本申请要求2020年12月10日递交的申请号为202011454436.X、发明名称为“信息提供方法、装置及电子设备”中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及信息提供方法、装置及电子设备。
背景技术
在信息化时代,人们可以通过多种途径获取到各种信息,同时还可以向其他用户分享信息,等等。例如,在一些社交网络类的网站或者客户端中,用户可以对其日常生活中的所见、所闻、所感等,通过文字、图片、视频等形式进行发布,从而实现信息的即时分享、传播互动。另外用户还可以对其他用户发布的内容进行浏览、评论,等等。
其中,对于用户发布的内容,浏览者用户在对其进行浏览的过程中还可能会产生其他的需求。例如,某用户发布了关于“街拍”方面的图片、视频等图像,图像内容中包括了穿着某服饰的人物,浏览者用户在对该图像进行浏览时,可能会对该服饰感兴趣,甚至可能会想要购买同款,等等。此时,现有技术中,该浏览者用户可以通过以下几种方式达到上述目的:第一种,可以在内容的评论区或者留言区等等给作者(内容发布者用户)留言,对服饰的品牌、购买渠道等信息进行询问。但是,在用户评论数非常多的情况下,作者不一定能够看到该留言,即使能够看到,并且进行了回复,该浏览者用户可能也难以按照作者给出的渠道获得其想要的商品。这是因为,如果作者是通过线下渠道购买的,则浏览者用户附近可能不一定存在对应的店铺;而如果是通过线上渠道进行购买的,则限于内容评论区往往不允许回复外部链接(因为商品对象相关的链接通常是商品对象信息服务系统中的,相对于当前的社交网络系统而言,可能属于外部网站)类信息,即使回复了链接,也通常无法执行点击跳转或者复制操作,而链接包含的字符数量往往又非常多,因此,浏览者用户逐个字符进行输入也通常是不现实的。
第二种方式下,浏览者用户可以对浏览到的图像内容进行复制或者下载到本地,然后,达到相关的商品对象信息服务系统的客户端,通过图片搜索的方式,发起对相似或者同款商品对象的搜索。这种方式可以帮助用户快速获取到同款或者相似款的服饰,但 是,鉴于很多用户对图片搜索处于不熟悉或者不习惯甚至不知道的状态,因此,也使得这些用户难以通过图片搜索的方式获得相应的信息。
因此,如何为具体信息系统的用户感兴趣的内容提供关联的更多信息内容,成为需要本领域技术人员解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了信息提供方法、装置及电子设备,可以更方便的为用户感兴趣的内容提供关联的更多信息内容。
本申请提供了如下方案:
一种信息提供方法,包括:
接收目标账号被引用的引用通知消息,所述引用通知消息是由第一信息系统在接收到第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求后发出的;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
获取所述第一信息内容;
从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容;
将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
一种信息处理方法,包括:
接收第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
向所述第二信息系统发送引用通知消息,以便所述第二信息系统搜索获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,并将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
一种信息提供装置,包括:
引用通知消息接收单元,用于接收目标账号被引用的引用通知消息,所述引用通知消息是由第一信息系统在接收到第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求后发出的;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
第一信息内容获取单元,用于获取所述第一信息内容;
信息获得单元,用于从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关 的第二信息内容;
第二信息内容提供单元,用于将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
一种信息处理装置,包括:
请求接收单元,用于接收第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
通知单元,用于向所述第二信息系统发送引用通知消息,以便所述第二信息系统获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,并将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
根据本申请提供的具体实施例,本申请公开了以下技术效果:
通过本申请实施例,用户在第一信息系统中浏览到某第一信息内容,并且需要获取与第一信息内容相关的更多信息时,可以针对该第一信息内容,通过引用目标账号的方式发起请求。相应的,第一信息系统可以向目标账号关联的第二信息系统发送引用通知消息,第二信息系统接收到该通知消息后,便可以获取具体的第一信息内容,并通过对关联的信息库进行检索,确定出与该第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容。之后,便可以将第二信息内容提供给用户。这样,使得用户不需要切换到具体的第二信息系统中手动发起图像搜索等操作,即可获得由第二信息系统提供的与第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,方便用户获得所需的信息,进而可以使得第二信息系统获得更多的用户流量。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请实施例中,为了更好地为第一信息系统(包括社交网络系统、即时通信系统等)用户感兴趣的内容提供关联的更多信息内容,首先可以以第二信息系统(例如,商品对象信息系统、知识类信息系统、新闻类信息系统等等)的身份,在第一信息系统中注册目标账号,并且可以通过实现第一信息系统中的相关接口等方式,对第一信息系统中引用该目标账号的消息进行订阅。这样,用户在第一信息系统中浏览到感兴趣第一信息内容,并且想要获取相关的更多信息时,可以针对该第一信息内容,通过引用目标账号的方式发起的搜索请求。例如,某第一用户在社交网络系统中浏览到某第二用户发布的图片时,想要获取与该图片相关的商品对象信息,则该第一用户可以在该图片的评论区通过引用商品对象信息系统关联的目标账号(例如,@目标账号的账号名)的方式发起搜索请求。或者,某第一用户在即时通信系统中参加群组会话的过程中,某第二用户在群组中发送了某图片,该第一用户想要获取与该图片相关的新闻类信息,则该第一用户可以在该群组会话中发送新的即时通信消息内容,并在消息内容中引用新闻类信息系统关联的目标账号(还可以同时对具体的图片进行引用,等等)。之后,具体的第一信息系统可以将该目标账号被引用的消息通知给第二信息系统,进而第二信息系统还可以从第一信息系统中获取到对应的第一信息内容(例如,具体的图片、视频等),并从第二信息系统关联的信息库中搜索与所述第一信息内容关联的第二信息内容。之后,可以在第一信息系统中通过向第一用户关联的第一账号发送消息等方式,将这种第二信息内容提供给第一用户。通过这种方式,第一信息系统中的用户在浏览到感兴趣的第一信息内容时,只需要针对该第一信息内容通过引用目标账号的方式发起搜索请求,而不需要切换到具体的第二信息系统中手动发起图像搜索等操作,即可获得由第二信息系统提供的与第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容。
具体从系统架构角度而言,如图1所示,本申请实施例主要通过第二信息系统为第 一信息系统中的第一用户提供具体的搜索服务。具体的处理流程可以为:第一用户首先在浏览第一信息系统(例如,SNS类平台)的过程中,发现感兴趣的第一信息内容,然后可以在该第一信息内容的评论区进行评论,或者引用该第一信息内容并发送新的即时通信内容等,并在评论内容或者即时通信内容引用与第二信息系统相关的目标账号。之后,第一信息系统可以向第二信息系统(例如,商品对象信息系统)发送通知消息,第二信息系统接收到该通知消息之后,可以向第一信息系统请求获取具体的第一信息内容。然后,通过对具体第二信息系统关联的信息库进行查询,获取相关的第二信息内容。例如,具体的第一信息内容中包括图像内容,则可以通过对提供图搜服务的数据库进行查询,获取到相关的商品对象的网络地址(URL)等信息。之后,可以将这种第二信息内容提供给第一用户,另外还可以向第一信息系统回应反馈,例如,可以在之前用户引用目标账号时关联的评论下方进行回复,提示用户通过某个具体的消息触达途径去查看商品对象的信息。其中,具体的消息触达途径可以包括在第一信息系统内部的账号间消息通道,或者也可以包括其他途径。通过这种方式,使得用户不需要到第二信息系统中手动发起图像搜索等操作,便可以获取到相关联的第二信息内容。
下面对本申请实施例提供的具体实现方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
该实施例一首先提供了一种信息提供方法,执行主体为关联的第二信息系统,例如,具体可以包括商品对象信息系统、知识类信息系统,新闻类信息系统,等等。参见图2,该方法具体可以包括:
S201:接收目标账号被引用的引用通知消息,所述引用通知消息是由第一信息系统在接收到第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求后发出的;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容。
在本申请实施例中,可以预先以第二息系统提供的相关信息提供服务功能模块等身份,在第一信息系统中注册目标账号。例如,具体的功能模块可以是商品对象信息系统中提供图像搜索服务的功能模块,则以该功能模块的身份在社交网络系统中注册的目标账号,对应的昵称就可以为“搜图号”,使得社交网络系统中的用户可以通过“@图搜号”的方式发起搜索请求,等等。另外,还可以通过多种途径将该目标账号的信息(例如,昵称,ID等等)提供给第一信息系统中的用户。例如,可以在社交网络系统的多个已发布内容的评论区添加评论,评论的内容可以是告知内容的浏览者用户,如果想要获取与当前内容相关的商品对象信息,则可以在该内容的评论区添加评论,并引用该目标账号, 等等。
其中,本申请实施例中所述的对目标账号进行引用的操作,具体是通过第一信息系统定义的账号引用功能来实现的。例如,在具体的社交网络系统中,或者即时通信系统中,通常都可以将“@”符号定义为该引用功能(或称“提及”、“提到”等),如果某用户A发布或者发送某信息内容时,想要提醒某用户B查看该信息内容,则可以在该信息内容中包括“@用户B账号”的内容,这样第一信息系统除了对该用户A输入的具体信息内容进行发布或者发送之外,还可以另外向该用户B发送通知消息,以使得该信息以更高级别的触达方式被用户B感知到,等等。而在本申请实施例中,由于预先在第一信息系统中注册了目标账号,虽然该目标账号可能并不是对应某自然人,但是,对应了第二信息系统,因此,在该目标账号被引用时,第一信息系统也可以向该第二信息系统发送通知消息。另外,在具体实现时,还可以由第二信息系统预先通过实现第一信息系统中的相关接口等方式,实现对具体引用通知消息的订阅,以此使得目标账号被引用时,第一信息系统向第二信息系统发送具体的引用通知消息后,第二信息系统可以及时接收到该引用通知消息,同时还可以获取到引用通知消息中携带的信息。
具体实现时,为了使得第一信息系统中更多的浏览者用户能够获知该获取信息的途径,还可以通过实现第一信息系统中的相关接口等方式,向第一信息系统中的用户提供该获取信息的途径的信息。例如,可以对社交网络中的信息内容发布事件进行检测,并实现对新发布内容的自动评论。这样,只要社交网络系统中产生新发布的信息内容,第二信息系统就可以检测到,并自动发布评论,等等。或者,具体实现时,在第二信息系统在检测到社交网络系统中的新内容发布事件后,还可以首先对新内容进行判断,以确定其是否可能与某类型的信息相关,例如,是否与商品对象相关,是否与某新闻事件相关,等等,如果是,则可以通过上述自动评论等方式,向用户提供关于目标账号的相关信息。例如,如果是人物照片,景区的风景照片等,都属于可能与商品对象相关的内容,其中人物照片中可能包括服饰类的商品对象,风景照片可能涉及一些相关的旅游线路、机票、酒店等相关的商品对象,等等。
这里需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,具体的第一信息系统可以与第二信息系统隶属于相同的系统提供方,或者也可以是第一信息系统与第二信息系统预先达成合作关系,等等。这样,关于第一信息系统中的各类相关接口等信息,可以是由第一信息系统提供给第二信息系统,第二信息系统中实现具体的接口,便可以实现对第一信息系统中各类相关信息的订阅等功能。
在提供了上述目标账号的情况下,用户在浏览第一信息系统的过程中,如果对某个第一信息内容感兴趣,例如发现某个图片是一个人物的照片,并且对该人物穿着的服装比较感兴趣,想要知道如何可以购买,此时,便可以针对该第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起请求,相应的,第一信息系统便可以向第二信息系统发送引用通知消息。
其中,在各类不同的第一信息系统中,具体发起请求的方式也可以不尽相同。例如,如果第一信息系统是社交网络系统,在这类系统中,用户通常是通过“发帖”等方式进行内容的分享,浏览者用户则可以通过具体“帖子”的评论区等,对具体内容进行评论,以此实现与内容发布者之间的互动。在这种情况下,如果某第一用户浏览到第二用户发布的第一信息内容,并且想要基于该内容发起请求以获取更多的信息,则可以对该第一信息内容发表评论,并在评论内容中引用目标账号。例如,目标账号的昵称可以为“图搜号”,则可以在评论内容中通过“@图搜号”等方式来引用该目标账号。或者,如果第一用户想要获取的是知识类的信息内容,则也可以引用与知识类系统相关的目标账号,例如,“@知识号”,等等。
而在即时通信系统中,用户之间通常是通过即时通信对话的方式进行互动,例如,第一用户与第二用户进行对话,或者参与群组对话,在此过程中,如果第二用户发送了一条即时通信消息,例如,可以是一张图片等,第一用户需要获取关于该图片更多的信息,则可以通过发送一条新的即时通信消息,并在消息内容中引用目标账号的方式直接发起请求。相应的,即时通信系统便可以将该目标账号被引用的事件通知给第二信息系统。
需要说明的是,具体在新发送的即时通信消息中引用目标账号的方式可以有多种,例如,一种方式下,可以是在第一用户知晓目标账号的账户名等信息的情况下,手动输入对目标账号进行引用的内容,例如,手动输入“@图搜号”,等等。或者另一种方式下,还可以是在第一用户对第一信息内容进行点击或者长按等操作后,弹出的操作选项集合中,添加用于引用目标账号的操作选项,这样,如果用户想要针对该第一信息内容发起请求,则可以直接点击该操作选项,相应的,可以在即时通信消息编辑区域中自动输入“@图搜号”等内容,从而进一步提高效率。
另外需要说明的是,在群组对话的情况下,由于参与对话的人数可能比较多,消息更新速度比较快。例如,在第二用户发送了某条消息后,第一用户发送引用目标账号的请求之前,可能又有其他用户发送了其他信息内容,以至于可能难以确定具体哪条消息 是第一用户所需要的第一信息内容。因此,为了便于确定具体的第一信息内容,第一用户还可以首先对第一信息内容进行引用,然后,在引用了第一信息内容的基础上,再编辑具体的即时通信消息内容,并在该即时通信消息内容中引用目标账号,等等。这里需要说明的是,第一用户发送的同一条即时通信消息内容中,可能同时包括了引用的第一信息内容,以及引用的目标账号,虽然都称为“引用”,但是两者的含义是不同的。引用第一信息内容是为了说明,当前发送的即时通信消息内容与该第一信息内容相关,引用目标账号是为了说明,当前发送的即时通信消息内容主要是发送给该目标账号的,需要提醒该目标账号关联的用户注意。在本申请实施例中,引用该目标账号的行为还可以起到发起搜索请求的作用。
S202:获取所述第一信息内容。
具体接收到目标账号被引用的引用通知消息后,可以首先获取到具体的第一信息内容,也即,第二信息系统需要获知,第一用户需要针对怎样的信息内容发起搜索。
其中,具体获取第一信息内容的方式可以有多种。例如,如果具体的引用通知消息中直接携带由所述第一信息内容,包括具体的图像数据或者文本数据等,则可以直接从引用通知消息中解析出所述第一信息内容,并进行后续的搜索。或者,另一种情况下,具体的请求中可能并不直接携带第一信息内容,此时,可以从具体的第一信息系统中获取第一信息内容。
其中,如果第一信息系统是社交网络系统,则第一信息内容容具体可以是第二用户在社交网络系统中的已发布的内容,具体可以包括图片,文本,视频,或者多种类型信息的组合等。此时,可以通过多种方式来获取所述第一信息内容的数据内容。例如,一种方式下,具体的引用通知消息中可以携带有第一信息内容的标识(ID等,具体可以由社交网络系统中的实现逻辑来决定具体在请求中所携带的信息),此时,在接收到该引用通知消息后,可以根据消息中携带的标识信息,获取所述第一信息内容对应的网络地址(例如,URL)。然后,通过访问所述网络地址,并对所述第一信息内容进行下载,获得所述第一信息内容。具体如,假设某社交网络系统中某用户引用了某第二信息系统对应的目标账号后,社交网络系统可以向该第二信息系统发送相关的引用通知消息,同时可以携带具体关联的第一信息内容的ID等信息,以使得第二信息系统获知用户针对哪条具体的内容发表了评论。进而,第二信息系统可以根据该第一信息内容的ID获知对应的URL等信息,以实现对该第一信息内容的下载。当然,具体实现时,社交网络系统提供的消息中还可以携带其他的信息,例如,用户的ID信息,该用户所发表的相关评论的 ID,等等。
如果第一信息系统是即时通信系统,则第一信息系统提供的引用通知消息中还可以包括具体的即时通信会话ID等信息,这样,第二信息系统可以从第一信息系统中获取到该ID对应的会话记录,然后从中获取到第一信息内容。例如,可以将具体引用目标账号的消息的前一条即时通信消息内容,作为第一信息内容,等等。或者,如果在引用目标账号时,还对具体的第一信息内容进行了引用,并且第一信息系统提供的引用通知信息中,携带了所引用的信息内容,则可以直接从引用通知消息中解析出第一信息内容,等等。
S203:从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容。
在获取到第一信息内容后,可以从第二信息系统关联的信息库中进行搜索,获取与第一信息内容关联的第二信息内容。其中,由于第一信息内容可以有多种形式,例如,可以包括文字、图片、视频等,因此,针对第一信息内容的信息形式的不同,具体的搜索方式也可以不同。例如,如果是文字,则可以使用关键词检索技术,将具体第一信息内容的相关文本与信息库中信息内容(例如,商品对象信息等)的文本描述信息进行比对,确定出相匹配的第二信息内容。当然,在具体实现时,尤其是以商品对象信息系统为第二信息系统的情况下,本申请实施例更多的可以是涉及对图像内容的检索。也就是说,第一信息内容中可以包括图像内容,具体可以是图片或者视频等,此时,可以通过图像搜索的方式,从所述商品对象信息系统关联的信息库中搜索与所述第一信息内容关联的商品对象信息。例如,具体可以将具体第一信息内容的图像与信息库中多个商品对象的图像进行相似度比对,比对过程中还可以对图像中包含的属于商品对象本体部分的图像进行提取,以此去掉背景、人物等图像的影响,提高匹配的准确度。
另外,具体的第二信息系统还可以是知识类的信息系统,或者新闻类的信息系统,等等。因此,具体搜索到的第二信息内容,还可以包括知识类的信息内容,新闻类的信息内容,等等。例如,某第一用户在进行即时通信对话的过程中,发现某第二用户发送了一条消息,其中包括某个人名,该第一用户可能需要获知关于该人名的更多信息,例如,人物介绍,或者相关的新闻信息等等。在现有技术中,第一用户通常需要手动打开搜索引擎客户端,或者新闻客户端等,然后输入具体的人名发起搜索,再从返回的搜索结果中获取到自己所需的信息。而在本申请实施例中,该第一用户只需要在即时通信对话的对话框中编辑一条新的即时通信消息,并在其中引用某目标账号,则可以获得对应 的第二信息系统为其提供的第二信息内容。例如,如果是引用的知识类信息系统对应的目标账号,则提供的第二信息内容可以包括关于对应人物的介绍等信息,如果引用的是新闻类信息系统对应的目标账号,则提供的第二信息内容可以是与具体人物相关的新闻事件信息,等等。
其中,具体第二信息内容可以以多种形式进行表达。例如,具体关联的第二信息内容可以为一条或多条,如果是一条,则可以直接提供该第二信息内容的URL等网络地址信息;如果是多条,则也可以将多条第二信息内容聚合到一个页面中,并为该聚合页面生成对应的URL,将该聚合页面的URL提供给第一用户。另外,还可以直接将第二信息系统中的相关页面截取成图片,以图片的形式向第一用户提供第二信息内容,或者,还可以以信息卡片的形式存在,或者,以文本等形式存在,等等。
S204:将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
确定出具体相关的第二信息内容后,可以通过多种方式提供给具体发出请求的第一用户。例如,一种方式下,由于之前在接收引用通知消息时,可以获取到用户在第一信息系统中的ID、账号等标识信息,因此,可以通过第一信息系统提供的账户间消息收发通道(例如,“私信”等方式),将所述第二信息内容发送到用户的账号。当然,具体实现时,由于第一信息系统可能会对“陌生”账号(相互没有“关注”或者添加为“好友”等)之间的消息收发进行限制,例如,包括消息条数限制等。因此,在优选的实施方式中,本申请实施例可以为关注了所述目标账号的用户,或者将目标账号添加为“联系人”列表中的用户提供具体的第二信息内容。也就是说,针对已对目标账号进行了关注的用户,或者添加目标账号为“好友”的用户,可以获取到用户在所述第一信息系统中关联的第一账号信息,然后,通过所述第一信息系统中提供的账户间消息收发通道,将所述第二信息内容发送到所述第一账号。需要说明的是,由于第一信息系统的账户间收发的消息内容中是可以包括外部链接的,因此,通过这种方式将第二信息内容的URL等提供给用户后,用户可以通过直接进行点击或者复制等方式,打开具体的链接对应的页面,以查看到具体第二信息内容的详情内容。
具体实现时,为了更方便的向用户提供第二信息内容,对于第一信息系统为社交网络系统的情况,第二信息系统还可以通过在第一信息内容的评论区进行留言等方式提醒第一用户对所述目标账号进行关注。其中,具体可以通过实现第一信息系统中的相关接口等方式,实现上述留言功能。
另外,在上述通过所述第一信息系统中提供的账户间消息收发通道,将所述第二信 息内容发送到所述第一账号的方式下,如果第一信息系统与第二信息系统使用相同或者具有映射关系的用户账号体系,并且发送到所述第一账号的第二信息内容包括链接,则在具体的的链接被触发后,可以直接在所述第一信息系统中展示所述链接对应的承接页面,以便用户在所述第一信息系统执行对所述第二信息内容的操作。也就是说,在第一信息系统中便可以实现对具体第二信息内容所关联链接对应的承接页面的浏览,以及各种操作的执行,而不需要跳转到第二信息系统中。例如,在第二信息系统为商品对象信息系统,第二信息内容为商品对象信息的情况下,具体的操作可以包括以下各项中的一项或多项:将所述商品对象加入到待结算集合,购买,支付,收藏,等等。
另一种实现方式下,还可以获取所述第一用户在第二信息系统中关联的第二账号的信息,然后,可以通过在所述第二信息系统中向第二账号发送系统消息的方式,将所述第二信息内容提供给第一用户。这样,第一用户可以通过登录到第二信息系统,在第二信息系统客户端提供的消息中心等页面中,对具体的第二信息内容进行查看。这里的商第二信息内容也可以是链接、图片、文本、信息卡片等多种形式,用户还可以直接对链接进行点击等方式,跳转到具体的详情信息页面进行浏览。
其中,具体获取用户第二账号的方式也可以有多种,例如,一种方式下,可以由第一用户在通过引用目标账号的方式发起搜索请求时,提供该用户在第二信息系统中注册的第二账号的信息。这样,第二信息系统在接收到引用通知消息时,可以同时获取到用户的第二账号信息。后续在获取到具体的第二信息内容后,可以直接通过在第二信息系统中向所述第二账号发送系统消息的方式,将所述第二信息内容提供给所述用户。
或者,另一种方式下,如果第一信息系统与第二信息系统预先对用户的账号体系进行了打通,使得同一用户在两个系统中注册的账号信息相同或者具有某种映射关系,并且可以在第二信息系统中进行保存。则在获取到用户在第一信息系统中注册的第一账号后,可以根据保存的映射关系信息,确定出该用户在第二信息系统中注册的第二账号。后续同样可以通过在第二信息系统内部向该第二账号发送系统消息等方式,将与第一信息系统中第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容提供给该用户,等等。
另外,具体实现时,对于第一信息系统为社交网络系统的情况,还可以获取具体引用目标账号时对应的用户评论关联的评论标识。在通过某种具体的渠道向用户提供了第二信息内容后,还可以通过对该评论标识对应的评论内容进行回复的方式,对已向第一用户提供所述第二信息内容的事件进行通知,以提醒第一用户到对应的渠道下获取具体的信息详情,等等。
例如,假设用户在社交网络系统中浏览到的内容如图3-1所示,是一个人物照片,并且对该人物穿着的服装感兴趣,并且想要获取关联的商品对象的信息。此时,该用户便可以在该内容的评论区发表评论,并提及目标账号。例如,假设该用户在社交网络系统中的昵称为“小A”,商品对象信息系统对应的目标账号是“搜图号”,则该用户具体发布的评论内容可以如图3-2中的31处所示。后续在商品对象信息系统收到“小A”的评论内容,并获取到该图片信息之后,可以搜索与该图片相关的商品对象。在能够获取到该用户在社交网络系统中的账号等信息之后,可以通过发送私信等方式,将商品对象的信息提供给该用户。并且,可以对该用户对应的评论进行回复,将已经提供了商品对象信息的消息通知给用户。例如,如图3-2中的32处所示,具体回复的内容可以是“@小A,图中同款商品结果已通过消息发送给你了,请查阅,祝你购物愉快哦”,等等。该用户在查看到该回复之后,便可以到消息选项中进行查看。例如,如图3-3所示,其为用户与目标账号进行消息交互的对话窗口界面,目标账号可以将确定出的商品对象的信息通过这种账号间消息的方式发送给用户。其中,具体商品对象的信息可以通过链接的形式进行提供,用户可以直接点击链接,之后,如果用户安装了关联的商品对象信息系统的客户端,则可以跳转到该客户端对对应的商品对象信息页面进行展示,或者,也可以通过浏览器对商品对象信息页面进行展示,等等。
总之,通过本申请实施例,用户在第一信息系统中浏览到某第一信息内容,并且需要获取与第一信息内容相关的更多信息时,可以针对该第一信息内容,通过引用目标账号的方式发起请求。相应的,第一信息系统可以向目标账号关联的第二信息系统发送引用通知消息,第二信息系统接收到该通知消息后,便可以获取具体的第一信息内容,并通过对关联的信息库进行检索,确定出与该第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容。之后,便可以将第二信息内容提供给用户。这样,使得用户不需要切换到具体的第二信息系统中手动发起图像搜索等操作,即可获得由第二信息系统提供的与第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,方便用户获得所需的信息,进而可以使得第二信息系统获得更多的用户流量。
实施例二
该实施例二是与实施例一相对应的,从第一信息系统(例如,社交网络系统、即时通信系统等)的角度,提供了一种信息处理方法,参见图4,该方法可以包括:
S401:接收第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系 统相关联;

需要说明的是,本申请实施例中可能会涉及到对用户数据的使用,在实际应用中,可以在符合所在国的适用法律法规要求的情况下(例如,用户明确同意,对用户切实通知,等),在适用法律法规允许的范围内在本文描述的方案中使用用户特定的个人数据。
另外,本申请实施例中还可能会涉及不同系统之间对用户数据的传递,此时,同样可以在符合所在国的适用法律法规要求的情况下,在适用法律法规允许的范围内在本文描述的方案中使用用户特定的个人数据。例如,在社交网络系统中的用户发出提及目标账号的评论信息时,可以提示用户,其相关的用户数据可能需要提供给该目标账号关联的商品对象信息系统,并且商品对象信息系统可能会通过发送“私信”等方式向其发送商品对象的信息,在用户明确同意的情况下,再将其用户ID等信息提供给商品对象信息系统,并可以将用于向用户发送“私信”的相关接口等提供给商品对象信息系统,以使得商品对象信息系统能够通过社交网络系统向用户发送“私信”的方式,提供商品对象的信息。

通信组件716被配置为便于设备700和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。设备700可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,或2G、3G、4G/LTE、5G等移动通信网络。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件716经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件716还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,设备700可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器704,上述指令可由设备700的处理器720执行以完成本公开技术方案提供的方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计 算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统或系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的系统及系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息提供方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收目标账号被引用的引用通知消息,所述引用通知消息是由第一信息系统在接收到第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求后发出的;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
    获取所述第一信息内容;
    从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容;
    将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一信息系统包括社交网络系统,所述第一信息内容包括所述社交网络系统中的第二用户发布的信息内容;
    所述请求是由所述第一用户通过在所述第一信息内容的评论区发表评论内容、并在所述评论内容中引用所述目标账号的方式发起的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述获取所述第一信息内容,包括:
    根据所述引用通知消息中携带的所述第一信息内容的标识,从所述第一信息系统获取所述第一信息内容对应的网络地址;
    通过访问所述网络地址并对所述第一信息内容进行下载的方式,获取所述第一信息内容。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一信息系统包括即时通信系统,所述第一信息内容包括所述即时通信系统中的第二用户在即时通信对话过程中发送的第一即时通信消息内容;
    所述请求是在所述即时通信对话的对话记录中产生所述第一信息内容后,由所述第一用户通过在所述即时通信对话中发送第二即时通信消息内容、并在所述第二即时通信消息内容中引用所述目标账号的方式发起的。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述即时通信会话包括群组对话,所述第二即时通信消息内容中还包括对所述第一即时通信消息内容进行引用的内容;
    所述获取所述第一信息内容,包括:
    从所述引用通知消息中携带的信息中获取所述第一信息内容。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二信息系统包括:商品对象信息系统;
    所述从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,包括:
    从所述商品对象信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的商品对象信息内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一信息内容中包括图像内容;
    所述从所述商品对象信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的商品对象信息内容,包括:
    通过图像搜索的方式,从所述商品对象信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的商品对象信息内容。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二信息系统包括:知识类信息系统;
    所述从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,包括:
    从所述知识类信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的知识类信息内容。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二信息系统包括:新闻类信息系统;
    所述从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内 容,包括:
    从所述新闻类信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的新闻类信息内容。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户,包括:
    获取所述第一用户在所述第一信息系统中关联的第一账号的信息;
    通过所述第一信息系统中提供的账户间消息收发通道,将所述第二信息内容发送到所述第一账号。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一账号与所述目标账号之间具有关注关系或者好友关系。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户,包括
    获取所述第一用户在所述第二信息系统中关联的第二账号的信息;
    通过在所述第二信息系统中向所述第二账号发送系统消息的方式,将所述第二信息内容提供给所述用户。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二信息内容包括以下各项中的一项或多项:链接内容,图像内容,文本内容。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一信息系统与所述第二信息系统使用相同或者具有映射关系的用户账号体系;
    所述第二信息内容包括链接内容;
    在所述链接内容被触发后,在所述第一信息系统中展示所述链接对应的承接页面,以便所述第一用户在所述第一信息系统执行对所述第二信息内容的操作。
  15. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求;所述第一 信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
    向所述第二信息系统发送引用通知消息,以便所述第二信息系统获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,并将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
  16. 一种信息提供装置,其特征在于,包括:
    引用通知消息接收单元,用于接收目标账号被引用的引用通知消息,所述引用通知消息是由第一信息系统在接收到第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求后发出的;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
    第一信息内容获取单元,用于获取所述第一信息内容;
    信息获得单元,用于从第二信息系统关联的信息库中获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容;
    第二信息内容提供单元,用于将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
  17. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求接收单元,用于接收第一用户针对第一信息内容、通过引用目标账号的方式发起的请求;所述第一信息内容包括所述第一信息系统中产生的信息内容,所述目标账号与第二信息系统相关联;
    通知单元,用于向所述第二信息系统发送引用通知消息,以便所述第二信息系统获得与所述第一信息内容相关的第二信息内容,并将所述第二信息内容提供给所述第一用户。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至15任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;以及
    与所述一个或多个处理器关联的存储器,所述存储器用于存储程序指令,所述程序指令在被所述一个或多个处理器读取执行时,执行权利要求1至15任一项所述的方法的 步骤。
