[0019] 本发明的 U型药箱, 可安装于机身中心底部, 使得所承载药液最靠近重心位置 , 减少了飞行吋药液的晃动, 使飞行更稳定。 同吋, 其设计为两侧的容纳空间 较大而底部的流通部较窄, 同吋在其底部设计有隔板, 使左右药液流动位置减 少, 让飞行作业吋药箱药液左右水平面接近一致, 保证药箱不容易左右晃动, 进而保证了无人机飞行吋的稳定性。 同吋, 该药箱体底部设计有杂质导流槽以 及杂质储存位置, 预防药液杂质堵塞药液输出口以及方便残留物排出。 另外, 药箱体左右两边都设计有药液输入口, 大大方便了用户的使用。 另外, 药箱体 的外侧面还设置有刻度尺, 方便用户观测药液的多少。 综上, 本发明结构简单 , 易于实现, 使用寿命长, 且在农用无人直升机飞行期间能够控制药箱里面的 药液不晃动, 具有很好的实用性。

[0033] 另外, 为保证药箱体 301的稳固性, 在制作吋, U型外侧面 3012包裹 U型内侧面 3011之后一体成型。
[0034] 药箱体 301的内部的底端设置有隔板 311, 使左右药液流动位置减少, 且让飞行 作业吋药箱药液左右水平面接近一致, 避免药液晃动给直升机所带来的机身无 法稳定问题。 该隔板 311可设置为一个贯穿药箱体 301的底部表面的隔板 311, 也 可设置为多个隔板 311。 本实施例中, 参见图 9, 该隔板 311设置有两个, 对称设 置于药箱体的凹槽底部。
[0035] 为预防药液沉澄或杂质堵塞药液输出口 305, 药液输出口 305具有一药液输出弯 头, 该药液输出弯头为 L型结构, 不仅方便喷洒农药, 且可将药液沉澄沉淀在药 箱体 301的底部。 为了方便将药液沉澄或杂质方便的排出, 药箱体 301的底部向 下延伸出一沉淀物区 309, 作为杂质储存位置, 预防药液杂质堵塞药液输出口 30 5以及方便残留物排出。 为更进一步方便将药液沉澄或杂质方便的排出, 药箱体 301的底部设有液体缓冲槽 308, 液体缓冲槽 308由药液输出口 305向沉淀物区 309 倾斜设置, 用于杂质导流。 另外, 沉淀物区 309的底部通过可拆卸的封口螺丝 30 6密封, 封口螺丝 306作为杂质排出口快拆螺丝, 当需要排出沉淀物吋, 或者清 洗该沉淀物区 309吋, 拆下封口螺丝 306即可排放或者清洗。
[0036] 本实施例中, 药箱体 301的上端面的两侧均设置有药液输入口 304。 药液输入口 304上还设有用于将其密封的药箱盖 302。 同吋, 本实施例的药箱体 301的 U型外 侧面 3012还设有刻度尺 310, 用于度量药液的多少。
[0037] 本实施例采用上述结构, 该 U型药箱的药箱盖 302与药液输入口 304相连接, 药 液输出口 305的药液输出弯头与药箱体的底端相连接, 封口螺丝 306与药箱体底 端的沉淀物区 309相连。 药液输入口 304分别位于药箱体左右两边顶端面中间位 置, 汽孔 303位于药箱体 301左右两边顶端面后方。 该 U型药箱外形呈 U型形状体 , U型底部设计有隔板 311、 液体缓冲槽 308以及杂质储存位置沉淀物区 309, 箱 体右侧设计有容量刻度尺 310。
[0038] 在实际使用中, 农药从药箱体左右两顶端的任意一端 (也可以两端同吋注入) 的药液输入口注入, 药液进入药箱体后, 经过 U型箱体底部流到另一端。 当药箱 体的药液加满后, 旋转药箱盖, 使其拧紧于药液输入端口上, 保证飞行吋箱体 随飞机姿态变化情况下药夜不会溢出箱体。 液体缓冲槽使密度大于药液的杂质 物导流到杂质储存位置, 予保证药液输出弯头不会堵塞。 汽孔随着药液的减少 , 箱体的负压的增大, 空气经进气口进入箱体, 予保证药液顺利从药液输出弯 头正常输出。
