在本公开的一些实施例中,第一事项信息的输入界面具有用于选取第一事项信息的分类的第一控件;第一控件用于确定第一事项信息为第一分类或第二分类。一些实施例中,第一分类和第二分类可以用于标识第一事项信息的重要等级,例如可以将事项信息分为重要和普通,以事项信息为需求事项为例,如图2所示在第一事项的输入界面中显示了普通需求和重点需求对应的类型选取控件,通过类型选取控件在第一事项信息中添加第一分类或第二分类。第一分类的重要等级可以低于第二分类,第一分类可以表示普通,第二分类可以表示重要。
在本公开的一些实施例中,信息处理方法包括:响应于第一事项信息为第一分类,在第一系统中存储第一事项信息并基于第一事项信息确定第一话题群;基于第一事项信息生成第一话题信息,将第一话题信息发送至第一话题群;响应于第一事项信息为第二分类,在第一系统中存储第一事项信息并基于第一事项信息确定第一通信群;基于第一事项信息生成第一通信信息,将第一通信信息发送至第一通信群,第一通信群为非话题群。
一些实施例中,第一分类的重要等级低于第二分类,话题群与非话题群的区别包括:当话题群中的成员能够订阅话题信息,用户参与或发布的话题信息默认订阅,当用户订阅的话题信息更新时,可以收到通知消息,而用户没有订阅的话题信息更新时,不向用户发送通知消息,进入话题群才会查看到未订阅的话题信息更新,而在非话题群中,非话题群中产生消息,用户都会收到通知消息。由此可见,话题群能够实现精准的消息通知,但消息通知强度较弱,非话题群中通知强度较高,但消息通知不够精准,因此,在第一事项信息为第一分类时,用户往往只关心第一话题信息的变化,对于其他人发布的与第一话题信息无关的信息不关心,因而将第一事项信息以第一话题信息的形式发布到第一话题群中,而当第一事项信息为第二分类时,由于第二分类较为重要,因此用户对于任何相关的信息都比较关心,因此将第一事项信息以第一通信信息的形式发送到消息通知强度较高的非话题群中,本实施例中对于不同分类的事项信息发布到不同的群组中,以适应所需要实现的消息通知的强度。
在本公开的一些实施例中,基于第一事项信息确定第一话题群,包括:响应于通过第一控件确定第一事项信息为第一分类,显示至少一个待选取的话题群,响应于对显示的至少一个话题群的选取操作,确定选取的话题群为第一话题群。一些实施例中,请参考图4,在输入第一事项信息时如果选取第一分类“普通需求”,则显示用于选取关联的话题群的控件(图4中选取的关联的话题群为话题群1),可以切换所选取的话题群,将被选取的话题群作为第一话题群。
在本公开的一些实施例中,基于第一事项信息确定第一通信群,包括:响应于通过第一控件确定第一事项信息第二分类,显示用于创建通信群组的第二控件以及用于选取已有通信群组的选取控件,响应于第二控件被触发,生成通信群组创建信息并创建第一通信群,或,响应于选取控件被触发后所选取的通信群组,用被选取的通信群组作为第一通信群。一些实施例中,如图5所示,当在输入第一事项信息时选择第二分类“重点需求”,则显示两个选项,一个是新建群组选项,一个是关联已有群 组选项,如果选择新建群组选项,则可以输入一些创建群组所需的相关信息,例如群组名称、群组成员等,如果选择关联已有群组选项,则需要选取已有群组。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述基于所述第一事项信息确定第一话题群,包括:响应于通过所述第一控件确定所述第一事项信息为第一分类,显示至少一个待选取的话题群,响应于对显示的至少一个话题群的选取操作,确定选取的话题群为所述第一话题群;或者,响应于通过所述第一控件确定所述第一事项信息为第二分类,显示用于创建话题群的第二控件以及用于选取已有话题群的选取控件,响应于第二控件被触发,生成话题群创建信息并创建所述第一话题群,或,响应于所述选取控件被触发后所选取的话题群,用被选取的话题群作为所述第一话题群。在本实施例中,无论第一实现信息为第一分类还是第二分类,都是将第一话题信息发布到第一话题群,区别包括当第一事项信息为第一分类时,只能将第一话题信息发布到已有的话题群,而当第一事项信息为第二分类时,既能够将第一话题信息发布到已有的话题群,也能够自定义创建第一话题群,从而满足用户的个性化需求。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一话题信息,包括基于第一事项信息确定的如下的至少一项:第一用户、第一用户所在部门、第一事项信息关联的第一对象、第一对象的标识、第一事项信息的标题、第一事项信息的标识、第一事项信息的内容。一些实施例中,以第一事项信息为需求事项为例,请参考图3,第一用户为输入第一话题信息的用户张三,第一事项信息与第一对象“XX对象”相关联,第一对象的标识为客户ID“123”,第一事项信息的标识为需求编号“321”。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对第一话题信息中第一事项信息的标题或第一事项信息的标识的触发操作,打开第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页。一些实施例中,请参考图6,第一话题信息中显示有第一事项信息的标题(图6中需求标题的“增加功能”)和第一话题信息的标识(图6中的需求编号“321”),触发操作可以是点击操作,通过对第一事项信息的标题或第一事项信息的标识的触发操作,将查看输入在第一系统中的第一事项信息,如图6所示,可以在侧边栏显示第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页,也可以采用弹窗的方式显示第一事项信息的详情页,这样用户在查看第一话题信息时,可以随时查看第一事项信息中的相关内容,方便用户处理。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对第一话题信息中第一对象或第一对象的标识的触发操作,打开第一系统中第一对象的详情页。一些实施例中,请参考图7,第一话题信息中显示有第一对象(图7中的客户名称“XX对象”)和第一对象的标识(图7中的客户ID“123”),触发操作可以是点击操作,通过对第一对象或第一对象的标识的触发操作,如图7所示,可以在侧边栏第一系统中第一对象的详情页,也可以采用弹窗的方式显示第一对象的详情页,第一事项信息是与第一对象相关的,因此在处理第一事项信息的第一话题信息时,经常需要查看第一对象的相关信息,本公开实施例通过提供查看第一对象的快捷入口,使得用户能够方便查阅。
在本公开的一些实施例中,将第一话题信息发送至第一话题群,包括如下的至少一项:以第一用户的账号在第一话题群中发送第一话题信息;和/或,在第一话题信息中提及第一用户。一些实施例中,请参考图3,第一用户“张三”输入了第一事项信息之后,将自动以第一用户“张三”的名义发送第一话题信息,这样表示第一话题信息的创建者,而无需用户操作,需要注意的是,此时还会提及第一用户,例如@第一用户“张三”以提醒第一用户,因为是以第一用户的名义发送的第一话题信息,因此不会提醒第一用户,为了能够提醒第一用户因而自动@第一用户,从而实现提醒,避免第一用户没有及时得知第一话题信息被发布。
在本公开的一些实施例中,信息处理方法还包括:基于第一话题信息在第一文档中生成第一记录信息,第一记录信息与第一话题信息相关联。一些实施例中,第一文档可以还是在线文档,其可以是文本文档也可以是表格文档,例如为多维表格,当产生了第一话题信息之后,如图8所示,将在第一文档中根据第一话题信息生成第一记录信息,第一话题信息与第一记录信息相关联,一些实施例中,第一话题群中的第一话题信息和第一文档中的第一记录信息保持同步,对于第一话题群中第一话题信息的修改将同步到第一文档中的第一记录信息中,同样的,对于第一文档中的第一记录信息的修改将 同步到第一话题群的第一话题信息中,并可以以第一话题信息的回复信息的方式描述修改,将回复信息回复给第一话题信息,通过第一文档中的第一记录信息记录第一话题信息,这样用户可以方便在第一文档中查看话题情况。
在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还包括:第一文档中的第一记录信息中包括第一话题信息的关联标识,响应于对第一文档中的第一话题信息的关联标识的触发操作,打开第一话题群并定位至第一话题信息。一些实施例中,请继续参考图8,第一话题信息的关联标识可以是图8中的话题链接,通过话题链接从而可以直接跳转到第一话题信息,以方便查看相关信息,减少用户的查找操作。在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还包括:第一文档中的第一记录信息中包括第一话题群的关联标识,响应于对第一文档中的第一话题群的关联标识的触发操作,打开第一话题群。一些实施例中,第一记录信息中可以记录第一话题群的名称或者ID,通过点击等方式从而打开第一话题群。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第三控件,第三控件用于被触发后定位到第一话题群中的第一话题信息。一些实施例中,如图6所示,在图6右侧第一系统的第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第三控件“查看话题群”,当第三控件被点击等方式触发后,定位到第一话题信息,第一系统的第一事项信息的详情页可以以多种方式打开,可以在小程序中打开,也可以是通过访问第一系统的网页的方式打开,并不局限于图6中所示的通过侧边栏的方式打开,如果在触发第三控件时已经打开了第一话题群,则可以直接调整第一话题群当前显示的区域定位到第一话题信息所在的位置,如果触发第三控件时没有打开第一话题群,则可以打开第一话题群并定位到第一话题信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第四控件,第四控件用于被触发后确定第二系统中的内容并将其与第一事项信息相关联。一些实施例中,如图6所示,图6右侧所示的第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页中显示了第四控件“关联第二系统”,当以点击等方式触发该第四控件后,可以显示弹窗,在弹窗中输入第二系统中的地址,将地址所对应的内容与第一事项信息相关联,这样在将第一事项信息与第二系统中的内容关联之后,当第一事项信息发生进展时,可以向第二系统中关联的内容所在的页面发送通知,可以在第二系统中关联的内容的页面中提供访问第一事项信息的入口,以方便彼此查阅。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第一用户的用户页中显示有所述第一事项信息的摘要信息;摘要信息包括如下信息中的至少一项:第一事项信息的名称、第一事项信息关联的第一对象、第一事项信息的分类信息和进展信息。一些实施例中,如图9所示,第一用户的需求页中将显示所发布的第一事项信息及其摘要信息,方便用户了解其提出的事项信息的进展。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一话题信息以话题卡片的形式发送至第一话题群;在第一话题群的话题卡片中显示有第五控件、第六控件和第七控件中的至少一个;第五控件用于被触发后在第一系统和/或第一话题群中将第一事项信息标记为完成状态;第六控件用于被触发后在第一系统和/或第一话题群中将第一事项信息标记为记录状态;第七控件用于被触发后确定第二系统中的内容并将其与第一事项信息相关联。
一些实施例中,如图10所示,第一话题群中第一话题信息以话题卡片的形式进行展示,话题卡片可以为具有预设数据格式的卡片,其设置了不同区域所显示的内容,话题卡片中显示有可以触发的第五控件“已解决”、第六控件“已记录”和第七控件“关联第二系统”,通过第五控件和第六控件可以对第一事项信息的进展进行更新,一些实施例中,已解决表示第一事项信息已经完成,已记录表示该第一事项信息已经被记录,但暂时没有办法解决。一些实施例中,第一话题信息可以与第二系统中的内容进行关联,可以通过点击等方式触发第七控件,然后与第二系统中的内容进行关联。
一些实施例中,在第五控件、第六控件或第七控件被触发后,以回复第一话题信息的形式在第一话题群中发送第一通知消息,或者,以回复第一话题信息的形式在第一话题群中发送第一通知消息并提及第一用户。一些实施例中,如图11所示,以第五控件“已解决”被触发为例,在触发该第五控件 之后,可以通过回复信息的方式向第一话题信息发送第一通知消息,由于是回复第一话题信息,因此第一用户可以收到第一通知消息,可以是通过聊天机器人的账号发送第一通知消息,提及第一用户从而可以提醒第一用户,第一通知消息中可以提及触发第五控件、第六控件或第七控件的触发用户,例如为图11中的“@李四”,由于提及了触发用户,因此触发用户可以收到通知。
一些实施例中,第一事项信息与第二系统中的一个或多个内容相关联,一些实施例中,第二系统中的内容可以是第一事项信息的处理任务,例如第一事项信息可以分为多个子任务,多个子任务都需要和第一事项信息建立关联关系,另一些实施例中,第二系统中的内容可以是第一事项信息的相关事项,例如为了完成第一事项信息需要先完成任务1,在完成了第一事项信息后才能开始处理任务2,则任务1和任务2需要与第一事项信息进行关联。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第七控件被触发后显示用于输入第二系统中内容的地址的地址输入区,若在地址输入区中输入的地址错误,显示提示信息,若在地址输入区中输入的地址正确,将第一事项信息与输入的地址所对应的第二系统中的内容相关联。一些实施例中,如图12所示,通过点击等方式触发图12中所示的第一话题信息中的第七控件“关联第二系统”,然后将可以以例如弹窗的方式显示地址输入区(图12右侧显示的“关联第二系统”弹窗中“输入链接”区域),在地址输入区输入地址,第一事项信息将与输入的地址对应的第二系统中的内容进行关联,这种通过输入链接的方式无需打开第二系统,也不用选择第二系统中的内容,方便用户操作。如输入的地址错误,则可以显示提示信息,输入的地址错误分为不同类型,一种是该地址没有指向的内容,另一种是权限不足,无法关联,提示信息中可以显示错误原因。
在本公开的一些实施例中,方法还包括:将第一话题信息与第二系统中的第一内容相关联;响应于第二系统中的第一内容更新,以回复第一话题信息的形式向第一话题群中发送第二通知信息。一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对第二通知信息的触发操作,打开第二系统中的第一内容。一些实施例中,在将第一话题信息与第二系统中的第一内容进行关联之后,第一内容发生更新将对应通知第一话题信息,例如将第二通知消息以回复信息的方式回复给第一话题信息,并且可以通过点击第二通知信息等方式打开第二系统,进一步可以定位到第一内容发生更新的位置,并可以显示更新前后的差异,从而快速查看更新。
在本公开的一些实施例中还提出一种信息处理装置,包括:
确定单元,用于响应于第一用户输入第一事项信息的输入操作,在第一系统中存储第一事项信息并基于第一事项信息确定第一话题群;

其中,第一话题信息与第一事项信息相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,还包括:
响应于对第一话题群中第一话题信息的第一操作事件,将第一操作事件的处理结果同步至第一系统中的第一事项信息;或,
响应于对第一系统中的第一事项信息的第二操作事件,将第二操作事件的处理结果同步至第一话题群中的第一话题信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,基于第一事项信息确定第一话题群包括:
响应于第一事项信息中包括选取的话题群,用选取的话题群作为第一话题群;或者,
响应于第一事项信息中包括群组创建信息,基于群组创建信息创建第一话题群。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,还包括:
第一事项信息中包括第一对象,将第一事项信息与第一系统中的第一对象相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,第一事项信息的输入界面具有用于选取第一事项信息的分类的第一控件;第一控件用于确定第一事项信息为第一分类或第二分类。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,方法包括:
响应于第一事项信息为第一分类,在第一系统中存储第一事项信息并基于第一事项信息确定第一话题群;基于第一事项信息生成第一话题信息,将第一话题信息发送至第一话题群;

基于第一事项信息确定第一通信群,包括:响应于通过第一控件确定第一事项信息为第二分类,显示用于创建通信群组的第二控件以及用于选取已有通信群组的选取控件,响应于第二控件被触发,生成通信群组创建信息并创建第一通信群,或,响应于选取控件被触发后所选取的通信群组,用被选取的通信群组作为第一通信群。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,第一话题信息,包括基于第一事项信息确定的如下的至少一项:第一用户、第一用户所在部门、第一事项信息关联的第一对象、第一对象的标识、第一事项信息的标题、第一事项信息的标识、第一事项信息的内容。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,还包括如下的至少一项:
响应于对第一话题信息中第一事项信息的标题或第一事项信息的标识的触发操作,打开第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页;
响应于对第一话题信息中第一对象或第一对象的标识的触发操作,打开第一系统中第一对象的详情页。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,将第一话题信息发送至第一话题群,包括如下的至少一项:
以第一用户的账号在第一话题群中发送第一话题信息;

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,在第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第三控件,第三控件用于被触发后定位到第一话题群中的第一话题信息;和/或,
第一系统中第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第四控件,第四控件用于被触发后确定第二系统中的内容并将其与第一事项信息相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,在第一话题群的第一话题信息以话题卡片的形式发送至第一话题群;话题卡片中显示有第五控件、第六控件和第七控件中的至少一个;
第五控件用于被触发后在所述第一系统和/或所述第一话题群中将第一事项信息标记为完成状态;
第六控件用于被触发后在述第一系统和/或所述第一话题群中将第一事项信息标记为记录状态;
第七控件用于被触发后确定第二系统中的内容并将其与第一事项信息相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,该方法还包括如下至少一项:
在第五控件、第六控件或第七控件被触发后,以回复所述第一话题信息的形式在第一话题群中发送第一通知消息,或者,以回复所述第一话题信息的形式在第一话题群中发送第一通知消息并提醒第一用户;
第一事项信息与第二系统中的一个或多个内容相关联;
第七控件被触发后显示用于输入第二系统中内容的地址的地址输入区,若在地址输入区中输入的地址错误,显示提示信息,若在地址输入区中输入的地址正确,将第一事项信息与输入的地址所对应的第二系统中的内容相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,还包括:
将第一话题信息与第二系统中的第一内容相关联;
响应于第二系统中的第一内容更新,以回复所述第一话题信息的形式向第一话题群中发送第二通知信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,还包括:
响应于对第二通知信息的触发操作,打开第二系统中的第一内容。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理装置,包括:
确定单元,用于响应于第一用户输入第一事项信息的输入操作,在第一系统中存储第一事项信息并基于第一事项信息确定第一话题群;
发送单元,用于基于第一事项信息生成第一话题信息,将第一话题信息发送至第一话题群;
其中,第一话题信息与第一事项信息相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种电子设备,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,至少一个处理器用于调用至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使处理器执行上述方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于第一用户输入第一事项信息的输入操作,在第一系统中存储所述第一事项信息并基于所述第一事项信息确定第一话题群;
    基于所述第一事项信息生成第一话题信息,将所述第一话题信息发送至所述第一话题群;
    其中,所述第一话题信息与所述第一事项信息相关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对所述第一话题群中所述第一话题信息的第一操作事件,将所述第一操作事件的处理结果同步至所述第一系统中的所述第一事项信息;或,
    响应于对所述第一系统中的所述第一事项信息的第二操作事件,将所述第二操作事件的处理结果同步至所述第一话题群中的所述第一话题信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一事项信息确定第一话题群包括:
    响应于所述第一事项信息中包括选取的话题群,用所述选取的话题群作为所述第一话题群;或者,
    响应于所述第一事项信息中包括群组创建信息,基于所述群组创建信息创建所述第一话题群。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第一事项信息中包括第一对象,将所述第一事项信息与所述第一系统中的第一对象相关联。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一事项信息的输入界面具有用于选取所述第一事项信息的分类的第一控件;所述第一控件用于确定所述第一事项信息为第一分类或第二分类。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于所述第一事项信息为第一分类,在第一系统中存储所述第一事项信息并基于所述第一事项信息确定第一话题群;基于所述第一事项信息生成第一话题信息,将所述第一话题信息发送至所述第一话题群;
    响应于所述第一事项信息为第二分类,在第一系统中存储所述第一事项信息并基于所述第一事项信息确定第一通信群;基于所述第一事项信息生成第一通信信息,将所述第一通信信息发送至所述第一通信群,所述第一通信群为非话题群。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述基于所述第一事项信息确定第一话题群,包括:响应于通过所述第一控件确定所述第一事项信息为第一分类,显示至少一个待选取的话题群,响应于对显示的至少一个话题群的选取操作,确定 选取的话题群为所述第一话题群;或者,
    所述基于所述第一事项信息确定第一通信群,包括:响应于通过所述第一控件确定所述第一事项信息为第二分类,显示用于创建通信群组的第二控件以及用于选取已有通信群组的选取控件,响应于第二控件被触发,生成通信群组创建信息并创建所述第一通信群,或,响应于所述选取控件被触发后所选取的通信群组,用被选取的通信群组作为所述第一通信群。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一话题信息,包括基于第一事项信息确定的如下的至少一项:所述第一用户、所述第一用户所在部门、所述第一事项信息关联的第一对象、所述第一对象的标识、所述第一事项信息的标题、所述第一事项信息的标识、所述第一事项信息的内容。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括如下中的至少一项:
    响应于对所述第一话题信息中所述第一事项信息的标题或所述第一事项信息的标识的触发操作,打开所述第一系统中所述第一事项信息的详情页;
    响应于对所述第一话题信息中所述第一对象或所述第一对象的标识的触发操作,打开所述第一系统中所述第一对象的详情页。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述第一话题信息发送至所述第一话题群,包括如下的至少一项:
    以所述第一用户的账号在所述第一话题群中发送所述第一话题信息;
    在所述第一话题信息中提及所述第一用户。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述第一话题信息在第一文档中生成第一记录信息,所述第一记录信息与所述第一话题信息相关联。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一文档中的第一记录信息中包括所述第一话题信息的关联标识;响应于对所述第一文档中的第一话题信息的关联标识的触发操作,打开所述第一话题群并定位至所述第一话题信息;和/或,
    所述第一文档中的第一记录信息中包括所述第一话题群的关联标识,响应于对第一文档中的所述第一话题群的关联标识的触发操作,打开所述第一话题群。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一系统中所述第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第三控件,所述第三控件用于被触发后定位到所述第一话题群中的所述第一话题信息;和/或,
    所述第一系统中所述第一事项信息的详情页中显示有第四控件,所述第四控件用于被触发后确定第二系统中的内容并将其与所述第一事项信息相关联。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一话题信息以话题卡片的形式发送至所述第一话题群;在所述第一话题群的所述话题卡片中显示有第五控件、第六控件和第七控件中的至少一个;
    所述第五控件用于被触发后在所述第一系统和/或所述第一话题群中将所述第一事项信息标记为完成状态;
    所述第六控件用于被触发后在所述第一系统和/或所述第一话题群中将所述第一事项信息标记为记录状态;
    所述第七控件用于被触发后确定第二系统中的内容并将其与所述第一事项信息相关联。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括如下至少一项:
    在所述第五控件、第六控件或第七控件被触发后,以回复所述第一话题信息的形式在所述第一话题群中发送第一通知消息,或者,以回复所述第一话题信息的形式在所述第一话题群中发送所述第一通知消息并提及所述第一用户;
    所述第一事项信息与所述第二系统中的一个或多个内容相关联;
    所述第七控件被触发后显示用于输入第二系统中内容的地址的地址输入区,若在所述地址输入区中输入的地址错误,显示提示信息,若在所述地址输入区中输入的地址正确,将所述第一事项信息与输入的地址所对应的第二系统中的内容相关联。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述第一话题信息与第二系统中的第一内容相关联;
    响应于所述第二系统中的所述第一内容更新,以回复所述第一话题信息的形式向所述第一话题群中发送第二通知信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对所述第二通知信息的触发操作,打开所述第二系统中的所述第一内容。
  18. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    确定单元,用于响应于第一用户输入第一事项信息的输入操作,在第一系统中存储所述第一事项信息并基于所述第一事项信息确定第一话题群;
    发送单元,用于基于所述第一事项信息生成第一话题信息,将所述第一话题信息发送至所述第一话题群;
    其中,所述第一话题信息与所述第一事项信息相关联。
  19. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储 器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至17中任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行权利要求1至17中任一项所述的方法。
