一些实施例中,第一记录与第一话题具有关联关系,在对第一记录执行第一操作事件后,能够根据关联关系定位到第一话题,从而打开第一通信组并定位到第一话题,以方便处理人员能够查看到第一话题的原始信息、上下文信息以及回复信息等相关的内容,方便处理人员进行处理。第一操作事件可以包括一个或多个操作,例如可以是对第一记录中部分内容的触发操作,也可以是对第一记录执行特定的手势操作。
举例而言,请参考图2和图5,用户张一在话题群1(第一通信组)中发布了第一话题,其中第一话题的信息内容为“增加功能1”,在确定第一话题产生后,在如图5所示的作为第一文档的在线表格中生成第一记录,记录了第一话题的发布时间、信息内容、附件、发布人、通信组等,并且在“话题”一列中提供了“查看”,通过点击“查看”可以打开话题群1并定位到“张一”发布的第一话题。这样,对于负责处理话题的处理人员而言,其在查看到第一记录进行处理时,能够随时定位到第一话题,并充分了解用户的真实意图,而无需执行复杂的查找第一话题的操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,预先在第一通信组中加入聊天机器人账号,通过聊天机器人账号执行:响应于第一通信组中产生新的第一话题,确定第一文档,根据第一话题的信息,在第一文档中生成第一记录。一些实施例中,用户使用的即时通信客户端中可能有多个通信组,但并非所有的通信组中的话题都需要进行收集,因此,对于需要收集话题的第一通信组中先加入具备将话题信息记录到指定文 档中功能的聊天机器人账号,聊天机器人账号在检测到其所在的第一通信组中出现新的话题后触发执行生成第一记录等步骤。在本公开的一些实施例中,预先设置有通信组与文档之间的关联关系;确定第一文档包括:基于通信组与文档之间的关联关系,确定第一通信组关联的第一文档。一些实施例中,文档可以有多个,通信组也可以有多个,不同的通信组中的话题信息可以记录在不同的文档中,因此需要预先设置不同的通信组与文档之间的关联关系,在确定第一文档时,可以是先确定第一话题所在的第一通信组,然后基于关联关系查找到第一通信组关联的第一文档。通过为第一通信组与第一文档之间设置关联关系,可以对不同的通信组的话题实现分文档存储,避免不相关的话题存储在一个文档造成处理人员处理不便。对于通信组与文档之间的关联关系,可以通过设置配置表格的形式进行存储,在配置表格中,以行存储为例,在一行记录中,在不同列分别存储通信组的标识、关联的文档的标识、关联的文档地址,一行记录中的通信组与文档具有关联关系,当然,也可以采用列存储的方式,在一列记录中,在不同行分别存储不同的内容。在一些实施例中,由群组中的聊天机器人账号,根据预先设置有通信组与文档之间关联关系,将所有群组中的话题信息记录到对应的文档中。
在本公开的一些实施例中,一个文档与一个或至少两个通信组相关联,一个文档中可以显示多个通信组的话题。若第一文档与至少两个通信组相关联,在第一文档中显示有至少两个通信组中话题的记录。第一文档中显示第一控件,第一控件用于被触发后选取至少两个通信组中的通信组,并显示被选取的通信组的话题所关联的记录。这样,可以在文档中实现对应通信群组中的话题信息的筛选,方便用户进行查看。
一些实施例中,第一文档可以和多个通信组相关联,如图7所示,此时第一文档中将显示多个通信组(话题群1和话题群2)的话题关联的记录,同时提供了第一控件,第一控件可以用于选取至少两个通信组中的部分通信组,被选取的通信组可以是一个,也可以是多个,然后在第一文档中显示被选取的通信组的记录信息,具体的,第一控件可以是图7中“总表/全部反馈”右侧的下三角,触发该下三角后显示可选的通信组,选取通信组后在第一文档中显示被选取的通信组的记录。
在本公开的一些实施例中,根据第一话题的信息,在第一文档中生第一记录,包括:根据第一话题的信息确定如下至少一项相关信息:发布日期、信息内容、附件、发布人员、话题查看标识或第一通信组的标识;将相关信息写入第一文档中对应的区域。一些实施例中,如图7所示,以第一文档为表格为例,在第一文档中设置了不同的区域,分别用于存储第一话题的发布日期、信息内容、附加、发布人员、话题查看标识等信息,通过第一记录可以大致了解第一话题的基本情况。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述根据所述第一话题的信息,在所述第一文档中生成第一记录包括:将所述第一话题的信息内容添加到第一记录的信息内容字段,其中,当所述第一话题的信息内容中包括预设类型的数据时,将所述信息内容中的除预设类型数据以外的部分添加到信息内容字段,将所述预设类型的数据添加到第一记录的附件字段,并根据所述预设类型数据在所述信息内容中的位置,在所述信息内容字段中用相应的占位符表示所述预设类型的数据。

在本公开的一些实施例中,所述响应于第一通信组中对所述第一话题的回复信息,在所述第一文档的第一记录中添加与所述回复信息对应的内容,包括:响应于第一通信组中对所述第一话题的回复信息,基于所述回复信息确定回复人员的人员类型,在所述第一文档中记录与所述人员类型对应的内容;其中,所述第一话题为事项话题,所述人员类型分为:事项跟进人员、具有相似事项的人员、完成事项的人员中的至少一种。
一些实施例中,第一话题可以是提出的需求事项、反馈事项、任务事项等事项信息,对于事项需要进行处理,因此需要统计事项的关联人员,例如跟进人员,完成人员等,事项跟进人员可以是对事项进行负责的人员,不同的人员所回复的回复信息不同,因此可以从回复信息中判断人员类型,对于不同人员类型所回复的回复信息所需要记录的内容可以存在差异,从而方便处理人员能够了解不同类型的人员对第一话题的看法或处理情况。
在本公开一些实施例中,基于所述回复信息确定回复人员的人员类型,包括:对所述回复信息进行语义识别,基于语义识别结果确定所述人员类型;或者,若所述回复信息为文本信息,则所述人员类型为事项跟进人员,若所述回复信息为第一预设符号,则所述人员类型为具有相似事项的人员,若所述回复信息为第二预设符号,则所述人员类型为完成事项的人员。
一些实施例中,不同类型的人员可以采用文本信息或符号(例如表情)进行回复,如果采用文本信息进行回复,则可以进行文本信息的语义识别,基于识别得到的语义判断回复信息的发布人的人员类别。或者,可以设定不同类型人员所回复的信息,将回复第一预设符号和第二预设符号可以设定为特定的符号,例如:请参考图6,第一预设符号可以是图6中所示的“+1”符号,通过对第一话题回复该符号,表明也存在类似的事项或需求,此时在图7所示的第一文档中“相似需求”一列中显示了 关联人员“张五”。一些实施例中,完成第一话题的事项的人员也是关联人员,对于完成第一话题的事项的人员,为了表示其对第一话题的事项完成处理,可以对第一话题回复第二预设符号,例如如图6所示,“王一”对第一话题回复了第二预设符号“Done”表示完成了第一话题的事项。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在所述第一文档中记录与所述人员类型对应的内容,包括:若所述人员类型为事项跟进人员,在所述第一文档的跟进人字段中记录回复人员的人员标识。一些实施例中,如图7所示在“跟进人”一列中显示了跟进人张四,人员标识在被触发后可以显示人员信息,也可以被触发后建立与人员标识对应的人员的通信。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在所述第一文档中记录与所述人员类型对应的内容,包括:若所人员类型为具有相似事项的人员,在所述第一文档的相似事项字段中记录回复人员的人员标识。一些实施例中,如图7所示在“相似需求”一列中显示了张五,人员标识在被触发后可以显示人员信息,也可以被触发后建立与人员标识对应的人员的通信。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在所述第一文档中记录与所述人员类型对应的内容,包括:若所人员类型为完成事项的人员,在所述第一文档的完成人字段中记录回复人员的人员标识、在完成时间字段记录回复时间、在周期字段中记录完成事项所花费的时长。一些实施例中,如图7所示,王一为完成事项的人员,在第一文档中更新了第一记录的状态,记录了已经解决,解决人为王一,记录了解决时间和周期(完成事项所花费的时长),通过统计事项的状态信息以及完成时间等信息,可以统计各个事项信息的完成状况,计算解决效率。
本公开一些实施例中,对于记录在第一文档中的第一记录,当第一话题更新时,例如被回复或操作,会响应于第一话题的更新对应更新第一记录。一些实施例中,考虑到用户发送表情等符号时可能是误发送,因此回复的回复信息可以被撤回,例如第二预设符号可以被撤回。所述方法还包括:响应于所述回复信息被撤回,删除所述第一文档中与回复信息对应的内容。例如撤销图6中的Done,则此时需要将第一记录中状态信息修改为未完成,并清空完成时间和周期。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当第一记录发生变化时,向第一记录中记录的人员发送通知消息,一些实施例中,第一记录发生变化是第一话题更新导致的,此时需要告知与第一话题有关联的用户。例如,当第一记录中记录第一话题的事项已完成时,向第一话题的发起人和关联人员(例如订阅或回复了第一话题的人员)发送通知信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所提出的方法可以用于用户提交反馈(第一话题),用户在提出反馈之后,反馈以第一记录的形式被收录在第一文档中,通过第一文档能够集中的查看用户提出的反馈,并查看到各个反馈的处理进度、负责人员以及关联人员,并能够查看到反馈的信息内容和附件,以及从第一记录跳转回原始的反馈所在的位置,并在反馈被处理完成后能够统计花费的时长,从而能够及时处理用户提出的反馈并了解各个反馈的处理情况,知道哪些反馈已经解决,哪些没有解决,同时,以话题的形式发送反馈到第一通信组,对于用于来说,将第一通信组内与第一话题相关信息汇总到同一个第一话题内查看,这样无需关心群组中不相关的内容,只需要关注自己相关的话题即可,避免了群组中信息过多常常需要查看无效消息的情况,并且还能查看到有哪些用户具有相似的问题或需求,方便将相似的问题一并解决。
在本申请的一些实施例中还提出一种信息处理装置,包括:
确定单元,用于响应于第一通信组中产生新的第一话题,确定第一文档;
记录单元,用于根据所述第一话题的信息,在所述第一文档中生成第一记录,其中,所述第一记录与所述第一话题相关联。

一些实施例中,预先在第一通信组中加入聊天机器人账号,通过聊天机器人账号执行:响应于第一通信组中产生新的第一话题,确定第一文档,根据第一话题的信息,在第一文档中生成第一记录。
一些实施例中,预先设置通信组与文档之间的关联关系;确定第一文档,包括:根据关联关系确定第一通信组关联的第一文档。
一些实施例中,一个文档与一个或至少两个的通信组相关联。一些实施例中,若第一文档与至少两个通信组相关联,在第一文档中显示有至少两个通信组中的话题所关联的记录;第一文档中显示第一控件,第一控件用于被触发后选取至少两个通信组中的通信组,并在第一文档中显示被选取的通信组的话题所关联的记录。
一些实施例中,根据第一话题的信息,在第一文档中生成第一记录,包括:根据第一话题的信息确定如下至少一项相关信息:发布日期、信息内容、附件、发布人员、话题查看标识或第一通信组的标识;将相关信息写入第一文档中对应的区域。
一些实施例中,根据第一话题的信息,在第一文档中生成第一记录包括:将第一话题的信息内容添加到第一记录的信息内容字段,其中,当第一话题的信息内容中包括预设类型的数据时,将信息内容中的除预设类型数据以外的部分添加到信息内容字段,将预设类型的数据添加到第一记录的附件字段,并根据预设类型数据在信息内容中的位置,在信息内容字段中用相应的占位符表示预设类型的数据。
一些实施例中,第一文档为多维表格,或者,第一文档中插入有多维表格,通过多维表格记录第一记录。一些实施例中,满足如下中的一项或多项:不同类型的预设类型数据对应的占位符号不同;占位符号中显示了预设类型的数据的类型;预设类型的数据按照在信息内容中的出现顺序显示在附件字段中;预设类型数据包括图片、视频、信息卡片或会话记录中的至少一个。
一些实施例中,记录单元根据第一话题的信息,在第一文档中生成第一记录包括:在第一记录中包含话题查看标识或第一通信组的标识。第一操作事件包括:对第一记录中的话题查看标识或第一通信组标识的触发操作。
一些实施例中,记录单元还用于响应于第一通信组中对第一话题的回复信息,在第一文档的第一记录中添加与回复信息对应的内容。

    响应于对所述第一文档中的所述第一记录的第一操作事件,打开所述第一通信组并定位至所述第一话题。

    若所述第一文档与至少两个通信组相关联,在所述第一文档中显示有所述至少两个通信组中的话题所关联的记录;
    所述第一文档中显示第一控件,所述第一控件用于被触发后选取所述至少两个通信组中的通信组,并在所述第一文档中显示被选取的通信组的话题所关联的记录。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述第一话题的信息,在所述第一文档中生成第一记录,包括:
    根据所述第一话题的信息确定如下至少一项相关信息:发布日期、信息内容、附件、发布人员、话题查看标识或所述第一通信组的标识;
    将所述相关信息写入所述第一文档中对应的区域。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述第一话题的信息,在所述第一文档中生成第一记录包括:
    将所述第一话题的信息内容添加到第一记录的信息内容字段,其中,当所述第一话题的信息内容中包括预设类型的数据时,将所述信息内容中的除预设类型数据以外的部分添加到信息内容字段,将 所述预设类型的数据添加到第一记录的附件字段,并根据所述预设类型数据在所述信息内容中的位置,在所述信息内容字段中用相应的占位符表示所述预设类型的数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一文档为多维表格,或者,所述第一文档中插入有多维表格,通过所述多维表格记录所述第一记录。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下中的一项或多项:
    不同类型的预设类型数据对应的占位符号不同;
    所述占位符号中显示了所述预设类型的数据的类型;
    所述预设类型的数据按照在所述信息内容中的出现顺序显示在附件字段中;
    所述预设类型数据包括图片、视频、信息卡片或会话记录中的至少一个。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述第一话题的信息,在所述第一文档中生成第一记录包括:在所述第一记录中包含话题查看标识或所述第一通信组的标识;
    所述第一操作事件包括:对所述第一记录中的所述话题查看标识或所述第一通信组标识的触发操作。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    响应于第一通信组中对所述第一话题的回复信息,在所述第一文档的第一记录中添加与所述回复信息对应的内容。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一通信组中对所述第一话题的回复信息,在所述第一文档的第一记录中添加与所述回复信息对应的内容,包括:
    响应于第一通信组中对所述第一话题的回复信息,基于所述回复信息确定回复人员的人员类型,在所述第一文档中记录与所述人员类型对应的内容;
    其中,所述第一话题为事项话题,所述人员类型分为:事项跟进人员、具有相似事项的人员、完成事项的人员中的至少一种。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,
    基于所述回复信息确定回复人员的人员类型,包括:
    对所述回复信息进行语义识别,基于语义识别结果确定所述人员类型;
    或者,
    若所述回复信息为文本信息,则所述人员类型为事项跟进人员,若所述回复信息为第一预设符号,则所述人员类型为具有相似事项的人员,若所述回复信息为第二预设符号,则所述人员类型为完成事 项的人员。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一文档中记录与所述人员类型对应的内容,包括:
    若所述人员类型为事项跟进人员,在所述第一文档的跟进人字段中记录回复人员的人员标识;或者,
    若所人员类型为具有相似事项的人员,在所述第一文档的相似事项字段中记录回复人员的人员标识;或者,
    若所人员类型为完成事项的人员,在所述第一文档的完成人字段中记录回复人员的人员标识、在完成时间字段记录回复时间、在周期字段中记录完成事项所花费的时长。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:响应于所述回复信息被撤回,删除所述第一文档中与所述回复信息对应的内容。
  17. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于响应于第一通信组中产生新的第一话题,确定第一文档;
    记录单元,用于根据所述第一话题的信息,在所述第一文档中生成第一记录,其中,所述第一记录与所述第一话题相关联。
  18. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至16中任一项所述的方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行权利要求1至16中任一项所述的方法。
