本发明涉及一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其包括油箱内盖、油箱外盖;油箱内盖的中部设有上端开口的空腔;油箱外盖设置在油箱内盖的上方;空腔中设有通气盖,通气盖将空腔分为填充腔和容积腔,容积腔的下端设为漏斗状;容积腔的底壁上设有将油箱中的挥发的油气导入到容积腔中的进排气孔;通气盖的外壁与容积腔的内壁之间设有导气间隙;填充腔中设有吸油填料。本发明的有益效果是:更好地保护活性炭,吸附性能增强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖。
背景技术
现在市场上的油箱盖,很多是将一个容积腔内注满碳粉,当油箱内的压力大于外界压力时,油箱里的油气通过碳粉腔排放到外界中以达到内外压力平衡,油气通过碳粉腔时,燃油被碳粉部分接收,过滤后的气体排放到外界,以达到控制燃油排放、减少污染的目的,但是现有的碳灌油箱盖只能实现部分油气被碳粉吸收,而当油箱里温度过高或者振动过大时,油箱的少量油就会进入碳粉容腔里,并将碳粉浸泡,久而久之碳粉就会失去或者减少吸附。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,解决现有技术的不足。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其包括油箱内盖、油箱外盖;油箱内盖的中部设有上端开口的空腔;油箱外盖设置在油箱内盖的上方,且油箱外盖包裹住空腔的上端口;空腔中设有通气盖,通气盖将空腔分为填充腔和容积腔,填充腔设置在容积腔的上方,容积腔的下端设为漏斗状;容积腔的底壁上设有将油箱中的挥发的油气导入到容积腔中的进排气孔;通气盖的外壁与容积腔的内壁之间设有方便将容积腔内的油气导入到填充腔中的导气间隙;填充腔中设有吸油填料。
本发明的有益效果是:更好地保护活性炭,吸附性能增强;油气流动方向无任何转向,进排气效果更好,更好保护活性炭,更环保,污染少。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2所示,为一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其包括油箱内盖1、油箱外盖2;油箱内盖1的中部设有上端开口的空腔3。
油箱外盖2设置在油箱内盖1的上方,且油箱外盖2包裹住空腔3的上端口,油箱外盖2与油箱内盖1之间连接处采用非密封连接,非密封连接可以方便过滤后的油气排放到外界;油箱外盖2的内壁与油箱内盖1的上端口可以采用卡合连接。
空腔3中设有通气盖4;通气盖4将空腔3分为填充腔31和容积腔32,通气盖4主要起到隔板的作用。通气盖4的外壁与容积腔32的内壁之间设有方便将容积腔32内的油气导入到填充腔31中的导气间隙33。
优选:容积腔32的内壁上设有多个台阶凸起321,多个台阶凸起321设置在通气盖4的下端与容积腔32的内壁连接处,多个台阶凸起321用于防止通气盖4的下端与容积腔32的内壁密封连接,这样油气可以通过多个台阶凸起321与通气盖4的下端口形成的缺口进入导气间隙33中。如图3所示,本发明也可以考虑采用在通气盖4的下端口设有多个缺口的方式达到上述的技术效果,这样设计可以简化容积腔32的内壁的复杂度,降低生产成本。
填充腔31中设有吸油填料5,油气经过填充腔31内吸油填料5过滤后排放到外界,以达到控制燃油排放、减少污染的目的。优选:吸油填料5为活性炭。
容积腔32的底面设有进排气孔11。进排气孔11用于将油箱中的挥发的油气导入到容积腔32中;同时进排气孔11保证了残留在容积腔32的少量油在油箱负压的情况下,快速地全部排入油箱中,减少油量在容积腔32的残留,更好地保护活性炭,吸附性能增强,环保好,污染少。
优选:容积腔32的下端设为漏斗形状,保证了残留在容积腔32的少量油在油箱负压的情况下,将会尽可能地通过进排气孔11排入油箱中,减少油量在容积腔的残留,更好地保护活性炭,吸附性能增强,环保好,污染少。
填充腔31的底面设有覆盖住通气盖4与容积腔32的内壁之间导气间隙33的第一呼吸板6,吸油填料5设置于第一呼吸板6的上端。本实例填充腔31采用圆柱型腔,通气盖4的直径比填充腔31的直径小,这样方便设置第一呼吸板6。第一呼吸板6优选为双层无纺布,第一呼吸板6的作用是:一方面使进入容积腔32里面的油气双层过滤后进入填充腔31,另一方面防止填充腔31的碳粉进入油箱,堵塞化油器。
本实施例还包括用于盖住吸油填料5的第二呼吸板9,第二呼吸板9优选为双层无纺布,第二呼吸板9设置在填充腔31的上端口上。第二呼吸板9用于防止吸油填料5漏出。
更优选:油箱外盖2的下端面设有下压第二呼吸板9的凸起或加强筋。
油箱内盖1的下端设有与油箱相连接的卡槽12,且在卡槽12内设有密封圈8,这样主要的作用是防止油气未经过填充腔3内吸油填料5过滤直接排放到外界,污染环境。
如图4所示,更优选:油箱内盖1的下端设有方便与油箱相连接的连接螺纹13。
本实施例还包括隔片盖100,隔片盖100设置于油箱外盖2与第二呼吸板9之间,且隔片盖100包裹住空腔3的上端口。隔片盖100方便平压第二呼吸板9,起到更好防止吸油填料5漏出。
本实施例还包括挂钩7,挂钩7设置在油箱内盖1的下端,具体挂钩7与容积腔32的下端卡合连接。本实例进排气孔11设为多个,挂钩7设置在容积腔32的下端的中部,多个进排气孔11围绕挂钩7的上端设置。
进一步:进排气孔11内设有呼吸海绵110,挂钩7与容积腔32的下端连接处设有防止呼吸海绵110掉下的凸起。油/气流动时经过呼吸海绵110吸附缓冲,再通过导气间隙33、第一呼吸板6进入填充腔3中,在这个过程中,油/气的进排气更顺畅,残留在容积腔32的少量油/气在油箱负压能够更快地进入油箱里,减少油/气对活性炭的影响。
工作过程中,从油箱内冒出的油气及少量的油,按照油气流动方向从进排气孔11进入容积腔32中;再依次经过导气间隙33、第一呼吸板6过滤后进入填充腔31中;吸油填料5对油气进行处理;最后通过第二呼吸板9和隔片盖100上的小孔101排放到空气中。
油箱在工作过程中,少量的油进入容积腔32内存储,保护碳粉,同时汽油机停止工作后,油箱内产生的负压将自动将容积腔32内存储的少量油沿着油/气流动方向快速吸附到油箱里,从而更好地避免碳粉长期处于浸泡当中,环保更好,污染更少。
油箱内产生正压及负压时,油箱里的油进入容积腔32的每分钟流量及容积腔32的少量油回流至油箱的每分钟流量的实验数据。见下表:正压/负压单位:Kpa,流量单位:L/Min。

1.一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:包括油箱内盖、油箱外盖;所述油箱内盖的中部设有上端开口的空腔;所述油箱外盖设置在所述油箱内盖的上方,且所述油箱外盖包裹住所述空腔的上端口;所述空腔中设有通气盖,所述通气盖将所述空腔分为填充腔和容积腔,所述填充腔设置在所述容积腔的上方,所述容积腔的下端设为漏斗状;所述容积腔的底壁上设有将油箱中的挥发的油气导入到所述容积腔中的进排气孔;所述通气盖的外壁与所述容积腔的内壁之间设有方便将所述容积腔内的油气导入到所述填充腔中的导气间隙;所述填充腔中设有吸油填料;所述进排气孔内设有呼吸海绵;还包括挂钩,所述挂钩设置在所述油箱内盖的下端,所述挂钩与所述容积腔的下端连接处设有防止所述呼吸海绵掉下的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述填充腔的底面设有覆盖住所述导气间隙的第一呼吸板;所述吸油填料设置于所述第一呼吸板的上端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:还包括用于盖住所述吸油填料的第二呼吸板,所述第二呼吸板设置在所述填充腔的上端口上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:还包括隔片盖;所述隔片盖设置于所述油箱外盖与所述第二呼吸板之间,且所述隔片盖包裹住所述空腔的上端口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述容积腔的内壁上设有多个台阶凸起,多个所述台阶凸起设置在所述通气盖的下端与所述容积腔的内壁连接处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述通气盖的下端口设有多个缺口。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种直通式漏斗形碳罐油箱盖,其特征在于:所述油箱内盖的下端设有与油箱相连接的卡槽,且所述卡槽内设有密封圈;所述油箱内盖的下端设有方便与油箱相连接的连接螺纹。
