为了便于描述,在这里可以使用空间相对术语,如“在......之上”、“在......上方”、“在......上表面”、“上面的”等,用来描述如在图中所示的一个器件或特征与其他器件或特征的空间位置关系。应当理解的是,空间相对术语旨在包含除了器件在图中所描述的方位之外的在使用或操作中的不同方位。例如,如果附图中的器件被倒置,则描述为“在其他器件或构造上方”或“在其他器件或构造之上”的器件之后将被定位为“在其他器件或构造下方”或“在其他器件或构造之下”。因而,示例性术语“在......上方”可以包括“在......上方”和“在......下方”两种方位。该器件也可以其他不同方式定位(旋转90度或处于其他方位),并且对这里所使用的空间相对描述作出相应解释。
如图2至图10所示,本发明提供的出纸机构主要包括:机架7、摆动架1、输送辊组件2、第一驱动组件5和第一检测组件41。其中,机架7上设置出纸口731;摆动架1相对于机架7可摆动地设置;输送辊组件2设置于摆动架1上;第一驱动组件5与输送辊组件2传动连接,用于驱动输送辊组件2向出纸口731输送纸张;第一检测组件41用于检测摆动架1相对于机架7的位置;其中,在出纸口731堵塞时,摆动架1向远离出纸口731的方向摆动。
该出纸机构正常工作时输送辊组件2驱动纸张由出纸口731输出,当用户或其它原因堵塞出纸口731时,由于纸张硬度或厚度较高,因此随着输送辊组件2继续输送纸张,堵塞在出纸口731的纸张推动摆动架1克服使摆动架1维持在正常出纸时的位置的作用力(如摆动架1的自身重力或弹力等)而摆动,第一检测装置41检测到摆动架1相对于机架7的位置,据此可以检测到出纸机构的出纸口731被堵塞。因此,与现有技术中的出纸机构相比,本发明提供的出纸机构即使纸张硬度或厚度较高也能及时有效地检测到塞纸问题。
优选地,摆动架1还包括出纸通道11,出纸通道11设置在输送辊组件2和出纸口731之间,摆动架1具有第一位置和第二位置,其中,当摆动架1位于第一位置时,出纸通道11的出口端靠近出纸口731,当摆动架1位于第二位置时,出纸通道11的出口端远离出纸口731,当出纸口731堵塞时,摆动架1摆动至第二位置。
由于在出纸口731堵塞时,受出纸通道11的高度限制,纸张在出纸通道11内不会发生弯曲或只能发生微小弯曲,因此随着输送辊组件2继续输送纸张,堵塞在出纸口731的纸张可更及时地推动摆动架1摆动,从而可以更及时有效地检测到塞纸问题。
以下结合图2至图10进一步说明本发明的优选实施例。
如图2至图5所示,出纸机构包括机架7、摆动架1、输送辊组件2、第一检测组件41,以及第一驱动组件5。机架7包括左壁71、右壁72,以及前壁73,其中,左壁71和右壁72相对平行间隔设置,两者之间的距离大于出纸机构输出的纸张的最大宽度;前壁73连接在左壁71和右壁72之间,其表面设置有出纸口731,用于排出纸张。
摆动架1通过枢接轴10与机架7枢接,位于机架7的左壁71、右壁72及前壁73三者形成的空间内,摆动架1可以绕枢接轴摆动,具有与机架7的前壁73抵接的第一位置(如图4所示)以及与前壁73分离的第二位置(如图5所示)。本实施例中,在摆动架1的沿纸张宽度方向的两端分别设有一个枢接轴10,这两个枢接轴10同轴设置,这两个枢接轴10的轴线即摆动架1围绕其转动的摆动中心。两个枢接轴10分别与机架7的左壁71上的孔(图中未示出)以及右壁72上的孔721枢接,使摆动架1可以绕枢接轴10的轴线转动,其中,摆动架1在自身重力的作用下,始终具有绕枢接轴10向前壁73转动直至抵接在前壁73上的运动趋势。优选地,在本发明提供的其它实施例中,如图7所示的第二实施例中,出纸机构还包括弹性元件6,弹性元件6的一端与机架7连接,另一端与摆动架1连接,在弹性元件6的弹性力的作用下,摆动架1始终具有绕枢接轴10向第一位置摆动的运动趋势。
摆动架1上相对间隔设置有第一通道板111和第二通道板112,第一通道板111和第二通道板112两者之间形成出纸通道11,出纸通道11沿纸张输出方向延伸,具有设定的高度和宽度,其中,出纸通道11的高度与出纸 机构所输出的纸张的最大厚度相适配,出纸通道11的宽度与出纸机构所输出的纸张的最大宽度相适配,出纸通道11的出口端与出纸口731连通,纸张能够经出纸通道11从出纸口731排出。
输送辊组件2设置在摆动架1上,沿纸张输出方向位于出纸通道11的入纸端,当摆动架1绕枢接轴10摆动时,输送辊组件2随之摆动。输送辊组件2包括相切配合的主动辊21和从动辊22,其中,主动辊21与第一驱动组件5传动连接,在第一驱动组件5的驱动下,可以绕自身轴线转动,驱动位于主动辊21和从动辊22之间的纸张移动。
优选地,本实施例的出纸机构还包括控制器,第一检测组件41和第一驱动组件5分别与控制器电连接,控制器根据第一检测组件41输出的检测信号控制第一驱动组件5的动作。
第一检测组件41用于检测摆动架1的位置。第一检测组件41包括传感器411和检测部412,传感器411通过与检测部412配合或分离检测摆动架1的位置。其中,传感器411设置在摆动架1和机架7两者中的一个上,传感器411可以是光电传感器,也可以是机械式传感器;检测部412设置在摆动架1和机架7两者中的另一个上,当摆动架1位于第一位置上时,传感器411与检测部412配合,传感器411输出第一检测信号,当摆动架1位于第二位置时,传感器411与检测部412分离,传感器411输出第二检测信号,根据传感器411输出的检测信号,控制器可以判断摆动架1的位置。
本实施例中检测部412固定设置在机架7的前壁73的内侧,传感器411为光电式传感器,传感器411与摆动架1固定连接。当摆动架1位于第一位置时检测部412与传感器411配合,检测部412插入传感器411的光路中,阻断光线传播,传感器411输出第一检测信号,当摆动架1位于第二位置时,检测部412与传感器411分离,检测部412撤出传感器411的光路,使光路保持畅通,传感器411输出第二检测信号。
图6是根据本发明第一实施例的出纸机构的内部结构示意图。如图6所示,本实施例中,第一驱动组件5用于驱动输送辊组件2的主动辊21转动,以向出纸口731输送纸张。第一驱动组件5包括第一电机51和传动齿轮组52,以及胶辊齿轮53,其中,第一电机51固定安装在摆动架1上,在第一电机51的输出轴上安装有第一电机齿轮511;传动齿轮组52包括至少一个 齿轮,用于将第一电机51输出的扭矩传递给胶辊齿轮53;胶辊齿轮53固定安装在主动辊21的轴端,与传动齿轮组52中的一个齿轮啮合连接,当第一电机51的输出轴转动时,通过传动齿轮组52可驱动胶辊齿轮53转动,从而驱动主动辊21转动。本实施例中,传动齿轮组52包括彼此啮合的第一齿轮521和第二齿轮522,其中,第一齿轮521还和第一电机齿轮511啮合连接,第二齿轮522还和胶辊齿轮53啮合连接。
下面介绍本实施例提供的出纸机构的工作过程。
当纸张输送状态正常时,摆动架1在自身重力的作用下位于第一位置,第一驱动组件5驱动输送辊组件2的主动辊21带动从动辊22转动,驱动位于两者之间的纸张移动至出纸通道11内,并由出纸口731排出出纸机构,此时第一检测组件41的传感器411输出第一检测信号。
当纸张输送过程中由于用户或其他原因阻止纸张排出出纸口731时,受阻的纸张堵在出纸口731处,但由于纸张硬度或厚度较高,且出纸通道11的高度与纸张的最大厚度相适配,纸张在出纸通道11内不会弯曲变形或者只能发生微小弯曲变形,因此随着输送辊组件2继续输送纸张,堵塞在出纸口731的纸张推动摆动架1克服摆动架1的重力作用绕枢接轴10向远离出纸口731的第二位置摆动。当检测到摆动架1位于第二位置时,第一检测组件41的传感器411输出第二检测信号,控制器据此判断出纸口731塞纸,发出警示信息,提示用户纸张输送出现异常。
本发明提供的出纸机构包括机架、与机架枢接的摆动架、设置在摆动架上的输送辊组件、位于输送辊组件与出纸口之间的出纸通道,以及分别设置在机架及摆动架上的传感器和检测部,正常工作时输送辊组件驱动纸张通过出纸通道由出纸口输出,当用户或其他原因堵塞出纸口时,由于纸张硬度或厚度较高,且受出纸通道的高度限制,纸张在出纸通道内不会发生弯曲或只能发生微小弯曲,因此随着输送辊组件继续输送纸张,堵塞在出纸口的纸张推动摆动架克服摆动架的重力作用摆动,传感器随之被检测部触发输出相应的检测信号,据此可以检测到出纸机构的出纸口被堵塞。与现有技术中的出纸机构相比,本发明提供的出纸机构即使纸张硬度或厚度较高也能及时有效地检测到塞纸问题,因此本发明提供的出纸机构适应硬度或厚度较高的纸张。
图8是根据本发明第三实施例的出纸机构的结构分解视图,图9a是根 据本发明第三实施例的出纸机构在进纸时的结构剖面图。如图8、图9a所示,与第一实施例相比,在本实施例中,出纸机构还包括第二驱动组件8和第二检测组件42,机架7还包括顶壁74和底板75,输送辊组件2的上游还设置有用于容纳纸张的容纸空间D,第一驱动组件5还用于驱动纸张回退至容纸空间D储存。
具体地,顶壁74连接在左壁71和右壁72之间,位于摆动架1的上方,顶壁74的邻近摆动架1的一侧设置有导引部741,沿纸张输出方向,导引部741位于输送辊组件2的上游,导引部741具有用于引导纸张进入输送辊组件2的主动辊21和从动辊22之间的第一边741a和用于引导主动辊21和从动辊22之间的纸张由输送辊组件2的入纸端退出的第二边741b,第一边741a和第二边741b两者呈V型设置。
第二驱动组件8与摆动架1传动连接,以驱动摆动架1在第一位置和第二位置之间摆动。第二驱动组件8包括第二电机81和外齿轮82,第二电机81和外齿轮82两者中的一个安装在摆动架1上,例如,优选地可以位于摆动架1的远离枢接轴10的一端。第二电机81和外齿轮82两者中的另一个安装在机架7上,第二电机81的输出轴上设有第二电机齿轮811,外齿轮82与第二电机齿轮811啮合,当第二电机81的输出轴转动时,通过第二电机齿轮811与外齿轮82啮合传动,可驱动摆动架1在第一位置与第二位置之间摆动。本实施例中,第二电机81固定安装在摆动架1上,外齿轮82固定设置在机架7的底板75上,与第二电机齿轮811啮合连接,外齿轮82以摆动架1的摆动中心,即枢接轴10的轴心为圆心呈扇形设置,其圆心角大于等于摆动架1在第一位置与第二位置之间的摆动角度。当第二电机81的输出轴转动时,第二电机齿轮811相对于固定安装在机架7上的外齿轮82滚动,带动摆动架1绕枢接轴10摆动。
第二检测组件42用于检测纸张是否已经被输送辊组件2夹持。如图9a至图9d所示,沿纸张输出方向,第二检测组件42设置在输送辊组件2的下游,用于检测纸张是否已经被夹持在输送辊组件2的主动辊11与从动辊12之间。第二检测组件42为机械式传感器或光电式传感器,当纸张未运动至第二检测组件42处时,第二检测组件42输出第一检测信号,当纸张运动至第二检测组件42处时,第二检测组件42输出第二检测信号。
优选地,本实施例的出纸机构还包括控制器,第一检测组件41、第二检测组件42、第一驱动组件5和第二驱动组件8分别与控制器通讯连接,控制器根据各检测组件输出的检测信号控制对应的驱动组件的动作。
下面介绍本实施例提供的出纸机构的工作过程。
如图9a所示,待机状态时,摆动架1位于第二位置,第一检测组件41输出第二检测信号,第二检测组件42输出第一检测信号,当纸张经出纸机构的入纸口进入出纸机构时,导引部741的第一边741a引导纸张进入输送辊组件2的主动辊21和从动辊22之间。
如图9b所示,出纸机构容纸时,控制器控制第一电机51驱动输送辊组件2的主动辊21沿纸张输出方向转动,主动辊21和从动辊22驱动纸张向出纸口731移动,当纸张的纸头移动至第二检测组件42位置处时,第二检测组件42输出第二检测信号,此时,控制器控制第一电机51的输出轴停止转动,然后控制器控制第二电机81的输出轴沿设定方向转动设定角度后停止转动,外齿轮82驱动摆动架1由第二位置向第一位置运动,当摆动架1位于第一位置时,第一检测组件41输出第一检测信号,输送辊组件2的主动辊21和从动辊22两者的相切位置随之移动,使导引部741的V型底端穿过出纸机构的入纸口与该相切位置之间的纸张输送路径,因此使纸张在导引部741的V型底端形成弯曲,此时,如果继续输送纸张,纸张将继续弯曲,并成U型地暂存在与导引部741相对的位于左壁71和右壁72之间的容纸空间D内。
如图9c所示,出纸机构出纸时,控制器控制第一电机51驱动输送辊组件2的主动辊21沿纸张输出方向转动,将纸张的纸头由出纸口731输出设定距离后,控制器控制第一电机51停止转动,纸张的纸尾被夹持在主动辊21与从动辊22之间,等待用户取走。在出纸机构出纸过程中,如果用户或其原因堵塞出纸口731,由于纸张硬度或厚度较高,且受出纸通道的高度限制,纸张不会发生弯曲变形或只能发生微小弯曲变形,随着输送辊组件2继续输出纸张,堵塞在出纸口731处的纸张将推动摆动架1向第二位置摆动,当第一检测组件41输出第二检测信号时,控制器判定塞纸,并发出警示信息,提示用户塞纸。
如图9d所示,经过预定时间后,如果用户没有取走纸张时,控制器控 制第一电机51驱动输送辊组件2的主动辊21沿与纸张输出方向相反的纸张退回方向转动,纸张的纸尾在导引部741的第二边741b的引导下进入容纸空间D内保存。
本实施例提供的出纸机构还包括V型导引部和第二驱动组件,通过增加第二驱动组件驱动摆动架在第一位置与第二位置之间摆动,并通过V型导引部引导纸张进入输送辊组件或将纸张退回至容纸空间保存。与上述实施例相比,本实施例提供的出纸机构增加了容纸功能和退纸保存功能,可以避免在出纸过程中用户拉拽纸张,并可以避免用户忘记取走纸张时信息遗失的问题。
需要说明的是,以上各实施例不用于限制本发明。例如,以上各实施例中,摆动架1处于第一位置时,摆动架1与前壁73抵接;在摆动架1处于第二位置时,摆动架1与前壁73分离。但在其它未示出的实施方式中,只要能正确判断出纸是否出现故障,第一位置和第二位置也可以设置为其它合适的位置。再例如,以上各实施例中,输送辊组件2和第一驱动组件5均设置在摆动架1上并随摆动架1的摆动而摆动,但是在未示出的实施例中,输送辊组件和第一驱动组件亦可以相对于机架固定设置。
本发明还提供一种打印装置,打印装置包括沿纸张输出方向依次设置的打印组件、切刀组件和出纸机构,其中,出纸机构为前述的出纸机构。
图10是使用本发明提供的出纸机构的打印装置一实施例的结构示意图。如图10所示,打印装置包括沿纸张输出方向依次设置的打印组件100、切刀组件200和出纸机构300。
打印组件100用于在纸张上打印图像或文字,本实施例中,打印组件100为热打印组件,包括位于通道两侧相对设置的打印头110和打印胶辊120。在本发明的其他实施例中,打印组件还可以是针式、喷墨或激光等类型,由于传统的针式、喷墨、激光等打印组件设置形式为本领域技术人员所熟知,并且其设置与发明关联性不大,因此不再赘述。
切刀组件200用于将完成打印的纸张切断,切刀组件200包括位于通道两侧相对设置的固定刀片210和可动刀片220;出纸机构300用于在打印完成前暂存纸张,在打印完成后将纸张输出,并回收用户遗忘的纸张,出纸机构300的入纸口与切刀组件200的出纸口连接。出纸机构300采用上述任意一实施例提供的出纸机构,此处不再复述。
打印装置接到打印命令后,打印头110在纸张上进行打印的同时,打印胶辊120驱动纸张向切刀组件200前进,纸张从切刀组件200的固定刀片210和可动刀片220之间穿过后由出纸机构300的入纸口进入出纸机构300,并被出纸机构300的主动辊21和从动辊22夹持,在打印组件100完成打印后,切刀组件200的可动刀片220向固定刀片210移动,将完成打印的纸张切断,出纸机构300的主动辊21和从动辊22将完成打印的纸张由出纸口731输出,此时如果用户或其原因堵塞出纸口731,出纸机构300的摆动架1将摆动,使出纸机构300的第一检测组件41输出相应的检测信号,打印装置的控制器据此判断纸张输送异常,发出警示信息。
本实施例提供的打印装置使用本发明提供的出纸机构,即使纸张的硬度或厚度较高时也能及时有效地检测到纸张堵塞出纸口的问题,因此,本发明提供的打印装置尤其能够适应硬度或厚度较高的纸张。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种出纸机构,其特征在于,所述出纸机构包括:
    机架(7),所述机架(7)上设置有出纸口(731);
    摆动架(1),其相对于所述机架(7)可摆动地设置;
    输送辊组件(2),设置于所述摆动架(1)上;
    第一驱动组件(5),与所述输送辊组件(2)传动连接,用于驱动所述输送辊组件(2)向所述出纸口(731)输送纸张;
    第一检测组件(41),用于检测所述摆动架(1)相对于所述机架(7)的位置;
    其中,在所述出纸口(731)堵塞时,所述摆动架(1)向远离所述出纸口(731)的方向摆动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述摆动架(1)还包括出纸通道(11),所述出纸通道(11)设置在所述输送辊组件(2)和所述出纸口(731)之间,所述摆动架(1)具有第一位置和第二位置,其中,当所述摆动架(1)位于所述第一位置时,所述出纸通道(11)的出口端靠近所述出纸口(731),当所述摆动架(1)位于所述第二位置时,所述出纸通道(11)的出口端远离所述出纸口(731),当所述出纸口(731)堵塞时,所述摆动架(1)摆动至所述第二位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述第一检测组件(41)包括:
    传感器(411),所述传感器(411)设置在所述摆动架(1)和所述机架(7)两者中的一个上;
    检测部(412),所述检测部(412)设置在所述摆动架(1)和所述机架(7)两者中的另一个上,所述传感器(411)通过与所述检测部(412)配合或分离检测所述摆动架(1)的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述机架(7)还包括位于所述摆动架(1)上方的导引部(741),沿所述纸张的输出方向,所述导引部(741)位于所述输送辊组件(2)的上游,其中,所述导引部(741) 具有用于引导所述纸张进入所述输送辊组件(2)的第一边(741a)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述输送辊组件(2)的上游设置有用于容纳所述纸张的容纸空间(D)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述出纸机构还包括第二驱动组件(8),所述第二驱动组件(8)与所述摆动架(1)传动连接,用于驱动所述摆动架(1)摆动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述第二驱动组件(8)包括第二电机(81)和外齿轮(82),所述第二电机(81)和所述外齿轮(82)两者中的一个安装在所述摆动架(1)上,所述第二电机(81)和所述外齿轮(82)两者中的另一个安装在所述机架(7)上,所述第二电机(81)的输出轴上设有第二电机齿轮(811),所述外齿轮(82)与所述第二电机齿轮(811)啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述机架(7)还包括底板(75),所述第二电机(81)固定安装在所述摆动架(1)上,所述外齿轮(82)固定设置在所述底板(75)上并与所述第二电机齿轮(811)啮合连接,所述外齿轮(82)以所述摆动架(1)的摆动中心为圆心呈扇形设置,且所述外齿轮(82)的圆心角大于等于所述摆动架(1)的摆动角度。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的出纸机构,其特征在于,所述出纸机构还包括弹性元件(6),所述弹性元件(6)的一端与所述机架(7)连接,另一端与所述摆动架(1)连接,在所述弹性元件(6)的弹性力的作用下,所述摆动架(1)始终具有向所述出纸口(731)靠近的摆动趋势。
  10. 一种打印装置,包括沿纸张输出方向依次设置的打印组件(100)、切刀组件(200)和出纸机构(300),其特征在于,所述出纸机构(300)为根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的出纸机构。
