对于即时通信客户端,用户可以通过即时通信客户端进行单聊或群聊的会话,对于会话通常显示会话页面,会话页面具有会话列表,对于会话列表中的会话,用户可以通过置顶的方式将一个或多个会话置顶,然而,对于置顶的会话,只能在会话页面中查看到,当用户切换到其他页面,例如非会话页面后,将无法显示置顶的会话,用户需要返回到会话页面才能够查看被置顶的会话,造成用户使用不便。
如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例的信息处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
S11:响应于对客户端界面的页面区域中第一会话的第一操作事件,在客户端界面的全局区域显示与第一会话关联的会话标识。
一些实施例中,客户端可以是即时通信客户端,也可以是集成了即时通信应用的套件软件的客户端,例如协同办公软件的客户端,客户端界面是客户端的界面,包括页面区域和全局区域。页面区域中所显示的页面是可以切换和改变的,例如页面区域所显示的页面可以是会话页面,也可以是非会话页面,非会话页面例如可以是邮件页面、日历页面等页面。全局区域可以是始终显示在客户端界面的区域,只要客户端处于打开状态就能查看到全局区域。全局区域中所显示的内容可以不因为页面区域所显示的页面的改变而改变。全局区域所显示的会话标识随页面区域所显示的页面的切换而保持不变,会话标识可以是文字或图标,例如可以使用关联会话的头像作为会话标识,全局区域所显示的会话标识用于被触发后打开关联的会话。请参考图2,在图2中第一会话为群聊1,第一操作事件例如可以是对群聊1的置顶操作,在对群聊1进行置顶操作之后,在全局区域显示了群聊1关联的会话标识。全局区域的会话标识可以有一个或多个,例如图2中顶部边栏中显示的内部写有“张二”、“张三”、“群聊1”的圆圈均为会话标识,如果触发“张二”会话标识则可以打开与张二的会话,如果触发“群聊1”会话标识则可以打开群聊1的会话。一些实施例中,当控制标识(例如鼠标)悬停在会话标识上 时,可以显示会话标识关联的会话的名称。一些实施例中,对于全局区域中显示的会话标识,可以通过对会话标识执行预设操作事件从而从全局区域中删除会话标识,即取消对该会话的置顶。
S12:响应于第二操作事件,切换页面区域所显示的页面,并保持全局区域所显示的会话标识。
一些实施例中,在执行第一操作事件时,页面区域所显示的页面可以是会话页面,例如图2中页面区域所显示的为会话页面(也可称为消息页面),会话页面中显示有会话列表和会话的交互界面,第一操作事件可以是对会话列表中的会话执行的操作事件。用户可以对客户端执行第二操作事件,第二操作事件可以是切换页面区域显示的页面的操作事件,切换页面区域所显示的页面,可以包括将页面区域所显示的页面切换为其他会话页面,也可以包括将页面区域所显示的页面切换为非会话页面。例如如图3所示的点击“邮件”选项,从而在页面区域显示非会话页面(图3中的邮件页面),在页面区域所显示的页面切换为非会话页面后,客户端仍然保持显示全局区域中的会话标识。非会话页面例如可以是日历页面、任务页面、会议页面等,因此,用户在浏览非会话页面时,仍然可以快速的访问会话标识关联的会话。另一些实施例中,当页面区域切换为其他会话页面时,也保持显示全局区域的会话标识,这样在不同类型的选项对应的会话页面之间切换时,仍能够查看到全局区域的会话标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,考虑到用户快速访问会话的需求,在对第一会话执行第一操作事件之后,在全局区域显示第一会话关联的会话标识,因此,无论在页面区域打开哪一个页面,由于全局区域始终保持显示在客户端上,用户可以随时访问全局区域中会话标识所关联的会话。相关技术中,在会话被置顶之后,只能够从会话列表中访问被置顶的会话,当从会话页面切换到其他非会话页面时,将无法直接访问被置顶的会话,本公开一些实施例中通过将会话标识显示在全局区域,从而无论页面区域显示何种页面,均可以实现对会话的快速访问。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对全局区域所显示的会话标识的触发操作,若页面区域所显示的页面为非会话页面,将页面区域所显示的页面切换为会话页面,并在会话页面打开被触发的会话标识所关联的会话。
一些实施例中,如图3所示页面区域所显示的为邮件页面,在全局区域中显示有会话标识,如果此时触发群聊1的会话标识,那么将如图4所示,打开群聊1的会话,并且将页面区域所显示的页面切换回会话页面,通过这种方式,可以通过会话标识快速的回到会话页面。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于对全局区域所显示的会话标识的触发操作,若页面区域所显示的页面为非会话页面,在页面区域保持显示非会话页面,显示弹窗并在弹窗中打开被触发的会话标识所关联的会话。
一些实施例中,在会话标识被触发后,如果页面区域所显示的是会话页面,则可以在会话页面打开被触发的会话标识的会话,而如果页面区域所显示的是非会话页面,可以不改变页面区域所显示的页面,此时可以显示弹窗,在弹窗中显示被触发的会话标识关联的会话,弹窗作为临时的会话窗口进行显示,其可以被关闭,通过显示弹窗的方式可以无需离开当前正在访问的非会话页面。
在一些实施例中,若全局区域的会话标识所关联的会话接收到未读消息,可以在全局区域的会话标识处显示未读标识,例如可以在会话标识上显示数字表示未读消息的个数。相关技术中当收到未读消息后会在会话列表处显示未读消息的标识,本公开一些实施例中,因为全局区域的会话标识关联的会话通常为用户关心的会话,在全局区域的会话标识处显示未读消息的未读标识,因此用户无需返回到会话页面的会话列表就可以得知这些较为关注的会话中产生的未读消息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,全局区域包括客户端界面的顶部边栏、侧边栏和底部边栏中的至少一个,在客户端的界面顶部边栏、侧边栏或底部边栏中显示第一会话的会话标识。一些实施例中,客户端界面具有边栏,页面区域可以是边栏所围绕的区域,全局区域的会话标识可以显示在边栏中,例如顶部边栏、侧边栏或底部边栏,如图4所示,可以在顶部边栏的左上角区域显示会话标识。通过将会话标识显示在客户端界面边缘的边栏,使得会话标识的显示不会影响客户端的页面区域的显示。并且页面区域不论如何切换,边栏中的会话标识始终处于显示状态,方便用户随时便捷地打开置顶的会话。
需要说明的是,在公开的实施例中,以客户端界面的全局区域为顶部边栏为例进行了说明,在本公开的其它实施例中,客户端界面的而全局区域还可以是左侧边栏、右侧边栏或底部边栏。
在本公开的一些实施例中,信息处理方法还包括:若全局区域中的会话标识的个数不超过数量阈值,在全局区域显示全部的会话标识。一些实施例中,信息处理方法还包括:若全局区域中的会话标识的个数超过数量阈值,在全局区域显示数量阈值个会话标识,并显示展开控件,展开控件用于被触发后显示展示区域并在展示区域中显示全部的会话标识。
一些实施例中,可以设置有数量阈值,例如为3、4、5或6等。如图2所示,当全局区域的会话标识的个数没有超过数量阈值时,可以将全部会话标识显示在全局区域,而当会话标识的个数超过数量阈值时,如图4所示,显示有展开控件(图4中顶部边栏中内部有三角的圆形),通过点击等方式触发展开控件,将如图5所示显示展示区域,在展示区域中显示所有的会话标识。一些实施例中,如图6所示,当会话标识的个数过多,无法在展示区域中一页显示完全时,可以提供滑动控件,在展示区域中滑动查看所有会话标识。可以通过点击展示区域中的关闭控件或者点击展示区域以外的区域来关闭展示区。一些实施例中,展开控件处显示有未显示的会话标识的个数,即个数为会话标识的总数量减去数量阈值的数值,从而可以告知用户剩余有多少未直接显示的会话标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于全局区域的显示尺寸发生变化,并基于变化后全局区域的显示尺寸调整数量阈值。
一些实施例中,全局区域的显示尺寸可以是因为客户端界面的显示尺寸发生变化而变化,例如可以通过拉动客户端界面的边界的方式调整客户端的显示尺寸,在客户端界面的显示尺寸变化之后,可以对应调整全局区域的显示尺寸,全局区域的显示尺寸可以依赖于客户端界面的显示尺寸,例如全局区域的显示尺寸可以是占客户端界面的显示尺寸的固定百分比。数量阈值可以与全局区域的显示尺寸相关,在全局区域的显示尺寸发生变化后动态调整数量阈值,从而可以改变全局区域所显示的会话标识的个数。例如如图4中的数量阈值为3,如图7所示,通过拉伸客户端界面的显示尺寸,扩大了全局区域的显示尺寸,此时数量阈值变更为4。全局区域的显示尺寸越大,数量阈值可以越大,从而在全局区域显示更多的会话标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,会话标识显示在全局区域中的第一子区域中;方法还包括:显示调节控件,响应于对调节控件的第四操作事件,变更第一子区域的显示尺寸,根据第一子区域的显示尺寸调整数量阈值。
一些实施例中,如图8所示,可以是在全局区域中显示有调节控件,图8中调节控件的左侧全局区域为第一子区域,在第一子区域显示会话标识,调节控件例如可以显示在第一子区域的边界处,调节控件例如可以是拖动控件,如图9和图10所示,可以通过拖动调节控件等方式改变子区域的显示尺寸(例如通过左右拖动调节控件的方式改变第一子区域的显示宽度),如图10所示,在第一子区域的显示尺寸增加时,可以增加数量阈值从而增加直接显示在第一子区域的会话标识的数量,同样的,当第一子区域的显示尺寸减小时,可以减小数量阈值从而减少直接显示在第一子区域的会话标识的数量。
在本公开的一些实施例中,显示调节控件,包括:响应于控制标识悬停在展开控件上,显示调节控件。一些实施例中,若全局区域中的会话标识的个数不多于数量阈值,不显示调节控件。一些实施例中,若全局区域中的会话标识的个数多于数量阈值,显示调节控件。一些实施例中,当会话标识的数量少于数量阈值时,由于会话标识的数量较少,不显示展开控件,因此此时不显示调节控件。当会话标识的数量超过数量阈值时,显示展开控件,但此时并不直接显示调节控件,而是如图8所示,当控制标识(例如鼠标)悬停在展开控件上时,显示调节控件。这样可以只在子区域不足以显示所有的会话标识时才展示调节控件。
在本公开的一些实施例中,全局区域中的会话标识的个数超过数量阈值,在全局区域显示数量阈值个会话标识和展开控件,并隐藏其余的会话标识;方法还包括:响应于被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话产生未读消息,在全局区域显示第一标识。
一些实施例中,对于会话,可以是在页面区域的会话被执行第一操作事件后,设定为第一类会话,第一类会话的会话标识显示在全局区域。第一操作事件例如是置顶操作,第一类会话例如可以是被设置为置顶的会话,会话标识可以是会话的名称或头像,会话标识用于被触发后打开对应的会话。相关技术中,被设置为置顶的会话只能在会话页面的会话列表中显示,在离开会话页面后就无法显示,例如在使用即时通信客户端时,当从会话页面切换到邮件页面或日历页面,不再显示会话列表时无法查看到置顶会话的会话标识。一些实施例中,在展开控件被触发后,显示展示区域(如图5),例如展示区域可以是弹窗,可以在展示区域中只显示被隐藏的其余第一类会话的会话标识,也可以如图5所示,在展示区域中显示所有第一类会话的会话标识。
一些实施例中,在全局区域的会话标识对应的会话产生未读消息时,若该会话的会话标识显示在全局区域,可以直接在该会话的会话标识处显示未读消息的未读标识,若该会话的会话标识处于隐藏的状态,需要打开展示区域才能查看,则将会在全局区域显示第一标识,当然,可以在展开控件被触发后所显示的会话标识处,基于会话标识对应的会话是否有未读消息对应显示未读标识,如果会话标 识对应的会话有未读消息,则在会话标识处显示未读标识。这样,对于未直接显示的会话标识,无需触发展开控件,就可以得知隐藏的会话标识对应的会话中是否产生了未读消息。
在本公开一些实施例中,当未直接显示在全局区域中的会话标识对应的会话产生了未读消息,将在全局区域显示第一标识,这样可以不用触发展开控件,通过第一标识确定隐藏的会话中是否产生了新的未读消息,方便用户使用。
在本公开一些实施例中,响应于被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话产生未读消息,在全局区域显示第一标识包括:在展开控件上显示第一标识。一些实施例中,如图12所示,图12中与“张四”和“张五”的会话均为第一类会话,其该第一类会话的会话标识没有直接显示在全局区域,而是隐藏在展开控件被触发后所显示的展示区域中。在这两个第一类会话接收到未读消息后,在全局区域显示第一标识,具体是在展开控件上显示第一标识(图12中内部有数字4的圆),通过在展开控件显示第一标识,可以表明产生未读消息的第一类会话的会话标识位于展开控件被触发后所显示的展示区域中。
在本公开的一些实施例中,展开控件上所显示的第一标识中显示有数字,数字等于所有被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话中未读消息的总数。一些实施例中,图12中被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话包括与“张四”以及“张五”的会话,其中与“张四”的会话中产生了三个未读消息,与“张五”的会话中产生一个未读消息。在展开控件上显示第一标识时,会计算所有被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话中的未读消息的总数,然后将未读消息的总数显示在第一标识中,从而可以直接从第一标识中得知不同的第一类会话中总共具有的未读消息的个数,而无需触发展开控件或去会话列表中查看。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于被隐藏的会话标识对应的第一类会话产生未读消息,在全局区域显示第一标识,包括:隐藏展开控件,在展开控件的位置处显示产生未读消息的会话的会话标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在被隐藏的会话标识对应的第一类会话中没有产生未读消息时,可以如图7所示,显示展开控件,而当被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话中产生未读消息后,例如如图13所示,与“张四”的会话中产生了三个未读消息,此时,希望能够让用户能够直观的了解是哪一个会话产生了未读消息,因此希望显示产生未读消息的会话的会话标识,然而全局区域中已经显示了数量阈值个会话的会话标识,没有额外的区域显示产生未读消息的会话的会话标识,因此隐藏展开控件,这样能够腾出用于显示产生未读消息的会话的会话标识的空间,在原来显示展开控件的位置显示产生未读消息的会话标识,这样用户可以无需触发展开控件,直接在全局区域触发产生未读消息的会话的会话标识,从而可以打开产生未读消息的会话,第一标识中显示了未读消息的个数,从而提高了用户的操作效率和使用体验,用户可以无需返回会话界面的会话列表时就可以查看未读消息。即在图13中,在原先显示展开控件的位置处显示了与“张四”的会话的会话标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在展开控件的位置处显示产生未读消息的会话的会话标识之后,还包括:在预设时长内,若未检测到对显示在展开控件位置处的会话标识的触发操作,恢复显示展开控件并隐藏展开控件的位置处的会话标识;或者,在预设时长内,响应于对显示在展开控件位置处的会话标识的触发操作,打开被触发的会话标识对应的会话,恢复显示展开控件并隐藏展开控件的位置处的会话标识。
一些实施例中,在展开控件的位置处显示了产生未读消息的会话的会话标识之后开始计时,在预设时长(例如10秒)后,如果没有检测到对显示在展开控件的位置处的会话标识的触发操作,则自动恢复显示展开控件,并且隐藏显示在展开控件的位置处的会话标识,当然该会话标识仍然显示在展开控件被触发后所显示的展示区域中。而如果从隐藏展开控件开始的预设时长内检测到了对展示在展开控件位置处的会话标识的触发操作,则会打开对应的会话,因为触发后未读消息被显示,此时未读消息不再是未读状态,因此此时恢复显示展开控件。对于打开的会话,可以是在弹窗中显示会话,这样不需要跳转到会话界面不会影响客户端中当前显示的内容。
在本公开的一些实施例中,若未检测到对显示在展开控件处的会话标识的触发操作,恢复显示展开控件并隐藏显示展开控件的位置处的会话标识之后,还包括:在展开控件上显示第一标识,或者,在展开控件上显示第一标识,且展开控件上所显示的第一标识中显示有数字,数字等于所有被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话中未读消息的总数。
一些实施例中,在预设时长内没有对展开控件处的会话标识执行触发操作,则会恢复显示展开控件,并在展开控件处显示第一标识,第一标识中可以显示隐藏的会话标识对应的会话的未读消息的总数。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于被隐藏的会话标识对应的会话产生未读消息,在全局区域显示 第一标识,包括:将产生未读消息的会话的会话标识显示在全局区域,并在产生未读消息的会话的会话标识处显示第一标识。
一些实施例中,如图14所示,与“张四”的会话的会话标识原本隐藏在展开控件被触发后所显示的展示区域中,当与“张四”的会话中产生了未读消息,则将与“张四”的会话的会话标识移动到全局区域中进行显示,并显示第一标识,这样可以直观的显示与“张四”的会话中产生了未读消息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,将产生未读消息的会话的会话标识显示在全局区域,包括:将产生未读消息的会话的会话标识显示在全局区域中的排序最靠前的位置,并将全局区域中的其他会话的会话标识依次顺延。
一些实施例中,全局区域中显示的以及隐藏在展示区域中的会话标识的顺序是非固定的,当有会话产生未读消息,则产生未读消息的会话的会话标识会被提前,其余会话标识依次顺延,显示在全局区域中的会话标识可以被顺延到展示区域中,例如如图14所示,与“张四”的会话的会话标识原本是隐藏在展示区域中,当与“张四”的会话中产生了未读消息,则将与“张四”的会话的会话标识从展示区域中调整到全局区域中的首位展示,其他会话标识依次顺延,未能显示在全局区域中的会话标识顺延到展示区域中,如图15所示,当与“张五”的会话中产生了新的未读消息,则“张五”的会话的会话标识显示在全局区域的首位,其他会话标识顺延。全局区域中的会话标识按照最新消息的发送时间调整展示顺序,发送时间越近,展示顺序越靠前,有新消息时置顶顺序调整,用户能够更好的发现未读消息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还包括:在页面区域显示信息流列表,信息流包括会话;响应于对全局区域显示的第二会话的会话标识的触发操作,调整第二会话在信息流列表中的位置。
一些实施例中,信息流列表具体可以是页面区域为会话页面时,显示在页面区域中的会话列表,信息流包括一个或多个会话,具体的,如图7所示,信息流列表可以是页面区域中的会话列表,会话列表中显示的多个会话(“张二”、“群聊1”、“张三”、“张四”等)。全局区域可以是位于会话列表上方的区域。另一些实施例中,页面区域中所显示的内容变化时,全局区域保持显示会话标识。全局区域的会话标识不会因为触发操作而消失,其可以作为对应的会话的快捷入口,可以在任何内容页面下均能够查看到会话标识。会话标识用于被触发后打开对应的会话的交互界面,交互界面也可称为聊天界面,用户发送、接收和显示聊天内容。
一些实施例中,全局区域中显示了一个或多个会话的会话标识,通过点击等方式可以触发第二会话的会话标识,之后可以打开对应的第二会话的交互界面,并且将自动调整第二会话在信息流列表中的位置,例如图7中将在触发了第二会话(与“张三”的会话)的会话标识后,将在信息流列表中的顶部显示第二会话(见图16)。
本公开一些实施例中提出的信息处理方法,考虑到当信息流列表中的信息流过多时,无法快速找到某条会话,如果将会话固定显示在信息流列表的顶部,那么其将一直占据顶部位置,影响其他产生消息的会话的显示,也会造成用户的不便。因此,本公开一些实施例中在信息流列表以外的全局区域显示了第二会话的会话标识,用户可以通过会话标识打开第二会话的交互界面,更重要的是,用户可以通过会话标识调整会话在信息流列表中的位置,这样通过触发第二会话的会话标识从而可以使得第二会话在信息流列表中的位置提前,例如置顶,但是第二会话不用一直固定在信息流列表中的顶部,其仍然参与信息流列表中信息流的排序,当触发其他会话标识或其他会话产生了未读消息后,第二会话在信息流列表中的位置也会随之变动。本公开一些实施例中,通过触发第二会话的会话标识打开了第二会话的交互界面,从而解决了当会话较多时难以从信息流列表中定位到某一个具体的会话的问题,并且第二会话在信息流列表中的位置并不是固定在顶部不动的,而是可以变动的,无需用户对第二会话执行固定其位置的操作,不会影响其他会话的显示。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对全局区域显示的第二会话的会话标识的触发操作之后,保持第二会话的会话标识处于非选中状态。
一些实施例中,如图7和图16所示,图7中的会话标识“张三”被通过点击等方式进行了触发,在图16中第二会话的会话标识并不是处于选中状态,因此在触发了第二会话的会话标识后,用户仍然可以对信息流列表中的其他信息流进行操作,而不会因为第二会话的会话标识被选中而无法进行与其他信息流的操作,因而可以通过触发会话标识的方式,从其他页面快速的回到信息流列表中。
在本公开的一些实施例中,页面区域包括互不重叠的第一窗口、第二窗口和第三窗口;其中,第一窗口用于显示分组,每个分组与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流列表对应;第二窗口用 于显示信息流列表;第三窗口用于显示第二窗口中当前被选择的信息流中对应的交互界面;
响应于对全局区域显示的第二会话的会话标识的触发操作,调整第二会话在信息流列表中的位置,包括:在第一窗口中选中第二会话所归属的第一分组,在第二窗口显示第一分组对应的信息流,调整第二会话在第一分组对应的信息流列表中的位置,在第三窗口打开第二会话的交互界面。
一些实施例中,如图16所示,客户端界面中显示有第一窗口、第二窗口和第三窗口,第一窗口中显示有分组“消息”和“未读”,第二窗口中显示有分组对应的信息流列表,第三窗口显示第二窗口中被选中的信息流的交互界面。在对第一会话标识执行触发操作之间,第一窗口中选中的分组可以不是第一分组,对应的,第二窗口和第三窗口将显示其他分组的信息流列表和交互界面,此时对第二会话的会话标识执行触发操作之后,将自动将第一窗口中被选中的分组变更为第一分组,并在第二窗口中显示第二会话对应的信息流列表,并选中第二会话。将第二会话的位置进行调整以及在第三窗口中显示第二会话的交互界面,这样在触发第二会话的会话标识后可以快速的在第一分组的信息流列表中定位第二会话,方便查看信息流列表中上第二会话周围的其他会话,方便在第二窗口切换显示信息流列表中的其他会话。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第二会话的会话标识被执行触发操作之前,第一窗口中选中的分组为第二分组;方法还包括:响应于对第一窗口中第二分组的选取操作,在第二窗口和第三窗口中显示对第二会话的会话标识被执行触发操作之前第二窗口和第三窗口所显示的内容。
一些实施例中,如果在第二会话的会话标识被执行触发操作前,第一窗口中选中的是第二分组“未读”,而在触发了第二会话的会话标识后,如图16所示,将自动选中第一分组“消息”,此时可以在第二会话的交互界面进行交互,当用户点击第一窗口中的第二分组后,将会继续显示第二会话的会话标识被执行触发操作前的第二窗口和第三窗口,这样用户在显示第二会话的交互界面进行交互后,能够快速的回到触发第二会话的会话标识之前的界面,继续执行之前的操作。一些实施例中,可以是在响应于对第二会话的会话标识的触发操作时,在内存中保留了触发操作前第二窗口和第三窗口的内容,在对第二分组执行了点击等触发操作后,则从内存中调取保留的第二窗口和第三窗口的内容,恢复显示对第二会话的会话标识执行触发操作之前第二窗口和第三窗口的内容。
在本公开的一些实施例中,调整第二会话在信息流列表中的位置,包括:将第二会话显示在信息流列表中最靠前的位置,并将信息流列表中的其他信息流依次顺延。
一些实施例中,信息流列表中的信息流可以具有对应的更新时间,可以按照更新时间将信息流列表中的信息流按照由近到远的顺序进行显示,将最近更新的信息流显示在信息流列表中最靠前的位置,例如当信息流按照从上到下排序时最靠前的位置为信息流列表的顶部,对于会话而言其更新时间可以是接收到消息的时间、发送消息的时间和对应的会话标识被触发的时间中最近的一个。本公开实施例中提出的方法,通过触发第二会话的会话标识可以将第二会话移动到信息流列表中的最靠前的位置,从而用户可以快速的定位到第二会话,并且查看第二会话相关的会话,也方便快速的切换到其他的会话。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第二会话具有关联的第三会话,方法还包括:调整第三会话在信息流列表中的位置,以使第三会话在信息流列表中保持显示在第二会话的相邻位置。
一些实施例中,两个或多个会话之间可能是相关的,例如项目总群和项目管理群,对于相关的会话用户会需要比较两个会话之间的内容,或者在两个会话之间转发信息,为了方便用户操作,将第二会话关联的第三会话的位置始终固定在相邻的状态,无论是第二会话的位置发生变更还是第三会话的位置发生变更,第二会话和第三会话在信息流列表中的位置都会对应的调整使得两者始终保持在相邻,此时如果第二会话的会话标识被触发后将第二会话移动到信息流列表的顶部,则可以将第三会话移动到信息流列表的第二位。
在本公开的一些实施例中,调整第二会话在信息流列表中的位置,包括:调整第二会话在所属分组的信息流列表中的位置。一些实施例中,客户端中具有分组,分组具有对应的信息流列表,如图16所示,“消息”分组中具有会话“张三”,如果对会话“张三”的会话标识执行触发操作,则改变会话“张三”在“消息”分组中的位置。在本公开的一些实施例中,客户端界面为即时通信软件的客户端界面。例如如图11所示,客户端界面为即时通信软件的客户端界面,其页面区域为进行会话的区域,而全局区域并不随着页面区域的变更而变更,当在消息页面(显示所有会话)或未读页面(显示具有未读消息的会话)中切换时,全局区域中始终显示会话标识。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,客户端界面为协同办公软件的客户端界面,其中,协同办公软件集 成了即时通信应用和至少一个其它应用。例如如图2所示,为协同办公软件的客户端界面,其中可以集成了日历、邮件等其他应用,可以在协同办公软件中切换到其他应用,例如点击左侧的日历或邮件,在页面区域中将显示日历页面或邮件页面,此时全局区域仍然显示会话标识,不会因为页面区域显示为其他应用的页面区域而不显示会话标识,这样在页面区域显示任一其他应用的页面区域时,均能够快速的打开会话标识关联的会话
在本公开的一些实施例中提出一种信息处理装置,包括:
显示单元,用于响应于对客户端界面的页面区域中第一会话的第一操作事件,在客户端界面的全局区域显示与第一会话关联的会话标识;
控制单元,用于响应于第二操作事件,切换页面区域所显示的页面,并保持全局区域所显示的会话标识;
其中,客户端界面包括页面区域和全局区域,全局区域所显示的会话标识随页面区域所显示的页面的切换而保持不变,全局区域所显示的会话标识用于被触发后打开关联的会话。
一些实施例中,控制单元还用于响应于对全局区域所显示的会话标识的触发操作,若页面区域所显示的页面为非会话页面,将页面区域所显示的页面切换为会话页面,并在会话页面打开被触发的会话标识所关联的会话;或者,响应于对全局区域所显示的会话标识的触发操作,若页面区域所显示的页面为非会话页面,在页面区域保持显示非会话页面,并在弹窗中打开被触发的会话标识所关联的会话。
一些实施例中,全局区域包括客户端界面的顶部边栏、侧边栏和底部边栏中的至少一个,在客户端界面的顶部边栏、侧边栏或底部边栏中显示第一会话的会话标识。
一些实施例中,若全局区域中的会话标识的个数不超过数量阈值,在全局区域显示全部的会话标识;若全局区域中的会话标识的个数超过数量阈值,在全局区域显示数量阈值个会话标识,并显示展开控件,展开控件用于被触发后显示展示区域并在展示区域中显示全部的会话标识。
一些实施例中,控制单元还用于响应于全局区域的显示尺寸发生变化,并基于变化后全局区域的显示尺寸调整数量阈值。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于对客户端界面的页面区域中第一会话的第一操作事件,在所述客户端界面的全局区域显示与所述第一会话关联的会话标识;
    响应于第二操作事件,切换所述页面区域所显示的页面,并保持显示所述全局区域中的会话标识;
    其中,所述客户端界面包括所述页面区域和所述全局区域,所述全局区域所显示的会话标识用于被触发后打开关联的会话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对所述全局区域所显示的会话标识的触发操作,若所述页面区域所显示的页面为非会话页面,将所述页面区域所显示的页面切换为会话页面,并在所述会话页面打开被触发的会话标识所关联的会话;或者,
    响应于对所述全局区域所显示的会话标识的触发操作,若所述页面区域所显示的页面为非会话页面,在所述页面区域保持显示所述非会话页面,并在弹窗中打开被触发的会话标识所关联的会话。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述全局区域包括所述客户端界面的顶部边栏、侧边栏和底部边栏中的至少一个,在所述客户端界面的顶部边栏、侧边栏或底部边栏中显示所述第一会话的会话标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所述全局区域中的会话标识的个数不超过数量阈值,在所述全局区域显示全部的所述会话标识;
    若所述全局区域中的会话标识的个数超过数量阈值,在所述全局区域显示所述数量阈值个所述会话标识,并显示展开控件,所述展开控件用于被触发后显示展示区域并在所述展示区域中显示全部的所述会话标识。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于所述全局区域的显示尺寸发生变化,并基于变化后所述全局区域的显示尺寸调整所述数量阈值。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述会话标识显示在所述全局区域中的第一子区域中;
    所述方法还包括:显示调节控件,响应于对所述调节控件的第四操作事件,变更所述第一子区域的显示尺寸,根据所述第一子区域的显示尺寸调整所述数量阈值。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,满足如下的至少一项:
    所述显示调节控件,包括:响应于控制标识悬停在所述展开控件上,显示所述调节控件;
    若所述全局区域中的会话标识的个数不多于所述数量阈值,不显示所述调节控件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第二操作事件,切换所述页面区域所显示的页面包括:
    响应于第二操作事件,将所述页面区域所显示的页面切换为非会话页面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述全局区域中的会话标识的个数超过数量阈值,在所述全局区域显示数量阈值个所述会话标识和展开控件,并隐藏其余的所述会话标识;
    所述方法还包括:响应于被隐藏的所述会话标识对应的会话产生未读消息,在所述全局区域显示第一标识。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于被隐藏的所述会话标识对应的第一类会话产生未读消息,在所述全局区域显示第一标识包括:在所述展开控件上显示所述第一标识。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展开控件上所显示的所述第一标识中显示有数字,所述数字等于所有被隐藏的所述会话标识对应的会话中未读消息的总数。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于被隐藏的所述会话标识对应的第一类会话产生未读消息,在所述全局区域显示第一标识,包括:
    隐藏所述展开控件,在所述展开控件的位置处显示产生所述未读消息的会话的会话标识。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述展开控件的位置处显示产生所述未读消息的会话的会话标识之后,还包括:
    在预设时长内,若未检测到对显示在所述展开控件位置处的会话标识的触发操作,恢复显示所述 展开控件并隐藏所述展开控件的位置处的会话标识;
    或者,
    在预设时长内,响应于对显示在所述展开控件位置处的会话标识的触发操作,打开被触发的会话标识对应的会话,恢复显示所述展开控件并隐藏所述展开控件的位置处的会话标识。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,若未检测到对显示在所述展开控件处的会话标识的触发操作,恢复显示所述展开控件并隐藏显示所述展开控件的位置处的会话标识之后,还包括:
    在所述展开控件上显示所述第一标识,或者,
    在所述展开控件上显示所述第一标识,且所述展开控件上所显示的所述第一标识中显示有数字,所述数字等于所有被隐藏的所述会话标识对应的会话中未读消息的总数。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于被隐藏的所述会话标识对应的会话产生未读消息,在所述全局区域显示第一标识,包括:
    将产生所述未读消息的会话的会话标识显示在所述全局区域,并在产生所述未读消息的会话的会话标识处显示所述第一标识。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,将产生所述未读消息的会话的会话标识显示在所述全局区域,包括:
    将产生所述未读消息的会话的会话标识显示在所述全局区域中的排序最靠前的位置,并将所述全局区域中的其他会话的会话标识依次顺延。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在页面区域显示信息流列表,信息流包括会话;
    响应于对所述全局区域显示的第二会话的会话标识的触发操作,调整所述第二会话在所述信息流列表中的位置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于对所述全局区域显示的第一会话的会话标识的触发操作之后,保持所述第二会话的会话标识处于非选中状态。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述页面区域包括互不重叠的第一窗口、第二窗口和第三窗口;其中,所述第一窗口用于显示分组,每个分组与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流列表对应;所述第二窗口用于显示所述信息流列表;所述第三窗口用于显示第二窗口中当前被选择的信息流中对应的交互界面;
    响应于对所述全局区域显示的第二会话的会话标识的触发操作,调整所述第二会话在所述信息流列表中的位置,包括:在所述第一窗口中选中所述第二会话所归属的第一分组,在所述第二窗口显示所述第一分组对应的信息流,调整所述第二会话在所述第一分组对应的信息流列表中的位置,在所述第三窗口打开所述第二会话的交互界面。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,
    在所述第二会话的会话标识被执行所述触发操作之前,所述第一窗口中选中的分组为第二分组;
    所述方法还包括:响应于对所述第一窗口中第二分组的选取操作,在所述第二窗口和所述第三窗口中显示对所述第二会话的会话标识被执行所述触发操作之前所述第二窗口和所述第三窗口所显示的内容。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,调整所述第二会话在所述信息流列表中的位置,包括:
    将所述第二会话显示在所述信息流列表中最靠前的位置,并将所述信息流列表中的其他信息流依次顺延;
    和/或
    调整所述第二会话在所属分组的信息流列表中的位置。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述客户端界面为即时通信软件的客户端界面;
    或者,
    所述客户端界面为协同办公软件的客户端界面,其中,所述协同办公软件集成了即时通信应用和至少一个其它应用。
  23. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    显示单元,用于响应于对客户端界面的页面区域中第一会话的第一操作事件,在所述客户端界面 的全局区域显示与所述第一会话关联的会话标识;
    控制单元,用于响应于第二操作事件,切换所述页面区域所显示的页面,并保持显示所述全局区域中的会话标识;
    其中,所述客户端界面包括所述页面区域和所述全局区域,所述全局区域所显示的会话标识用于被触发后打开关联的会话。
  24. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至22中任一项所述的方法。
  25. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行权利要求1至22中任一项所述的方法。
