本公开涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及一种群成员添加方法、装置、设备及介质。
背景技术
为提高工作效率以及消息传播速度,在实际的工作中会建立各种类型的互联网会话群组,以通过互联网会话群组进行沟通,例如即时通信应用中的会话群组、网络社区中的会话群组、多媒体交流平台中的会话群组等。目前在创建群组或向已有群组内添加新成员时,需要用户手动选择所要添加的成员。当需要添加的成员数量较大时,需要花费大量的时间,影响工作效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供一种群成员添加方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现群成员的快速添加,提高工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本公开实施例提供的技术方案如下:
在本公开实施例第一方面,提供了一种群成员添加方法,该方法包括:
响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,所述目标文档包括一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息;
对所述目标文档进行解析,获得一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息;
根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。
在本公开实施第二方面,提供了一种群成员添加装置,该装置包括:
获取单元,用于响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,所述目标文档包括一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息;

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本公开方案,下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
在实际的工作中,为提高沟通效率,将建立消息群组,以通过消息群组实现高效沟通。在建立群组时,群主需要通过手动单点的方式向群组中添加群成员,导致添加成本较高,影响效率。
基于此,本公开实施例提供了一种群成员添加方法,预先定义导入文档的模板,用户可以预先在文档中录入所需要添加的成员信息。在需要添加时,响应于第一用户的触发操作,使得客户端获取导入的目标文档,并对目标文档进行解析获得该目标文档中所包括的一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息。然后,根据所获取的用户信息将解析获得的一个或多个第二用户添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组,提高添加效率。
为便于理解本公开实施例提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图1,该图为本公开实施例提供的一种群成员添加方法流程图,如图1所示,该方法可以由群成员添加设备执行。群成员添加设备可以为电子设备,还可以为其他设备,在此不作限制。其中,电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、台式计算机、笔记本电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
S101:响应于第一用户触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,该目标文档包括一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息。
在一些实施例中,可以预先定义导入文档的模板,在第一用户需要通过导入文档添加群成员时,第一用户先获取导入文档模板,并根据模板规则向导入文档模板中录入所要添加的第二用户的用户信息,该用户信息为第二用户在即时通信系统中的信息。例如用户信息可以为第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识或者为第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的手机号或邮箱等。例如图2a所示的导入文档模板,该模板规则为:仅支持导入本企业成员、输入管理后台录入的用户信息以及最多导入500人。其中,目标文档的格式可以为表格或Word文档。
其中,目标文档类型可以包括在线文档和/或离线文档,针对不同的类型的目标文档,其所包括的用户信息也可以不同。例如,当目标文档的类型为在线文档时,其所包括的用户信息可以为第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识(user-id),该用户标识在即时通信系统中唯一地标识一个第二用户。和/或,目标文档中所包括的用户信息为第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的信息。当目标文档的类型为离线文档时,其所包括的用户信息为第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的信息。
在一些实施例中,当目标文档的类型为在线文档时,可以通过预设快捷键在目标文档中添加第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识。例如图2b所示,第一用户可以通过输入@符号的方式唤起其所在企业的成员信息,进而从中选择所要添加的第二用户的用户标识。或者,第一用户向目标文档中输入第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的用户信息。
在一些实施例中,当目标文档的类型为离线文档时,第一用户可以直接向目标文档中输入第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的用户信息。
在完成目标文档录入后,第一用户可以在批量导入页面中进行触发,以上传目标文档。具体地,响应于第一用户在导入页面选择的导入方式,根据导入方式获取目标文档。其中,导入方式与目标文档的类型一一对应,包括在线导入和本地导入,在线导入是指导入在线文档,本地导入是指导入保存在本地的离线文档。如图3a所示,在批量导入页面包括在线导入和本地导入两个选项,用户可以根据实际需求进行选择。
一种情况下,响应于第一用户在导入页面触发的在线导入操作,获取第一用户输入的文档链接;在获取到文档链接后,通过解析该文档链接获取目标文档。如图3b所示,将文档链接添加到在线导入的输入框后,通过解析可以确定文档链接所对应的目标文档。
在一些实施例中,为保证用户信息的安全性,在获取到目标文档后,可以对目标文档 的使用权限进行判断,以便在具有使用权限的情况下,利用目标文档批量添加群成员。具体地,在解析获得目标文档后,判断第一用户对目标文档是否具有编辑权限,如果不具有编辑权限,则可以通过阻断弹窗提示第一用户无权限利用该目标文档。例如图3c所示,在解析获得目标文档后,响应于第一用户在批量导入页面任一位置进行点击,将唤起对目标文档使用权限的判断,当第一用户无使用权限时,则通过弹窗进行提示。
另外,当第一用户对目标文档不具有编辑权限时,为使得第一用户可以利用上述目标文档批量添加成员,可以在阻断弹窗中显示申请权限组件;响应于第一用户对申请权限组件的触发操作,向目标文档的所有者发送申请请求,该申请请求用于请求目标文档的所有者赋予第一用户对目标文档的编辑权限。
在一些实施例中,在解析获得目标文档后,响应于第一用户对目标文档或目标文档所在输入框的触发操作,显示删除组件;响应于第一用户对删除组件的触发操作,删除所解析的目标文档。即,当第一用户误上传导入文档或者想要更换目标文档时,响应于第一用户再次操作输入框,可以显示删除组件,以便第一用户通过触发删除组件删除已上传的目标文档,并进行更换,提高用户使用体验。例如,当第一用户再次操作图3b中输入框时,可以显示删除组件,第一用户操作该删除组件后,使得导入的文档失效,输入框恢复到初始状态。
另一种情况下,如果用户选择的导入方式为本地导入且第一用户触发的本地导入操作后,获取目标文档,该目标文档的类型为离线文档。其中,本地导入操作包括拖拽上传操作和点击上传操作。如图3d所示,在第一用户选择本地导入时,可以通过拖拽或点击上传组件“+”上传目标文档。具体地,通过图3d可知,当第一用户选择本地导入时,客户端可以提供本地导入所使用的导入文档模板,第一用户通过客户端可以下载导入文档模板。在获取到导入文档模板后,第一用户可以根据导入文档模板的提示进行信息完善,进而生成待上传的目标文档。
在一些实施例中,在上传目标文档后,响应于第一用户在导入页面中触发的更换操作,删除目标文档。具体地,当上传目标文档后,导入页面中可以显示更换组件,响应于第一用户对更换组件的触发操作,删除已上传的目标文档,以使得第一用户可以重新上传。如图3e中,最右边的导入页面中显示更换组件。
S102:对导入文档进行解析,获得一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息。
本实施例中,在获取到目标文档后,将对目标文档进行解析,以获得该导入文档所包括的一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息。
在一些实施例中,在从目标文档中读取一个或多个用户的第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息后,可以确定每个用户信息是否符合预设规则;响应于用户信息不符合预设规则,确定不符合预设规则的用户信息在目标文档的位置;显示所确定的不符合预设规则的用户信息在目标文档的位置。即,本实施例可以定位不符合预设规则的用户信息的位置。
其中,预设规则可以根据目标文档所输入的用户信息进行设置,例如预设规则为用户信息的位数为预设位数或者用户信息的表达格式为特定格式等。例如用户信息为第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的第一标识信息为11位,当读取目标文档中某一第二用户 的第一标识信息为10位时,则确定该第二用户的第一标识信息不符合预设规则,确定该第一标识信息所在的位置,并在批量导入页面进行提示,以使得用户可以直观地了解不符合预设规则的用户信息所在的位置。再例如,用户信息为第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的第二标识信息,该第二标识信息具有特定的表达格式,如果目标文档中某一第二用户的第二标识信息不符合特定的表达格式,则确定该第二用户的第二标识信息不符合预设规则,进而确定该第二标识信息所在的位置。
在一些实施例中,在解析获得目标文档所包括的用户信息后,可以显示该目标文档所包括的用户数量。例如图3c和图3d所示,成功导入16人。
S103:根据用户信息将一个或多个第二用户添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组。
在解析获得目标文档所包括的用户信息后,响应于第一用户触发的导入操作,根据用户信息将一个或多个第二用户添加至即时通信系统中的目标群中,实现一次性导入多个第二用户的目的,提高用户使用体验。
在一些实施例中,当目标文档的类型为在线文档且目标文档中的用户信息为第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识时,直接基于用户信息将用户标识添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组中。
在一些实施例中,当目标文档的类型为在线文档且目标文档中的用户信息非第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识时,根据用户信息以及指定对应关系确定第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识;将用户标识添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组。其中,用户标识用于在即时通信系统中唯一地指示第二用户,指定对应关系包括用户信息以及用户标识的关联关系。
在一些实施例中,当目标文档中的用户信息非第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识,而是第二用户在即时通信系统中注册时所使用的信息时,即时通信系统在接收第二用户的注册申请时,将为第二用户分配用户标识,并建立注册时所使用的信息与用户标识之间的关联关系,保存上述关联关系。当从目标文档中解析出用户信息为第二用户注册时所使用的信息时,则利用上述关联关系以及用户信息确定出与该用户信息对应的用户标识。
通过前述可知,在目标文档的类型为在线文档时,将对第一用户对目标文档的使用权限进行判断,响应于第一用户对目标文档具有编辑权限,则将用户标识添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组中。
在一些实施例中,在目标文档的类型为离线文档时,通常情况下,目标文档中所包括的第二用户的用户信息非第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识,该情况下,在根据用户信息将一个或多个第二用户添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组时,具体可以包括:根据用户信息以及指定的对应关系确定第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户标识;将用户标识添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组。其中,用户标识用于在即时通信系统中唯一地指示第二用户,指定对应关系包括用户信息以及用户标识的关联关系。
需要说明的是,第一用户可以在多个场景下利用批量导入的方式向群组中添加成员,例如新建群组的场景或向已有群组中添加成员。其中,新建群组可以包括“+”号建群、单聊建群、转发建群等。
可见,当第一用户需要向目标群组中添加新成员时,响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,该目标文档中包括一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息。在获取到目标文档后,对该目标文档进行解析,从而获得目标文档中所包括的一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息。在解析获得用户信息后,将根据用户信息将一个或多个第二用户添加至即时通信系统中的目标群组中。可见,通过本公开实施例提供的技术方案可以通过导入文档一次性添加多个第二用户至目标群组,无需用户手动选择,提高工作效率。
基于上述方法实施例,本公开实施例提供了一种实现上述方法的装置和设备,下面将结合附图进行说明。

参见图5,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备500的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、PAD(portable android device,平板电脑)、PMP(Portable Media Player,便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV(television,电视机)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图5示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,电子设备500可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)501,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)502中的程序或者从存储装置508加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)503中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM503中,还存储有电子设备500操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置501、ROM 502以及RAM 503通过总线 504彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口505也连接至总线504。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口505:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置506;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置507;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置508;以及通信装置509。通信装置509可以允许电子设备500与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图5示出了具有各种装置的电子设备500,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。

本公开实施例提供一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如上述任一实施例所述的群成员添加方法。

根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。

响应于所述第一用户在导入页面触发的在线导入操作,获取所述第一用户输入的文档链接;

Claims (18)

  1. 一种群成员添加方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,所述目标文档包括一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息;
    对所述目标文档进行解析,获得所述一个或多个第二用户在所述即时通信系统中的用户信息;
    根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标文档类型包括在线文档和/或离线文档。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户在导入页面触发的在线导入操作,获取所述第一用户输入的文档链接;
    根据所述文档链接获取目标文档,所述目标文档的类型为在线文档。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组,包括:
    当所述用户信息为所述第二用户在所述即时通信系统中的用户标识时,直接基于所述用户信息将所述用户标识添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组,包括:
    当所述用户信息非所述第二用户在所述即时通信系统中的用户标识时,根据所述用户信息以及指定对应关系确定所述第二用户在所述即时通信系统中的用户标识,所述用户标识用于在所述即时通信系统中唯一地指示所述第二用户,所述指定对应关系包括所述用户信息以及所述用户标识的关联关系;
    将所述用户标识添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述用户标识添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户对所述目标文档具有编辑权限,将所述用户标识添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组中。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应所述第一用户对所述目标文档不具有编辑权限,显示申请权限组件;
    响应所述第一用户对所述申请权限组件的触发操作,向所述目标文档的所有者发送申请请求,所述申请请求用于请求所述目标文档的所有者赋予所述第一用户对所述目标文档的编辑权限。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一用户对所述目标文档或所述目标文档所在输入框的触发操作,显示删 除组件;
    响应于所述第一用户对所述删除组件的触发操作,删除所述目标文档。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户在导入页面触发的本地导入操作,获取目标文档,所述目标文档的类型为离线文档。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组,包括:
    根据所述用户信息以及指定的对应关系确定所述第二用户在所述即时通信系统中的用户标识,所述指定的对应关系包括所述用户信息与所述用户标识的关联关系;
    将所述用户标识添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一用户在所述导入页面中触发的更换操作,删除所述目标文档。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息后,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述用户信息是否符合预设规则;
    响应于所述用户信息不符合所述预设规则,确定不符合所述预设规则的用户信息在所述目标文档的位置;
    显示所述不符合所述预设规则的用户信息在所述目标文档的位置。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在对所述目标文档进行解析,获得一个或多个第二用户在所述即时通讯系统中的用户信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    显示所述目标文档所包括的第二用户的数量。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取导入文档模板;
    根据模板规则向所述导入文档模板中录入所要添加的第二用户的用户信息,得到目标文档。
  15. 一种群成员添加装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取单元,用于响应于第一用户的触发操作,获取导入的目标文档,所述目标文档包括一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息;
    解析单元,用于对所述目标文档进行解析,获得所述一个或多个第二用户在即时通信系统中的用户信息;
    添加单元,用于根据所述用户信息将所述一个或多个第二用户添加至所述即时通信系统中的目标群组。
  16. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备 执行权利要求1-14任一项所述的群成员添加方法。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-14任一项所述的群成员添加方法。
  18. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1-14任一项所述的群成员添加方法。
