例如图2a所示的多分组信息流页示意图,在多分组信息流页面中包括分组标识区域201和信息流区域202。在分组标识区域201中显示第一分组标识:消息和未读,信息流区域202显示被选中的“消息”分组对应的信息流。在图2a所示的应用场景中,用户可以在不同的第一分组标识之间进行切换,当用户触发“未读”分组时,信息流区域202将显示“未读”分组对应的信息流。其中,在分组标识区域还可以显示未读分组对应的未读消息的数量。其中,分组标识区域中的不同第一分组标识之间支持用户点选与滑动切换。这里,第一分组标识即为多分组信息流页中的分组标识。
当通信客户端为邮箱客户端时,筛选条件可以包括邮件筛选条件和邮件内容筛选条件,邮件筛选条件则以邮件为粒度进行筛选,邮件内容筛选条件则以邮件内容为粒度进行筛选。例如,分组标识区域中显示的第一分组标识包括群发邮件分组标识、单发邮件分组标识、未读邮件分组标识等。
其中,预设条件是指触发通信客户端显示多分组信息流页的条件,该预设条件可以根据实际应用情况进行设定。具体地,响应于用户进入通信客户端时,默认展示多分组信息流页。或者,响应于用户首次使用通信客户端且通信客户端中存在未读消息的会话数量达到预设数量阈值,显示多分组信息流页。例如,预设数量阈值为20,当通信客户端中存在20个会话均对应有未读消息时,则展示多分组信息流页。
在本公开的一个实施例中,多分组信息流页中的至少两个第一分组标识,可以由系统进行统一设置,这样对于所有用户,在多分组信息流页中所展示的第一分组标识均相同。或者,接收用户的第一分组标识设置操作,根据第一分组标识设置操作确定多分组信息流页中的至少两个第一分组标识。即,允许用户根据自身的需求对第一分组标识进行设置操作,从而使得多分组信息流页中所包括的第一分组标识为用户预先设置的第一分组标识,提升用户使用体验以及增加多分组信息流页的多样性。
S102:响应于用户触发的第一预设操作,显示单分组信息流页。
当用户触发第一预设操作时,将从多分组信息流页切换到单分组信息流页。其中,单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流。
其中,单分组信息流页对应的分组标识与多分组信息流页中的至少两个第一分组标识可以相同,也可以不同。为区分单分组信息流页和多分组信息流页,单分组信息流页对应的分组标识与多分组信息流页中的至少两个第一分组标识不同。即,单分组信息流页对应的分组标识与多分组信息流页 中的第一分组标识不同。例如,多分组信息流页中的第一分组标识分别为消息分组标识和未读消息分组标识,则单分组信息流页中的一个分组标识可以为群聊分组标识或单聊分组标识。
其中,单分组信息流页显示的分组标识与筛选条件对应,因此,单分组信息流页所显示的信息流也是基于对应的筛选条件筛选出的。其中,在单分组信息流页中,还可以与其分组标识对应显示相应信息流中的会话中的未读消息数量。其中,未读消息数量可以为分组标识对应信息流中的未关闭消息通知的会话中的未读消息数量。
例如图2b所示的单分组信息流页示意图,显示群聊分组对应的单分组信息流页面,该单分组信息流页面显示群聊分组以及该群聊分组对应的信息流。在显示群聊分组时,还可以显示该群聊分组对应的未读消息的数量以及对应的关闭控件,该关闭控件用于关闭当前单分组信息流页面。例如在图2b中,群聊分组中的有50条未读消息,且未读消息数量的后面有用符号“×”表示的关闭控件。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户触发的第一预设操作,显示单分组信息流页,包括:响应于用户触发的分组信息流窗口唤起操作,显示分组信息窗口,该分组信息窗口包括至少两个第一分组标识以及其他分组标识;响应于用户对其它分组标识中任一分组标识的触发操作,显示分组标识对应的单分组信息流页面。其中,分组信息窗口包括多分组信息流页面中的第一分组标识和每个单分组信息流页面对应的分组标识。即,用户可以通过分组信息窗口在多分组信息流页面和单分组信息流页面之间进行切换,便于用户快速查看不同分组信息流页面。
例如图3a所示的分组信息窗口示意图,该分组信息窗口包括消息、未读、群聊和单聊4个分组标识,其中,消息分组标识是指在该分组对应的信息流页面显示所有会话。具体地,在分组信息窗口显示各分组标识时,还可以显示各分组标识对应的图标,如图3a所示,显示消息的图标、未读的图标、群聊的图标和单聊的图标。在本公开的实施例中,所有分组标识都可以有对应的图标,也可以一部分分组标识有对应的图标,而一部分分组标识没有对应的图标。当用户对分组信息窗口中的群聊分组标识触发时,显示群聊分组标识对应的单分组信息流页面;当用户对分组信息窗口中的单聊分组标识触发时,显示单聊分组标识对应的单分组信息流页面。
其中,分组信息窗口还可以包括编辑控件,该编辑控件用于编辑分组信息窗口中的分组信息。具体地,编辑分组信息窗口中分组信息可以包括:添加分组、删除分组标识、修改分组标识以及对已有分组标识进行排序。例如,图3a中所示的编辑控件301。
其中,通过分组信息窗口还可以实现在不同的单分组信息流页切换,以便于用户查看不同的单分组信息流页中的信息流。分组信息窗口还包括用户对应的多个组织信息;通过触发多个组织信息可对用户所在的组织进行切换。例如,图3b所示的另一种分组信息窗口,分组信息窗口的左侧区域为账户区域,包括组织1、组织2和组织3,以及各个组织对应的图标;分组信息区域包括消息、未读、群聊和单聊分组标识。其中,各个组织对应的图标可被触发,响应于用户对某一图标的触发操作,切换到该图标对应的组织中。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户触发的分组信息窗口唤起操作,显示分组信息窗口,包括:响应于用户在多分组信息流页触发的侧滑操作,显示分组信息窗口;或,响应于用户对多分组信息流页中的菜单控件的触发操作,显示分组信息窗口。
即,当用户在多分组信息流页触发侧滑操作,或者对多分组信息流页中的菜单控件的触发操作时,则唤起分组信息窗口。其中,当分组信息窗口以侧栏的形式展示时,响应于用户触发的分组信息窗口唤起操作,从多分组信息流页的左侧边缘或右侧边缘便于以侧栏形式弹出分组信息窗口。其中,所弹出的分组信息窗口,将多分组信息流页的一部分信息挤出显示界面。例如,图2a所示,在 该多分组信息流页面还可以包括菜单控件203,该菜单控件203的作用在于唤起分组信息窗口,当用户在多分组信息流页中触发菜单控件,则唤起如图3a所示的分组信息窗口。此外,如图2b所示,在单分组信息流页中也包括菜单控件203,当用户在单分组信息流页中触发菜单控件,也唤起如图3a所示的分组信息窗口。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,从单分组信息流页切换至多分组信息流页。其中,第二预设操作用于触发显示多分组信息流页,关于第二预设操作的具体表现形式如下:
一种表现形式,响应于用户对单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作,显示多分组信息流页。具体地,单分组信息流页中显示第一控件,该第一控件中显示单分组信息流页对应的分组标识和关闭标识,用户对单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作包括用户触发第一控件中的关闭标识。例如,图2b中第一控件中包括群聊分组标识和关闭控件(关闭标识),用户点击关闭控件,则单分组信息流页关闭。例如,在图2b中,用户点击用符号“×”表示的关闭控件时,关闭图2b所示的单分组信息流页面,显示图2a所示的多分组信息流页面。
另一种表现形式,响应于用户触发的第三预设操作,显示分组信息窗口。其中,分组信息窗口显示多个分组标识,该分组标识中包括至少两个第一分组标识;响应于用户对分组信息窗口中至少两个第一分组标识中的一个第一分组标识的触发操作,显示多分组信息流页。
其中,第三预设操作是指可以唤起分组信息窗口的操作。例如,第三预设操作为在单分组信息流页触发的侧滑操作,响应于用户在单分组信息流页触发的侧滑操作,显示分组信息窗口;或者第三预设操作为对单分组信息流页中的菜单控件的触发操作,响应于用户对单分组信息流页中的菜单控件的触发操作,显示分组信息窗口。其中,单分组信息流页中可以包括菜单控件,该菜单控件用于唤起分组信息窗口。
可见,当用户使用通信客户端浏览信息时,显示多分组信息流页,该多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域。其中,分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识、信息流区域显示该至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识对应的信息流。用户通过多分组信息流页可以在不同的第一分组标识之间进行切换,以查看不同第一分组标识对应的信息流。响应于用户触发的第一预设操作,显示单分组信息流页,该单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流。即,当用户在多分组信息流页触发第一预设操作时,则由多分组信息流页切换到单分组信息流页,以使得用户通过单分组信息流页可以单独查看某一个分组标识对应的信息流。可见,通过本公开提供的技术方案,用户可以通过多分组信息流页或单分组信息流页查看不同分组对应的信息流,便于用户快速查找所需信息,提升用户使用体验。
参见图4,该图为本公开实施例提供的另一种信息处理方法,该方法由通信客户端执行,该通信客户端可以安装在电子设备上,该电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图4所示,该方法可以包括:

其中,单分组信息流页对应的分组标识与多分组信息流页中的至少两个第一分组标识可以相同,也可以不同。关于第二预设操作的具体体现可以参见上述S101和S102中的相关描述。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,显示多分组信息流页,包括:响应于用户对单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作,显示多分组信息流页。具体地,单分组信息流页中显示第一控件,该第一控件中展示单分组信息流页对应的分组标识和关闭标识,关闭操作包括用户对第一控件中的关闭标识的触发操作。

可见,当用户使用通信客户端浏览信息时,显示单分组信息流页,该单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流。响应于用户在多分组信息流页触发的第一预设操作,显示分组信息流页,该多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域。其中,分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识、信息流区域显示该至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识对应的信息流。用户通过多分组信息流页可以在不同的第一分组标识之间进行切换,以查看不同第一分组标识对应的信息流。即,当用户触发第二预设操作时,则由单分组信息流页切换到多分组信息流页,以使得用户通过多分组信息流页可以查看各第一分组标识对应的信息流。可见,通过本公开提供的技术方案,用户可以通过多分组信息流页或单分组信息流页查看不同分组对应的信息流,便于用户快速查找所需信息,提升用户使用体验。
由于多分组信息流页面中集成了用户常用的多个分组,因此将多分组信息流页面设置为默认页面,以及从单分组信息流页面快速切换到多分组信息流页面的方案,都大大方便了用户,提升了用户的效率。

另一方面,为提高用户使用通信客户端的体验,便于用户快速查找所需的会话或消息,本公开提供了一种会话处理方法,具体为,可以预设配置分组信息窗口,该分组信息窗口用于对信息流进行筛选,通过该分组信息窗口筛选后的信息流包括会话或消息中的一种或两种。当用户在通信客户端的第一页面中存在第一触发操作时,显示分组信息窗口,以便用户通过该分组信息窗口筛选所需的会话和/或消息。当用户无需分组信息窗口时,通过第二触发操作,隐藏该分组信息窗口。即,用户通过不同的触发操作可以唤起或隐藏分组信息窗口,以便在需要筛选会话和/或消息时,使得用户可以通过分组信息窗口进行快速筛选,提升用户使用体验。
其中,通信客户端可以为独立的即时通信客户端,也可为某一套件软件所集成的即时通信客户端。其中,套件软件是指集成了多种功能的办公软件,例如集成了通讯录、即时通信工具、音视频会议、云文档、日程、工作台、邮件、日历、任务等中的任意多种功能。
为便于理解本公开提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图9,该图为本公开实施例提供的一种会话处理方法流程图,如图9所示,该方法由通信客户端执行,该通信客户端可以安装在电子设备上,该电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图9所示,该方法可以包括:

本实施例中,当用户在通信客户端的第一页面中所触发的操作为第一触发操作时,将显示分组信息窗口。其中,分组信息窗口用于对信息流进行筛选,通过分组信息窗口筛选后的信息流包括会话和/或消息中的一种或两种。即,用户通过分组信息窗口可以筛选所需要的信息流。
其中,第一页面可以为通信客户端中的任一页面。例如为进入通信客户端时展示的首页,也可以是任一分组标识对应的信息流页面。当用户在第一页面的操作为第一触发操作时,显示分组信息窗口。其中,分组信息窗口可以以侧栏的形式展示。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当分组信息窗口以侧栏的形式展示时,响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面触发的第一操作,从第一页面的左侧边缘或右侧边缘拉出分组信息窗口。其中,所拉出的分组信息窗口,将第一页面的一部分信息挤出显示界面。
参见图10a,图10a为本公开实施例提供的一种唤起分组信息窗口场景示意图。如图10a所示,左侧为第一页面的一个示例图,在该第一页面显示用户的头像、名称以及该用户所属的组织,以及用户在通信客户端中的会话信息流。响应于用户在第一页面的第一触发操作,按照图10a中箭头所示方向查看,分组信息窗口2201从左侧边缘被拉出,并向右侧挤压第一页面,使得第一页面中的部分信息挤出显示页面。随着用户继续向右侧拉出分组信息窗口,所显示的分组信息窗口越来越大,第一页面越来越小且第一页面中被挤出显示页面的信息越来越多。
其中,第一触发操作可以包括用户在第一页面触发的侧滑操作,响应于该侧滑操作,显示分组信息窗口。其中,侧滑操作是指用户从第一页面的左侧边缘向右侧滑动的操作,或者用户从第一页面的右侧边缘向左侧滑动的操作。或者,第一触发操作为用户对第一页面中的菜单控件的触发操作,响应于对菜单控件的触发操作,显示分组信息窗口。其中,菜单控件用于唤起分组信息窗口。参见图10b,图10b为本公开实施例提供的一种第一页面示意图。如图10b所示,第一页面包括菜单控件2202,当用户点击该菜单控件2202时,唤起分组信息窗口2201。

在显示分组信息窗口的情况下,当用户执行第二触发操作时,将隐藏分组信息窗口。
可见,当用户在通信客户端的第一页面中触发第一触发操作,将显示分组信息窗口。其中,分组信息窗口用于对信息流进行筛选,通过分组信息窗口筛选后的信息流包括会话或消息中的一种或两种。响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏分组信息窗口。即,本公开通过提供具有对信息流进行筛选功能的分组信息窗口,使得用户通过分组信息窗口可以对信息流进行筛选,以获得用户所要获取的会话或消息,提高用户查找会话或消息的速度。而且,当用户无需分组信息窗口时,通过第二触发操作,便可以隐藏分组信息窗口,提高对分组信息窗口操作的便利性,提升用户使用体验。尤其在移动电话等小屏幕电子设备中,设置独立的、可隐藏的分组信息窗口后,无需在信息流页面中展示分组信息,可扩大信息流页面中的信息流展空间,提升信息流示效率。
其中,第二触发操作根据不同的应用场景所对应的具体操作不同,下面将分别进行说明。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏分组信息窗口包括:响应于用户触发隐藏分组信息窗口的操作,隐藏分组信息窗口,以及显示第一页面。本实施例中可以预先配置隐藏分组信息窗口的操作,当用户触发的操作为隐藏分组信息窗口的操作时,对分组信息窗口隐藏,并显示第一页面,提升用户操作分组信息窗口的便利性。具体地,隐藏分组信息窗口的操作可以包括如下中的一项或多项:点击分组信息窗口中的空白处;点击设置于分组信息窗口中的关闭按钮等。
在本公开的一个实施例中,分组信息窗口中包括至少两个分组标识,其中所述至少两个分组标识分别与不同的筛选条件对应;响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏分组信息窗口包括:响应于用户 对至少两个分组标识中一个分组标识的触发操作,隐藏分组信息窗口,以及显示被触发的分组标识对应的信息流页面。其中,信息流页面中显示基于相应的筛选条件所筛选出的信息流。
本实施例中,可以预先设置不同的分组标识,每个分组标识对应一个筛选条件,基于对应的筛选条件,可筛选出该分组标识对应的信息流。信息流中包括会话和消息中的一种或两种,这里的会话包括单聊会话和群聊会话,消息包括:会话消息、文档中有人@你的通知消息、机器人推送的通知消息等。当用户在通信客户端的第一页面中存在第一触发操作时,显示分组信息窗口,该分组信息窗口中包括至少两个分组标识。响应于用户对至少两个分组标识中一个分组标识的触发操作,显示被触发的分组标识对应的信息流页面,该信息流页面中显示与该分组标识对应的信息流,从而用户通过该信息流页面查看所需的会话或消息,提高用户使用体验。
由于不同的分组标识与不同的筛选条件对应,因此,信息流页面展示的信息流是基于该分组标识对应的筛选条件所筛选出的会话或消息,从而使得用户通过信息流页面可以查看所需的会话或消息,实现快速定位所需的会话或消息,提升用户使用体验。
其中,筛选条件可以包括筛选群聊会话、筛选单聊会话等,分组标识所指示的分组可以包括群聊会话分组、单聊会话分组;筛选条件还可以包括筛选未读消息、筛选被提醒(被@)的消息等,分组标识所指示的分组可以包括未读消息分组、被提醒的消息分组。
例如图10c所示的分组信息窗口示意图,分组信息窗口2201包括消息、未读、群聊和单聊4个分组。其中,消息分组是指选择所有消息所在的会话。具体地,在分组信息窗口显示各分组标识时,还可以显示各分组标识对应的图标,如图10c所示,显示消息的图标、未读的图标、群聊的图标和单聊的图标。在本公开的实施例中,所有分组标识都可以有对应的图标,也可以一部分分组标识有对应的图标,而一部分分组标识没有对应的图标。
在本公开的一个实施例中,分组信息窗口还可以包括编辑控件,该编辑控件用于编辑分组信息窗口中的分组信息。其中,编辑分组信息窗口中分组信息包括如下中的一种或多种:添加分组标识、删除分组标识、修改分组标识以及对已有分组标识进行排序。具体地,用户通过触发该编辑控件,可以进入编辑分组页面。在该编辑分组页面中显示基于不同的筛选条件已创建的各个分组标识,用户可以根据自身需求添加尚未在分组信息窗口中展示的分组标识,或者删除已在分组信息窗口中展示的分组标识。
例如图10d所示的编辑分组页面示意图,分组信息窗口2201中包括编辑控件2203,通过触发该编辑控件2203,显示编辑分组页面204,在该编辑分组页面204中包括两个显示区域,分别为展示区域和隐藏区域。其中,展示区域包括已在分组信息窗口展示的分组标识:消息、未读、单聊、群聊,以及各分组标识对应的删除控件205和顺序调整控件206;隐藏区域包括尚未在分组信息窗口展示的分组标识:@我、免打扰等,以及各分组标识对应的添加控件207。其中,免打扰分组用于筛选出已关闭消息通知的会话。通过图10d所示的编辑分组页面,用户通过删除控件205可以将展示区域中分组标识从分组消息窗口中删除、通过顺序调整控件206可以调整展示区域中的分组标识在分组消息窗口中的显示顺序以及通过添加控件207可以将隐藏区域中的分组标识添加到分组消息窗口。
其中,分组消息窗口中各分组标识的展示顺序与添加顺序有关。通常情况下,消息分组标识的展示位置为最靠近分组消息窗口顶部的位置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,在分组信息窗口中,当某一分组标识对应的会话有未读消息时,以突出显示方式显示该分组标识和/或未读消息的数量。其中,突出显示可以为加粗显示、高亮显示等,从而可以引起用户的注意,便于用户获知哪个分组标识中存在未读消息。例如图11a所示的另一种 分组信息窗口示意图,当群聊分组中包括50条未读消息,则群聊分组加粗显示,同时对应显示未读消息数量。当群聊分组中存在未读消息时,相应地未读分组中也存在未读消息,则该未读分组可以加粗显示,并显示未读消息数量(该未读消息数量包括其它所有分组标识未读消息数量的总和)。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当用户为多组织用户时,分组信息窗口还包括该用户对应的多个组织信息;通过触发该多种组织信息可以对用户所在的组织进行切换。
具体地,分组信息窗口可以化为分组信息区域和账户区域。其中,分组信息区域包括至少两个分组标识,账户区域包括用户对应的多个组织信息。例如图11b所示的又一种分组信息窗口示意图,分组信息窗口的左侧区域为账户区域,包括组织1、组织2和组织3,以及各个组织对应的图标;分组信息区域包括消息、未读、群聊和单聊分组标识。其中,各个组织对应的图标可被触发,响应于用户对某一图标的触发操作,切换到该图标对应的组织中。另外,在账户区域还可以包括添加控件,通过该添加控件还可以添加用户对应的新的组织信息。
在本公开的一个实施例中,信息流页面可以包括多分组信息流页面和单分组信息流页面。其中,多分组信息流页面包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,且分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,信息流区域显示至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流。其中,该至少两个第一分组标识可以包括用户常用的分组标识,例如消息、未读。单分组信息流页面中显示一个分组标识以及该分组标识对应的信息流。其中,单分组信息流页面的分组标识与多分组信息流页面中的第一分组标识可以相同,也可以不同。例如,分组信息窗口包括消息分组标识、未读分组标识、群聊分组标识和单聊分组标识,第一分组标识包括消息分组标识和未读分组标识,则单分组信息流页面的分组标识为群聊分组标识或单聊分组标识。
当用户触发的分组标识为第一分组标识时,则显示的信息流页面为多分组信息流页面,则在该多分组信息流页面中显示至少两个分第一组标识和被触发的第一分组标识对应的会话或消息。例如图12a所示的多分组信息流页面示意图,在多分组信息流页面中包括分组标识区域401和信息流区域402。在分组标识区域401中显示两个第一分组标识:消息和未读,信息流区域402显示被选中的“消息”分组对应的信息流。另外,多分组信息流页面还可以包括菜单控件403,该菜单控件403的作用在于唤起分组信息窗口2201。在图12a所示的应用场景中,用户可以在不同的第一分组标识之间进行切换,当用户触发“未读”分组时,信息流区域402将显示“未读”分组对应的会话。其中,在分组标识区域还可以显示未读分组对应的未读消息的数量,例如在图12a中未读分组中有9条未读消息。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当用户进入通信客户端时,将在通信客户端的界面默认展示多分组信息流页面。即,第一页面包括多分组信息流页面。由于多分组信息流页集成了用户常用的几个分组标识,所以将多分组信息流设置为默认页面,可以方便用户,提高效率。
当用户在分组信息窗口触发的分组标识为非第一分组标识时,显示的信息流页面为单分组信息流页面。例如图12b所示的单分组信息流页面示意图,用户在分组信息窗口触发的分组标识为群聊分组,则显示该群聊分组对应的单分组信息流页面,该单分组信息流页面显示群聊分组以及该群聊分组对应的信息流。在显示群分组时,还可以显示该群聊分组对应的未读消息的数量以及对应的关闭控件,例如在图12b中,群聊分组中的有50条未读消息,且未读消息数量的后面有用符号“×”表示的关闭控件。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户对单分组信息流页面触发的关闭操作,显示多分组信息流页面。其中,关闭操作可以包括对关闭控件的点击,或者对单分组信息流页面中分组标识触发的 拉伸操作,响应于用户触发的拉伸操作,则关闭单分组信息流页面,抽出多分组信息流页面。例如,在图12b中,用户点击用符号“×”表示的关闭控件时,关闭图12b所示的单分组信息流页面,显示图12a所示的多分组信息流页面。
由于多分组信息流页面中集成了用户常用的多个分组,因此将多分组信息流页面设置为默认页面,从单分组信息流页面快速切换到多分组信息流页面的方案,都大大方便了用户,提升了用户的效率。
可见,当用户在通信客户端的第一页面中触发第一触发操作,将显示分组信息窗口,该分组信息窗口中包括至少两个分组标识,该至少两个分组标识分别与不同的筛选条件对应。即通信客户端可以基于不同的筛选条件对会话或消息进行分组。响应于用户对至少两个分组标识中的一个分组标识的触发操作,显示被触发的分组标识对应的信息流页面,该信息流页面中显示基于相应的筛选条件所筛选出的信息流。即,用户通过触发某一分组标识来查看该分组标识对应的会话或消息,提高用户查找会话或消息的速度,便于用户快速找到所需的会话或消息,提升用户使用体验。
在本公开的一个实施例中,分组信息窗口包括的至少两个分组标识还包括具有子分组标识的第二分组标识,在分组信息窗口中以二级结构展示第二分组标识及其子分组标识。其中,第二分组标识可以为标签分组标识。例如图12c所示的分组信息窗口,包括标签分组标识。其中,标签分组标识下包括第一标签子分组标识和第二标签子分组标识。第一标签子分组标识所对应的会话或消息携带有第一标签,第二标签子分组标识所对应的会话或消息携带有第二标签。
响应于用户对分组信息窗口中第二分组标识的触发操作,则显示第二分组标识对应的单分组信息流页面。该单分组信息流页面包括第二分组标识所包括的各个子分组标识,用户可以在该单分组信息流页面查看各子分组标识对应的信息流。例如,图12d所示的标签分组标识对应的单分组信息流页面,该页面中包括标签分组标识、未读消息6以及子分组标识(第一标签和第二标签)。用户可以通过子分组标识对应的下拉控件查看各子分组标识对应的会话或消息。
响应于用户对分组信息窗口中子分组标识的触发操作,则显示子分组标识对应的单分组信息流云,该单分组信息流页面包括第二分组标识以及被触发的子分组标识。例如,图12e所示的第一标签对应的单分组信息流页面,该页面中包括标签分组标识、未读消息3、第一标签以及第一标签所对应的两个会话。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当第二分组标识对应的一个或多个未关闭消息通知的会话中有未读消息时,在分组信息窗口中,以突出显示的方式显示第二分组标识和一个或多个未关闭消息通知的会话所对应的子分组标识,以及显示未读消息数量。其中,突出显示方式可以包括高亮或加粗显示。对于未关闭消息通知的会话,表明用户想要及时获知该会话中的消息,因此,当存在未读消息时,则突出显示的方式显示该第二分组标识和子分组标识,同时显示未读消息数量,以引起用户的注意,进而使得用户可以及时查看未读消息。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当第二分组标识对应的一个或多个已关闭消息通知的会话中有未读消息时,在消息分组窗口中,以突出显示的方式显示第二分组标识和一个或多个已关闭消息通知的会话所对应的子分组标识,但不显示未读消息数量。对于已关闭消息通知的会话,表示用户不想被该会话中的消息打扰,则仅突出显示第二分组标识和对应的子分组,但不显示未读消息的数量。
基于上述方法实施例,本公开实施例提供了一种会话处理装置,下面将结合附图进行说明。

Claims (45)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    显示多分组信息流页;所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流;
    响应于用户触发的第一预设操作,显示单分组信息流页;所述单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述单分组信息流页对应的分组标识与多分组信息流页中的所述至少两个第一分组标识不同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,从所述单分组信息流页切换至所述多分组信息流页。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,从所述单分组信息流页切换至所述多分组信息流页,包括:
    响应于用户对所述单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作,显示所述多分组信息流页;
    或,
    响应于用户触发的第三预设操作,显示分组信息窗口,所述分组信息窗口显示多个分组标识,所述分组标识中包括所述至少两个第一分组标识;响应于用户对所述分组信息窗口中所述至少两个第一分组标识中的一个第一分组标识的触发操作,显示多分组信息流页。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述单分组信息流页中显示第一控件,所述第一控件中展示所述单分组信息流页对应的分组标识和关闭标识;
    所述用户对所述单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作包括:所述用户触发所述第一控件中的关闭标识。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户触发的第一预设操作,显示单分组信息流页,包括:
    响应于用户触发的分组信息窗口唤起操作,显示分组信息窗口,所述分组信息窗口包括所述至少两个第一分组标识以及其它分组标识;
    响应于用户对所述其它分组标识中任一分组标识的触发操作,显示所述分组标识对应的单分组信息流页。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户触发的分组信息窗口唤起操作,显示分组信息窗口,包括:
    响应于用户在所述多分组信息流页触发的侧滑操作,显示分组信息窗口;或,
    响应于用户对所述多分组信息流页中的菜单控件的触发操作,显示分组信息窗口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户首次使用通信客户端且所述通信客户端中存在未读消息的会话数量达到预设数量阈值,显示所述多分组信息流页。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两个第一分组标识包括:消息分组标识和未读分组标识。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括如下中的一项或多项:
    在所述多分组信息流页中,与各第一分组标识对应显示相应会话中的未读消息数量;
    在所述单分组信息流页中,与其分组标识对应显示相应会话中的未读消息数量。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述多分组信息流页中至少两个第一分组标识,由系统进行统一设置;
    或者,
    该方法还包括:接收用户的第一分组标识设置操作,根据所述第一分组标识设置操作确定所述多分组信息流页中的所述至少两个第一分组标识。
  12. 根据权利要求4或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括如下中的一项或多项:
    所述分组信息窗口包括编辑控件,所述编辑控件用于编辑所述分组信息窗口中的分组信息;
    在所述分组信息窗口中,若一分组标识对应的会话内有未读消息,以突出显示方式显示所述分组标识和/或显示未读消息的数量;
    所述分组信息窗口还包括所述用户对应的多个组织信息;通过触发所述多个组织信息可对所述用户所在组织进行切换。
  13. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    显示单分组信息流页;所述单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流;
    响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,显示多分组信息流页;所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述单分组信息流页对应的分组标识与多分组信息流页中的所述至少两个第一分组标识不同。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,显示多分组信息流页,包括:
    响应于用户对所述单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作,显示多分组信息流页;
    或,
    响应于用户触发的分组信息窗口唤起操作,显示分组信息窗口,所述分组信息窗口显示多个分组标识,所述分组标识中包括所述至少两个第一分组标识;响应于用户对所述分组信息窗口中所述至少两个第一分组标识中的一个第一分组标识的触发操作,显示多分组信息流页。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述单分组信息流页中显示第一控件,所述第一控件中展示所述单分组信息流页对应的分组标识和关闭标识;
    所述用户对所述单分组信息流页触发的关闭操作包括:所述用户触发所述第一控件中的关闭标识。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户触发的分组信息窗口唤起操作,显示分组信息窗口,包括:
    响应于用户在所述单分组信息流页触发的侧滑操作,显示分组信息窗口;或,
    响应于用户对所述单分组信息流页中的菜单控件的触发操作,显示分组信息窗口。
  18. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收用户的分组标识选择操作;其中,不同的分组标识与不同的信息流筛选条件对应;
    当用户选择的分组标识是第一分组标识时,显示多分组信息流页;所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示 所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流;
    当用户选择的分组标识不是第一分组标识时,显示单分组信息流页;所述单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及所述分组标识对应的信息流。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于当前显示所述多分组信息流页且用户触发的第一预设操作,从所述多分组信息流页切换至所述单分组信息流页。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于当前显示所述单分组信息流页且用户触发的第二预设操作,从所述单分组信息流页切换至所述多分组信息流页。
  21. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一显示单元,用于显示多分组信息流页;所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流;
    第二显示单元,用于响应于用户触发的第一预设操作,显示单分组信息流页;所述单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流。
  22. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一显示单元,用于显示单分组信息流页;所述单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及对应的信息流;
    第二显示单元,用于响应于用户触发的第二预设操作,显示多分组信息流页;所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流。
  23. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收用户的分组标识选择操作;其中,不同的分组标识与不同的信息流筛选条件对应;
    第一显示单元,用于当用户选择的分组标识是第一分组标识时,显示多分组信息流页;所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流;
    第二显示单元,用于当用户选择的分组标识不是第一分组标识时,显示单分组信息流页;所述单分组信息流页中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及所述分组标识对应的信息流。
  24. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-20任一项所述的方法。
  25. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-20任一项所述的方法。
  26. 一种会话处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面中的第一触发操作,显示分组信息窗口;所述分组信息窗口用于对信息流进行筛选,通过所述分组信息窗口筛选后的信息流包括会话或消息中的一种或两种;
    响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏所述分组信息窗口。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏所述分组信息窗口,包括:
    响应于用户触发隐藏所述分组信息窗口的操作,隐藏所述分组信息窗口,以及显示所述第一页面。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分组信息窗口中包括至少两个分组标识,其中所述至少两个分组标识分别与不同的筛选条件对应;
    所述响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏所述分组信息窗口,包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述至少两个分组标识中一个分组标识的触发操作,隐藏所述分组信息窗口,以及显示被触发的分组标识对应的信息流页面,所述信息流页面中显示基于相应的筛选条件所筛选出的信息流。
  29. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一页面包括分组标识对应的信息流页面。
  30. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面中的第一触发操作,显示分组信息窗口,包括:
    响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面触发的第一操作,从所述第一页面的左侧边缘或右侧边缘拉出分组信息窗口。
  31. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面中的第一触发操作,显示分组信息窗口,包括:
    响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面触发的侧滑操作,显示分组信息窗口;或,
    响应于用户对通信客户端的第一页面中菜单控件的触发操作,显示分组信息窗口,所述菜单控件用于唤起分组信息窗口。
  32. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述被触发的分组标识为第一分组标识;
    所述信息流页面为多分组信息流页面,所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流;
    其中,第一分组标识是指多分组信息流页上展示的分组标识。
  33. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述用户进入所述通信客户端时,默认展示多分组信息流页;
    其中,所述多分组信息流页包括分组标识区域和信息流区域,所述分组标识区域中显示至少两个第一分组标识,所述信息流区域显示所述至少两个第一分组标识中被选中的第一分组标识所对应的信息流;所述第一页面包括所述多分组信息流页。
  34. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息流页面为单分组信息流页面,所述单分组信息流页面中显示有对应的一个分组标识以及所述分组标识对应的信息流。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述单分组信息流页面触发的关闭操作,显示多分组信息流页面。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述单分组信息流页中的分组标识与所述多分组信息流页面中的第一分组标识不同。
  37. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分组信息窗口还包括编辑控件,所述编辑控件用于编辑所述分组信息窗口中的分组信息;
    所述编辑所述分组信息窗口中分组信息包括如下中的一种或多种:
    添加分组标识;
    删除分组标识;
    修改分组标识;
    对已有分组标识进行排序。
  38. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少两个分组标识包括具有子分组标识的第二分组标识,在所述分组信息窗口中以二级结构展示第二分组标识及其子分组标识。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当第二分组标识对应的一个或多个未关闭消息通知的会话中有未读消息时,在所述分组信息窗口中,以突出显示的方式显示所述第二分组标识和所述一个或多个未关闭消息通知的会话所对应的子分组标识,以及显示未读消息数量;
    当第二分组标识对应的一个或多个已关闭消息通知的会话中有未读消息时,在消息分组窗口中,以突出显示的方式显示所述第二分组标识和所述一个或多个已关闭消息通知的会话所对应的子分组标识,但不显示未读消息数量。
  40. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述分组信息窗口中,若一分组标识对应的会话内有未读消息,以突出显示方式显示所述分组标识和/或显示未读消息的数量。
  41. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述用户为多组织用户,所述分组信息窗口还包括所述用户对应的多个组织信息;通过触发所述多个组织信息可对所述用户所在组织进行切换。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分组信息窗口还包括添加控件,所述添加控件用于添加所述用户对应的新的组织信息。
  43. 一种会话处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一显示单元,用于响应于用户在通信客户端的第一页面中的第一触发操作,显示分组信息窗口;所述分组信息窗口用于对信息流进行筛选,通过所述分组信息窗口筛选后的信息流包括会话或消息中的一种或两种;
    隐藏单元,用于响应于用户的第二触发操作,隐藏所述分组信息窗口。
  44. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求26-42任一项所述的方法。
  45. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求26-42任一项所述的方法。
