Claims (6)
- 중간 수집 회사로부터 입고되는 폐지 재생을 위한 상기 폐지 중간 유통 단계에서 상기 폐지 상태에 따라 검수 정보를 제공하여 상기 재생용 폐지의 제품 신뢰성을 향상시키는 서버에 있어서,상기 재생용 폐지의 베일(bale) 단위로 입고 정보 또는 출고 정보가 운영자 또는 사업자 단말을 통하여 등록되는 입출고 등록부;상기 등록된 베일 중 선별된 베일에 대한 수분 함량, 크기 및 압축도를 포함하는 상기 검수 정보가 상기 운영자 또는 사업자 단말을 통하여 입고 거래처별로 등록되고, 상기 등록된 베일의 출고 시 출고되는 상기 베일의 상기 수분 함량, 상기 크기, 및 상기 압축도 외에도 상기 입고 거래처의 협조성, 및 운송사의 협조성이 상기 검수 정보에 더 등록되는 검수 등록부;상기 등록된 수분 함량을 기초로 평균 수분 함량을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 평균 수분 함량, 상기 크기 및 상기 압축도에 따른 전체 감량율을 상기 입고 거래처별로 결정하는 수분 관리부;상기 입고 정보 또는 상기 출고 정보, 및 상기 검수 정보가 저장되는 관리 DB; 및상기 등록된 베일의 바코드가 상기 출고 시 손실된 경우, 상기 베일에 대체 바코드가 부착 및 등록되고, 상기 대체 바코드 현황에 대한 조회가 요청되면 상기 대체 바코드에 대응하는 출고 정보를 추적 및 관리하고, 각각의 상기 베일에 대한 정보를 확인하여 상기 대체 바코드를 상기 손실된 바코드와 연결시키는 바코드 관리부를 포함하되,상기 재생용 폐지의 유통 단계에서 상기 베일 단위의 이력을 상기 입고 거래처별로 추적 관리하여 상기 폐지 중간 유통의 신뢰성을 향상시키는, 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 서버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입고 정보 또는 출고 정보에 따른 현재 재고 정보를 산출하는 재고 관리부;상기 운영자 또는 사업자 단말로부터의 상기 입고 정보, 출고 정보, 상기 재고 정보, 및 상기 베일의 이력에 대한 조회 요청에 따라 해당 정보를 상기 관리 DB에서 검색하여 제공하는 조회 처리부; 및상기 조회 결과에 따른 보고서를 생성하는 보고서 생성부를 더 포함하는, 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 서버.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조회 처리부가 상기 입고 정보 및 상기 출고 정보, 및 입고 검수 내역 및 출고 검수 내역, 및 상기 감량율을 상기 관리 DB로부터 검색하여 상기 베일의 이력 정보를 생성하는, 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 서버.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 관리 DB는 상기 재생용 폐지의 종류, 거래처, 입고 차량의 종류에 대한 기초 코드가 저장되는 코드 정보 및 상기 입고 정보 및 상기 출고 정보에 기반하여 생성되는 재고 정보를 더 포함하는, 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 서버.
- 중간 수집 회사로부터 입고되는 폐지 재생을 위한 상기 폐지 중간 유통 단계에서 상기 폐지 상태에 따라 검수 정보를 제공하여 상기 재생용 폐지의 제품 신뢰성을 향상시키는 상기 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 서버에서 상기 재생용 폐지의 품질을 관리하는 방법에 있어서,운영자 또는 사업자 단말을 통하여 상기 재생용 폐지의 베일 단위로 입고 정보, 및 상기 베일의 수분 함량, 크기 및 압축도를 포함하는 검수 정보를 입고 거래처별로 등록하고, 상기 등록된 수분 함량을 기초로 평균 수분 함량을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 평균 수분 함량, 상기 크기 및 상기 압축도에 따른 전체 감량율을 상기 입고 거래처별로 결정하는 입고 등록 단계;상기 운영자 또는 사업자 단말을 통하여 상기 베일의 출고 정보, 및 상기 베일의 상기 수분 함량, 상기 크기 및 상기 압축도를 포함하는 검수 정보 이외에 상기 입고 거래처의 협조성, 및 운송사의 협조성을 포함하는 검수 정보를 더 등록하며, 상기 등록된 수분 함량에 기반하는 평균 수분 함량, 상기 크기 및 상기 압축도에 따른 전체 감량율을 결정하고, 상기 등록된 베일의 바코드가 손실된 경우 상기 바코드가 손실된 베일에 부착된 대체 바코드가 등록되는 출고 등록 단계;상기 입고 정보 및 상기 출고 정보에 따른 현재 재고 정보를 산출하여 업데이트하는 단계; 및상기 운영자 또는 사업자 단말로부터의 상기 입고 정보, 상기 출고 정보, 상기 재고 정보, 및 상기 베일의 이력에 대한 조회 요청에 따라 해당 정보를 검색하여 제공하고, 상기 제품의 하자 발생 시 원인 추적을 위하여, 상기 대체 바코드 현황에 대한 조회가 요청되면 상기 대체 바코드에 대응하는 출고 정보를 추적 및 관리하고, 각각의 상기 베일에 대한 정보를 확인하여 상기 대체 바코드를 상기 손실된 바코드와 연결시키는 조회 처리 단계를 포함함으로써,상기 재생용 폐지의 유통 단계에서 상기 베일 단위의 이력을 상기 입고 거래처별로 추적 관리하여 상기 유통의 신뢰성을 향상시키는, 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 조회 처리 단계는 상기 입고 정보 및 상기 출고 정보, 및 입고 검수 내역 및 출고 검수 내역, 및 상기 감량율을 검색하여 상기 베일의 이력 정보를 생성하는, 재생용 폐지의 품질 관리 방법.
