信息获取方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201410300209.X、申请日为2014/6/26的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及互联网技术领域,特别涉及一种信息获取方法及装置。
背景技术
诸如电视、电影之类的视频是人们日常生活中不可或缺的部分。一部视频可以包括有非常多的视频元素,比如:一部视频中可以包括不同的明星人物、景点、物品、经典台词和配曲等。
当用户对视频中的某一个视频元素感兴趣时,通常需要用户手动获取有关该视频元素的相关信息。比如,用户需要查看视频A中的一个穿帮镜头,则需要在视频A的播放过程中,采用快进、快退或调节播放进度条的方式来定位到该穿帮镜头进行播放;又比如,用户需要了解视频B中的一辆赛车的相关信息,则需要手动在浏览器中输入该赛车的关键字进行搜索,并在搜索结果中查找到该赛车的相关信息。
公开人在实现本公开的过程中,发现上述方式至少存在如下缺陷:当用户对视频中的某一个视频元素感兴趣时,通常需要用户手动获取该视频元素的信息。整个获取过程需要用户执行多次操作,获取信息的效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中获取信息的效率较低的问题,本公开实施例提供了一种信息获取方法及装置,所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种信息获取方法,所述方法包括:
获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
在一个实施例中,所述获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
在预定时刻从服务器下载并存储所述视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息;
所述预定时刻包括:播放所述视频前的时刻、播放所述视频中的时刻或空闲时刻。
在一个实施例中,所述指定时刻包括:
在播放至所述视频的片尾时刻;或,
在播放所述视频中,接收到暂停信号的时刻。
在一个实施例中,所述获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
若在播放至所述视频中的某一播放位置时接收到用户的信息获取指令,则从预先下载的所述视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中,查找与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
在一个实施例中,所述获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
若在播放至所述视频中的某一播放位置时接收到用户的信息获取指令,则向服务器发送信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求用于获取与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;

生成视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,所述终端用于在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
在一个实施例中,所述向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
在预定时刻向所述终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息的下载;
所述预定时刻包括:所述终端播放所述视频前的时刻、所述终端播放视频中的时刻或所述终端的空闲时刻。
在一个实施例中,所述向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
在接收到所述终端发送的信息获取请求后,向所述终端反馈与所述视频中一个播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;其中,

解码所述视频,得到至少一帧视频数据,所述视频数据包括图像帧数据和音频帧数据中的前一种或者全部两种;
对于图像帧数据,通过图像识别技术识别所述图像帧数据中的图像元素;
对于音频帧数据,通过语音识别技术识别所述音频帧数据中的声音元素。

请参考图1A和图1B,其示出了本公开各个实施例提供的信息获取方法所涉及的实施环境的结构示意图,该实施环境可以包括终端110以及通过有线或者无线网络与终端相连的服务器120。
如图1A所示,终端110可以是诸如电视、平板电脑、台式电脑或者手机之类的具备播放能力的播放设备。播放设备可以在遥控设备的控制下直接从服务器120获取视频资源,并播放获取到的视频资源。其中,遥控设备可以通过红外、蓝牙或者无线局域网与电视相连,遥控设备可以是图1A中(a)图所示的遥控器130,也可以是图1A中(b)图所示的智能终端140。
如图1B所示,终端110可以是与播放设备相连的媒体源设备。媒体源设备可以是高清盒子、蓝光播放机、家庭NAS(Network Attached Storage:网络附属存储)设备等等。其中,播放设备可以是诸如电视、平板电脑、台式电脑或者手机之类的具备播放能力的设备,播放设备需要借助与其相连的媒体源设备才能从服务器120获取视频资源。媒体源设备可以从服务器120中获取视频资源,并将获取到的视频资源在播放设备中进行播放。同时,用户可以通过遥控设备来控制媒体源设备,遥控设备可以通过红外、蓝牙或者无线局域网与电视相连,遥控设备可以是图1B中(a)图所示的遥控器150,也可以通过1B中(b)图所示的智能终端160。
此外,服务器120可以通过有线网络或者无线网络与终端110进行连接,服务器120可以是一台服务器,或者由若干台服务器组成的服务器集群,或者是一个云计算服务中心。
需要说明的是,图1A和图1B只是以实施环境中包括上述各个设备为例,在实际实现时,在某些应用场景中,实施环境中还可以只包括上述部分设备或者同时包括其他设备,本实施例对此并不做限定。
另外,为了便于理解,先对各个实施例所涉及的基本概念进行介绍。
视频元素是指:视频中的一个图像元素、声音元素或者播放片段。其中,图像元素是一个图像帧数据中的元素,如人或物;声音元素是一段声音,为一个音频帧数据,或者多个连续的音频帧数据;播放片段是一个图像帧数据,对应一个播放时间点,或者多个连续的图像帧数据,对应一个播放时间段。
视频元素的关联信息是指:与视频元素相关的信息。比如:
当视频元素为明星时,关联信息可以是该明星的个人简介、出演过的作品列表、该明星的最新微博动态以及新闻报道等等;
当视频元素为服饰时,关联信息可以为电商网站中出售该服饰的购买链接、出售该服饰的商店地址、该服饰的面料简介以及该服饰的搭配推荐等等;
当视频元素为美食时,关联信息可以是电商网站中出售该美食的购买链接、用户所在地出售该美食的商家地址以及该美食的做法等等;
当视频元素为背景音乐时,关联信息可以为该背景音乐所对应的MV(Music Video,音乐视频)、该背景音乐的歌词、该背景音乐的演唱者以及该背景音乐的创作背景等等;
当视频元素为景点时,关联信息可以是对该景点的简介、提供该景点旅游服务的商家链接、该景点中的美食以及与该景点相同类型的其它景点等等;
当视频元素为一个播放片段时,关联信息可以是该播放片段中的各个图像帧数据、声音帧数据或者两者的组合中的图像元素或者图像元素和声音元素的组合。
请参考图2,其示出了一段视频中的各个视频元素21以及视频元素21的关联信息22。根据图2可以知道,视频元素可以是图像帧数据中的图像元素,或者音频帧数据中的声音元素,也可以是图像帧数据中的全部元素如图2中的阴影部分,还可以是m帧图像帧数据或者m帧音频帧数据,本实施例对此并不做限定。其中,m为大于等于2的整数。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种信息获取方法的流程图,本实施例以该信息获取方法用于图1A或者图1B所示的终端110中来举例说明,该信息获取方法可以包括如下步骤。
在步骤301中,获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
在步骤302中,在指定时刻显示关联信息。
综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取方法,通过获取视频中视频元素的关联信息,并在指定时刻显示获取到的关联信息;解决了相关技术中信息的获取效率较低的问题;达到了终端可以在指定时刻显示视频元素的关联信息,提高信息的获取效率的效果。
由于终端获取至少一个视频元素的关联信息的获取方式可以包括如下方式中的至少一种:在预定时刻从服务器下载视频元素的关联信息;在接收到用户的信息获取指令时,从预先下载的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中查找与接收到信息获取指令时视频的播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;以及在接收到用户的信息获取指令时,向服务器发送信息获取请求,进而接收服务器返回的与接收到信息获取指令时视频的播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息,所以下述将在不同实施例中对上述三种情况进行详细说明。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种信息获取方法的流程图,本实施例以该信息获取方法用于图1A或者图1B所示的终端110,且终端110在预定时刻从服务器下载视频元素的关联信息来举例说明,该信息获取方法可以包括如下步骤。
在步骤401中,终端在预定时刻从服务器下载并存储视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息;
终端可以在预定时刻从服务器中请求下载并存储至少一个视频元素的关联信息。在实际实现时,终端可以在预定时刻发送用于请求获取该视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息的信息获取请求至服务器。其中,预定时刻包括:播放视频前的时刻、播放视频中的时刻或空闲时刻。
在步骤402中,终端在播放至视频的片尾时刻;或,在播放视频中,接收到暂停信号的时刻显示关联信息。
在终端获取到至少一个视频元素的关联信息之后,终端可以在播放至视频的片尾时刻,或,在播放视频中,接收到暂停信号的时刻显示关联信息。
当终端在片尾时刻显示关联信息时,在终端播放完该视频之后,终端可以显示该视频中的至少一个视频元素的关联信息,这样,用户即可获取到视频中的所有视频元素的关联信息,简便了用户的操作。
当终端在播放视频的过程中,接收到暂停信号时显示关联信息时,则在终端接收暂停信号之后,终端可以暂停播放视频,并显示获取到的视频中的至少一个视频元素的关联信息。
在实际实现时,终端还可以在播放至某一播放时间点时,显示关联信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取方法,通过获取视频中视频元素的关联信息,并在指定时刻显示获取到的关联信息;解决了相关技术中信息的获取效率较低的问题;达到 了终端可以在指定时刻显示视频元素的关联信息,提高信息的获取效率的效果。
本实施例通过在预定时刻从服务器下载至少一个视频元素的关联信息,降低了终端在显示关联信息时,终端与服务器的交互复杂度,提高了终端显示关联信息的显示效率。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种信息获取方法的流程图,本实施例以该信息获取方法用于图1A或者图1B所示的终端110,且终端110在接收到用户的信息获取指令时,从预先下载的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中查找与接收到信息获取指令时视频的播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息举例说明,该信息获取方法可以包括如下步骤。
在步骤501中,终端接收用户的信息获取指令,从预先下载的视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中,查找与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;
在终端播放视频的过程中,当用户想要获取当前播放位置处的视频元素的关联信息时,用户可以通过终端中的预设按键或者遥控器发出信息获取指令至终端,相应的,终端可以接收用户的信息获取指令。其中,用户可以通过按压遥控器中的预设按键的方式来发出信息获取指令。当然,用户还可以通过同时按压两个按键比如同时按压‘0’和‘确认’键的方式来发送信息获取指令,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在终端接收到信息获取指令时,终端可以从预先下载的视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中查找与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。在实际实现时,终端可以在关联信息中查询播放位置与终端接收到信息获取指令时的播放位置对应的关联信息。
在步骤502中,终端在获取到与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息后的时刻显示关联信息。
在终端获取到与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息后,终端可以显示关联信息。并且在实际实现时,由于用户发出信息获取指令时,用户就想要获知关联信息,所以在终端获取到关联信息之后,终端可以立即显示获取到的关联信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取方法,通过获取视频中视频元素的关联信息,并在指定时刻显示获取到的关联信息;解决了相关技术中信息的获取效率较低的问题;达到了终端可以在指定时刻显示视频元素的关联信息,提高信息的获取效率的效果。
本实施例通过在接收到用户的信息获取指令时,从预先下载的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中查找与接收到信息获取指令时视频的播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息,达到了终端可以较快到获取到用户请求获取的关联信息,进而提高终端显示关联信息的效率,提高了信息获取效率。
需要说明的是,在上述两个实施例中,终端在获取视频元素的关联信息之前,服务器需要生成至少一个视频元素的关联信息,并向终端提供生成的至少一个视频元素的关联信息。请参考图6,服务器可以执行如下步骤:
在步骤601中,生成视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为视频中的 一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
服务器存储有用于在播放设备中进行播放的视频,并且为了后续步骤的执行,服务器可以生成各个视频中的至少一个视频元素的关联信息。其中,每个视频元素为视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或者一个播放片段。
在步骤602中,向终端提供视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,终端用于在指定时刻显示关联信息。
图7是根据另一示例性实施例示出的服务器提供关联信息的流程图。如图7所示,服务器可以执行如下步骤。
在步骤701中,识别视频中的至少一个视频元素;
在实际实现时,本步骤可以包括如下两种可能的实现方式。
在第一种可能的实现方式中,本步骤可以包括:
(1)、解码视频,得到至少一帧视频数据;
服务器可以对视频进行解码,进而得到视频中的至少一帧视频数据。其中,由于视频中有些播放位置配有声音而有些播放位置没有配置声音,所以在配置有声音的播放位置,服务器可以同时解码得到图像帧数据和音频帧数据;而在没有配置有声音的播放位置,服务器只能解码得到图像帧数据。
(2)、对于图像帧数据,通过图像识别技术识别图像帧数据中的图像元素;
对于解码得到的图像帧数据,服务器可以通过图像识别技术识别图像帧数据中的图像元素。在实际实现时,服务器可以将解码得到的图像帧数据与图像数据库中的各个图像进行匹配,如果在图像帧数据中存在与图像数据库中的图像匹配的元素,则服务器将匹配得到的图像元素作为图像帧数据中的图像元素。其中,图像数据库是预先设置的包括各个图像的数据库,图像是包含目标对象的图像,比如图像为包含人物、风景、生活用品、服饰、标签、商标、品牌以及关键词的图像等等,本实施例对此并不做限定。
比如,图像数据库中有‘人物A’的图像以及‘人物A’代言的XX品牌的2014冬季新品服饰的图像,并且服务器得到的图像帧数据中也包括‘人物A’的图像和该品牌冬季新品服饰中的某款上衣的图像,则服务器可以将‘人物A’的图像以及该款上衣的图像作为图像帧数据中的图像元素。
(3)、对于音频帧数据,通过语音识别技术识别音频帧数据中的声音元素。
对于音频帧数据,服务器可以通过语音识别技术识别音频帧数据中的声音元素。在实际实现时,服务器可以将音频帧数据与词曲库进行匹配,进而得到音频帧数据中的声音元素。并且,为了更加准确的识别到声音元素,服务器可以将音频帧数据以及该音频帧数据之前预定长度的音频帧数据、该音频帧数据之后的预定长度的音频帧数据或者该音频帧数据之前的预定长度的音频帧数据以及之后预定长度的音频帧数据进行组合,进而将组合得到的多帧音频帧数据同时与词曲库进行匹配,本实施例对此并不做限定。其中,词曲库包括预先设置的包括各个音频的数据库,本实施例对此并不做限定。
对于服务器解码得到的至少一帧视频数据,服务器可以将每一帧视频数据作为一个单位,进而识别每一帧视频数据中的图像元素或者声音元素;当然,服务器还可以将两帧或者两帧以上的视频数据作为一个单位,比如,将视频中第10分钟~第11分钟之间的各个视频数据作为一个播放片段,进而将播放片段中的视频数据中识别得到的图像元素或者声音元素同时作为视频元素,本实施例对此并不做限定。
需要说明的是,对于服务器解码得到的一部分视频数据,服务器可能并不能从视频帧数据中识别得到图像元素或者声音元素,而只有在另一部分视频数据中能识别得到图像元素或者声音元素,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在第二种可能的实现方式中,本步骤可以包括:
由于用户可以对视频中的各个视频元素进行标注,所以服务器识别视频中的至少一个视频元素的步骤可以包括:直接接收其它终端为视频上报的至少一个视频元素,视频元素为其它终端的用户标注的视频元素。
在步骤702中,获取每个视频元素的关联信息;
在获取到至少一个视频元素之后,服务器可以获取每个视频元素的关联信息。其中,服务器获取视频元素的关联信息的获取方式可以包括如下两种可能的实现方式:
在第一种可能的实现方式中,本步骤可以包括:
(1)、对于每个视频元素,通过信息搜索技术获得与视频元素有关的至少一个信息;
对于服务器识别得到的每个视频元素,服务器可以通过信息搜索技术获取与视频元素有关的至少一个信息。比如,在服务器得到的视频元素为‘人物A’的图像时,服务器可以从网络服务器中搜索与‘人物A’的图像关联的信息。
(2)、根据预设条件对至少一个信息进行排序,提取排序位置靠前的n个关联信息作为视频元素的关联信息,n为正整数;
服务器可以根据预设条件对获取到的至少一个信息进行排序。其中,预设条件包括:与视频元素的相关性、与用户地理位置的相关性、与用户历史使用记录的相关性以及与视频元素的制造商或提供商的竞争排名中的至少一种。
其中:
与视频元素的相关性是指,搜索到的信息与视频元素的相关性。比如,视频元素为‘人物A’的图像,搜索到的信息分别为‘人物A和人物B’、‘人物A的最新报道’、‘人物A造型’和‘人物A搭配宝典’等等,则搜索到的信息与视频元素的相关性由高到低的顺序依次为‘人物A造型’、‘人物A搭配宝典’、‘人物A的最新报道’和‘人物A和人物B的二三事’。
与用户地理位置的相关性是指,搜索到的信息与用户地理位置之间的距离远近。其中,用户地理位置是用户使用终端请求播放服务器中的视频时,向服务器上报的地理位置,比如,用户上报的地理位置为无锡市中山路5号。
比如,视频元素为‘XX品牌的某款上衣’的图像,搜索到的信息为‘无锡市XX寺 8号的XX专卖’、‘无锡市中山路7号的XX特惠店’以及‘无锡市长江路10号的购物广场’,则搜索到的信息与用户地理位置的相关性由高到低的顺序依次为‘无锡市中山路7号的XX特惠店’、‘无锡市XX寺8号的XX专卖’和‘无锡市长江路10号的购物广场’。
与用户历史使用记录的相关性是指,搜索到的信息与用户历史触发使用的关联信息之间的相关性。比如,用户通常比较关心服饰和美食,用户搜索到的信息分别为对应于汽车、景点、美食和服饰的信息,则服务器可以确定搜索到的信息与用户历史使用记录的相关性由高到低的顺序依次为服饰、美食、景点和汽车。
与视频元素的制造商或提供商的竞争排名,由于制造商或者提供商在服务器中存在一个预设排名,所以服务器可以按照各个信息所对应的制造商或者提供商的竞争排名对搜索得到的信息进行排序。
在服务器对获取到的信息进行排序之后,服务器可以提取排序后的各个信息中靠前的n个信息作为视频元素的关联信息。比如,服务器选择排名在前10位的信息作为视频元素的关联信息。当然,在实际实现时,服务器还可以将排序后的信息全部作为视频元素的关联信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在第二种可能的实现方式中,本步骤可以包括:
由于用户可以为每个视频元素上报关联信息,所以服务器可以接收其它终端为视频元素上报的关联信息。其中,其它终端为其它用户使用的终端,或,其它终端为视频元素的制造商或提供商所使用的终端。其它终端上报的关联信息可以是按照一定排序方式排序后的信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
需要说明的一点是,视频元素的制造商或者提供商可以垄断视频中某一播放片段中的视频元素的关联信息,比如,在视频的第10分钟~第11分钟,视频中的男主角在为第二天的发布会挑选服饰,则视频元素‘XX品牌的某款上衣’的制造商可以买断视频中的第10分钟~第11分钟中的视频元素的关联信息,此时,尽管服务器可以从第10分钟~第11分钟中的视频帧数据识别得到其它视频元素,但是服务器仍然只将‘XX品牌的某款上衣’的制造商设置的信息作为视频中第10分钟~第11分钟的视频元素的关联信息。
需要说明的另一点是,当服务器识别得到的视频元素是对应于视频中不同位置处的视频元素时,在服务器获取每个视频元素的关联信息之后,服务器可以确定该关联信息所对应的播放位置,并将确定的播放位置作为关联信息的一条属性信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在步骤703中,服务器在终端播放视频前的时刻、终端播放视频中的时刻或终端的空闲时刻向终端提供视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息的下载。
在实际实现时,服务器可以主动向终端推送视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,也可以是接收到终端发送的信息获取请求之后,向终端提供关联信息的下载。
以服务器主动推送关联信息为例,在服务器生成视频中的至少一个视频元素的关联信 息之后,服务器可以直接发送关联信息至终端,也即服务器可以在终端播放视频之前的时刻向终端提供关联信息的下载;或者,服务器在终端播放视频的播放过程中向终端发送关联信息;或者,服务器在终端的空闲时刻比如午夜‘12:00’向终端推送关联信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取方法,通过生成至少一个视频元素的关联信息,向终端提供至少一个视频元素的关联信息,使得终端在获取到关联信息之后,可以在指定时刻显示关联信息;解决了相关技术中信息的获取效率较低的问题;达到了终端可以在指定时刻显示视频元素的关联信息,提高信息的获取效率的效果。
上述实施例是以服务器预先生成至少一个视频元素的关联信息为例,下述实施例将对服务器根据终端的信息获取请求实时生成视频元素的关联信息进行举例说明。
图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种信息获取方法的流程图,本实施例以该信息获取方法用于图1A或者图1B所示的终端110,且终端110在接收到用户的信息获取指令时,向服务器发送信息获取请求,服务器生成请求的播放关联信息后向终端反馈生成的关联信息,终端接收服务器反馈的与接收到信息获取指令时的播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息来举例说明,该信息获取方法可以包括如下步骤。
在步骤801中,终端接收用户的信息获取指令;
在终端播放视频的过程中,当用户想要获取当前播放位置处的视频元素的关联信息时,用户可以通过终端中的预设按键或者遥控器发出信息获取指令至终端,相应的,终端可以接收用户的信息获取指令。其中,用户可以通过按压遥控器中的预设按键的方式来发出信息获取指令,当然,用户还可以通过同时按压两个按键比如同时按压‘0’和‘确认’键的方式来发送信息获取指令,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在步骤802中,终端向服务器发送信息获取请求;
在终端接收到信息获取指令时,终端可以发送信息获取请求至服务器。其中,信息获取请求用于获取与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
在实际实现时,终端发送信息获取请求至服务器的步骤可以包括:
第一,获取播放位置所对应的播放信息;
终端可以获取接收到信息获取指令时视频的播放位置所对应的播放信息。其中,播放信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:播放位置处的图像帧数据、播放位置处的音频帧数据和播放位置在播放时间轴中对应的播放时间点。比如,终端获取到的播放位置所对应的播放信息为15:14。
第二,向服务器发送信息获取请求,信息获取请求携带有视频的视频标识和播放位置所对应的播放信息。
在终端获取到播放位置所对应的播放信息之后,终端可以向服务器发送携带有视频的 视频标识以及播放位置所对应的播放信息的信息获取请求。其中,视频的视频标识可以是视频的名称或者服务器为视频分配的ID(identification,身份标识),本实施例对此并不做限定。
在步骤803中,服务器接收终端发送的信息获取请求;
在步骤804中,服务器生成视频中与播放位置有关的至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
在接收到信息获取请求之后,服务器读取信息获取请求中的视频标识以及播放位置所对应的播放信息,进而生成视频标识所指示的视频中的与播放信息所对应的播放位置有关的至少一个视频元素的关联信息。其中,服务器生成视频中与播放位置有关的至少一个视频元素的关联信息的生成步骤可以包括:
第一,识别视频中的至少一个视频元素;
在实际实现时,本步骤可以包括:
(1)、服务器在接收终端发送的信息获取请求后,获取信息获取请求中携带的一个播放位置所对应的播放信息,播放信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:播放位置处的图像帧数据、播放位置处的音频帧数据和播放位置在播放时间轴中对应的播放时间点;
(2)、根据播放信息获取视频中与播放位置对应的视频元素;
其中,信息获取请求是终端在视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令后发送的请求,播放位置是终端在视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令时对应的播放位置。
服务器获取到信息获取请求中的播放信息之后,服务器可以根据播放信息获取与视频中播放位置所对应的视频元素。在实际实现时,服务器获取与视频中播放位置所对应的视频元素的步骤可以包括:
(a)、解码视频,得到至少一帧视频数据;
服务器可以对视频进行解码,进而得到视频中的至少一帧视频数据。其中,由于视频中有些播放位置配有声音而有些播放位置没有配置声音,所以在配置有声音的播放位置,服务器可以同时解码得到图像帧数据和音频帧数据;在没有配置有声音的播放位置,服务器可以解码得到图像帧数据。
(b)、对于图像帧数据,通过图像识别技术识别播放位置处的图像帧数据中的图像元素;
对于解码得到的图像帧数据,服务器可以通过图像识别技术识别图像帧数据中的图像元素。在实际实现时,服务器可以将解码得到的图像帧数据与图像数据库中的各个图像进行匹配,如果在图像帧数据中存在与图像数据库中的图像匹配的元素,则服务器将匹配得到的图像元素作为图像帧数据中的图像元素。其中,图像数据库是预先设置的包括各个图像的数据库,图像是包含目标对象的图像,比如图像为包含人物、风景、生活用品、服饰、标签、商标、品牌以及关键词的图像等等,本实施例对此并不做限定。
(c)、对于音频帧数据,通过语音识别技术识别播放位置处的音频帧数据中的声音元素。
对于音频帧数据,服务器可以通过语音识别技术识别音频帧数据中的声音元素。在实际实现时,服务器可以将音频帧数据与词曲库进行匹配,进而得到音频帧数据中的声音元素。并且,为了更加准确的识别到声音元素,服务器可以将音频帧数据以及该音频帧数据之前预定长度的音频帧数据、该音频帧数据之后的预定长度的音频帧数据或者该音频帧数据之前的预定长度的音频帧数据以及之后预定长度的音频帧数据进行组合,进而将组合得到的多帧音频帧数据同时与词曲库进行匹配,本实施例对此并不做限定。其中,词曲库包括预先设置的包括各个音频的数据库,本实施例对此并不做限定。
需要说明的是,这与上述实施例中的步骤701中的识别视频元素的识别方式类似,详细技术细节请参考上述实施例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
第二,获取每个视频元素的关联信息。
在获取到至少一个视频元素之后,服务器可以获取每个视频元素的关联信息。其中,服务器获取视频元素的关联信息的获取方式可以包括如下两种可能的实现方式:
在第一种可能的实现方式中,本步骤可以包括:
(1)、对于每个视频元素,通过信息搜索技术获得与视频元素有关的至少一个信息;
对于服务器识别得到的每个视频元素,服务器可以通过信息搜索技术获取与视频元素有关的至少一个信息。
(2)、根据预设条件对至少一个信息进行排序,提取排序位置靠前的n个关联信息作为视频元素的关联信息,n为正整数;
服务器可以根据预设条件对获取到的至少一个信息进行排序。其中,预设条件包括:与视频元素的相关性、与用户地理位置的相关性、与用户历史使用记录的相关性以及与视频元素的制造商或提供商的竞争排名中的至少一种。
在第二种可能的实现方式中,本步骤可以包括:
由于用户可以为每个视频元素上报关联信息,所以服务器可以接收其它终端为视频元素上报的关联信息。其中,其它终端为其它用户使用的终端,或,其它终端为视频元素的制造商或提供商所使用的终端。其它终端上报的关联信息可以是按照一定排序方式排序后的信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在步骤805中,服务器向终端反馈与视频中一个播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;
服务器在生成与视频中一个播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息之后,服务器可以向终端反馈与视频中一个播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
在步骤806中,终端接收服务器反馈的与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;
在步骤807中,终端在获取到与播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息后的时刻显示关联信息。
在实际实现时,由于用户发送信息获取指令时,说明用户此时就想要知道当前播放位置的视频元素的关联信息,所以在终端获取到与播放位置有关的关联信息之后,终端可以立即显示关联信息。
综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取方法,通过获取视频中视频元素的关联信息,并在指定时刻显示获取到的关联信息;解决了相关技术中信息的获取效率较低的问题;达到了终端可以在指定时刻显示视频元素的关联信息,提高信息的获取效率的效果。
本实施例在接收到用户的信息获取指令时,生成携带有接收到信息获取指令时视频播放位置所对应的位置信息的信息获取请求,发送信息获取请求至服务器,进而从服务器中获取到与位置信息对应的视频元素的关联信息,达到了用户只需要执行施加信息获取指令一步操作之后,终端即可显示用户需要的关联信息,提高了信息获取效率,降低了用户的操作复杂度。
需要说明的一点是,在上述各个实施例中,终端显示关联信息的显示方式可以包括如下方式中的任一种:
第一种:
在终端为播放设备且与播放设备对应的遥控器无信息展示能力时,直接以预定形式显示关联信息。
其中,预定形式包括:分屏形式、列表形式、加标签形式、滚动形式、弹幕形式和弹窗形式中的至少一种。
比如,请参考图9A,以终端是电视且预定形式为分屏形式为例,在电视播放视频中预定位置。比如,电视在屏幕中的第一显示区域91中继续播放视频,而在第二显示区域92中显示关联信息。
类似的,请参考图9B,电视还可以采用列表形式显示关联信息。这样,终端显示关联信息之后,用户可以从终端显示的关联信息中快速的找到自己需要的信息,提高了信息获取效率,简便了用户的操作。
请参考图9C,电视还可以采用加标签形式显示关联信息。其中,每个标签对应一个视频元素,当用户想要查看某一视频元素的关联信息时,用户可以触发对应的标签,进而查看该标签对应的关联信息。其中,终端界面中可以显示一个定位光标,该定位光标默认对应于第一个标签,且用户可以通过遥控器中的上下键来切换定位光标在各个标签中的位置,当定位光标对应于用户需要的标签时,用户可以按遥控器中的确认键来触发对应的标签。在实际实现时,终端可以对标签进行编号之后进行显示,这样当用户想要查看第一个标签所对应的关联信息时,用户可以选择遥控器中的‘1’,进而触发第一个标签,本实施例对此并不做限定。
请参考图9D,终端还可以采用滚动形式来显示关联信息。这样用户在观看视频的同时,可以查看屏幕下方的滚动条来查看对应的关联信息。需要说明的是,图9D只是以滚 动条在屏幕下方为例,在实际实现时,滚动条还可以设置在屏幕左侧、右侧或者上方,本实施例对此并不做限定。
请参考图9E,终端可以采用弹幕形式来显示关联信息。此时为了防止用户错过视频中下一时刻的精彩画面,终端在以弹幕形式显示关联信息时,终端可以暂停播放视频,并在用户退出关联信息的显示时,继续播放视频,本实施例对此并不做限定。
请参考图9F,终端还可以采用弹窗形式显示关联信息。这样用户就可以在观看视频的同时在终端显示的弹窗中查看对应的关联信息。
第二种:
在终端为播放设备且与播放设备对应的遥控器有信息展示能力时,直接以预定形式显示关联信息,或,将关联信息发送给遥控器,遥控器用于以预定形式显示关联信息;
当终端为播放设备,且播放设备对应的遥控器是诸如手机、平板电脑之类的具备信息展示能力的设备时,终端可以直接以预定形式显示关联信息,也可以将关联信息发送至遥控器,遥控器以预定形式显示关联信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
第三种:
在终端为与播放设备相连的媒体源设备,且与媒体源设备对应的遥控器无信息展示能力时,将关联信息发送给播放设备,播放设备用于以预定形式显示关联信息;
当终端是与播放设备相连的媒体源设备比如‘XX盒子’,且与媒体源设备对应的遥控器没有信息展示能力时,终端可以将关联信息发送至播放设备,进而在播放设备中以预定形式进行显示。
第四种:
在终端为与播放设备相连的媒体源设备,且与媒体源设备对应的遥控器有信息展示能力时,将关联信息发送给播放设备或遥控器,播放设备或遥控器用于以预定形式显示关联信息;
类似的,当与媒体源设备对应的遥控器具备信息展示能力时,终端可以将关联信息发送至播放设备,或者将关联信息发送至遥控器,进而在播放设备或者遥控器中以预定形式进行显示,本实施例对此并不做限定。
本实施例只是以在同一时刻显示视频中的至少一个视频元素的关联信息为例,在实际实现时,当关联信息的属性信息包括该关联信息对应的播放位置时,在终端播放至该播放位置时,终端可以显示该播放位置所对应的关联信息,进而当有两个或者两个以上的播放位置有关联信息时,终端可以在两个播放位置处分别显示对应的关联信息,本实施例对此并不做限定。
需要说明的另一点是,当关联信息是对应于两个或者两个以上的视频元素的关联信息时,终端在显示关联信息时,终端可以以菜单的形式显示关联信息,比如,当终端以分屏形式显示时,终端的显示示意图如图9G所示。
需要说明的再一点是,在终端显示的一个视频元素的关联信息被触发时,终端还可以执行如下步骤:
跳转至视频中与视频元素对应的播放位置进行播放;或,跳转至关联信息中包括的信息链接所对应的信息内容进行显示。
在终端显示关联信息之后,用户可以根据自己的使用需要来触发显示的关联信息,比如,当关联信息在片尾显示时,当用户想要重复观看关联信息所对应的播放位置处的精彩片段,用户可以触发该关联信息,关联信息被触发之后跳转至视频中与视频元素对应的播放位置进行播放。这样,用户就不用再选择重新播放该视频,并等待播放至关联信息所对应的播放位置处才能再次观看对应片段,方便了用户的使用。
而当关联信息是包含信息链接的信息时,为了查看信息链接所对应的详细信息,用户可以触发关联信息,在关联信息被触发之后,终端跳转至关联信息中包括的信息链接所对应的信息内容进行显示。这样,用户就可以直接在终端跳转后的信息显示界面中查看到关联信息所对应的详细信息,提高了信息获取效率。
终端跳转至关联信息中包括的信息链接所对应的信息内容进行显示的步骤可以包括:
在信息链接为介绍信息链接时,跳转至介绍信息链接所对应的介绍信息进行显示;
在信息链接为购物信息链接时,跳转至购物信息链接所对应的购物信息进行显示;
在信息链接为购票信息链接时,跳转至购票信息链接所对应的购票信息进行显示;
在信息链接为交通信息链接时,跳转至交通信息链接所对应的交通信息进行显示;
在信息链接为旅游信息链接时,跳转至旅游信息链接所对应的旅游信息进行显示;
在信息链接为人物社交信息链接时,跳转至人物社交信息链接所对应的人物社交信息进行显示;
在信息链接为评论信息链接时,跳转至评论信息链接所对应的评论信息进行显示。
比如,服务器确定的‘人物A’的图像的关联信息‘人物A的最新报道’为一个链接,则当用户选择终端显示的该关联信息时,终端将跳转至该链接所对应的人物社交信息进行显示;且如果对于‘XX品牌的某款上衣’的图像,服务器搜索到的信息中还包括电商网站提供的购物链接,则在用户选择该关联信息时,终端可以跳转至该购物链接所对应的购物信息进行显示。

综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取装置,通过生成至少一个视频元素的关联信息,向终端提供至少一个视频元素的关联信息,使得终端在获取到关联信息之后,可以在指定时刻显示关联信息;解决了相关技术中信息的获取效率较低的问题;达到了终端可以在指定时刻显示视频元素的关联信息,提高信息的获取效率的效果。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图14是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于信息获取的装置1400的框图。例如,装置1400可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图14,装置1400可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1402,存储器1404,电源组件1406,多媒体组件1408,音频组件1410,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1412,传感器组件1414,以及通信组件1416。
处理组件1402通常控制装置1400的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1402可以包括一个或多个处理器1420来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1402可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1402和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1402可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1408和处理组件1402之间的交互。
存储器1404被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1400的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1400上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1404可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM), 磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1406为装置1400的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1406可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1400生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1408包括在所述装置1400和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1408包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1400处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1410被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1410包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1400处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1404或经由通信组件1416发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1410还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1412为处理组件1402和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1414包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1400提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1414可以检测到装置1400的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1400的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1414还可以检测装置1400或装置1400一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1400接触的存在或不存在,装置1400方位或加速/减速和装置1400的温度变化。传感器组件1414可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1414还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1414还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1416被配置为便于装置1400和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1400可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1416经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1416还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1400可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可 编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1404,上述指令可由装置1400的处理器1420执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由装置1400的处理器执行时,使得装置1400能够执行一种信息获取方法,所述方法包括:
图15是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于信息获取的装置1500的框图。例如,装置1500可以被提供为一服务器。参照图15,装置1500包括处理组件1522,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1532所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理部件1522执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1532中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1522被配置为执行指令,以执行上述信息获取方法。
装置1500还可以包括一个电源组件1526被配置为执行装置1500的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口1550被配置为将装置1500连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1558。装置1500可以操作基于存储在存储器1532的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (38)

  1. 一种信息获取方法,其特征在于,用于终端中,所述方法包括:
    获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
    在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    在预定时刻从服务器下载并存储所述视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息;
    所述预定时刻包括:播放所述视频前的时刻、播放所述视频中的时刻或空闲时刻。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定时刻包括:
    在播放至所述视频的片尾时刻;或,
    在播放所述视频中,接收到暂停信号的时刻。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    若在播放至所述视频中的某一播放位置时接收到用户的信息获取指令,则从预先下载的所述视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中,查找与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    若在播放至所述视频中的某一播放位置时接收到用户的信息获取指令,则向服务器发送信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求用于获取与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;
    接收所述服务器反馈的与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向服务器发送信息获取请求,包括:
    获取所述播放位置所对应的播放信息,所述播放信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:所述播放位置处的图像帧数据、所述播放位置处的音频帧数据和所述播放位置在播放时间轴中对应的播放时间点;
    向所述服务器发送所述信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求携带有所述视频的视频标识和所述播放位置所对应的播放信息。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定时刻包括:
    在获取到与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息后的时刻。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在指定时刻显示所述关联信息,包括:
    在所述终端为播放设备且与所述播放设备对应的遥控器无信息展示能力时,直接以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    在所述终端为播放设备且与所述播放设备对应的遥控器有信息展示能力时,直接以预定形式显示所述关联信息,或,将所述关联信息发送给所述遥控器,所述遥控器用于以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    在所述终端为与播放设备相连的媒体源设备,且与所述媒体源设备对应的遥控器无信息展示能力时,将所述关联信息发送给所述播放设备,所述播放设备用于以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    在所述终端为与播放设备相连的媒体源设备,且与所述媒体源设备对应的遥控器有信息展示能力时,将所述关联信息发送给所述播放设备或所述遥控器,所述播放设备或所述遥控器用于以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    其中,所述预定形式包括:分屏形式、列表形式、加标签形式、滚动形式、弹幕形式和弹窗形式中的至少一种。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在显示的一个视频元素的关联信息被触发时,跳转至所述视频中与所述视频元素对应的播放位置进行播放;或,跳转至所述关联信息中包括的信息链接所对应的信息内容进行显示。
  10. 一种信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    生成视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
    向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,所述终端用于在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    在预定时刻向所述终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息的下载;
    所述预定时刻包括:所述终端播放所述视频前的时刻、所述终端播放视频中的时刻或 所述终端的空闲时刻。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    在接收到所述终端发送的信息获取请求后,向所述终端反馈与所述视频中一个播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;其中,
    所述信息获取请求是所述终端在所述视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令后发送的请求,所述播放位置是所述终端在视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令时对应的播放位置。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述生成视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    识别所述视频中的至少一个视频元素;
    获取每个视频元素的关联信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别所述视频中的至少一个视频元素,包括:
    解码所述视频,得到至少一帧视频数据,所述视频数据包括图像帧数据和音频帧数据中的前一种或者全部两种;
    对于图像帧数据,通过图像识别技术识别所述图像帧数据中的图像元素;
    对于音频帧数据,通过语音识别技术识别所述音频帧数据中的声音元素。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别所述视频中的至少一个视频元素,包括:
    在接收所述终端发送的信息获取请求后,获取所述信息获取请求中携带的一个播放位置所对应的播放信息,所述播放信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:所述播放位置处的图像帧数据、所述播放位置处的音频帧数据和所述播放位置在播放时间轴中对应的播放时间点;
    根据所述播放信息获取所述视频中与所述播放位置所对应的视频元素;
    其中,所述信息获取请求是所述终端在所述视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令后发送的请求,所述播放位置是所述终端在视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令时对应的播放位置。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别所述视频中的至少一个视频元素,包括:
    接收其它终端为所述视频上报的至少一个视频元素,所述视频元素为所述其它终端的用户标注的视频元素。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取每个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    对于每个视频元素,通过信息搜索技术获得与所述视频元素有关的至少一个信息;
    根据预设条件对至少一个信息进行排序,提取排序位置靠前的n个关联信息作为所述视频元素的关联信息,n为正整数;
    所述预设条件包括:与所述视频元素的相关性、与用户地理位置的相关性、与用户历史使用记录的相关性以及与视频元素的制造商或提供商的竞争排名中的至少一种。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取每个视频元素的关联信息,包括:
    接收其它终端为所述视频元素上报的关联信息,所述其它终端为其它用户使用的终端,或,所述其它终端为所述视频元素的制造商或提供商所使用的终端。
  19. 一种信息获取装置,其特征在于,用于终端中,所述装置包括:
    信息获取模块,被配置为获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
    信息显示模块,被配置为在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述信息获取模块,被配置为在预定时刻从服务器下载并存储所述视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息;
    所述预定时刻包括:播放所述视频前的时刻、播放所述视频中的时刻或空闲时刻。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述指定时刻包括:
    在播放至所述视频的片尾时刻;或,
    在播放所述视频中,接收到暂停信号的时刻。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述信息获取模块,被配置为在播放至所述视频中的某一播放位置时接收到用户的信息获取指令时,从预先下载的所述视频的至少一个视频元素的关联信息中,查找与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块,包括:
    请求发送单元,被配置为在播放至所述视频中的某一播放位置时接收到用户的信息获取指令时,向服务器发送信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求用于获取与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;
    信息接收单元,被配置为接收所述服务器反馈的与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述请求发送单元,包括:
    信息获取子单元,被配置为获取所述播放位置所对应的播放信息,所述播放信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:所述播放位置处的图像帧数据、所述播放位置处的音频帧数据和所述播放位置在播放时间轴中对应的播放时间点;
    请求发送子单元,被配置为向所述服务器发送所述信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求携带有所述视频的视频标识和所述播放位置所对应的播放信息。
  25. 根据权利要求22至24任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指定时刻包括:
    在获取到与所述播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息后的时刻。
  26. 根据权利要求19至24任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息显示模块,被配置为:
    在所述终端为播放设备且与所述播放设备对应的遥控器无信息展示能力时,直接以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    在所述终端为播放设备且与所述播放设备对应的遥控器有信息展示能力时,直接以预定形式显示所述关联信息,或,将所述关联信息发送给所述遥控器,所述遥控器用于以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    在所述终端为与播放设备相连的媒体源设备,且与所述媒体源设备对应的遥控器无信息展示能力时,将所述关联信息发送给所述播放设备,所述播放设备用于以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    在所述终端为与播放设备相连的媒体源设备,且与所述媒体源设备对应的遥控器有信息展示能力时,将所述关联信息发送给所述播放设备或所述遥控器,所述播放设备或所述遥控器用于以预定形式显示所述关联信息;
    其中,所述预定形式包括:分屏形式、列表形式、加标签形式、滚动形式、弹幕形式和弹窗形式中的至少一种。
  27. 根据权利要求19至24任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    信息跳转模块,被配置为在显示的一个视频元素的关联信息被触发时,跳转至所述视 频中与所述视频元素对应的播放位置进行播放;或,跳转至所述关联信息中包括的信息链接所对应的信息内容进行显示。
  28. 一种信息获取装置,其特征在于,用于服务器中,所述装置包括:
    信息生成模块,被配置为生成视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
    信息提供模块,被配置为向终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,所述终端用于在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述信息提供模块,被配置为在预定时刻向所述终端提供所述视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息的下载;
    所述预定时刻包括:所述终端播放所述视频前的时刻、所述终端播放视频中的时刻或所述终端的空闲时刻。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述信息提供模块,被配置为在接收到所述终端发送的信息获取请求后,向所述终端反馈与所述视频中一个播放位置有关的视频元素的关联信息;其中,
    所述信息获取请求是所述终端在所述视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令后发送的请求,所述播放位置是所述终端在视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令时对应的播放位置。
  31. 根据权利要求28至30任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息提供模块,包括:
    元素识别单元,被配置为识别所述视频中的至少一个视频元素;
    信息获取单元,被配置为获取每个视频元素的关联信息。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元素识别单元,包括:
    视频数据获取子单元,被配置为解码所述视频,得到至少一帧视频数据,所述视频数据包括图像帧数据和音频帧数据中的前一种或者全部两种;
    第一识别子单元,被配置为对于图像帧数据,通过图像识别技术识别所述图像帧数据中的图像元素;
    第二识别子单元,被配置为对于音频帧数据,通过语音识别技术识别所述音频帧数据中的声音元素。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元素识别单元,包括:
    播放信息获取子单元,被配置为在接收所述终端发送的信息获取请求后,获取所述信息获取请求中携带有的一个播放位置所对应的播放信息,所述播放信息包括如下信息中的至少一种:所述播放位置处的图像帧数据、所述播放位置处的音频帧数据和所述播放位置在播放时间轴中对应的播放时间点;
    元素获取子单元,用于根据所述播放信息获取与所述视频中与所述播放位置所对应的视频元素;
    其中,所述信息获取请求是所述终端在所述视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令后发送的请求,所述播放位置是所述终端在视频的播放过程中接收到用户的信息获取指令时对应的播放位置。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述元素识别单元,被配置为接收其它终端为所述视频上报的至少一个视频元素,所述视频元素为所述其它终端的用户标注的视频元素。
  35. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息获取单元,包括:
    信息获取子单元,被配置为对于每个视频元素,通过信息搜索技术获得与所述视频元素有关的至少一个信息;
    信息排序子单元,被配置为根据预设条件对至少一个信息进行排序,提取排序位置靠前的n个关联信息作为所述视频元素的关联信息,n为正整数;
    所述预设条件包括:与所述视频元素的相关性、与用户地理位置的相关性、与用户历史使用记录的相关性以及与视频元素的制造商或提供商的竞争排名中的至少一种。
  36. 根据权利要求31所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述信息获取单元,被配置为接收其它终端为所述视频元素上报的关联信息,所述其它终端为其它用户使用的终端,或,所述其它终端为所述视频元素的制造商或提供商所使用的终端。
  37. 一种信息获取装置,其特征在于,用于终端中,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
    在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
  38. 一种信息获取装置,其特征在于,用于服务器中,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取视频中至少一个视频元素的关联信息,每个视频元素为所述视频中的一个图像元素、一个声音元素或一个播放片段;
    在指定时刻显示所述关联信息。
