側ガイド部112aは装着体20を接合(図2、3、5に矢印C方向で示す。)するときに左右方向位置を誘導し、下ガイド部112bは装着体20を接合するときに下位置を設定するものであり、基台10に対して装着体20の磁着位置を誘導する誘導機構6を構成している。
前記基台10の上部は、開口部310の左右両側が本体110とガイド部材112とが合体して構成されており、開口部310の左右一方(右側)の本体110内にはロック機構330が設けられている。
図5に示すように、リングで形成された操作部336は、垂直にした状態で一対の支持部334の間に入り込み、係合ピン332の先端は開口部310内に突出し、スプリング338に抗して操作部336を引っ張ると、係合ピン332の先端は基台10内に没入する。操作部336を引っ張った状態で垂直姿勢から水平姿勢に回動すると、支持部334の係止溝334aに係合可能になり、操作部336を係止溝334aに係合すると戻り動作が規制され、係合ピン332の没入が維持され、ロック解除状態になる。
装着本体210は内部に基台10の磁石50と吸引磁着する板形状の磁石60及びバックヨーク90を配置し、蓋板211で覆っており、この蓋板211の表面が基台10と接合する接合面20aとなっている。前記磁石60は2個の磁石50に跨る大きさであり、磁力線は板厚方向に向けられている。
前記磁石50、60による誘導機構6は、基台10に装着体20を磁着するときに、突起212を貫通穴112cに挿入し、かつフック部320を開口部310に挿入して係止部311と係合させる誘導作用もする。バックヨーク90は磁石60の被取付物CA側への磁気をシールドして、カメラや電子機器に磁気の悪影響を与えるのを抑制する。
前記装着本体210は、上部の左右方向中央に裏側(図2、3、5に矢印C方向で示す。)へ突出した先細り状のフック部320が形成されており、フック部320は左右側面が前記傾斜面324になっており、このフック部320を基台10に近づけながら開口部310に挿入し、さらに開口部310内で下方へ移動することにより開口部310の下縁から上向き突出した係止部311と係合する。フック部320は係止部311と係合することにより、装着体20の上部が基台10から離隔移動するのが規制(上側規制機構7U)される。
保持部材270は背面の上下に厚肉状のスペーサ部250を有し、この上下スペーサ部250の位置で装着本体210の表面側にビス294を介して固定され、上下スペーサ部250の間に取付具230の回転操作部231を配置する空間を形成している。なお、前記保持部材270はスペーサ部250を別個の部材で形成してもよい。
前記連結具1の使用方法を説明する。
図3、5、6に示す基台10・装着体20の分離状態で、基台10の固定部材120で取付対象SLを挟んで、基台10を取付対象SLに装着し、装着体20の取付具230を被取付物CAに取り付ける。
前記連結状態で、装着体20は下部が突起212と穴壁部112dの係合によって、上部がフック部320と係止部311との係合によって、それぞれ基台10から離れる方向の移動が規制され、上下規制機構7D、7Uが作用状態になる。
ロック機構330の解除状態で、装着体20を基台10から上方へ移動すると、装着体20は突起212が穴壁部112dから離脱し、フック部320が係止部311から離脱する。その状態で装着体20の上部を基台10から離すと、磁石50、60による吸引力も弱まり、装着体20付きの被取付物CAを取付対象SLから分離できる。
[第2実施形態]
図7~11は本発明の第2実施形態を示しており、連結具2は、取り付け用のねじ穴をもたない被取付物CA、例えば小銃等を携帯可能にするものであり、第1実施形態と同様に、取付対象SLに装着する基台10と、被取付物CAに取り付けられていて前記基台10の接合面10aに着脱自在に連結される装着体20と、ロック機構330とを有する。
前記固定部材120は、本体110の裏面を利用していて、本体110の裏面にビス142を介して上部が固着された押さえ板128と、この押さえ板128の下部を本体110の下部に固定する締結用部材129とを有する。押さえ板128は切欠部128aのある逆U字状に形成され、本体110の裏面との間に取付対象SLを挿入するスリット128bを形成しており、締結用部材129は押さえ板128の2本の脚部分と重合する長さを有し、その中央にねじ穴129aが形成されている。
前記本体110は板状磁石50及び板状バックヨーク80を収容している。この磁石50は上下方向に長い2個を左右に並列している。磁石50は1枚の大きい板形状の磁石にしてもよい。
ガイド部材112は、その表面が接合面10aとなっており、その左右側部に一対の側ガイド部112aが形成され、この左右側ガイド部112aの下端は前記本体110に形成されている下ガイド部112bの左右両端と連続するように配置されている。
前記装着体20は、基台10に対面する装着本体210と、被取付物CAを取り付ける取付具230とを有している。装着本体210は内部に基台10の磁石50と吸引磁着する板形状の磁石60及びバックヨーク90を配置し、蓋板211で覆っており、この蓋板211の表面が基台10と接合する接合面20aとなっている。前記磁石60は2個の磁石50より表面積が小さくかつ上下方向の中心が上側に偏位しており、磁力線は板厚方向に向けられており、その表面磁極は2個の磁石50の表面磁極と反対になっている。
前記取付具230は、装着本体210にねじ止めされた上下一対の固定爪232と、各固定爪232に対して遠近移動可能な可動爪234と、この可動爪234を固定爪232に対して遠近移動させるボルト236とを有する。
前記装着本体210は、下端に下方突出した突起212が形成され、上部の左右方向中央に裏側へ突出した先細り状のフック部320が形成されている。
前記連結具2は、磁石50と磁石60との吸引により、装着本体210の突起212が基台10の貫通穴112cの表面側の穴壁部112dに係合し、装着本体210のフック部32が基台10の開口部310に入って係止部311に係合して、基台10と装着体20とが接合して正規の連結状態になる。
[第3実施形態]
図12~15は本発明の第3実施形態を示しており、連結具3は、小銃等の取り付け用の雌ねじをもたない被取付物CAを取付角度変更可能に携帯するものであり、第2実施形態と同様に、取付対象SLに装着する基台10と、被取付物CAに取り付けられていて前記基台10の接合面10aに着脱自在に連結される装着体20と、ロック機構330とを有している。
前記固定部材120は、本体110の裏面に固定の受け板127と、この受け板127の裏面にビスを介して上部が固着された押さえ板128と、この押さえ板128の下部を受け板127の下部に固定する締結用部材129とを有する。
押さえ板128は切欠部128aのある逆U字状に形成され、本体110の裏面との間に取付対象SLを挿入するスリット128bを形成しており、締結用部材129は押さえ板128の2本の脚部分と重合する長さを有し、その中央にねじ穴129aが形成されている。
前記受け板127は上部ビス150から離れた位置で固定ビス160によって基台10に取り付けられる。基台10の背面には複数の雌ねじ孔134が上部ビス150を中心に円弧配列されている。
図14、15において、本体110の側面(ロック機構330配置側と反対側)に側ガイド部501が形成され、操作ノブ510が上下摺動自在に係合され、この操作ノブ510と第1のロック機構330の係合ピン332との間にL字形状の連動部材520が設けられている。
操作ノブ510は、側ガイド部501に対向する側に下部から上部にいくに従って本体110に近づく傾斜カム面512を形成しており、この傾斜カム面512の上端には上端凹部512aが形成され、下端には下端凹部512bが形成されている。連動部材520の水平部522の先端は傾斜カム面512と摺動可能に当接し、上端凹部512a及び下端凹部512bに係合可能になっている。
図14、15において、前記第1のロック機構330がロック作用状態であるとき、第2のロック機構500は操作ノブ510が保持手段530により側ガイド部501の上部に位置しており、この状態で操作部336を引っ張って、係合ピン332をフック部320から後退させることができ、そのとき連動部材520は自由になるが、操作ノブ510は保持手段530によって不動となっている。
前記第2のロック機構500の操作ノブ510は、基台10を挟んで、第1のロック機構330の操作部336と左右反対側に配置されており、操作部336を操作する左手が使いにくい状況(例えば左手を負傷した場合)においても、右手で操作ノブ510を操作することにより、ロック機構330のロック・ロック解除をワンタッチで行うことができる。したがって、被取付物CAが小銃である場合に取付対象(スリング)SLから取り外して戦闘態勢に移行することができる。
[第4実施形態]
図16~21は本発明の第4実施形態を示しており、連結具4は、カメラ等の取り付け用の雌ねじをもつ被取付物CAを携帯するものであり、取付対象SLに装着する基台10と、被取付物CAに取り付けられていて前記基台10の接合面10aに着脱自在に連結される装着体20と、ロック機構600とを有している。
前記固定部材120は、本体110の裏面を利用していて、本体110の裏面に上部が固着された押さえ板128と、押さえ板128の下部を本体110の下部110aに固定する締結用部材129とを有する。
本体110の下部110aの長穴131に固定ねじ130の雄ねじ部130aを挿入し、固定ねじ130の押圧部130bを本体110の下部110aに当接しながら雄ねじ部130aを押さえ板128のねじ穴129aに螺合することにより、取付対象SLに本体110に固定できる。固定ねじ130及び締結用部材129は長穴131の長さの範囲内で上下位置調整ができ、広幅の被取付物CAを挟持できる。
本体110は磁石50収容部の略中央に三脚取付用の雌ねじ孔117を有し、この雌ねじ孔117の周囲に上下2個の板状の磁石50及び板状バックヨーク80を収容している。この2個の磁石50は磁力線が表裏方向に磁化されていて、一方は表面磁極がN極であり、他方は表面磁極がS極になっている。
ガイド部材112は、左右一対の側ガイド部112aが形成され、本体110に形成されている下ガイド部112bの左右両端と連続するように配置され、装着体20を接合(矢印C方向)するときに左右方向位置を誘導する。下ガイド部112bは装着体20を下向き移動(矢印A方向)して接合するときに下位置を設定する。これらによって、基台10に対して装着体20の磁着位置を誘導する誘導機構6を構成している。
装着本体210は内部に上下2個の磁石60及びバックヨーク90を配置し、保持板280で覆っており、この保持板280の表面が基台10と接合する接合面20aとなっている。装着本体210の裏面は接合面20aと面一であり、装着体20は裏面全体が平坦面になっている。
取付具230は、ねじ頭状の回転操作部235と雄ねじ部233とを有しており、回転操作部235は保持板280に形成した開放孔280aからコイン等のドライバを係合して回動操作可能であり、雄ねじ部233は、装着本体210を貫通して表面側に突出し、被取付物CAのねじ穴に螺合可能になっており、被取付物CAを装着体20に取り付け可能に構成している。
前記装着本体210は、上部の左右方向中央に表裏を貫通した開口部352が形成され、開口部352の上縁には下向き突出した係止部354と、開口部352の側縁から横向き突出したロック部355とが形成され、開口部352の下縁にはフック部340の挿入を容易にするための角取り面353が形成され、基台10の上部に形成したフック部340とともに上側の規制機構7Uを構成している。フック部340の下面側にも挿入容易にするための傾斜面344が形成されている。
図17~21において、本体110の上部に設けられたロック機構600は、本体110の上部に形成されたガイド溝601と、このガイド溝601に案内されて左右移動可能な操作ノブ602及び作動体603と、作動体603を弾圧するスプリング604と、前記装着本体210の開口部352のロック部355とを有する。
装着本体210には開口部352の上縁とロック部355との間に切欠溝612が形成されており、この切欠溝612は開口部352にフック部340が入るときに前記階段突起610が侵入可能になっている。
前記ロック部355の階段凹部356は開口部352をフック部340に嵌合するときに作動体603の階段突起610と係合可能であり、これらが係合しながら接合面10a、20aが接合するように移動すると、階段突起610の傾斜当面610aと階段凹部356の傾斜受面356aとが当接し、作動体603がスプリング604に抗して押動され、階段突起610が切欠溝612に入る。
前記第4実施形態の連結具4は、装着体20の裏面がフック部等の突出部分のない平坦面であるので、カメラ等の被取付物CAを取り付けた装着体20を基台10から取り外し、接合面20aを下にして机上に置くと、カメラを傾斜させることなく安定載置することができる。
例えば、基台10と装着体20とはどちらか一方に永久磁石を設け、他方に吸着板を設けてもよく、基台10及び装着体20のどちらに設ける磁石も、板形状のものを1個又は小形状のものを複数個にしてもよい。
また、基台10に被取付物CAを取り付け、装着体20を取付対象SLに取り付けることも可能であり、装着体20側にロック機構330を設けることもできる。
さらに、下規制機構7Dは、基台10の接合面10aの下方に上向きの突起を設け、装着体20の接合面20aの下方に前記突起を上側から係脱自在に係合する穴及び穴壁部を設けて構成してもよい。

Claims (11)
- 取付対象に固定される基台と、被取付物に固定されていて前記基台に着脱自在に接合される装着体とを有しており、
前記基台は、前記装着体と接合する接合面と、この接合面に前記装着体を磁着する磁石と、前記装着体と係合する係合部とを有し、
前記装着体は、前記基台と接合する接合面と、この接合面に前記基台磁石に磁着される磁石と、前記基台の前記係合部と係脱自在に係合して前記基台からの離隔を規制する被係合部とを有していることを特徴とする連結具。 - 前記基台の裏面には、前記取付対象に固定する固定部材を有し、前記装着体の表面には、前記被取付物に取り付ける取付具を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結具。
- 前記基台の前記磁石は表面磁極が異なる2個を有し、前記装着体の前記磁石は前記基台磁石に吸着誘導される2個を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の連結具。
- 前記基台は、磁着時に前記装着体の左右方向の位置を誘導する左右側ガイド部と下方向の位置を誘導する下ガイド部とを形成したガイド部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。
- 前記基台の前記係合部と前記装着体の前記被係合部とは、前記基台の前記接合面の下方と前記装着体の前記接合面の下方とに設けられており、一方は上下方向に突出した突起であり、他方は前記突起を上下方向に係脱自在に係合する穴及び穴壁部であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。
- 前記基台の前記係合部と前記装着体の前記被係合部とは、前記基台の前記接合面の上方と前記装着体の前記接合面の上方とに設けられており、一方は前記接合面から突出したフック部であり、他方は接合方向相対移動により前記フック部が出退可能な開口部及びこの開口部に突出していて前記フック部が係合する係止部であることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。
- 前記基台には、前記係止部に係合した前記フック部の離脱方向の相対移動を規制するロック機構を設けていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の連結具。
- 前記装着体には前記フック部が形成され、前記基台には前記開口部と前記係止部とが形成されており、
前記ロック機構は、前記フック部に形成した係止穴と、前記基台に設けられていて、前記開口部に突出することにより前記係止穴に挿入されて前記フック部の離脱方向の相対移動を規制する係合ピンと、この係合ピンを突出方向に付勢するスプリングとを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の連結具。 - 前記ロック機構は、前記基台に摺動自在に取り付けた操作ノブと、この操作ノブの摺動によって前記係合ピンを前記開口部から後退させる連動部材とを有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の連結具。
- 前記基台には前記フック部が形成され、前記装着体には前記開口部と前記係止部とが形成されており、
前記ロック機構は、前記基台に設けられていて、前記係止部を挟んで前記フック部と対向することにより前記フック部の離脱方向の相対移動を規制する作動体と、この作動体を前記フック部と対向する位置に付勢するスプリングと、このスプリングに抗して前記作動体を前記フック部と対向する位置から後退させる操作ノブとを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の連結具。 - 前記取付具は、前記装着体に回動可能に設けられかつ被取付物に螺合可能な雄ねじ部、または前記装着体の表面に設けられかつ被取付物を挟持可能な可動爪を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連結具。
