在上述组分中,乌龙茶提取物具有瘦身、抗肿瘤、预防老化等功效;另外,除了提神益思、消除疲劳、杀菌消炎、解毒防病等保健功能外,还突出表现在防癌症、降血脂、抗衰老等特殊功效;接骨木提取物为强氧化剂,能清除自由基、防衰老;香菇提取物可减少血清胆固醇、增强免疫系统以及抗癌活性;人参提取物具有大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津止渴,安神益智等功效;可乐果提取物具有兴奋剂及欣快剂的作用,还可治疗头痛和抑郁症,帮助消化食物;红枣提取物能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞,还具有补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等功效;迷迭香提取物具有强化肝脏功能,降低血糖的功效。
采用上述组分制成的功能饮料,具有提神益思、消除疲劳、生津止渴、补虚益气以及提高人体免疫力等功效,易疲劳、免疫力低的人群长期饮用该功能饮料,可改善易疲劳的情况,并且可增强免疫力。
在上述实施例中,天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物等中的一种或几种;天然香味剂为从具有不同香味的上述水果中所提取的提取物,采用天然香味剂更为健康,可避免现有的化学合成香味剂给饮用者带来的危害。天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白等中的一种或几种,天然甜味剂是纯天然的提取物,甜度明显高于蔗糖甜度,不含任何卡路里,不会影响血糖水平或干扰胰岛素,可以给糖尿病人在预算总摄入热量方面提供更多灵活选择,并有助于控制体重,可以用来辅助治疗糖尿病。
在上述实施例中,迷迭香提取物可以作为天然防腐剂使用,以保证功能饮料的食用保质期。

乌龙茶提取物:0.5g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.1g、人参提取物0.05g、可乐果提取物:0.05g、红枣提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.1g。

抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然健康功能饮料的组分如下:
乌龙茶提取物:1g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.1g、人参提取物0.05g、可乐果提取物:0.05g、红枣提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:97.6g。

实施例13
功能饮料组分如下:
乌龙茶提取物:0.5g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.1g、人参提取物0.05g、可乐果提取物:0.05g、红枣提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、蓝莓提取物:0.5g、非洲甜果素:2g、水:96.6g。
以上实施例1-13中功能饮料均采用下述方法制备:
A、将乌龙茶提取物、接骨木提取物、香菇提取物、人参提取物、可乐果提取物、红枣提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的组分配比在室温下搅拌混合,以获得混合液;
B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,获得备用分离液;
C、将步骤B中形成的分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;流速为10dm3/h;
D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
上述实施例中,微孔滤膜的孔径可以选择为0.88-0.22μm。上述步骤D中采用微孔滤膜将过滤除菌的详细操作如下:
(1)组装、灭菌;
将0.22μm孔径的滤膜装入清洗干净的塑料滤器中,旋紧压平,包装灭菌后待用(0.lMPa,121.5℃灭菌20min)。
(2)连接;
在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的塑料滤器的入口以无菌操作方式连接于装有待滤溶液的注射器上,将针头与出口处连接并插入带橡皮塞的无菌试管中。
(3)压滤;
将注射器中的待滤溶液加压并缓缓挤入过滤到无菌试管中,滤毕,将针头拨出。压滤时,用力要适当,不可太猛太快,以免细菌通过。
(4)无菌检查;
无菌操作吸取无菌试管中的除菌滤液0.1ml于肉汤蛋白胨平板上,涂布均匀,置37℃温室中培养24h,检查是否有菌生长。
(5)清洗;
弃去塑料滤器上的微孔滤膜,将塑料滤器清洗干净,并换上一张新的微孔滤膜,组装包扎,再经无菌后使用。
整个过程应在无菌条件下严格无菌操作,以防污染,过滤时应避免各连接处出现渗漏现象。
临床试验通过健康管理云平台,对120名体验者进行临床验证试验,平均每日服用该功能饮料200ml,体验1年后,95%以上的体验者身体明显感觉轻松、睡眠好、精神好、抵抗力增强。
上述功能饮料性质稳定、效果明显,不仅针对不同的易疲劳、免疫力低下人群,对于同时具有多种病症患者或正常人的身体状况均具有较好的促进和改善作用。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:0.5~2份,接骨木提取物:0.1~0.5份,香菇提取物:0.1~0.5份,人参提取物:0.05~0.2份,可乐果提取物:0.05~0.2份,红枣提取物:0.05-0.5份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、奇异果提取物和蓝莓提取物中的一种或几种;所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白和三氯蔗糖其中的一种或几种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:0.5g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.1g、人参提取物0.05g、可乐果提取物:0.05g、红枣提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.1g。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:2g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.5g、人参提取物0.1g、可乐果提取物:0.1g、红枣提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、巴西莓提取物:1g、甜叶菊提取物:1g、水:94.9g。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:1g、接骨木提取物:0.5g、香菇提取物:0.5g、人参提取物0.2g、可乐果提取物:0.2g、红枣提取物:0.5g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、火龙果提取物:2g、三氯蔗糖:2g、水:91.9g。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述迷迭香提取物可作为天然防腐剂使用。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:0.5g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.1g、人参提取物0.05g、可乐果提取物:0.05g、红枣提取物:0.05g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:98.1g。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:2g、接骨木提取物:0.1g、香菇提取物:0.5g、人参提取物0.1g、可乐果提取物:0.1g、红枣提取物:0.2g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、巴西莓提取物:1g、甜叶菊提取物:1g、水:94.9g。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    乌龙茶提取物:1g、接骨木提取物:0.5g、香菇提取物:0.5g、人参提取物0.2g、可乐果提取物:0.2g、红枣提取物:0.5g、迷迭香提取物:0.2g、火龙果提取物:2g、三氯蔗糖:2g、水:91.9g。
  10. 一种基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包含以下步骤:
    A、将乌龙茶提取物、接骨木提取物、香菇提取物、人参提取物、可乐果提取物、红枣提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的组分配比在室温下搅拌混合,以获得混合液;
    B、将步骤A中形成的所述混合液高速离心分离,获得备用分离液;
    C、将步骤B中形成的所述分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;流速为10dm3/h;
    D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的基于健康促进的抗疲劳、增强免疫的纯天然功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述微孔滤膜的孔径为0.88-0.22μm。
