背景技术
目前的即时通信(Instant Messaging,IM)软件具有以消息为主体构建的会话能力,对比传统的Email和电话,提升了沟通效率和便捷性。在企业协作场景下,用户需要和更多人沟通讨论不同议题、使用多种业务系统才能完成工作。然而,目前的IM仅作为“消息收发渠道”是无法满足用户在协作场景下的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种基于会话的业务处理方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现通过在会话界面中添加标签的方式协助用户完成多种业务,提高用户使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
在本申请第一方面,提供了一种基于会话的业务处理方法,该方法包括:
用于响应于用户对目标会话的触发操作,显示目标会话界面,所述目标会话界面的第一显示区域包括至少两种类型的标签,不同类型的标签与不同业务对象对应;
第二显示单元,用于响应于所述用户对所述第一显示区域中的标签的触发操作,展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象,以使得所述用户通过所展示的业务对象完成相应的业务处理。
在本申请第二方面,提供了一种基于会话的业务处理装置,所述装置包括:

在企业中,为方便员工之间的沟通,将配置企业协同工作软件,使员工可以通过安装协同工作软件的客户端进行两人或多人之间的实时沟通和协作。协同工作软件是指集成了通讯录、即时通信IM、会议、云文档、审批、云盘、邮件、日历等中的任意多种功能的套件软件。其中,IM主要提供以消息为主体的会话能力,实现消息的收发。然而,在不同的应用场景下,用户对于会话所提供的业务功能需求不同,难以满足不同场景诉求。
基于此,本申请对会话界面进行扩展,支持用户根据自身的需求配置会话界面所展示的功能套件。即通过在会话界面的第一显示区域添加标签的形式完善会话所包括的业务功能,从而满足用户需求。即,本申请可以提供更具扩展性的会话架构设计,支持用户根据自身的需求搭建会话所提供的业务功能,随着该会话使用深度加深,丰富该会话的业务功能。
为便于理解,下面将结合附图对本申请提供的一种基于会话的业务处理方法进行说明。
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种基于会话的业务处理方法流程图,该方法可以由业务处理装置执行,其中该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件实现,一般可集成在电子设备中。如图1所示,该方法包括:

本实施例中,当用户需要通过目标会话发送或浏览消息时,响应于用户对目标会话的点击,显示目标会话界面。其中,目标会话界面的第一显示区域包括至少两种类型的标签,该标签与业务对象对应,即不同的标签对应不同的业务功能,该标签可以为其对应的业务功能的入口。该至少两种类型的标签可以包括单文档标签、会话文档列表标签、消息标签、网页标签、应用程序标签、群公告标签、钉选消息标签中的一种或多种。其中,标签可实现的功能包括:在用户的触发下显示标签对应的业务对象。
其中,目标会话界面的第一显示区域是指非会话消息展示区域,例如可以为目标会话界面的顶部区域,位于消息显示区域的上方。例如图2a所示,第一显示区域为目标会话界面的顶部区域,该区域包括消息标签、第一需求文档标签、第一网页标签和第一应用程序标签以及添加标签控件“+”。其中,目标会话可以为群聊会话或单聊会话。
其中,单文档标签是指,用户可以根据自身的需求手动触发第一显示区域中的添加标签控件,以在第一显示区域添加该文档对应的单文档标签,从而使得用户可以通过该单文档标签快速打开并浏览文档中的内容。其中,在一些实施例中,单文档标签对应的文档为云文档,即在线文档,该在线文档可以包括文本文档和电子表格文档等。网页标签是指用户可以根据自身的需求手动触发第一显示区域中的添加标签控件,以在第一显示区域添加该网页对应的标签,从而使得用户可以通过该网页标签快速打开并进入对应的网页。其中,网页标签的名称可以为所添加的网页的名称或用户所编辑的名称。应用程序标签是指用户可以根据自身的需求手动触发第一显示区域中的添加标签控件,以在第一显示区域添加该第三方应用程序对应的标签,以使得用户通过该标签快速打开并进入第三方应用程序。其中,应用程序标签的名称可以为所添加的第三方应用程序的名称或用户所编辑的名称。
其中,消息标签可以是在目标会话建立时默认存在的,也可以是指当有用户在目标会话中发送消息时,由系统自动在第一显示区域中添加的。消息标签可以基于用户的触发操作,显示目标会话中的消息。钉选消息标签用于当有用户在目标会话中钉选一条消息时所产生的标签,该钉选消息标签可以基于用户的触发操作,通过侧边栏的方式显示被钉选的一条或多条消息。群公告标签是指当有用户在目标会话中添加群公告时所产生的标签,该群公告标签可以基于用户的触发操作,显示群公告的内容。会话文档列表标签是指当有用户在目标会话中发送文档时所产生的标签,该文档列表标签可以基于用户的触发操作,显示在目标会话中所发送的多个文档的会话文档列表,以使得用户可以通过该会话文档列表查找所需的文档。其中,会话文档列表中可以包括云文档,也可以包括离线文档。
例如图2b所示,在图2a的基础上,第一显示区域还包括群公告标签、消息标签、会话文档列表标签、钉选消息标签。具体地,在显示各标签时,还可以显示各标签对应的图标,如图2b所示,显示了群公告标签的图标、消息标签的图标以及钉选消息标签的图标。在本公开的实施例中,所有标签都可以有对应的图标,也可以一部分标签有对应的图标,而一部分标签没有对应的图标。

其中,可以通过以下方式展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象:
1)在目标会话界面中的消息显示区域展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象。例如,用户点击图2a中的第一需求文档标签,则在消息显示区域中显示第一需求文档,以使得用户可以浏览第一需求文档。
2)在目标会话界面中展示侧边栏,在侧边栏中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象。即,对于第一显示区域中的而一些标签可以通过打开侧边栏的方式展示该标签对应的业务对象。例如,用户点击钉选消息标签,则通过侧边栏显示被钉选的消息。
3)跳转到第三方页面,在第三方页面中展示被触发标签对应的业务对象。例如,用户点击图2a中的第一网页标签,则跳转至第一网页,以通过该第一网页进行搜索或查看信息。
可见,响应于用户对目标会话的触发操作,进入目标会话对应的界面,即显示目标会话界面。该目标会话界面中可以包括至少两种类型的标签,例如单文档标签、网页标签、应用程序标签。响应于用户对第一显示区域中的标签的触发操作,显示该被触发的标签对应的业务对象,以协助用户完成相关工作,无需用户离开会话界面即可直接利用所需的协作功能完成业务处理,提升用户的使用体验。
在实际应用中,为降低视觉上的复杂度,初始状态下的目标会话可以仅包括基础核心业务所对应的标签,如消息标签。随着目标会话使用深度加深,当有会话成员在会话中发送云文档时,由系统添加会话文档列表标签,以及用户可以根据自身的需求在目标会话界面中手动添加更多的标签。基于此,第一显示区域中的标签可以由用户通过手动方式添加,具体地,响应于用户在目标会话界面触发的添加标签的操作,在目标会话界面的第一显示区域显示用户所添加的标签。其中,第一显示区域可以包括添加标签控件,用户通过该添加标签控件实现标签的添加。
具体地,响应于用户对添加标签控件的触发操作,跳转至标签添加页面;响应于用户在标签添加页面触发的添加操作,在第一显示区域显示所添加的标签。例如图2c所示,标签添加页面包括链接输入框和标签名称输入框,该标签添加页面支持将文档或网页链接添加为标签。
第一显示区域中的标签也可以由客户端自动添加,具体地,响应于在目标会话界面的消息显示区域首次发送文档,在第一显示区域显示会话文档列表标签,并将首次发送的文档添加到会话文档列表标签对应的会话文档列表中;响应于目标会话界面中的任一消息被钉选,在第一显示区域显示钉选消息标签。也就是,当目标会话的消息显示区域首次发送一篇文档或钉选一条消息时,自动在第一显示区域添加会话文档列表标签或钉选标签。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于在目标会话中再次发送文档,则将该再次发送的文档添加至会话文档列表标签对应的会话文档列表中。即,对于非首次发送的文档,可以将将该文档添加至已存在的会话文档列表标签中,以方便用户通过会话文档列表标签查看文档。具体地,响应于用户触发会话文档列表标签,在目标会话界面中的消息显示区域中展示包含在目标会话中发送的文档的会话文档列表。
在本公开的一个实施例中,第一显示区域中的标签可以按照添加顺序依次排列展示。或者第一显示区域中的标签按照设置的顺序进行展示。例如,对于消息标签、会话文档列表标签、群公告标签以及钉选消息标签,无论上述标签的添加顺序如何,均按照预设的顺序进行展示,例如可以按照群公告标签、消息标签、会话文档列表标签、钉选消息标签的顺序进行展示,也可以按照消息标签、会话文档列表标签、群公告标签、钉选消息标签的顺序进行展示。

在本公开的一个实施例中,在侧边栏处于展开状态时,用户可以对第一显示区域中的其它标签触发,响应于用户对其他标签的触发操作,在目标会话界面中的消息显示区域显示其它标签对应的业务对象以及在目标会话界面中保持显示侧边栏。即,在显示侧边栏的情况下,还可以在目标会话界面显示其他标签对应的业务对象,二者互不干扰。其中,其他标签为第一显示区域中除钉选消息标签外的标签。如图2e所示,在显示侧边栏的情况下,用户点击第一需求文档标签,在侧边栏的左侧(消息显示区域)显示第一需求文档的内容。
需要说明的是,在用户触发钉选消息标签时,钉选消息标签不高亮显示。即用户在点击钉选消息标签时,该钉选消息标签未处于选中状态。例如图2e中用户在点击第一需求文档标签时,该第一需求文档标签处于被选中态,图2d中用户在点击钉选消息标签时,该钉选消息标签为处于未选中态,但会通过侧边栏显示被钉选的消息。另外,当用户将鼠标移动至钉选消息标签上且未点击时,该钉选消息标签处于选中状态,但不会显示侧边栏;当鼠标离开钉选消息标签时,该钉选消息处于未选中状态。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于用户再次触发钉选消息标签则收起侧边栏,使得侧边栏处于关闭状态。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当第一显示区域的显示长度超过第一预设长度阈值,或第一显示区域所显示的标签的数量超过第一预设数量阈值,将第一显示区域中的部分标签添加到第一下拉菜单。其中,第一下拉菜单中还可以包括添加标签控件和管理标签控件。管理标签控件用于对第一显示区域中的标签进行管理。例如图2f所示,第一显示区域允许显示的标签数量为5个,其他标签(第一浏览器标签和第一应用程序标签)以及添加标签控件和管理标签控件被收进下拉菜单,当用户触发“…”时,在下拉菜单中展示其他标签、添加标签控件和管理标签控件。
可选地,本实施例还支持对第一显示区域中的标签的位置进行调整,以满足不同的业务需求。具体地,响应于用户的触发操作,对第一显示区域中的标签的位置进行调整。
其中,用户可以通过以下方式对第一显示区域中的标签的位置进行调整:
一种是,响应于用户在第一显示区域对目标标签的拖拽操作,将目标标签移动至停止拖拽操作时对应的位置。即,本实施例支持通过拖拽的方式实现标签位置的调整。
另一种是,响应于用户对管理标签控件的触发操作,显示第一管理页面,该第一管理页面用于展示第一显示区域中所有的标签以及各标签对应的可操作控件,该可操作控件包括排序控件;响应于用户对目标标签对应的排序控件的触发操作,对目标标签的位置进行调整。
如图3a所示,当用户点击管理标签控件时,进入第一管理页面(管理标签页面),该管理标签页面包括排序控件301,用户通过触发该控件可以对其对应的标签的位置进行调整。其中,管理标签页面展示的标签顺序与第一显示区域显示的标签顺序一致。因此,当用户对任一标签的位置进行调整后,管理标签页面展示的标签顺序和第一显示区域显示的标签顺序同时发生变化。
在本公开的一个实施例中,可操作控件还包括删除控件、编辑控件。其中,删除控件用于将对应的标签删除,编辑控件编辑标签的名称和/或标签对应的链接。具体地,响应于用户对编辑控件的触发操作,显示编辑页面,在该编辑页面,可以对标签的名称进行修改。进一步地,当该标签还对应链接时,还可以编辑链接。
通常情况下,删除和编辑主要应用于通过手动方式添加的标签,对于消息标签、钉选消息标签、会话文档列表标签、群公告标签均不支持删除和编辑的功能。
例如图3b所示,管理标签页面还包括删除控件302和编辑控件303,第一需求文档标签、第一浏览器标签和第一应用程序标签均对应有删除控件302和编辑控件303。
在本公开的一个实施例中,对于第一显示区域中的部分标签支持右键操作,响应于用户对目标标签触发的右键操作,显示第二管理页面,该第二管理页面包括编辑控件、删除控件以及复制链接控件中的一种或多种。其中,编辑控件用于编辑目标标签的名称和/或目标标签对应的链接,删除控件用于将目标标签从第一显示区域中删除,复制标签用于复制目标标签对应的链接。具体地,对于第一显示区域中任一具有链接的标签,其对应的第二管理页面包括复制链接控件,以通过该复制链接控件获取该标签对应的链接。
例如目标标签为图2a中的第一需求文档标签,响应于用户对其触发的右键操作,显示第二管理页面,该第二管理页面包括编辑控件、删除控件和复制链接控件,通过该复制链接控件可以复制该第一需求文档对应的链接。
在本公开的一个实施例中,目标会话界面还包括第二显示区域和第三显示区域。其中,第二显示区域用于展示目标会话中的基础功能菜单,第三显示区域用于展示目标会话的基本信息。其中,关于三个显示区域的位置关系可以根据实际应用情况确定,例如第一显示区域、第二显示区域以及第三显示区域均位于目标会话界面中的消息显示区域的上方,第二显示区域和第三显示区域位于第一显示区域的上方,且第二显示区域与第三显示区域横向排列。其中,第三显示区域可以位于第二显示区域的左侧。
其中,基础菜单中可以包括搜索控件、日历控件、多媒体控件、添加标签控件、会话成员添加控件、会话任务控件、会话文件管理控件以及会话设置控件中的一种或多种。其中,多媒体控件可以实现视频通话、语音通话。进一步地,当目标会话为单聊会话时,多媒体控件还可以实现拨打办公电话。会话设置控件用于对目标会话进行设置,通常情况下,会话设置控件位于第二显示区域所对应的下拉菜单中。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当目标会话为群聊会话时,基础功能菜单还包括添加群成员控件、添加群公告控件。当目标会话为单聊会话时,基础功能菜单还包括创建群组控件。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当第二显示区域的显示长度大于第二预设长度阈值,或第二显示区域所显示的控件的数量超过第二预设数量阈值,将第二显示区域的部分控件添加到第二下拉菜单。
如图4a所示,第二预设数量阈值为4个,超出的控件将通过“…”下拉菜单的方式进行展示。其中,第二显示区域包括搜索控件401、多媒体控件402、日历控件403、添加群成员控件404;下拉菜单中包括添加群公告控件405和添加标签控件406。其中,目标会话中的搜索、设置、日历等功能均可以通过侧边栏来实现。
其中,第一显示区域中的群公告标签可以以下方式实现:响应于用户对添加群公告控件的触发操作,显示群公告页面,以使得用户在群公告页面编辑群公告;响应于用户在编辑群公告之后触发的发送操作,在第一显示区域显示群公告标签。
在本公开的一个实施例中,当第一显示区域中显示群公告标签后,在第二显示区域中不再展示添加群公告控件。
在本公开的一个实施例中,添加标签控件可以同时在第一显示区域和第二显示区域显示。即第一显示区域和第二显示区域均包括添加标签控件,用户可以通过两个入口进入标签添加页面。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于客户端的显示窗口发生变化,将自动调整第二显示区域所展示的控件数量。例如,当显示窗口缩小时,将部分控件添加到下拉菜单。
本实施例可以用户可以基于自身的需求在目标会话界面中添加所需的标签,从而使得第一显示区域所显示的标签为用户所需的标签,提高用户使用体验。
其中,基本信息可以包括目标会话的会话头像、会话名称、会话成员数量、会话机器人数量和会话类型信息等。其中,会话类型信息用于指示该目标会话的具体类型,具体可以包括公开群、私有群、外部群、内部群等。
具体地,针对不同类型的会话,在第三显示区域所显示的基本信息不同。当目标会话为群聊会话时,可以显示群头像、群名称、群人数、日程、群类型(会话类型信息)等。其中,群类型用于指示群聊会话所属类型,例如该群聊会话为部门群,则在第三显示区域显示“部门”;当群聊会话为外部群时,则在第三显示区域显示“外部群”。其中,群头像、群名称、群人数可以设置热区,当用户点击群头像或群名称的热区时,可以跳转至会话设置页面。当用户点击群人数的热区时,可以显示群成员列表。
当目标会话为单聊会话时,可以显示个人状态、签名以及预设字段。其中,个人状态是指用户处于忙碌或空闲状态,预设字段可以包括职务、工作地点。
例如图4b所示,群聊会话界面的第三显示区域显示群头像、群组名称为“测试小组”、群类型为“部门”、群人数为38。再例如图4c所示,单聊会话界面的第三显示区域显示聊天用户的头像、名称,个人状态为“会议中”,个人签名为“不烦不燥”。另外,通过图4c可以获知三个显示区域在目标会话界面中的可能的位置关系。
在本公开的一个实施例中,响应于与鼠标悬停在会话成员数量上,显示查看会话成员列表的提示信息;响应于用户触发会话成员数量,展示会话成员列表。响应于鼠标悬停在会话机器人数量上,显示查看会话机器人列表的提示信息;响应于用户触发会话机器人数量,展示会话机器人列表。
基于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种基于会话的业务处理装置,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图5,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种基于会话的业务处理装置结构图,如图5所示,该装置500可以包括:第一显示单元501和第二显示单元502。
其中,第一显示单元,用于响应于用户对目标会话的触发操作,显示目标会话界面,所述目标会话界面的第一显示区域包括至少两种类型的标签,不同类型的标签与不同业务对象对应;
第二显示单元,用于响应于所述用户对所述第一显示区域中的标签的触发操作,展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象,以使得所述用户通过所展示的业务对象完成相应的业务处理。
在一种可选的实现方式中,所述第二显示单元502,具体用于在所述目标会话界面中的消息显示区域中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象;或,在所述目标会话界面中展示侧边栏,在所述侧边栏中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象;或,跳转到第三方页面,在所述第三方页面中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象。

需要说明的是,本实施例中各个单元的具体实现可以参见上述方法实施例中的相关描述。本申请中对单元的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。本申请实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。例如,上述实施例中,处理单元和发送单元可以是同一个单元,也可以是不同的单元。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
参见图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备600的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种基于会话的业务处理方法,所述方法包括:
    响应于用户对目标会话的触发操作,显示目标会话界面,所述目标会话界面的第一显示区域包括至少两种类型的标签,不同类型的标签与不同业务对象对应;
    响应于所述用户对所述第一显示区域中的标签的触发操作,展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象,以使得所述用户通过所展示的业务对象完成相应的业务处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象包括如下中的一种或多种:
    在所述目标会话界面中的消息显示区域中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象;
    在所述目标会话界面中展示侧边栏,在所述侧边栏中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象;
    跳转到第三方页面,在所述第三方页面中展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述至少两种类型的标签包括消息标签,此外还包括如下标签中的一种或多种:
    单文档标签、会话文档列表标签、网页标签、应用程序标签、群公告标签、钉选消息标签。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一显示区域位于所述目标会话界面中的消息显示区域的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户在所述目标会话界面触发的添加标签的操作,在所述第一显示区域显示所述用户所添加的标签。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一显示区域中的至少两种类型的标签按照添加顺序依次排列展示。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户在所述第一显示区域对目标标签的拖拽操作,将所述目标标签移动至停止拖拽操作时所对应的位置;或,
    响应于所述用户对管理标签控件的触发操作,显示第一管理页面,所述第一管理页面用于展示所述第一显示区域中的标签以及所述标签对应的可操作控件,所述可操作控件包括排序控件;
    响应于所述用户对目标标签对应的排序控件的触发操作,对所述目标标签的位置进行调整。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述至少两种类型的标签对应可操作控件,所述可操作控件包括删除控件和/或编辑控件,所述编辑控件用于编辑标签的名称和/或标签对应的链接,所述删除控件用于删除对应的标签。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对目标标签触发的右键操作,显示第二管理页面,所述第二管理页面包括编辑控件、删除控件以及复制链接控件中的一种或多种;其中,所述编辑控件用于编辑所述目标标签的名称和/或所述目标标签对应的链接,所述删除控件用于将所述目标标签从所述第一显示区域中删除,所述复制链接控件用于复制所述目标标签对应的链接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法包括:
    响应于在所述目标会话中首次发送文档,在所述第一显示区域显示会话文档列表标签,将所述首次发送的文档添加到所述会话文档列表标签对应的会话文档列表中;
    响应于在所述目标会话中再次发送文档,将所述再次发送的文档添加至所述会话文档列表标签对应的会话文档列表中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于用户触发所述会话文档列表标签,在所述目标会话界面中的消息显示区域中展示包含在目标会话中发送的文档的会话文档列表。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述目标会话中任一消息被钉选,在所述第一显示区域显示钉选消息标签。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述钉选消息标签的触发操作,在所述目标会话界面中显示侧边栏,所述侧边栏用于展示所述目标会话中被钉选的消息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述侧边栏处于展开状态以及所述用户在所述第一显示区域对其它标签的触发操作,在所述目标会话界面中的消息显示区域显示所述其它标签对应的业务对象以及在所述目标会话界面中保持显示所述侧边栏,所述其它标签是指所述第一显示区域中除所述钉选标签之外的标签。
  15. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第一显示区域包括添加标签控件,所述响应于所述用户在所述目标会话界面触发的添加标签的操作,在所述第一显示区域显示所述用户所添加的标签,包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述添加标签控件的触发操作,跳转至标签添加页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述标签添加页面触发的添加操作,在所述第一显示区域显示所添加的标签。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一显示区域的显示长度超过第一预设长度阈值,或所述第一显示区域所显示的标签的数量超过第一预设数量阈值,将所述第一显示区域中的部分标签添加到第一下拉菜单。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述第一下拉菜单还包括所述添加标签控件和管理标签控件,所述管理标签控件用于对所述第一显示区域中的标签进行管理。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标会话界面还包括第二显示区域和第三显示区域;
    其中,所述第二显示区域用于展示所述目标会话中的基础功能菜单,所述第三显示区域用于展示所述目标会话的基本信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述第一显示区域、所述第二显示区域以及所述第三显示区域均位于所述目标会话界面中的消息显示区域的上方。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述基础功能菜单包括如下中的一种或多种:搜索控件、多媒体控件、日历控件、会话成员添加控件、添加标签控件、会话任务控件、会话文件管理控件、会话设置控件。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述基本信息包括如下中的一种或多中:会话名称、会话头像、会话成员数量、会话机器人数量、会话类型信息。
  22. 一种基于会话的业务处理装置,所述装置包括:
    第一显示单元,用于响应于用户对目标会话的触发操作,显示目标会话界面,所述目标会话界面的第一显示区域包括至少两种类型的标签,不同类型的标签与不同业务对象对应;
    第二显示单元,用于响应于所述用户对所述第一显示区域中的标签的触发操作,展示被触发标签所对应的业务对象,以使得所述用户通过所展示的业务对象完成相应的业务处理。
  23. 一种电子设备,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-21任一项所述的方法。

    一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-21任一项所述的方法。
  25. 一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品承载有程序代码,所述程序代码包括的指令可用于执行如权利要求1至21任一项所述的方法。
