Abstract
Description
本発明の油圧ショベルにおいて、前記ブラケットは、基端側の第1部材と、前記第1部材にボルトにより接合される先端側の第2部材とを含んで構成され、前記ボルトの頭部は、前記カバーの内側に位置していることが好ましい。
以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係る油圧ショベル1を示す側面図である。図1において、油圧ショベル1は、油圧モータにて駆動されるクローラ式の下部走行体2と、下部走行体2の上部に旋回自在に設けられた上部旋回体3と、上部旋回体3の前方側に設けられて土砂の掘削等を行う作業機4とを備え、小型の油圧ショベルとして構成されている。
図2には、油圧ショベル1の運転台32の平面図が示されている。図1、図2において、運転台32には、略中央に配置されたオペレータシート35、オペレータシート35の左右に配置されたコンソールボックス36、それぞれのコンソールボックス36の前部に設けられた作業機レバー37、オペレータシート35の前方であって、足下のフロア面から突設された一対の走行レバー38、オペレータシート35のシート背もたれ35Aの後方に配置されたカバー39と、シート背もたれ35Aの後方に配置されてカバー39で覆われた電装部品E1,E2等が設けられている。
図3には、カバー39の斜視図が示されている。図2、図3において、カバー39は、合成樹脂製である。カバー39は、左端がキャノピ34の柱34Aの内側に位置し、柱34Aを回避するように右方に向かって窪んだ左凹状部39Aを有している。これに対してカバー39は、その右端が柱34Aの外側に回り込んでおり、柱34Aを回避するように前方から後方に向かって窪んだ右凹状部39Bを有している。また、カバー39は、両側部分が低い反面、柱34A間に位置する中央部分が上方に膨出して高く、この膨出部分で電装部品E1,A2を覆っている。
図2、図3に示すように、電装部品E1,E2は、金属板等で構成された支持フレーム51を介して支持プレート33A(図1参照)等に支持される。支持フレーム51は、支持プレート33Aに固定される基板52と、表裏面が前後を向くように基板52に立設された取付板53と、表裏面が左右を向くように基板52の左側寄りの位置に立設された仕切板54と、仕切板54の左側面に設けられたブラケット55とを備えている。
ブラケット55は、L字形状とされて仕切板54に溶接等で接合された基端側の第1部材551と、第1部材551にボルト55Aおよびナット55Bによって接合された先端側の第2部材552とを備えている。これらのうちの第2部材552はさらに、L字形状とされて第1部材551に取り付けられる取付片553と、取付片553において開口部39Cの開口面と略平行な傾斜辺縁に溶接等で接合された当接片554とで構成され、当接片554の表面には合成樹脂製の緩衝部材555が全体にわたって貼り付けられている。
以上の本実施形態の油圧ショベル1によれば、シート背もたれ35Aと対向するブラケット55がカバー39の開口部39Cに挿通されているため、カバー39を外し難くできて、電装部品の盗難を抑制できるという効果があり、本発明の目的を達成できる。
例えば、前記実施形態では、電装部品E1,E2を支持する支持フレーム51は、カバー39の内部空間を仕切る仕切板54を有していたが、このような仕切板54がない場合でも本発明に含まれる。この場合、ブラケットは、第1部材として長さの長いものを用意し、その下端を基板52等に直接固定してもよい。また、砂塵や雨水等の侵入防止を考慮し、カバーの内側から開口部全体を面状のシール材で塞ぐとともに、そのようなシール材に線状のスリットを設けて、当該スリットを通してブラケットを挿通させてもよい。
Claims (4)
- キャノピを有する油圧ショベルであって、
シート背もたれの後方に配置される電装部品と、
前記電装部品を覆うカバーと、
前記カバーに設けられた開口部に挿通されるとともに、先端側が前記カバーの外側で前記シート背もたれの背面と対向し、基端側が前記カバーの内側で支持フレームに取り付けられるブラケットとを備える
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。 - 請求項1に記載の油圧ショベルにおいて、
前記ブラケットの先端には、前記シート背もたれの背面が当接される
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の油圧ショベルにおいて、
前記ブラケットは、基端側の第1部材と、前記第1部材にボルトにより接合される先端側の第2部材とを含んで構成され、
前記ボルトの頭部は、前記カバーの内側に位置している
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の油圧ショベルにおいて、
前記支持フレームは、前記カバーの内側の空間を仕切る仕切板を備え、
前記仕切板で仕切られた一方の空間が前記開口部を介して外部と連通し、他方の空間内に前記電装部品が位置する
ことを特徴とする油圧ショベル。
