利要求1至27任一项所述的方法的步骤。
