本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法,在客户端界面的分组标识显示区域中显示至少一个分组标识,至少一个分组标识包括话题分组标识,一个分组标识与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流对应,该分组标识在被触发后在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示对应的信息流列表,息流包括会话项、消息项和话题项中的至少一种;响应于对话题分组标识的触发操作,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示话题信息流列表,话题信息流列表包括单签用户参与的话题对应的话题项。本公开方便当前用户查找在各个会话中参与的话题。

如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例的信息处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
S11:在客户端界面的分组标识显示区域中显示至少一个分组标识,至少一个分组标识包括话题分组标识。
一些实施例中,客户端可以是通信客户端,也可以是集成有通信功能的办公套件。分组标识显示区域用于显示各个分组标识,分组标识用于表示分组,分组标识具体可以是分组的名称或代码,分组具有对应的预设筛选条件,分组标识与通过该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流对应,分组标识被触发后,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示对应的信息流列表,信息流列表由分组标识对应的信息流组成,分组标识对应的信息流列表可以就是该分组标识对应的分组所对应的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流,信息流包括会话项、消息项和话题项中的一种或多种。一些实施例中,可以参考图2,客户端界面的信息流显示区域可以包括互不重叠的第一区域、第二区域和第三区域,其中,分组标识显示区域位于第一区域中,第一区域中的“话题”、“消息”和“单聊”分别为三个不同分组的分组标识,信息流显示区域位于第二区域中,分组标识中包括话题分组标识(图2中第一区域中的“话题”),通过点击等方式触发分组标识将显示与该分组标识对应的信息流列表,信息流列表显示在第二区域,信息流列表中的某一个会话项、消息项或话题项进行触发后,在第三区域显示被触发的会话项、消息项或话题项的详情页。举例而言:图2中的第一区域中的“单聊”分组标识与单聊会话相对应,如果通过例如点击的方式触发“单聊”分组标识,则在第二区域中将显示单聊会话的列表,并在第三区域中显示第二区域中被选中的某一个单聊会话的交互界面。对于会话项,当会话项被选中后可以显示会话的交互界面。对于消息项,当消息项被选中后可以在第三区域显示消息项对应的消息内容,也可以是在第三区域中打开消息项对应消息所在的会话并定位到该消息的位置,也可以是其他响应方式,当话题项被选中后,如图2所示,可以在第三区域显示该话题项对应的话题的详情页。
S12:响应于对话题分组标识的触发操作,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示话题信息流列表,话题信息流列表包括当前用户参与的话题所对应的话题项。一些实施例中,话题信息流列表为话题分组标识对应的信息流组成的列表,话题信息流列表中包括当前用户所参与的话题对应的话题项,当前用户参与的话题具体可以包括:当前用户回复过的话题、当前用户订阅的话题(例如话题可以具有关联订阅控件,通过触发该订阅控件进行订阅)、当前用户发布的话题、提及了当前用户的话题(提及当前用户的方式可以是@当前用户)。一些实施例中,客户端界面的分组标识显示区域中显示有话题分组标识,话题分组标识对应的信息流为包括当前用户参与的话题的话题项的话题信息流列表。通过点击等方式可以触发话题分组标识,在话题分组标识被触发之后如图2所示,可以在第二区域中显示话题分组标识的话题信息流列表,话题分组标识的话题信息流列表中显示了当前用户参与的各个话题对应的话题项。本公开实施例中,可以通过话题分组标识查看各个话题的话题项,而无需进入各个会话中查找用户参与的话题,从而方便用户查找。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当前用户参与的话题所对应的话题项,包括:各个会话中所述当前用户参与的话题所对应的话题项;或者,各个会话中所述当前用户所参与且符合预设条件的话题所对应的话题项。
一些实施例中,对于话题分组标识被触发之后所显示的话题信息流列表中的话题项,该话题项可以是当前用户在各个会话中参与的话题消息的消息项,一些实施例中,会话的个数可以是两个或多个,
话题消息对应的话题项可以来自不同的会话,例如当前用户在群1中参与了话题1,在群2中参与了话题2,在群3中参与了话题3,则在话题分组标识关联的话题信息流列表中可以显示话题1、话题2和话题3的话题项。而在另一些实施例中,可以预先设置预设条件,确定话题是否满足预设条件,显示当前用户所参与且符合预设条件的话题的话题项,这样可以避免不必要的打扰,一些实施例中,可以对话题分组标识关联的设置控件进行触发从而设置预设条件,预设条件例如可以是时间条件,例如用户可以设置预设条件为话题为近n天内的话题,这样可以只显示近n天内发布的话题的话题项,对于预设条件可以进行清除,这样又可以显示全部各个会话中当前用户参与的话题的话题项。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于对话题分组标识的触发操作,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示话题信息流列表之后,还包括:响应于对所述话题分组标识对应的话题信息流列表中第一话题项的第一操作事件,显示所述第一话题项对应的第一话题的内容;或者,响应于对所述话题分组标识对应的话题信息流列表中第一话题项的第二操作事件,打开所述第一话题所在对应的第一话题所在的会话并定位至所述第一话题的位置。
一些实施例中,请参考图2,第一话题项可以是话题分组标识关联信息流列表下的任一的话题项,话题信息流列表显示在第二区域,其包括分组标识关联的各个信息流,第一话题项与第一话题相关联,在第二区域下通过点击的方式对第一话题项执行第一操作事件,例如点击图2中第二区域顶部的话题项,此时可以如图2所示在第三区域中打开第一话题的内容界面,显示第一话题的内容。另一些实施例中,第二操作事件例如可以包括:通过右键选中第二区域中的第一话题项,在响应于右键而显示的控件中选择目标控件,目标控件例如可以是“在原会话中打开”,点击目标控件。通过对第一话题项执行第二操作事件可以在第三区域打开第一话题所在的会话,并定位到该第一话题所在的位置,这样方便用户联系上下文理解第一话题。本公开实施例中,用户可以选择性的执行第一操作事件或第二操作事件,根据自己的需要决定是否在第一话题的会话内查看第一话题。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于当前用户参与的第二话题中产生未读消息,在话题分组标识处显示第一标识,和/或,在话题分组标识对应话题信息流列表中的第二消息项处显示第二标识,第二话题项对应第二话题。
一些实施例中,第二话题可以是任一当前用户参与的话题。未读消息可以是当前用户加入(例如订阅)的话题产生的新的消息、当前用户创建的话题中的回复消息、当前用户回复过的话题中产生新的回复消息、提及了当前用户的消息。在第二话题中产生了未读消息后,将在话题分组标识处显示第一标识,也可以在话题分组标识对应话题信息流列表中的第二话题项处显示第二标识。第二标识可以显示第二话题中未读消息的个数,第一标识可以显示话题分组标识下对应的各个话题项的第二标识指示的未读消息的总数。例如如图3所示,话题分组标识内的群2内的话题产生了一条新的回复消息(张四:YY),在第二窗口中话题分组对应的话题信息流列表中显示了第二话题项,在第二话题项处显示了第二标识(内部有1的圆圈),在话题分组标识处也显示的第一标识(内部有1的圆圈),如果话题分组标识的话题信息流列表中还有其他话题标识对应的话题有未读消息,则第一标识内的个数等于话题分组标识对应话题信息流列表中的所有话题项对应的话题中的未读消息的总数。这样可以方便用户快速确定哪些话题有更新。对于话题分组标识对应的话题信息流列表,话题项在话题信息流列表中的位置可以是非固定的,可以是根据话题项对应的话题的更新时间排序的,更新时间可以是话题项对应的话题最近一次产生新消息的时间,可以设置话题项在话题信息流列表中的位置随着对应的话题的更新时间的远近进行排序,将更新时间近的排列在靠前的位置。
在本公开的一些实施例中,至少一个分组标识还包括消息分组标识;方法还包括:响应于当前用户参与的第二话题产生未读消息,在消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中显示第二话题对应的第二话题项。
一些实施例中,请参考图4,在客户端界面的分组标识显示区域中有消息分组标识,消息分组标识与各个会话项相关联,消息分组标识的信息流列表显示有各个会话项,包括单聊或群聊,消息分组标
识对应的信息流列表通常称作会话列表,本实施例中,在消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中将显示第二话题项,即当前用户参与的话题产生未读消息时,将在消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中显示第二话题项,从而可以通过点击等方式触发该会话列表中的第二话题项以查看具有未读消息的第二话题。
在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还包括:响应于当前用户参与的第二话题产生未读消息,在消息分组标识处显示第三标识,第一标识和第三标识的显示状态保持同步,和/或,在消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中的第二话题项处显示第四标识,其中,第二标识与第四标识的显示状态保持同步。
一些实施例中,可以参考图3和图4,其分别示意的显示了当第二话题中产生了一条未读消息后话题分组标识和消息分组标识及其对应信息流列表的显示样式,第三标识为图4中消息分组标识右侧内有数字1的圆圈,第四标识为图4中在第二话题项(图4中第二区域顶部的话题项)处内有数字1的圆圈,第三标识中的数字可以等于消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中各个第四标识中数字的总和。第一标识和第三标识的显示状态保持同步,例如当在消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中查看了第二话题项,使得第三标识消失,则第一标识也会消失,又例如通过在话题分组标识处设置全部已读从而清除了第一标识,则因为第二话题中产生未读消息而生成的第三标识也会消失。第二标识和第四标识的显示状态保持同步,因为两个标识是分别显示在不同的信息流列表中的第二消息项处,有未读消息时可以同时显示,没有未读消息时同时隐藏,在话题信息流列表中触发第二话题项从而查看了第二话题中的未读消息,则第二标识将会消失,则第四标识也会消失。
在本公开的一些实施例中,话题项包括:话题的发布人、话题中主题的预览信息、话题中最新消息的预览信息、话题中最新消息的发布人、话题标识和话题所在会话的会话标识中的至少一个。
一些实施例中,如图5所示,对于话题的消息项,其具有话题标识,可以是图形,表明该信息流对应话题。话题项中可以有话题的发布人,例如图5中的“张一”,可以有话题中主题的预览信息,例如图5中的“Test 1”,主题的预览信息可以是话题的主题中的前n个字符。话题项中可以显示有最新消息的预览信息,最新消息可以是最近一次发布在话题中的信息,例如图5中的“回复1”。话题项中可以有最新消息的发布人,例如图5中的“张二”。话题项中可以有话题所在会话的会话标识,例如图5中显示的“群1”,表明该话题项对应的话题位于群1中。
本公开一些实施例中,设置话题分组标识,将当前用户参与的话题的消息项设置在话题分组对应的信息流列表中,方便用户查找,避免用户错过通知消息,提高了工作效率。
在本公开的一些实施例中,客户端界面包括互不重叠的第一区域、第二区域和第三区域;其中,分组标识显示区域位于第一区域中,信息流显示区域位于第二区域中;该方法还包括:响应于对第二区域中的话题信息流列表中的一个话题项的触发,在第三区域中显示该话题项对应的话题的详情页。
一些实施例中,如图2所示分组标识位于第一区域中,信息流列表位于第二区域中,对话题信息流列表中的话题项触发后在第三区域中显示对应的话题的详情页,详情页中可以显示话题内容以及回复内容,并标识话题的所在的会话等,这样通过互不重叠的三个区域,从而快速的切换和查看话题,解决了在查看具体的某个话题或会话时无法查看分组情况以及其他信息流的问题。
在本公开的一些实施例中,信息处理方法包括:接收在客户端界面上触发的与第一信息实体相关的第三操作事件。响应于第三操作事件,在客户端界面中展示第一信息实体的信息项,其中,第一信息实体的信息项中包括第二信息实体的预设信息,第一信息实体从属于第二信息实体。其中,第一信息实体为会话中的话题,第二信息实体为会话。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还公开了一种信息处理方法,包括:接收在客户端界面上触发的与第一信息实体相关的第三操作事件。响应于第三操作事件,在客户端界面中展示第一信息实体的信息项,其中,第一信息实体的信息项中包括第二信息实体的预设信息,所述第一信息实体从属于所述第二信息实体。

开其他任意的实施例。客户端可以是独立的通信软件的客户端,也可以是具有即时通信功能的套件软件(如包含即时通信、文档、会议等的办公软件)的客户端。第一信息实体例如可以是某个会话(会话可以是单聊会话也可以是群组)、也可是某个联系人、某个会话中的预设类型的信息(如会话中的一个话题)等。第三操作事件可以是对第一信息实体的操作,也可以是对第一信息实体的关联的操作,第三操作事件可以是一个操作,也可以是多个操作的组合。
一些实施例中,所述第一信息实体从属于所述第二信息实体包括:第一信息实体中的信息是第二信息实体中的信息的子集;或者,根据通信系统中的信息组织架构,所述第一信息实体隶属于所述第二信息实体。
一些实施例中,在用户执行了第三操作事件之后,在客户端界面中将显示第一信息实体的信息项,第一信息实体的信息项可以包括第一信息实体关联信息,关联信息例如包括第一信息实体的图标、名称、ID以及第一信息实体中的信息摘要等中的一个或多个,本实施例中,第一信息实体的信息项中包括了第二信息实体的预设信息,其中第一信息实体中的信息可以是第二信息实体中信息的子集,第一信息实体可以是归属于第二信息实体中的信息,第二信息实体中的信息例如可以是第二信息实体中所具有的通信信息,第一信息实体可以是第二信息实体中的某一个预设类型的通信信息,由于第一信息实体的信息项中包括有第二信息实体的预设信息,因此第一信息实体的信息项能够表征第二信息实体,从而能够标识第一信息实体所归属的第二信息实体。
本公开实施例中,通过在第一信息实体的信息项中包括第二信息实体的预设信息,从而能够使得第一信息实体中标识该第一信息实体所归属的第二信息实体,方便用户理解第一信息实体的归属/来源,进而提高沟通效率。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第二信息实体的预设信息可以为第二信息实体的标识。一些实施例中,第二信息实体的预设信息可以是第二信息实体的头像、名称和ID中的一个或多个,例如第二信息实体为某一个会话,则第一信息实体的信息项中将显示该会话的头像、名称和ID中的至少一个,以表示第一信息实体来源于该会话。一些实施例中,第一信息实体不是会话,第一信息实体为第二信息实体中的信息的子集,该第一信息实体的信息项不同于第二信息实体的信息项,第一信息实体作为第二信息实体的子集而独立显示有自己的信息项。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一信息实体的信息项中包括第一信息实体的标识;在第一信息实体的信息项中,关联显示第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识。一些实施例中,第一信息实体的标识可以是第一信息实体的头像、名称和ID中的一个或多个,第一信息实体的标识可以表明第一信息实体的类型,不同类型的第一信息实体的标识可以不同,通过第一信息实体的标识可以表明第一信息实体是第二信息实体中哪一类的子集。第一信息实体的信息项中,第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识关联显示,例如第一信息实体的标识可以和第二信息实体的标识显示为一个标识中的两个子标识,具体的第一信息实体的标识可以显示为一个标识的一半,第二信息实体的标识可以显示为一个标识的另一半;又例如第二信息实体的标识可以显示为第一信息实体的标识的上角标或下角标,通过将第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识关联显示,从而可以体现出第一信息实体和第二信息实体具有关联关系。一些实施例中,不同的信息实体之间的关系可能不同,例如一个信息实体与另一个信息实体的关系为包含关系、上下游关系、协作关系等,为了体现不同的信息实体之间的关联关系,可以是基于信息实体之间的关联关系的类型,确定信息实体的标识的显示排布样式,第一信息实体为第二信息实体中信息的子集,两者是包含关系,第一信息实体的信息项中第一信息实体的标识与第二信息实体的标识的排布样式为第一样式,第一样式可以是将第二信息实体的标识显示为第一信息实体的标识的角标,如果第一信息实体与第二信息实体的关联关系为上下游关系或协作关系,则可以第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识的排布样式可以分别是第二样式或第三样式,对于上下游关系,可以将第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识按照上下位置排布,一个信息实体的标识位于上半区,一个信息实体的标识位于下半区且可以部分重叠,以表明上下游关系;而对于协作关系,可以按
照左右位置排布,一个信息实体的标识位于左半边,一个信息实体的标识位于右半边,且可以部分重叠,以表明两者关系平等为协作关系。这样可以通过信息项中的排布样式区分不同的信息实体之间的关联关系。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一信息实体的标识为第一信息实体的头像,第二信息实体的标识为第二信息实体的头像;在第一信息实体的信息项中,关联显示第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识包括:在第一信息实体的头像上部分重叠地显示第二信息实体的头像。
一些实施例中,第一信息实体的头像作为第一信息实体的标识,第二信息实体的头像作为第二信息实体的标识,两者部分重叠,重叠的方式可以是上下重叠、左右重叠,还可以是将第二信息实体的头像作为第一信息实体的头像的上角标或下角标进行显示。第一信息实体的头像与第二信息实体的头像重叠显示的方式从而表明两者具有关联关系。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第三操作事件包括如下中的一项:打开包含第一信息实体的信息项的信息流的操作;打开第一信息实体的详情页的操作;在第一信息实体中发送新的消息,使得第一信息实体的信息项出现在信息流中。
一些实施例中,第一信息实体的信息项可以位于信息流中,信息流显示在信息流显示区域,信息流包括多个信息项,一个信息项可以是会话项、消息项、话题项等中的任一个,第一信息实体的信息项可以是一个信息流中的一个信息项,例如可以是一个会话项、也可以是一个话题项或消息项。
下面以第二信息实体是会话,第一信息实体是会话中的话题为例进行说明。除了在话题群中的创建话题外,用户还可以在一个普通会话中创建话题。即在一个普通会话中,如群组中,群成员即可以发送普通的单条消息,也可以在群组中创建话题,并在该话题中发送消息,从而将该群组内的针对某个事项的消息的聚合在一起,方便沟通。此外,为了进一步方便用户,还可以将各个会话的话题组成一个话题分组,从而方便用户通过话题分组查看自己的在所有话题。
一些实施例中,如图6所示,客户端界面包括互不重叠的第一区域、第二区域和第三区域;其中,第一区域用于显示至少一个分组标识(包括图6中的“话题”、“消息”和“单聊”);至少一个分组标识与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流对应,例如“话题”分组标识与话题项对应,“单聊”分组标识与单聊会话的会话项对应;第二区域用于显示分组标识被触发后对应的信息流,该被触发的分组标识对应的信息流可以以列表的形式进行显示,信息流列表中包括一个或多个信息项(例如会话项、话题项或消息项),分组标识被触发的方式可以是点击的方式;第三区域用于显示信息流显示区域中被触发的信息项对应的详情页。例如如图6所示,图6中展示的信息流列表为“话题”分组标识对应的信息项(话题项)组成的信息流列表,点击任一话题项,在第三区域中展示该话题项对应的话题的详情页。在客户端界面中展示第一信息实体的信息项,包括:在第二区域或第三区域中的至少一个展示第一信息实体的信息项。
一些实施例中,第三操作事件为打开包含第一信息实体的信息项的信息流的操作例如可以是:触发第一信息实体对应的信息流所在分组的分组标识,从而展示该分组标识对应的信息流,从而在第二区域中展示第一信息实体对应的信息流,在该第一信息实体对应的信息流中显示第一信息实体的信息项。例如如图6所示,在触发了“话题”分组标识后,在第二区域展示了
组成的信息流列表,第二区域中顶部的第一个话题项可以是第一信息实体对应的信息项,具体的,以第一信息实体为群1中的话题1,第二信息实体为群1为例,如图7所示,图7展示了第一信息实体对应的信息项,在该信息项中显示了第一信息实体相关的信息,包括第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识,第一信息实体的标识为话题标识,表明了该第一信息实体为话题,第二信息实体的标识为群1的头像,表明该话题来自于作为第二信息实体的群1。
一些实施例中,第三操作事件为打开第一信息实体的详情页的操作时,第三操作事件具体可以是触发第一信息实体对应的信息项,从而在第三区域打开第一信息实体的详情页,此时可以在第一信息实体的详情页中展示第一信息实体的信息项,例如如图6所示,通过点击第二区域中第一信息实体对
应的信息项,从而在第三区域展示第一信息实体的详情页,在第三区域中显示了第一信息实体的信息项,具体在第三区域的顶部区域展示了包括第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识的信息项。
一些实施例中,第三操作事件为在第一信息实体中发送新的消息,使得第一信息实体的信息项出现在信息流中。例如在话题中发送新的消息,此时由于话题中产生了新的消息,会在客户端界面中的信息流(该信息流对应的筛选条件能够命中话题)中显示第一信息实体的信息项,例如在“消息”或“话题”分组标识对应的信息流中显示第一信息实体的信息项。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一信息实体为会话中的话题,第二信息实体为会话。在本公开的其它实施例中,第一信息实体还可以为团队中的群组,而第二信息实体为团队。这里的团队是指将多个群组关联到一起的一种信息实体,即多个群组关联到同一个团队,用户在客户端界面中通过团队入口找到一个或多个团队,在每个团队下可以找到该团队关联的一个或多个群组。
一些实施例中,第二信息实体可以是单聊会话或群聊会话,会话中可以以话题的形式进行沟通,也可以以普通消息的形式进行沟通,对于话题,话题主题以及回复都可以聚合显示在一起,从而方便用户查看。一些实施例中,第二信息实体为团队,团队可以包括一个或多个群组,第一信息实体为团队中的群组。
另外需要说明的是:图6所示的客户端界面的布局是包括第一区域、第二区域和第三区域的三栏结构,但这并不作为对本公开中的方案的显示。在本公开的其它实施例中,客户端界面的布局也可以是其它形式,例如可以是包括信息流显示区域和详情页区域的两栏结构。
一些实施例中,第一信息实体为话题,如图6的第二区域所示,第一信息实体对应的信息项还显示有如下的至少一个:话题的发布人、话题的主题的预览信息、话题中最新消息的预览信息、话题中的最新消息的发布人。在话题的信息项中显示话题的主题预览信息,从而能够快速理解回复信息与主题信息之间的内在联系。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第一信息实体的信息项中,关联显示第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识包括:将第一信息实体的头像显示为第二信息实体的头像的角标;或者,将第二信息实体的头像显示为第一信息实体的头像的角标。一些实施例中,如图6和图7所示,第一信息实体的信息项中,显示有第一信息实体的头像(标识)和第二信息实体的头像(标识),并且第二信息实体的头像显示为第一信息实体的头像的角标,当然,也可以是将第一信息实体的头像显示为第二信息实体的头像的角标。通过显示为角标的方式,可以展示两者之间的关联关系。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于第一信息实体中产生未读消息,在第一信息实体对应的信息流中显示第一信息实体的信息项,且该第一信息实体的信息项中包括第一未读标识,在第二信息实体对应的信息流中显示第二信息实体对应的信息项,且该第二实体对应的信息项中包括第二未读标识,第一未读标识和第二未读标识的显示状态保持同步。
例如如图8所示,第一信息实体为话题“话题2”,第二信息实体为该话题2所在的“群2”,在第一信息实体中产生了未读信息后,如图8所示,在第一信息实体对应的信息项中显示有第一信息实体的信息项以及第一未读标识(“张三:话题2”所在的话题项中“群2”上方内有数字1的圆圈),同时,在第二信息实体对应的信息项中显示第二信息实体的标识和第二未读标识(“群2”信息项中群2头像右上方内有数字1的圆圈)。本实施例中第一未读标识和第二未读标识的显示状态保持同步,在一个信息流中查看了该未读消息后,第一未读标识和第二未读标识均会消失,避免重复提醒。

Claims (23)
- 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:在客户端界面的分组标识显示区域中显示至少一个分组标识,所述至少一个分组标识包括话题分组标识;其中,所述一个分组标识与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流对应,该分组标识在被触发后在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示对应的信息流列表,所述信息流包括会话项、消息项和话题项中的至少一种;响应于对所述话题分组标识的触发操作,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示话题信息流列表,其中,所述话题信息流列表包括当前用户参与的话题所对应的话题项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当前用户参与的话题所对应的话题项,包括:各个会话中所述当前用户参与的话题消息所对应的话题项;或者,各个会话中所述当前用户所参与且符合预设条件的话题消息所对应的话题项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对所述话题分组标识的触发操作,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示话题信息流列表之后,还包括:响应于对所述话题分组标识对应的所述话题信息流列表中第一话题项的第一操作事件,显示所述第一话题项对应的第一话题的内容;或者,响应于对所述话题分组标识对应的所述话题信息流列表中第一话题项的第二操作事件,打开所述第一话题项对应的第一话题所在的会话并定位至所述第一话题的位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于所述当前用户参与的第二话题中产生未读消息,在所述话题分组标识处显示第一标识,和/或,在所述话题分组标识对应的话题信息流列表中的第二话题项处显示第二标识,所述第二话题项对应所述第二话题。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个分组标识还包括消息分组标识;所述方法还包括:响应于所述当前用户参与的第二话题产生未读消息,在所述消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中显示所述第二话题对应的第二话题项。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于所述当前用户参与的第二话题产生未读消息,在所述消息分组标识处显示第三标识,所述第一标识和所述第三标识的显示状态保持同步,和/或,在所述消息分组标识对应的信息流列表中的所述第二话题项处显示第四标识,其中,所述第二标识与所述第四标识的显示状态保持同步。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述话题项包括:所述话题的发布人、所述话题的主题的预览信息、所述话题中最新消息的预览信息、所述话题中的最新消息的发布人、话题标识和所述话题所在会话的会话标识中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当前用户所参与的话题,包括如下中的一种或多种:所述当前用户回复过的话题;所述当前用户订阅的话题;所述当前用户发布的话题;话题中的消息中提及了所述当前用户的话题。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述客户端界面包括互不重叠的第一区域、第二区域和第三区域;其中,所述分组标识显示区域位于第一区域中,所述信息流显示区域位于第二区域中;该方法还包括:响应于对第二区域中的话题信息流列表中的一个话题项的触发,在第三区域中显示该话题项对应的话题的详情页。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:接收在客户端界面上触发的与第一信息实体相关的第三操作事件;响应于所述第三操作事件,在客户端界面中展示所述第一信息实体的信息项,其中,所述第一信息实体的信息项中包括第二信息实体的预设信息,所述第一信息实体从属于所述第二信息实体;其中,所述第一信息实体为会话中的话题,所述第二信息实体为会话。
- 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:接收在客户端界面上触发的与第一信息实体相关的第三操作事件;响应于所述第三操作事件,在客户端界面中展示所述第一信息实体的信息项,其中,所述第一信息实体的信息项中包括第二信息实体的预设信息,所述第一信息实体从属于所述第二信息实体。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第二信息实体的预设信息为所述第二信息实体的标识。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述第一信息实体的信息项中包括所述第一信息实体的标识;在所述第一信息实体的信息项中,关联显示所述第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述第一信息实体的标识为第一信息实体的头像,所述第二信息实体的标识为第二信息实体的头像;所述在所述第一信息实体的信息项中,关联显示所述第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识包括:在第一信息实体的头像上部分重叠地显示第二信息实体的头像。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第三操作事件包括如下中的一项:打开包含所述第一信息实体的信息项的信息流的操作;打开所述第一信息实体的详情页的操作;在第一信息实体中发送新的消息,使得第一信息实体的信息项出现在信息流中。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一信息实体为会话中的话题,所述第二信息实体为会话;或者,所述第一信息实体为团队中的群组,所述第二信息实体为团队。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述在所述第一信息实体的信息项中,关联显示所述第一信息实体的标识和第二信息实体的标识包括:将所述第一信息实体的头像显示为所述第二信息实体的头像的角标;或者,将所述第二信息实体的头像显示为所述第一信息实体的头像的角标。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,还包括:响应于所述第一信息实体中产生未读消息,在所述第一信息实体对应的信息流中显示第一信息实体的信息项,且该第一信息实体的信息项中包括第一未读标识,以及在所述第二信息实体对应的信息流处显示第二信息实体对应的信息项,且该第二信息实体对应的信息项中包括第二未读标识,所述第一未读标识和所述第二未读标识的显示状态保持同步。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述客户端界面包括互不重叠的第一区域、第二区域和第三区域;其中,所述第一区域用于显示至少一个分组标识;所述至少一个分组标识与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流对应;所述第二区域用于显示所述分组标识被触发后对应的信息流;所述第三区域用于显示所述信息流显示区域中被触发的信息项对应的详情页;在客户端界面中展示所述第一信息实体的信息项,包括:在所述第二区域或所述第三区域中的至少一个中展示所述第一信息实体的信息项。
- 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:显示单元,用于在客户端界面的分组标识显示区域中显示至少一个分组标识,所述至少一个分组标识包括话题分组标识;其中,所述一个分组标识与使用该分组的预设筛选条件筛选出的信息流对应,该分组标识在被触发后在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示对应的信息流列表,所述信息流包括会话项、消息项和话题项中的至少一种;控制单元,用于响应于对所述话题分组标识的触发操作,在客户端界面的信息流显示区域显示话题信息流列表,其中,所述话题信息流列表包括当前用户参与的话题所对应的话题项。
- 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:接收单元,用于接收在客户端界面上触发的与第一信息实体相关的第三操作事件;控制单元,用于响应于所述第三操作事件,在客户端界面中展示所述第一信息实体的信息项,其中,所述第一信息实体的信息项中包括第二信息实体的预设信息,所述第一信息实体从属于所述第二信息实体。
- 一种电子设备,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至19中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行权利要求1至19中任一项所述的方法。
