本发明的目的在于针对以上现有技术的不足,将碳罐部分(碳盖和油箱外盖组成的部分)设计成一个标准产品,通过油箱盖与油箱连接的盖子尺寸的变化来适应不同的油箱,同时碳罐与油箱盖的连接设计成标准接口,这样, 即使是不同的油箱,只要更换不同的油箱盖即可,油箱盖的设计、加工相对来说简单得多,各种接口又是标准的,这样的话,无论是开发,还是加工制造,整个环节实施容易得多,成本也会低很多。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其包括碳罐、油箱盖3,碳罐包括油箱外盖1、碳盖2;碳盖2的中部设有上端开口的填充腔4,油箱外盖1设置在碳盖2的上方,且油箱外盖1包裹住填充腔4的上端口,油箱外盖1与碳盖2之间连接处采用非密封连接,非密封连接可以方便过滤后的油气排放到外界;油箱外盖1的内壁与碳盖2的外侧可以采用卡合连接。油箱盖3设置在碳盖2的下方,油箱盖3上设有用于与油箱口相连接的卡槽5,优选这卡槽5内设有O型密封圈。油箱盖3与碳盖2和油箱外盖1之间通过可拆卸方式连接、或油箱盖3与碳盖2之间通过可拆卸方式连接、或油箱盖3与油箱外盖1之间通过可拆卸方式连接;油箱盖3的中部设有贯穿油箱盖3上、下端面的通孔6,碳盖2上设有第一通道7,第一通道7将通孔6与填充腔4相连通,第一通道7用于将油箱中的挥发的油气导入到填充腔4中,油气经过填充腔4内吸油填料8过滤后排放到外界,以达到控制燃油排放、减少污染的目的。填充腔4内设有吸油填料8。
本发明还包括通气管9,通气管9设置在碳盖2内;通气管9套在第一通道7的出口上,通气管9的下端设有第一呼吸板10;第一呼吸板10、碳盖2的底部、碳盖2的内壁形成容积腔11;通气管9的内壁与填充腔4的内壁之间设有第二通道12,第二通道12将第一通道7的出口与容积腔11相连通。第二通道12的作用:第一、改变第一通道7内油气的流通方向,使得流速减小;第二、增加了油气在碳盖2中的过滤时间,有利于油气中有害物质充分吸收;第三、将油气导入到容积腔11中,有利于容积腔11存储的少量油。吸油填料8设置在第一呼吸板10的上方,且吸油填料8至于填充腔4中。
碳盖2的底板设有贯穿底板的支柱13;支柱13的上端穿过容积腔11置于填充腔4中,且容积腔11环绕着支柱13的下端;通气管9的下端置于容积腔11中;第一通道7贯通支柱13;通气管9套在支柱13上,通气管9的内壁与支柱13的外壁形成第二通道12。本实施例不需要通气管9的内壁与支柱13的外壁密封连接,因为通气管9完全套住支柱13,通气管9下端的出气口完全置于容积腔11中,第一通道7中的油气都会流进容积腔11中。
支柱13的下端置于油箱盖3中,支柱13的下端与油箱盖3之间通过可拆卸方式相连接。支柱13的下端与油箱盖3的连接处设有密封圈。
优选:第一呼吸板10的下端设有支撑件14,支撑件14设置在第二通道12下端口的上方,这样才能使得通气管9下端的出气口在容积腔11中。支撑件14的上端面上设有多个通气孔,这样有利于容积腔11中的油气通过第一呼吸板10进入填充腔4内;支撑件14与通气管9的外壁固定连接。支撑件14的结构可以为圆环,进一步还可以圆环的周边设置向容积腔11内伸入的圆筒;圆筒的高度和容积腔11的深度相等,这样起到支撑的作用;支撑件14的上端面(也就是圆环的上端面)与填充腔4的底面相齐平,这 样有利于放置第一呼吸板10(优选:第一呼吸板10在盖住容积腔11的上端口的同时也盖住填充腔4的底面)。更优:支撑件14与通气管9一体成型。
优选:本实施例还包括用于盖住吸油填料8的第二呼吸板15,第二呼吸板15设置在填充腔4的上端口上。第二呼吸板15用于防止吸油填料8漏出。更优选:填充腔4上端口的圆周设有方便嵌入第二呼吸板15的环台,油箱外盖1的下端面设有下压第二呼吸板15的凸起,通气管9上设有支撑第二呼吸板15的台阶;通气管9的上端可以穿过第二呼吸板15至油箱外盖1的下方,也可以不用穿过第二呼吸板15,本实例优选通气管9穿过第二呼吸板15至油箱外盖1的下方,且通气管9的上端面与油箱外盖1的下端面相接触,通气管9不但可以支撑第二呼吸板15,还可以支撑油箱外盖1。第二呼吸板15的上方可以设有隔片16,隔片16设置于油箱外盖1与第二呼吸板15之间,方便平压第二呼吸板15,起到更好防止吸油填料8漏出。
优选:支柱13内设有呼吸海绵17,且呼吸海绵17在第二通道12上。这样更有利于减缓油气流速。还可以在第二通道12上设置隔板,呼吸海绵17可以在设置在隔板的上端或下端,本实例没有在第二通道12上设置隔板。
优选:吸油填料8为活性炭。
使用过程中先将油箱盖3正确装在油箱上,然后碳罐(碳罐的碳盖2)与油箱盖3快捷连接在一起。碳罐是一个标准件,油箱的少量油气经过油箱盖3后首先经过呼吸海绵17缓冲,然后通气管9让油气折返进入碳盖2,最后进入活性炭里,经过活性炭过滤后的气体再经过第二呼吸板15排放到大气中。碳罐和油箱盖3相互独立,通用性强,可以适用不同的油箱盖3。结构设计简易化,制造加工简单化,成本降低。由于通气管9具有使油气折返功能,进入容积腔11的少量油将会在油箱负压作用下,沿着油/气流动方向回流到油箱里,避免油对碳粉的长期浸泡,让碳粉的吸附性发挥更佳。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明 的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:包括油箱盖、碳盖、油箱外盖;所述碳盖的中部设有上端开口的填充腔,所述油箱外盖设置在所述碳盖的上方,且所述油箱外盖包裹住所述填充腔的上端口;所述油箱盖设置在所述碳盖的下方,所述油箱盖上设有用于与油箱口相连接的卡槽;所述油箱盖与所述碳盖和油箱外盖之间通过可拆卸方式连接、或所述油箱盖与所述碳盖之间通过可拆卸方式连接、或所述油箱盖与所述油箱外盖之间通过可拆卸方式连接;所述油箱盖的中部设有贯穿所述油箱盖上、下端面的通孔,所述碳盖上设有第一通道,所述第一通道将所述通孔与所述填充腔相连通;所述填充腔内设有吸油填料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:还包括通气管,所述通气管设置在所述碳盖内;所述通气管套在所述第一通道的出口上,所述通气管的下端设有第一呼吸板;所述第一呼吸板、所述碳盖的底部、所述碳盖的内壁形成容积腔;所述通气管的内壁与所述填充腔的内壁之间设有第二通道,所述第二通道将所述第一通道的出口与所述容积腔相连通;所述吸油填料设置于所述第一呼吸板的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述碳盖的底板设有贯穿所述底板的支柱;所述支柱的上端穿过所述容积腔置于所述填充腔中,且所述容积腔环绕着所述支柱的下端;所述通气管的下端置于所述容积腔中;所述第一通道贯通所述支柱;所述通气管套在所述支柱上,所述通气管的内壁与所述支柱的外壁形成 所述第二通道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述支柱的下端置于所述油箱盖中,所述支柱的下端与所述油箱盖之间通过可拆卸方式相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述吸油填料为活性炭。
  6. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:还包括用于盖住所述吸油填料的第二呼吸板,所述第二呼吸板设有在所述填充腔的上端口上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述填充腔上端口的圆周设有方便嵌入所述第二呼吸板的环台,所述油箱外盖的下端面设有下压所述第二呼吸板的凸起,所述通气管上设有支撑所述第二呼吸板的台阶。
  8. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述第一呼吸板的下端设有支撑板,所述支撑板设有多个通气孔;所述支撑板与所述通气管的外壁固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述支撑板与所述通气管一体成型。
  10. 根据权利要求3至4任一项所述一种分离式碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述支柱内设有呼吸海绵,且所述呼吸海绵在所述第二通道上。
