本发明属于保健食品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的保健品及其制备方法。具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,姜黄提取物100‑300份、海参提取物100‑250份、小球藻提取物100‑250份、越橘提取物50‑150份、人参提取物100‑300份、椰子油提取物80‑150份、棕榈油提取物100‑200份。组合物能够显著增强人体免疫力,缓解精神压力,改善人体健康素质水平。并且,本发明组合物适合长期使用、不良反应小。

本发明属于保健食品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的保健品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平不断提高,然而随之而来的生活问题也越来越明显,高速的生活节奏和经济的增长不仅给我们带来了机遇,同时也给我们的心理带来了一些影响。人们在享受着物质生活繁荣昌盛的同时,也承受了比以往任何时候都要大的心理压力。无处不在的竞争、情感交流的匮乏、事业爱情的受挫、生活环境的变异、社会交往的不畅、经济收入的失衡等都可能使现代人陷入焦虑和悲观中。而目前,我国有将近70%的人处于亚健康状态,特别是工作及生活压力大和免疫力低下的人群,其健康受到极大的潜伏威胁。
长期的紧张和高压会使人体处于一种慢性应激状态,导致心理情绪持续紧张,失眠和劳累过度,进一步导致饮食失衡,从而扰乱生活节奏,身体及心理状态逐渐变差,使机体免疫监视功能减弱,免疫力降低,最终引发人体疾病。现代医学已经充分证明了免疫力低下是万病之源,提高免疫力防治各种疾病是最根本的健康之道。因此适时缓解压力、提升自身免疫力尤为重要,传统的方式如和朋友聊天、外出郊游、体育锻炼等,是不错的选择。而在一定程度上,通过摄取功能性物质来缓解压力和增强人体免疫力已成为当代社会人群必不可少的途径之一,因此开发出复合人们需求的能够缓解压力并增强免疫力的具有安全性高、整体调理、费用低廉的功能性物质产品极为必要。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有缓解压力及增强免疫力的组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物;
第二目的在于提供所述的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制备方法;
第三目的在于提供所述的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制剂;
第四目的在于提供所述的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一种具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物,具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,姜黄提取物100-300份、海参提取物100-250份、小球藻提取物100-250份、越橘提取物50-150份、人参提取物100-300份、椰子油提取物80-150份、棕榈油提取物100-200份。
所述具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,还包括卵磷脂50-100份,5-羟基色氨酸50-80份。
所述具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,姜黄提取物150-250份、海参提取物100-200份、小球藻提取物150-200份、越橘提取物80-100份、人参提取物150-250份、椰子油提取物100-150份、棕榈油提取物150-200份、卵磷脂50-100份、5-羟基色氨酸50-80份。
按上述比例将姜黄提取物、海参提取物、小球藻提取物、越橘提取物、人参提取物、椰子油提取物、棕榈油提取物按比例混合,再加入配方配比的卵磷脂和5-羟基色氨酸混合均匀得到目标缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
所述的姜黄提取物的制备为:将姜黄药材粉碎,用50%-95%低级醇溶液与正己烷混合溶液提取姜黄药材,提取时间为1-3小时,提取温度为50℃-85℃,提取次数为2-3次;收集浓缩提取液,并加入浓缩液0.2-0.4倍体积的80%-90%低级醇溶液,搅拌均匀静置12-24h,离心,收集结晶;再用80%-95%的低级醇溶液再次洗涤结晶体,离心得到结晶;将结晶低温干燥,得姜黄提取物;
所述的海参提取物的制备:冷水清洗海参,向海参中加入4℃的冷纯化水并密封,于4℃冷藏中泡发48h;而后打成匀浆液,置于-20℃中冷冻,至完全冻结后于室温解冻,4℃离心并收集上清液和沉淀;将上清液用孔径为0.25μm的除菌膜过滤,滤液置于4℃中保存备用;所得沉淀再次加水冻融,并离心过滤收集上清液;将两次上清液合并后减压浓缩,将浓缩后的海参提取液过滤、冻干,即得海参提取物;
所述的小球藻提取物的制备:将小球藻粉碎后,用小球藻重量为10-12倍的水分散均匀得到分散液;将分散液离心分离,取上清液,过滤、脱色、冻干,即得小球藻提取物;
所述的越橘提取物的制备:将越橘粉碎后,用酸性甲醇抽提,在80-100℃抽提10-20分钟后,干燥成粉末;
所述的人参提取物的制备:将人参粉碎后加水浸泡,真空蒸馏,当馏出液的体积为加水量的一半时,停止蒸馏,收集馏出液;而后向料液中继续加水,真空蒸馏,当馏出液的体积为加水量的一半时,停止蒸馏,收集馏出液;将两次馏出液混合,即得人参提取物。

本发明组合物中的姜黄属生姜科植物,姜黄中存在姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素及双去甲氧基姜黄素三种天然植物化学物质,统称为类姜黄素。现代医学研究表明,姜黄除了解酒、防宿醉外,其药理作用广泛,具有抗炎、抗病原微生物、抗氧化、降脂、保肝利胆,保护心脑血管等作用。姜黄是一味常用的中药,《中华本草》中记载:“味苦,辛;性温,归脾;肝经。破血行气;通经止痛。”《中国药典》中记载:“用于胸胁剌痛,闭经,徵瘕,风湿肩臂疼痛,跌扑肿痛。”
海参属海参纲,是生活在海边至8000米的海洋棘皮动物,距今已有六亿多年的历史,是世界八大珍品(鱼翅、鲍鱼、鱼唇、裙边、干贝、鱼脆、蛤士蟆、海参)之一,是名贵的中药,具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化以及抗肿瘤等作用。据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载:海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参。从中医角度来说,海参有滋阴、补肾、壮阳、益精、养血、润燥的功效,对体虚乏力者,有不错的保健效果。
小球藻俗称绿藻,是国内外正在大力发展和培育的微藻能源与微藻固碳这一战略性新兴产业的主要藻种之一。小球藻生长因子具有促进细胞生长和病人康复,增强免疫功能,解毒,降血糖、血压等一系列功效。
越橘为野生欧洲越橘,杜鹃花科越橘属植物,世界各地的越橘有多个亚种,其中包括:欧洲越橘、美洲越橘、西伯利亚越橘、卵形越橘和蓝莓等约400多个品种,尤以瑞典、芬兰、挪威、奥地利、瑞士出产者为佳。野生欧洲越橘含有大量的黄酮类化合物,其中以花青素类为主,花色素苷能减轻眼疲劳,提高夜间视力,还可预防白内障。另外,花青素还有很强的清除活性氧自由基的能力,强化毛细血管,改善血液循环,预防血栓的形成,减少动脉硬化发生的频率,抗癌等作用。
人参为五加科植物人参,性味甘、微苦,归脾、肺、心经,人参具有大补元气、复脉固锐,补脾益肺,生津安神的功效,是我国传统的补益中药,已有四千多年的应用历史,历代本草均有记载,《神龙本草经》将人参列为上品;《食物本草》中记载:“人参味甘微寒,无毒。主补心脏、安静神、定魂魄、止惊悸、除邪气,明目开心益智,久服轻身延年。”人参能扶助正气,培补脾胃,增强人体的抗病力,因此具有增强免疫力的功能。
椰子油为初榨椰子油,带有椰子香味,主要成份是月桂酸,在自然界只有在母乳及少数食物中存在,可以提高免疫力,对人体有百益而无害,是健康的油脂之一。椰油是减肥美容佳品,可用于美容抗老化,有很强的抗氧化能力,能帮助人体防止自由基的产生;可健康减重,不须脂肪酶分解,容易被用作能量燃烧转换;内服外用皆可滋润皮肤,调整皮脂腺分泌,改善干燥肤质;是滋润的护发品、精纯的按摩油;不增加身体负担,同时又对毒素具有强烈排它性,因此食用纯椰油会有效地将肠、胃及身体内累积的毒素逐渐排出体外,是最自然养生良法。
棕榈油是从油棕树上的棕果中榨取的,果肉压榨出的油称为棕榈油,而果仁压榨出的油称为棕榈仁油,两种油的成分大不相同。棕榈油也被称为饱和油脂,因为它含有50%的饱和脂肪。油脂是饱和脂肪、单不饱和脂肪、多不饱和脂肪三种成分混合构成的。人体对棕榈油的消化和吸收率超过97%,棕榈油本身不含有胆固醇,富含维生素A和E等抗氧化剂,抵御自由基,有助于对皮肤细胞的保护和促进整体健康。
卵磷脂生物学名磷脂酰胆碱,由脂肪酸基团、甘油基、磷酸基和胆碱构成,卵磷脂含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,起到清除自由基的作用,并且能够修复损伤的生物膜系统。磷脂酰胆碱作为乙酰胆碱的前体物质,从体外摄入可以有效的提高血液以及大脑中的胆碱含量,促进乙酰胆碱的合成,从而起到健脑益智的效果。卵磷脂对抑制炎症、肿瘤、受损肝脏的保护和免疫功能的提升以及心脑血管疾病的预防具有重要的意义。
5-羟基色氨酸化学名称为5-羟基-3-吲哚基-α-氨基丙酸,是从非洲豆科灌木植物加纳谷物的干燥种子中提取的一种天然氨基酸。5-羟基色胺是一种神经作用子,负责细胞间信号的传递。人脑中5-羟基色胺的含量水平与人类健康有密切关系。研究结果表明,5-羟基色胺的含量水平低下会导致多种疾病。5-羟基色氨酸可以帮助人体提高5-羟基色胺水平,可以帮助缓解压力,改善纤维肌瘤的衰弱症状、帮助减肥、降低血压、预防头疼和缓解失眠症状等。

本发明组合物中含姜黄提取物、海参提取物、小球藻提取物、越橘提取物、人参提取物、椰子油提取物、卵磷脂和5-羟基色氨酸;配方中的各单味物料对缓解压力和增强免疫力的作用既有医药古典记载又有临床和现代药理学研究基础,复方配伍中各味物料在功效方面互补互增,并有保肝利胆、益精滋阴、培补脾胃、养颜排毒的功效,全方通过扶正固本、益气固锐的作用。实验结果表明,组合物能够显著增强人体免疫力,缓解精神压力,改善人体健康素质水平。并且,本发明组合物适合长期使用、不良反应小。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步阐述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,但本发明所保护范围不限于此,基于本发明所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物包括原料重量份的姜黄提取物100-300份、海参提取物100-250份、小球藻提取物100-250份、越橘提取物50-150份、人参提取物100-300份、椰子油提取物80-150份、棕榈油提取物100-200份。
所述的原料还包括重量份的卵磷脂50-100份,5-羟基色氨酸50-80份。
所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物包括原料重量份的姜黄提取物150-250份、海参提取物100-200份、小球藻提取物150-200份、越橘提取物80-100份、人参提取物150-250份、椰子油提取物100-150份、棕榈油提取物150-200份、卵磷脂50-100份、5-羟基色氨酸50-80份。
本发明所述的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制备方法,具体包括:
所述的姜黄提取物的制备包括如下步骤:将姜黄药材粉碎,用50%-95%低级醇溶液与正己烷混合溶液提取姜黄药材,提取时间1-3小时,提取温度50℃-85℃,提取次数2-3次;浓缩提取液,向浓缩液中加入0.2-0.4倍体积的80%-90%低级醇溶液,搅拌均匀静置12-24h,离心收集结晶;用80%-95%的低级醇溶液再次洗涤,离心得到结晶;将结晶低温干燥,粉碎,过筛,得姜黄提取物。
所述的海参提取物的制备包括如下步骤:冷水清洗海参,向海参中加入冷纯化水并密封,固液比1:5,于4℃冷藏中泡发48h;用匀浆机将泡发后的海参打成匀浆液,置于-20℃中冷冻,完全冻结后于室温解冻,4℃离心并收集上清液和沉淀。将上清液用孔径为0.25μm的除菌膜过滤,滤液置于4℃中保存备用;所得沉淀再次加水冻融,并离心过滤收集上清液。将两次上清液合并后减压浓缩,将浓缩后的海参提取液用孔径为0.25μm的除菌膜过滤,将过滤液于冻干机中冻干至含水量低于3%,即得海参提取物;
所述的小球藻提取物的制备包括如下步骤:将小球藻粉碎后,用小球藻重量为10-12倍的水分散均匀、121℃灭菌30分钟,冷却至室温得到分散液;将分散液离心分离,取上清液用硅藻土过滤;于4℃冷藏48h后再次用硅藻土过滤,经200目活性炭脱色30min,用0.22μm滤膜过滤,将过滤液于冻干机中冻干至含水量低于3%,即得小球藻提取物;
所述的越橘提取物的制备包括如下步骤:将越橘粉碎后,用酸性甲醇抽提,在80-100℃抽提10-20分钟后,干燥成粉末;
所述的人参提取物的制备包括如下步骤:将人参切片,用4倍体积的百分浓度为75%的乙醇回流提取3次,合并提取液,乙醇浓缩至糖浆状稠液,加入体积百分浓度为95%乙醇,使含醇量达80%(以重量百分比计)、放置24h,过滤并浓缩至糖浆状稠膏,即得人参提取物。
所述的椰子油提取物的制备包括如下步骤:向天然椰子油中加入80%甲醇,提取20min,5000r/min离心30min,收集上清液,重复提取3次,合并上清液,于35℃旋蒸除去甲醇溶剂,经冷冻干燥得到椰子油提取物。
所述的棕榈油提取物的制备包括如下步骤:向天然棕榈油中加入80%甲醇,提取20min,5000r/min离心30min,收集上清液,重复提取3次,合并上清液,于35℃旋蒸除去甲醇溶剂,经冷冻干燥得到棕榈油提取物。
本发明所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制剂为所述的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物中加入药学上可接受的辅料制备成片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、丸剂以及散剂。
本发明所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的应用为所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物在制备缓解人体压力、增强机体免疫力药物、食品和保健食品中的应用。
下面以具体实施案例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1
称量姜黄提取物100g、海参提取物100g、小球藻提取物100g、越橘提取物50g、人参提取物100g、椰子油提取物80g、棕榈油提取物100g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂50g、5-羟基色氨酸50g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例2
称量姜黄提取物300g、海参提取物250g、小球藻提取物250g、越橘提取物150g、人参提取物300g、椰子油提取物150g、棕榈油提取物200g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂100g、5-羟基色氨酸80g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例3
称量姜黄提取物200g、海参提取物175g、小球藻提取物175g、越橘提取物100g、人参提取物200g、椰子油提取物115g、棕榈油提取物150g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂75g、5-羟基色氨酸65g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例4
称量姜黄提取物100g、海参提取物250g、小球藻提取物175g、越橘提取物100g、人参提取物200g、椰子油提取物150g、棕榈油提取物100g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂100g、5-羟基色氨酸80g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例5
称量姜黄提取物300g、海参提取物100g、小球藻提取物175g、越橘提取物50g、人参提取物100g、椰子油提取物115g、棕榈油提取物150g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂75g、5-羟基色氨酸50g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例6
称量姜黄提取物200g、海参提取物100g、小球藻提取物250g、越橘提取物150g、人参提取物300g、椰子油提取物80g、棕榈油提取物200g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂50g、5-羟基色氨酸50g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例7
称量姜黄提取物100g、海参提取物250g、小球藻提取物175g、越橘提取物50g、人参提取物300g、椰子油提取物115g、棕榈油提取物100g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂100g、5-羟基色氨酸75g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例8
称量姜黄提取物200g、海参提取物100g、小球藻提取物250g、越橘提取物100g、人参提取物100g、椰子油提取物150g、棕榈油提取物200g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂75g、5-羟基色氨酸80g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例9
称量姜黄提取物300g、海参提取物250g、小球藻提取物175g、越橘提取物50g、人参提取物300g、椰子油提取物150g、棕榈油提取物100g,将各组分提取物混匀,再加入卵磷脂100g、5-羟基色氨酸80g混匀得到目标物缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
实施例10
将实施例1制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物加入药学可接受的辅料制备成片剂。其中,活性成分的含量为40wt%。
实施例11
将实施例2制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物加入药学可接受的辅料制备成胶囊剂。其中,活性成分的含量为20wt%。
实施例12
将实施例4制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物加入药学可接受的辅料制备成颗粒剂。其中,活性成分的含量为30wt%。
实施例13
将实施例6制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物加入药学可接受的辅料制备成丸剂。其中,活性成分的含量为25wt%。
实施例14
将实施例8制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物加入药学可接受的辅料制备成散剂。其中,活性成分的含量为18wt%。
实施例15
以实施例2制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物进行以下药效试验:
试验动物:清洁级昆明小鼠80只雌雄各半,体重18-22g。
实验试剂:实施例2制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物,将其用蒸馏水配成6%的混悬液备用。
实验方法:实验动物随机分成4组,每组20只:对照组每天灌胃生理盐水0.3mL/只,实验组分别每天灌胃0.3mL的混悬液,3个实验组的灌胃混悬液浓度分别为3g/(kg·bw)、5g/(kg·bw)、7g/(kg·bw),每日2次,连续2周。取每只小鼠腹腔内注射20%鸡红细胞悬液1mL。30min后,颈椎脱臼处死小鼠并将其仰位固定于蜡板上,从正中剪开腹壁皮肤,经腹腔注入2mL生理盐水,转动鼠板1min使生理盐水和腹腔液能充分混匀,然后吸出腹腔洗液1mL,平均分滴于2片载玻片上,放入垫有湿纱布的搪瓷盒内,于37℃孵箱内温育30min。孵毕,取出载玻片,在生理盐水中漂洗以除去为贴片的细胞。晾干后,以1∶1丙酮甲醇溶液固定20min,Giemsa染液染色3min,再用蒸馏水漂洗后晾干,于显微镜下计数巨噬细胞。用公式计算吞噬率与吞噬指数。
吞噬率(%)=吞噬鸡红细胞的巨噬细胞/计数的巨噬细胞×100%,吞噬指数=被吞噬的鸡红细胞总数/计数的巨噬细胞。
结果见表1

注:与对照组比较,P<0.05。
实验结果表明,实施例2制备得到的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物混悬液低、中、高剂量组均可有效的提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬率及吞噬指数,表明制得的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物能提高吞噬细胞的吞噬活性,增强单核吞噬细胞系统的吞噬功能。
实施例16
分别以实施例1、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6、实施例7、实施例8、实施例9制得的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物进行试验,方法同实施例15,结果均表明,本发明所述的缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于:具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,姜黄提取物100-300份、海参提取物100-250份、小球藻提取物100-250份、越橘提取物50-150份、人参提取物100-300份、椰子油提取物80-150份、棕榈油提取物100-200份。
2.按权利要求1所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于:所述具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,还包括卵磷脂50-100份,5-羟基色氨酸50-80份。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物,其特征在于:所述具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物按重量份数计,姜黄提取物150-250份、海参提取物100-200份、小球藻提取物150-200份、越橘提取物80-100份、人参提取物150-250份、椰子油提取物100-150份、棕榈油提取物150-200份、卵磷脂50-100份、5-羟基色氨酸50-80份。
4.按权利要求1所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
按上述比例将姜黄提取物、海参提取物、小球藻提取物、越橘提取物、人参提取物、椰子油提取物、棕榈油提取物按比例混合,再加入配方配比的卵磷脂和5-羟基色氨酸混合均匀得到目标缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物。
5.按权利要求4所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述的姜黄提取物的制备为:将姜黄药材粉碎,用50%-95%低级醇溶液与正己烷混合溶液提取姜黄药材,提取时间为1-3小时,提取温度为50℃-85℃,提取次数为2-3次;收集浓缩提取液,并加入浓缩液0.2-0.4倍体积的80%-90%低级醇溶液,搅拌均匀静置12-24h,离心,收集结晶;再用80%-95%的低级醇溶液再次洗涤结晶体,离心得到结晶;将结晶低温干燥,得姜黄提取物;
所述的海参提取物的制备:冷水清洗海参,向海参中加入4℃的冷纯化水并密封,于4℃冷藏中泡发48h;而后打成匀浆液,置于-20℃中冷冻,至完全冻结后于室温解冻,4℃离心并收集上清液和沉淀;将上清液用孔径为0.25μm的除菌膜过滤,滤液置于4℃中保存备用;所得沉淀再次加水冻融,并离心过滤收集上清液;将两次上清液合并后减压浓缩,将浓缩后的海参提取液过滤、冻干,即得海参提取物;
所述的小球藻提取物的制备:将小球藻粉碎后,用小球藻重量为10-12倍的水分散均匀得到分散液;将分散液离心分离,取上清液,过滤、脱色、冻干,即得小球藻提取物。
6.按权利要求4所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述的越橘提取物的制备:将越橘粉碎后,用酸性甲醇抽提,在80-100℃抽提10-20分钟后,干燥成粉末;
所述的人参提取物的制备:将人参粉碎后加水浸泡,真空蒸馏,当馏出液的体积为加水量的一半时,停止蒸馏,收集馏出液;而后向料液中继续加水,真空蒸馏,当馏出液的体积为加水量的一半时,停止蒸馏,收集馏出液;将两次馏出液混合,即得人参提取物。
7.按权利要求4所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述的椰子油提取物的制备:天然椰子油经醇反复提取,提取液经冷冻干燥得到椰子油提取物;
所述的棕榈油提取物的制备:天然棕榈油经醇反复提取,提取液,经冷冻干燥得到棕榈油提取物。
8.按权利要求1所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物的应用,其特征在于:所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的组合物在制备缓解人体压力、增强机体免疫力药物、食品和保健食品中的应用。
9.一种具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的制剂,其特征在于:所述权利要求1-4任意一项所述组合物作为活性成分,与药学上可接受的辅料制备成剂型;其中,活性成分的含量为16wt%-40wt%。
10.按权利要求1所述的具有缓解压力和增强免疫力的制剂,其特征在于:所述剂型为成片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、丸剂或散剂。
