为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了另一种技术方案是:一种防溢注液 瓶,包括瓶体、针筒、针座及针管;瓶体上具有瓶口;针筒设于瓶体内,其 底端开设有与瓶体内部连通的第一通孔;针座上具有连通针座两端的第二通 孔,针座插入针筒内,其上部与瓶口密封连接;针座上还设有与针筒的筒壁 密封连接的第一密封件,第一密封件及针座将针筒内分隔成与瓶体内部连通 的上针腔和与瓶体内部隔离的下针腔,针座下部插入针筒的第一通孔并使第 二通孔与第一通孔连通,且下部与第一通孔之间设有使下针腔与瓶体内部之 间相互密封的第二密封件,该针座上设有使下针腔与外界连通的至少一通气 通道;针管插设于第二通孔内且其针端露出于针座外部并朝向瓶体外侧;下 针腔内设有两端分别抵顶针筒和针座的压力弹簧。
其中,还包括瓶盖,瓶盖盖设于瓶口处,其上设有与针管的针端密封连 接的第三密封件。
其中,上针腔侧壁开设有与瓶体内部连接的侧向通孔,针座上设有当瓶 盖盖紧瓶口时密封侧向通孔的第五密封件。
其中,支撑架下部插入针筒上部,且二者相互衔接部分设有连通瓶体内 部和上针腔的第一槽道。
其中,瓶口处设有向瓶体内部延伸的筒状支撑架,支撑架底部设有第三 通孔,针座的上部穿过第三通孔且上部与第三通孔之间设有第四密封件。
其中,针筒底端的第一通孔处设有由第一通孔延伸出的引导部,引导部 呈中空管状,针座的下部插入引导部内。
其中,引导部延伸向针筒的内部,针筒底端的外表面抵顶瓶体底部,且 底端的外表面设有连接第一通孔与瓶体内部的第二槽道。
其中,针座包括上支座、下支座;上支座与瓶口密封连接,其中心设有 贯通上支座两端的第一中心通孔,其上设有使上支座两端气路连通的上气 路;下支座中心设有连通下支座两端的第二中心通孔,其上设有使下支座上 端与下针腔气路连通的下气路;第一中心通孔与第二中心通孔对齐连通形成 第二通孔,上气路与下气路相互气路连通形成通气通道。
其中,上支座下部与下支座上部相互抵顶连接,第一密封件设于上支座 与下支座相互连接处的外围。
其中,上支座包括筒状的外围件及设置于外围件内的芯件,第一中心通 孔设置于芯件中心,芯件外围表面设有形成上气路的第三槽道。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的防溢注液瓶,当所述针座受到来 自墨水笔的向下压力时,可使所述瓶体内的气压下降,进而使所述瓶体内部 的气压小于墨水笔笔胆内的气压,从而完成回墨动作;当撤除墨水笔对所述 针座的压力使所述针座在所述压力弹簧的作用自动回升,同时保持所述墨水 笔的笔胆与所述针管保持连接,可使所述瓶体内的气压上升,进而使所述瓶 体内部的气压大于墨水笔笔胆内的气压,进而完成注墨动作,其将回墨与注 墨结合为一体,方便用户的使用。又因注墨动作前先完成回墨动作,不存在 注墨过程中墨水外溢的问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明 白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此 处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图1,为本发明提供的防溢注液瓶一优选实施例的正常放置时的 结构示意图,其包括瓶体1、针筒2、针座3及针管4;所述瓶体1上具有瓶 口101;所述针筒2设于所述瓶体1内,其底端201开设有与所述瓶体1内 部连通的第一通孔202;所述针座3上具有连通针座3两端的第二通孔301, 所述针座3插入所述针筒2内,其上部302与所述瓶口101密封连接,所述 针座上还设有与所述针筒2的筒壁密封连接的第一密封件501,所述第一密 封件501及针座3将所述针筒2内分隔成与瓶体1内部连通的上针腔21和 与瓶体1内部隔离的下针腔22,其下部303插入所述针筒2的第一通孔202 并使所述第二通孔301与所述第一通孔202连通,且所述下部303与所述第 一通孔202之间设有使所述下针腔22与所述瓶体1内部之间相互密封的第 二密封件502,该针座3上设有使所述下针腔22与外界连通的通气通道305; 所述针管4插设于所述第二通孔301内且其针端41露出于所述针座3外部 并朝向所述瓶体1外侧;所述下针腔22内设有两端分别抵顶所述针筒2和 针座3的压力弹簧6。
下面介绍本发明的工作原理:本发明主要是利用所述针座3受压下行时 及回弹复位时所述瓶体1内的气压变化,从而达到回墨与注墨的目的。本发 明的注液瓶内的气液通道可以分成两部分:第一部分由所述上针腔21、瓶体 1内部、第一通孔202、第二通孔301及针管4组成,其中所述针管4用于 连接墨水笔的笔胆;第二部分由所述下针腔22及通气通道305组成,其中 所述通气通道305的一端与外界空气连通。
当本发明的注液瓶处于闲置状态时,请参照图1,所述压力弹簧6呈复 位状态,所述针座3处于“上位”,所述上针腔21体积最小,所述下针腔 22体积最大,整个注液瓶内的各处气压均等于外界气压值。
当所述针座3受到来自墨水笔的按压并向“下位”移动的过程中,所述 压力弹簧6逐渐因受压而压缩,所述下针腔22体积逐渐变小,这样,下针 腔22内的气压将逐渐上升,下针腔22内高压的气体将由所述通气通道305 流向外界,使得所述下针腔22内的气压与外界相互平衡;与此同时,所述 上针腔21体积逐渐变大,由于所述上针腔21与所述瓶体1内部连通,这样 便导致所述瓶体1内部气压将逐渐下降,又因所述瓶体1依次与所述第一通 孔202、第二通孔301及针管4连通,而针管4又连接墨水笔的笔胆,这样, 笔胆内空气或剩余墨水都会等量体积沿所述针管4、第二通孔301及第一通 孔202流入所述瓶体1,从而实现回墨动作,最终整个注液瓶内的各处气压 均等于外界气压值。
当完成上述回墨动作后,可撤去压力且应当保持墨水笔的笔胆依然与所 述针管4保持连接,使所述针座3在所述压力弹簧6的作用下由“下位”逐 渐上升直到变为“上位”的过程中,所述下针腔22体积逐渐变大,下针腔 22内的气压逐渐下降,这样外界的气体将流经所述通气通道305进入所述下 针腔22内,使得所述下针腔22内的气压与外界平衡;与此同时,所述上针 腔21体积逐渐变小,由于所述上针腔21与所述瓶体1内部连通,这样,所 述瓶体1内部的气压会逐渐变大,进而使瓶体1内的墨水(或溶液)经由所 述第一通孔202、第二通孔301及所述针管4流向笔胆,从而实现注墨动作。
由上述分析可知,本发明提供的防溢注液瓶具有回墨与注墨的两种功 能,使用方便、操作简单的特点。又因注墨动作前先完成回墨动作,不存在 注墨过程中墨水外溢的问题。
在本实施例中,上述注液瓶还包括瓶盖7,所述瓶盖7盖设于所述瓶口 101处,其上设有与所述针管4的针端41密封连接的第三密封件503。所述 第三密封件503采用柔性橡胶制作而成,其中心设有一盲孔,当注液瓶闲置 时,所述针端41插入所述盲孔内,该盲孔与所述针端41之间为过盈配合, 如此可保证在注液瓶闲置时,即使发生翻转,能够保证瓶体内的墨水不外泄。 更具体地,所述上针腔21侧壁开设有与所述瓶体1内部连接的侧向通孔211, 所述针座2上设有当所述瓶盖7盖紧所述瓶口101时密封所述侧向通孔211 的第五密封件505。这样,当瓶盖7盖紧所述瓶口101时,所述第三密封503 密封所述针管4,同时带动所述针座3下移,使所述第五密封件505密闭所 述侧向通孔211,从而使所述瓶体1内与外界连通的所有通路被封闭,形成 一个独立空间,从而防止运输过程中因注液瓶放置位置不正确,如倒置时, 所述瓶体1内的墨水进入所述上针腔21内,从而影响注液瓶的正常使用。
当然,就本发明而言,为实现防止所述瓶体1内的墨水进入所述上针腔 21内这一设计效果,还可采用将所述支撑架8下部插入所述针筒2上部,且 二者相互衔接部分设有连通所述瓶体1内部和上针腔21的第一槽道。具体 地,所述第一槽道设置于所述针筒2内壁上部。这样,能够使所述支撑架8 与所述针筒2之间的连接更为紧凑,使得针筒2能够固定于瓶体1内部。另 外,支撑架8与所述针筒2之间的连接较为紧密,亦可有效的防止瓶体1内 的墨水流入所述上针腔21内。
在本实施例中,所述瓶口101处设有向所述瓶体1内部延伸的筒状支撑 架8,所述支撑架8底部设有第三通孔81,所述针座3的上部302穿过所 述第三通孔81且所述上部302与所述第三通孔81之间设有第四密封件504。 具体地,所述瓶口101与所述支撑架8之间采用螺纹连接,从而可拆装的将 所述支撑架8安装于所述瓶口101,且保证了所述支撑架8与所述瓶口101 间的密封连接。所述第四密封件504的外周设有卡接凹槽5041,第四密封件 504通过所述卡接凹槽5041卡接于所述第三通孔81上。在所述第四密封件 504的内壁设有两圈凸环5042,并使所述凸环5042与所述针座3的上部302 之间保持过盈配合。亦即,在本实施例中,通过在所述瓶口101处设置支撑 架8,并使瓶口与支撑架之间保持密封连接,又在支撑架上通过开设所述第 三通孔81,再于第三通孔81处设置第四密封件504,进而使所述针座3的 上部302与所述第三通孔81实现密封连接。从而,在整体上实现所述瓶口 101与所述针座3之间的密封连接。这里,所述支撑架8对所述针座3在竖 直方向上的复返动作具有导向和支撑作用。当然,亦可不采用支撑架8的设 置方式,直接将所述针座3与所述瓶口101利用密封件进行密封连接,但这 样会使所述针座3的上部外露于所述瓶口101外侧,最终导致整个注液瓶高 度增加,在携带或运输方面会相对不便。
在本实施例中,所述针筒2底端201设置所述第一通孔202处设有由所 述第一通孔202延伸出的引导部203,所述引导部203呈中空管状,所述针 座3的下部303插入所述引导部203内。这样,实质上延长了所述第一通孔 202的长度,便于所述第一通孔202与所述第二通孔301之间的连接。
在本实施例中,所述引导部203延伸向所述针筒2的内部,所述针筒底 端201的外表面抵顶所述瓶体1底部,且底端201的外表面设有连接所述第 一通孔202与瓶体1内部的第二槽道204。这样,使所述针筒2直接顶置所 述瓶体1底部,进一步便于所述针筒2的固定。
请参照图2,在本实施例中,所述针座3包括上支座31、下支座32;所 述上支座31与所述瓶口101密封连接,其中心设有贯通上支座31两端的第 一中心通孔311,其上设有使上支座31两端气路连通的上气路312;所述下 支座32中心设有连通下支座32两端的第二中心通孔321,其上设有使下支 座上端与所述下针腔22气路连通的下气路322;所述第一中心通孔311与所 述第二中心通孔321对齐连通形成所述第二通孔301,所述上气路312与所 述下气路322相互气路连通形成所述通气通道305。这里,将所述上针座3 拆分为上支座31和下支座32两部分,大大的降低了质量的成本。
在本实施例中,所述上支座31下部与所述下支座32上部相互抵顶连接, 所述第一密封件501设于所述上支座31与下支座32相互连接处的外围。具 体地,所述上支座31下部呈底端开口的筒状结构,对应地,所述下支座32 上部呈顶端开口的筒状结构,且所述下支座32上部容纳于所述所述上支座 32下部。此外,在所述上支座31下部与所述下支座32上部的外围分别设有 环圈33,两环圈33之间形成一环形凹槽34,所述第一密封件501设置于所 述环形凹槽34内。这样,所述环圈33的设置一方面可便于所述第一密封件 501的设置,使得所述上支座31与所述下支座32之间更易于密封,另一方 面可上支座31的环圈33可抵顶所述支撑件8,作为所述针座3向上移滑的 限位结构。
在本实施例中,所述上支座31包括筒状的外围件313及设置于外围件 313内的芯件314,所述第一中心通孔311设置于所述芯件314中心,芯件 314外围表面设有形成所述上气路312的第三槽道。这样,可进一步方便所 述上支座31的制作,特别是上支座31上的上气路312的设计。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本 发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 防溢注液瓶,其中,包括瓶体、针筒、针座及针管;所述瓶体上具 有瓶口;所述针筒设于所述瓶体内,其底端开设有与所述瓶体内部连通的第 一通孔;所述针座上具有连通针座两端的第二通孔,所述针座插入所述针筒 内,其上部与所述瓶口密封连接;所述针座上还设有与所述针筒的筒壁密封 连接的第一密封件,第一密封件及所述针座将所述针筒内分隔成与所述瓶体 内部连通的上针腔和与所述瓶体内部隔离的下针腔,所述针座下部插入所述 针筒的第一通孔并使所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔连通,且所述下部与所述 第一通孔之间设有使所述下针腔与所述瓶体内部之间相互密封的第二密封 件,该针座上设有使所述下针腔与外界连通的至少一通气通道;所述针管插 设于所述第二通孔内且其针端露出于所述针座外部并朝向所述瓶体外侧;所 述下针腔内设有两端分别抵顶所述针筒和针座的压力弹簧;
    所述瓶口处设有向所述瓶体内部延伸的筒状支撑架,所述支撑架底部设 有第三通孔,所述针座的上部穿过所述第三通孔且所述上部与所述第三通孔 之间设有第四密封件;
    所述针座包括上支座、下支座;所述上支座与所述瓶口密封连接,其中 心设有贯通上支座两端的第一中心通孔,其上设有使上支座两端气路连通的 上气路;所述下支座中心设有连通下支座两端的第二中心通孔,其上设有使 下支座上端与所述下针腔气路连通的下气路;所述第一中心通孔与所述第二 中心通孔对齐连通形成所述第二通孔,所述上气路与所述下气路相互气路连 通形成所述通气通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,还包括瓶盖,所述瓶盖盖 设于所述瓶口处,其上设有与所述针管的针端密封连接的第三密封件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述支撑架下部插入所述 针筒上部,且二者相互衔接部分设有连通所述瓶体内部和上针腔的第一槽 道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述上针腔侧壁开设有与 所述瓶体内部连接的侧向通孔,所述针座上设有当所述瓶盖盖紧所述瓶口时 密封所述侧向通孔的第五密封件。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述针筒底端的所述第一 通孔处设有由所述第一通孔延伸出的引导部,所述引导部呈中空管状,所述 针座的下部插入所述引导部内;所述引导部延伸向所述针筒的内部,所述针 筒底端的外表面抵顶所述瓶体底部,且底端的外表面设有连接所述第一通孔 与瓶体内部的第二槽道;所述上支座下部与所述下支座上部相互抵顶连接, 所述第一密封件设于所述上支座与下支座相互连接处的外围;所述上支座包 括筒状的外围件及设置于外围件内的芯件,所述第一中心通孔设置于所述芯 件中心,芯件外围表面设有形成所述上气路的第三槽道。
  6. 一种防溢注液瓶,其中,包括瓶体、针筒、针座及针管;所述瓶体 上具有瓶口;所述针筒设于所述瓶体内,其底端开设有与所述瓶体内部连通 的第一通孔;所述针座上具有连通针座两端的第二通孔,所述针座插入所述 针筒内,其上部与所述瓶口密封连接;所述针座上还设有与所述针筒的筒壁 密封连接的第一密封件,第一密封件及所述针座将所述针筒内分隔成与所述 瓶体内部连通的上针腔和与所述瓶体内部隔离的下针腔,所述针座下部插入 所述针筒的第一通孔并使所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔连通,且所述下部与 所述第一通孔之间设有使所述下针腔与所述瓶体内部之间相互密封的第二 密封件,该针座上设有使所述下针腔与外界连通的至少一通气通道;所述针 管插设于所述第二通孔内且其针端露出于所述针座外部并朝向所述瓶体外 侧;所述下针腔内设有两端分别抵顶所述针筒和针座的压力弹簧。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,还包括瓶盖,所述瓶盖盖 设于所述瓶口处,其上设有与所述针管的针端密封连接的第三密封件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述上针腔侧壁开设有与 所述瓶体内部连接的侧向通孔,所述针座上设有当所述瓶盖盖紧所述瓶口时 密封所述侧向通孔的第五密封件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述支撑架下部插入所述 针筒上部,且二者相互衔接部分设有连通所述瓶体内部和上针腔的第一槽 道。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述瓶口处设有向所述瓶 体内部延伸的筒状支撑架,所述支撑架底部设有第三通孔,所述针座的上部 穿过所述第三通孔且所述上部与所述第三通孔之间设有第四密封件。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述针筒底端的所述第一 通孔处设有由所述第一通孔延伸出的引导部,所述引导部呈中空管状,所述 针座的下部插入所述引导部内。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述引导部延伸向所述 针筒的内部,所述针筒底端的外表面抵顶所述瓶体底部,且底端的外表面设 有连接所述第一通孔与瓶体内部的第二槽道。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述针座包括上支座、 下支座;所述上支座与所述瓶口密封连接,其中心设有贯通上支座两端的第 一中心通孔,其上设有使上支座两端气路连通的上气路;所述下支座中心设 有连通下支座两端的第二中心通孔,其上设有使下支座上端与所述下针腔气 路连通的下气路;所述第一中心通孔与所述第二中心通孔对齐连通形成所述 第二通孔,所述上气路与所述下气路相互气路连通形成所述通气通道。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述上支座下部与所述 下支座上部相互抵顶连接,所述第一密封件设于所述上支座与下支座相互连 接处的外围。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的防溢注液瓶,其中,所述上支座包括筒状的 外围件及设置于外围件内的芯件,所述第一中心通孔设置于所述芯件中心, 芯件外围表面设有形成所述上气路的第三槽道。
