此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料的制备方法,所述制备方法包含以下步骤:
A、将绿茶提取物、绿咖啡豆提取物、枳实提取物、虎杖提取物、覆盆子提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的配比室温下搅拌混合;
B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,分离液备用;
C、将步骤B中形成的分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;
D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
优选地,所述微孔滤膜的孔径为0.22-0.88μm。
本发明提供的功能饮料不仅仅针对特殊肥胖人群群体,对于正常人饮用来说也可以起到预防肥胖的作用。本发明通过健康管理云平台系统,对服用该饮料的患者进行了体重跟踪记录与数据分析,分析结果表明长期服用该功能饮料确实可以起到减肥的作用,从而接近并达到正常范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释,本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
本发明提供的基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
绿茶提取物:0.5~1份,绿咖啡豆提取物:0.5~2份,枳实提取物:0.5~2份,虎杖提取物:0.5~2份,覆盆子提取物:0.5~2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
在上述组分中,绿茶提取物具有清热解暑、消食化痰、生津止渴、降火明目等药理作用。
绿咖啡豆提取物来源于茜草科植物小果咖啡、中果咖啡及大果咖啡的种子,其主要成分为绿原酸,具有降压、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、补肾、抗氧化、减肥等作用,对透明质酸梅及葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的抑制作用,对自由基的清除及抗脂质过氧化作用,具有天然安全的减肥功效。
枳实提取物为芸香科植物酸橙及其栽培变种或甜橙的干燥幼果,辛弗林是酸橙果实中的主要活性成分,其可有效预防能量过剩(热量堆积),逐风理气,温胃促进食欲并加速新陈代谢,酸橙理论上可加速脂肪代谢且不会像使用麻黄的患者那样出现不良的副作用影响心血管;酸橙提取物能够帮助使用者消耗多余热量,降低胃口和提高饱足感,导致体重减轻;一项对狗的研究也提出辛弗林在被称为褐脂组织的特殊脂肪组织中能提升代谢速率;由于枳实中辛弗林和其它多种成分结构上类似于麻黄碱并担当特殊肾上腺素受体的激体(Beta-3,但并非Beta-1,Beta-2或Alpha-1),枳实并不像麻黄那样的对中央神经系统有消极的作用,麻黄会刺激所有的beta-肾上腺素受体。
虎杖提取物中的主要功能成分是白藜芦醇和大黄素;研究显示白藜芦醇和大黄素表现出广泛的抗氧化特性,如LDL胆固醇氧化和脂质过氧化反应;白藜芦醇同时显示出有助于心血管健康和活血,减轻疼痛,清热去湿,去毒去痰;其它成分包括丹蒽酮,大黄素甲醚和大黄酸都具有抗炎症,祛关节炎和抗微生物活性。
覆盆子提取物,覆盆子含有多种抗氧化、调节免疫功能和调整物质代谢等作用的成分。近年来有人从100个抗衰延寿古方中进行筛选,并通过寿命实验,结果表明覆盆子为作用最为显着的7味中药之一。覆盆子含有烯酮素(raspberry ketone),能够加速脂肪的代谢燃烧,效果比辣椒素(Capsaicin)强三倍,比平常进食加快5倍脂肪代谢燃烧。能够加速脂肪的代谢燃烧,效果比辣椒素(Capsaicin)强三倍,比平常进食加快5倍脂肪代谢燃烧。
迷迭香提取物具有强化肝脏功能,降低血糖的功效,同时还可作为防腐剂。天然香味剂和天然甜味剂使本发明提供的功能饮料香甜可口,口味接近于正常饮料,增强患者的饮用欲望。
由于肥胖者身体内的脂肪组织增多,机体代谢耗氧量加大,从而导致心输出量增加,心脏做功量增大,导致使心肌肥厚和动脉粥样硬化,因此易诱发高血压,冠心病、心绞痛、脑血管疾病和猝死。肥胖的人因体重增加,身体各器官的负重都增加,可引起腰痛、关节痛、消化不良、气喘;身体肥胖的人往往怕热、多汗、皮肤皱折处易发生皮炎、擦伤,并容易合并化脓性或真菌感染;因行动不便还容易遭受各种外伤、骨折及扭伤等。科学家研究发现肥胖者并发脑栓塞与心衰的发病率比正常体重者高1倍,患冠心病,高血压,糖尿病,胆石症者较正常人高3-5倍,由于这些疾病的侵袭,人们的寿命将明显缩短。由于肥胖导致体内代谢和内分泌异常,常可引起多种代谢性疾病如:糖尿病,高脂血症,高尿酸血症等,女性月经不调等。肥胖还可以增加恶性肿瘤的发病率,肥胖妇女子宫内膜癌比正常妇女高2-3倍。肥胖男性结肠癌、直肠癌和前列腺癌的发生率较正常人高。
服用上述功能饮料,饮料中的枳实提取物能够有效预防能量过剩(热量堆积),逐风理气,温胃促进食欲并加速新陈代谢,酸橙理论上可加速脂肪代谢且不会像使用麻黄的患者那样出现不良的副作用影响心血管,同时降低胃口和提高饱足感,致使患者体重减轻;绿咖啡豆提取物起到降压作用,抗肿瘤作用,补肾、增强机体免疫作用,抗氧化、抗衰老、抗拒如骨骼老化等作用;虎杖提取物和覆盆子提取物有助于心血管健康和活血,减轻疼痛,清热去湿,去毒去痰,祛关节炎,减轻肥胖症的伴随症状。
在上述实施例中,天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物等中的一种或几种;天然香味剂为从具有不同香味的上述水果中所提取的提取物,采用天然香味剂更为健康,可避免现有的化学合成香味剂给饮用者带来的危害。天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白等中的一种或几种,天然甜味剂是纯天然的提取物,甜度明显高于蔗糖甜度,不含任何卡路里,不会影响血糖水平或干扰胰岛素,可以给肥胖人群在预算总摄入热量方面提供更多灵活选择,并有助于控制体重,可以用来辅助治疗糖尿病。同时,所述功能饮料中含有的天然甜味成分不会增加血液中葡萄糖含量,可以有效解决肥胖人群对甜食的依赖感。此外,功能饮料的卡路里热量值为零,不会给肥胖人群增加额外的运动负担。
在上述实施例中,迷迭香提取物可以作为天然防腐剂使用,以保证功能饮料的食用保质期。

实施例8
基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料的组分如下:
绿茶提取物:1g、绿咖啡豆提取物:1.5g、枳实提取物:1.5g、虎杖提取物:1.5g、覆盆子提取物:1.5g、迷迭香提取物:0.1g、巴西莓提取物:1.5g、奇异果甜蛋白:1.5g、水:89.9g。
以上实施例1-8中的基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料均采用下述方法制备:
A、将绿茶提取物、绿咖啡豆提取物、枳实提取物、虎杖提取物、覆盆子提取物、迷迭香提取物、天然香味剂、天然甜味剂和水按预置的配比室温下搅拌混合;
B、将步骤A中形成的混合液高速离心分离,分离液备用;
C、将步骤B中形成的分离液用均质机均质,得到均质液,均质压力为25Mpa;
D、采用微孔滤膜对均质液进行过滤除菌,得到目的功能饮料。
上述实施例中,微孔滤膜的孔径可以选择为0.22-0.88μm。上述步骤D中采用微孔滤膜将过滤除菌的详细操作如下:
(1)组装、灭菌;
将0.22μm孔径的滤膜装入清洗干净的塑料滤器中,旋紧压平,包装灭菌后待用(0.lMPa,121.5℃灭菌20min)。
(2)连接;
在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的塑料滤器的入口以无菌操作方式连接于装有待滤溶液的注射器上,将针头与出口处连接并插入带橡皮塞的无菌试管中。
(3)压滤;
将注射器中的待滤溶液加压并缓缓挤入过滤到无菌试管中,滤毕,将针头拨出。压滤时,用力要适当,不可太猛太快,以免细菌通过。
(4)无菌检查;
无菌操作吸取无菌试管中的除菌滤液0.1ml于肉汤蛋白胨平板上,涂布均匀,置37℃温室中培养24h,检查是否有菌生长。
(5)清洗;
弃去塑料滤器上的微孔滤膜,将塑料滤器清洗干净,并换上一张新的微孔滤膜,组装包扎,再经无菌后使用。
整个过程应在无菌条件下严格无菌操作,以防污染,过滤时应避免各连接处出现渗漏现象。
成年人标准体重:(身高cm-100cm)×90%=标准体重(kg)。当体重超过标准体重的10%时,称为超重;超出标准体重的20%,称为轻度肥胖;超出标准体重的30%时候,称为中度肥胖;当超过50%时候称为重度肥胖。
体重指数BMI=体重(Kg)/(身高)2(m2)。
临床试验通过健康管理云平台,对25名体验者进行临床验证和BMI长期监控,平均每日服用该功能饮料200ml,以服用前体重指数BMI为依照对比,每次早、中、晚各测量一次体重值,三次取平均值计算BMI(每月按30天计算取平均值)。试验结果如下表:

如上表所示,正常人群BMI在21-23范围;超重人群BMI在23.2-23.9;轻度肥胖人群BMI在24.0-27.3之间;中度肥胖人群BMI在27.4-29.8之间;重度肥胖人群BMI在29.9以上。通过对肥胖程度不同人群的考察,可以发现该功能饮料具有明显的减肥功效。

  1. 一种基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5~1份,绿咖啡豆提取物:0.5~2份,枳实提取物:0.5~2份,虎杖提取物:0.5~2份,覆盆子提取物:0.5~2份,迷迭香提取物:0.05~0.2份;天然香味剂:0.5~2份;天然甜味剂:0.5~2份,其余组成为水。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述天然香味剂为番石榴提取物、巴西莓提取物、火龙果提取物、可乐果提取物、奇异果提取物、蓝莓提取物中的一种或几种;所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果提取物、甜叶菊提取物、奇异果甜蛋白中的一种或几种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的基于健康促进的适于肥胖人群饮用的纯天然功能饮料,其特征在于,所述功能饮料由以下重量份组分组成:
    绿茶提取物:0.5g、绿咖啡豆提取物:0.5g、枳实提取物:0.5g、虎杖提取物:0.5g、覆盆子提取物:0.5g、迷迭香提取物:0.05g、番石榴提取物:0.5g、罗汉果提取物:0.5g、水:96.45g。
