进一步地,所述平开悬挂窗还包括锁杆及锁座,所述锁杆固设于所述窗扇的顶部,所述锁座固设于所述窗框上,所述锁杆上向上延伸出相间分布的第一卡头及第二卡头,所述锁座上相间地开设有第一卡槽及第二卡槽;所述窗扇平开时,所述锁座位于所述第一、第二卡头之间,所述窗扇锁闭时,所述第一卡头卡入所述第一卡槽,所述窗扇上悬时,所述第二卡头卡入所述第二卡槽。
进一步地,所述窗扇底部亦固定设置有所述第二合页片,相应地,所述窗框上亦固定设置有所述第一合页片,所述第一、第二合页片通过所述芯轴铰接。
所述平开悬挂窗还包括支撑摇臂、第二紧固件及第二左右调节螺丝,所述第二紧固件与所述窗扇底部固定连接,所述支撑摇臂与所述窗扇底部的第二合页片固定连接;所述支撑摇臂通过所述第二左右调节螺丝与所述第二紧固件连接。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明通过第一合页片、第二合页片以及芯轴实现了窗扇的平开,通过连接件、摆动件以及竖向限位件实现了窗扇的悬挂及翻转。在窗扇翻转过程中,摆动件始终夹置于连接件与竖向限位件之间,摆动件只绕竖向限位件摆动,其活动空间小,因此摆动件及与其固定连接的窗扇不容易发生晃动。同时窗扇在平开时,因为竖向限位件的位置不会发生变动,因此窗扇在竖直方向上的位置也不会发生变化,窗扇所有的重力均通过位于窗扇顶部的竖向限位件传递到窗框上,该窗扇顶部受力的结构设计使窗扇的底部不会摩擦窗框,从而防止了噪音的产生以及磨损悬挂窗自身的部件。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图3至图6所示,为本发明的一较佳实施例,一种平开悬挂窗,包括窗框1、窗扇2以及合页组件3,合页组件3包括第一合页片31、第二合页片32、芯轴33、连接件34、摆动件35以及竖向限位件36。
第一合页片31包括铰接部311及连接部312,铰接部311套设于芯轴33上,连接部312固定连接于窗框1上;第二合页片32亦包括铰接部321及连接部322,铰接部321套设于芯轴33上,连接部322与连接件34固定连接,从而,窗扇2可相对于窗框1转动。
请一同参见图7及图8,竖向限位件36设置有固定部361及承托部362,摆动件35上设有通孔351及凹槽352,承托部362嵌置于凹槽352内,固定部361伸出通孔351与连接件34固定连接,摆动件35与窗扇2的顶部固定连接,摆动件35可通过凹槽352绕承托部362旋转,从而窗扇2可相对于连接件34实现翻转。为了配合窗框1及窗扇2的直角转角,连接件34呈L形,其包括横向部341及竖向部342,横向部341与竖向限位件36的固定部361固定连接,于本实施例中,竖向限位件36的固定部361与连接件34铆接,竖向部342与第二合页片32的连接部322固定连接。
为了使摆动件35在悬挂翻转时能更顺利、平稳,上述承托部362的顶面为弧面,其设置于固定部361的两侧。摆动件35的底部开设有两个凹槽352,每个凹槽352的底部均开设有通孔361,承托部362的形状与凹槽352的形状相匹配,承托部362嵌置于凹槽内,在窗扇2平开、悬挂以及翻转的过程中均不会发生水平或上下移动,使得窗扇2在各种状态下都能保持稳固,从根本上防止由配件结构设计间隙而产生的窗扇下垂。
本实施例通过第一合页片31、第二合页片32以及芯轴33实现了窗扇2的平开,通过连接件34、摆动件35以及竖向限位件36实现了窗扇2的悬挂及翻转。在窗扇2翻转过程中,摆动件35始终夹置于连接件34与竖向限位件36之间,摆动件35只绕竖向限位件36摆动,其活动空间小,因此摆动件35及与其固定连接的窗扇2不容易发生晃动。同时窗扇2在平开时,因为竖向限位件36的位置不会发生变动,因此窗扇2在竖直方向上的位置也不会发生变化,窗扇2所有的重力均通过位于窗扇2顶部的竖向限位件36传递到窗框1上,所以窗扇2的底部不会摩擦窗框1,从而防止了噪音的产生以及磨损悬挂窗自身的部件。
具体地,为了使上述的第一合页片31能更稳固地安装在窗框1上,本实施例的合页组件3还包括加固件37及合页座38,加固件37与第一合页片31的连接部312固定连接,其顶部与窗框1固定连接。合页座38固定设置于窗框1上,第一合页片31的底部接触合页座38,在第一合页片31受到向下的压力时,合页座38可向上抵顶第一合页片31。
请一同参见图9,为了令加固件37能更牢固地固定于窗框1上,加固件37的顶部设置有挂钩371,窗框1上设置有卡槽11,挂钩371卡入卡槽11内。
上述合页座38往竖直方向开设有螺纹通孔(图中未示出),于螺纹通孔内穿设有上下调节螺丝381。合页座38及加固件37预先安装于窗框1上,然后将余下的合页组件3与窗扇2连接,再一并挂到窗框1上。
上述合页组件3还包括第一紧固件391、第一左右调节螺丝392以及固定条393。第一紧固件391与窗扇2的顶部固定连接,摆动件35通过第一左右调节螺丝392与第一紧固件391连接。第一紧固件391往水平方向开设有嵌置槽(图中未示出),固定条393的一端与摆动件35固定连接,其另一端穿过嵌置槽,并通过螺丝394与窗扇2固定连接。将合页组件3安装在窗扇2顶部的C型槽后,首先用螺丝395将第一紧固件391紧固在窗扇2上。
为了使窗扇2在平开时更稳固或在锁闭时更牢固,窗扇2底部亦固定设置有第二合页片32,相应地,窗框1上亦固定设置有第一合页片31,第一、第二合页片31、32通过芯轴33铰接,为了加固第一合页片31,第一合页片31通过一加固件37固定连接于窗框1的下沿。
进一步地,请一同参见图10,上述平开悬挂窗还包括支撑摇臂4、第二紧固件5及第二左右调节螺丝6。第二紧固件5与窗扇2底部固定连接,支撑摇臂4与窗扇2底部的第二合页片32固定连接;支撑摇臂4通过第二左右调节螺丝6与第二紧固件5连接。将支撑摇臂4穿过窗扇2的C型槽后,用螺丝7将第二紧固件5固定于窗扇2上。
待整个窗扇2安装到窗框1上后,旋动上下调节螺丝381,使窗扇2上下两边与窗框1的间隙均匀,从而看起来更美观。最后,用螺丝382将第一合页片31固定于窗框1上。调节第一左右调节螺丝392及第二左右调节螺丝6,使窗扇2左右两边与窗框1的间隙均匀,从而看起来更美观。最后,旋动螺丝396、螺丝394分别将摆动件35、固定条393与窗扇2的顶部固定。
请一同参见图11,上述平开悬挂窗还包括锁杆8及锁座9,锁杆8固设于窗扇2的顶部,锁座9固设于窗框1上,锁杆8上向上延伸出相间分布的第一卡头81及第二卡头82,锁座9上相间地开设有第一卡槽(图中未示出)及第二卡槽92。窗扇2平开时,锁座9位于第一、第二卡头81、82之间,因此在窗扇2平开过程中,锁杆8与锁座9没任何接触。窗扇2锁闭时,第一卡头81卡入第一卡槽,锁杆8被锁座9卡固,与锁杆8固定连接的窗扇2不能被平开以及上悬翻转,此时锁杆8及锁座9可起到锁闭的功能。当窗扇2上悬时,第二卡头82卡入第二卡槽92,此时,锁杆8及锁座9可作为吊挂窗扇2的部件,可分担窗扇2的重力及稳固窗扇2。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种平开悬挂窗,包括窗框及窗扇,其特征在于,所述平开悬挂窗还包括合页组件,所述合页组件包括第一合页片、第二合页片、芯轴、连接件、摆动件以及竖向限位件;所述第一合页片包括铰接部及连接部,所述铰接部套设于所述芯轴上,所述连接部固定连接于所述窗框上;所述第二合页片亦包括铰接部及连接部,所述铰接部套设于所述芯轴上,所述连接部与所述连接件固定连接,所述竖向限位件设置有固定部及承托部,所述摆动件上设有通孔及凹槽,所述承托部嵌置于所述凹槽内,所述固定部伸出所述通孔与所述连接件固定连接,所述摆动件可通过所述凹槽绕所述承托部旋转,所述摆动件与所述窗扇的顶部固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述承托部的形状与所述凹槽的形状相匹配。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述承托部的顶面为弧面。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述摆动件的底部开设有两个凹槽,所述凹槽的底部开设有所述通孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述的连接件呈L形,其包括横向部及竖向部,所述横向部与所述竖向限位件的固定部固定连接,所述竖向部与所述第二合页片的连接部固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述竖向限位件的固定部与所述连接件铆接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述合页组件还包括第一紧固件以及第一左右调节螺丝,所述第一紧固件与所述窗扇的顶部固定连接;所述摆动件通过所述第一左右调节螺丝与所述第一紧固件连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述合页组件还包括固定条,所述第一紧固件往水平方向开设有嵌置槽;所述固定条的一端与所述摆动件固定连接,其另一端穿过所述嵌置槽,并通过螺丝与所述窗扇固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述合页组件还包括加固件,所述加固件与所述第一合页片的连接部固定连接,其顶部与所述窗框固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述加固件的顶部设置有挂钩,所述窗框上设置有卡槽,所述挂钩卡入于所述卡槽内。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述合页组件还包括合页座,所述合页座固定设置于所述窗框上,所述第一合页片的底部接触所述合页座。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述合页座往竖直方向开设有螺纹通孔,于所述螺纹通孔内穿设有上下调节螺丝。
  13. 如权利要求1至12任意一项所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述平开悬挂窗还包括锁杆及锁座,所述锁杆固设于所述窗扇的顶部,所述锁座固设于所述窗框上,所述锁杆上向上延伸出相间分布的第一卡头及第二卡头,所述锁座上相间地开设有第一卡槽及第二卡槽;所述窗扇平开时,所述锁座位于所述第一、第二卡头之间,所述窗扇锁闭时,所述第一卡头卡入所述第一卡槽,所述窗扇上悬时,所述第二卡头卡入所述第二卡槽。
  14. 如权利要求1至12任意一项所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述窗扇底部亦固定设置有所述第二合页片,相应地,所述窗框上亦固定设置有所述第一合页片,所述第一、第二合页片通过所述芯轴铰接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的平开悬挂窗,其特征在于,所述平开悬挂窗还包括支撑摇臂、第二紧固件及第二左右调节螺丝,所述第二紧固件与所述窗扇的底部固定连接,所述支撑摇臂与所述窗扇底部的第二合页片固定连接;所述支撑摇臂通过所述第二左右调节螺丝与所述第二紧固件连接。
