Claims (11)
- 一种洗衣机吊杆脱落检测装置,洗衣机外桶通过多个吊杆连接在洗衣机箱体上,其特征在于:所述吊杆脱落检测装置包括控制器及至少一个压力传感器,压力传感器设置在至少一吊杆与洗衣机箱体的连接处和/或吊杆与洗衣机外桶吊杆座的连接处,所述压力传感器电连接控制器,控制器电连接洗衣机的驱动电机。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机吊杆脱落检测装置,其特征在于:在洗衣机的各吊杆与洗衣机箱体的连接处和/或各吊杆与洗衣机外桶吊杆座的连接处均安装有压力传感器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机吊杆脱落检测装置,其特征在于:洗衣机箱体内通过四根绕外桶圆周均匀分布的吊杆将外桶悬挂在箱体中,在其中一根吊杆与洗衣机箱体的连接处和/或此吊杆与洗衣机外桶吊杆座的连接处安装有压力传感器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机吊杆脱落检测装置,其特征在于:还包括报警器,报警器与控制器电连接。
- 一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:在洗衣机工作过程中,通过在至少一根吊杆与洗衣机箱体的连接处和/或吊杆与洗衣机外桶吊杆座的连接处安装压力传感器进行压力检测,并将检测结果反馈至控制器,控制器根据反馈信息判断是否有吊杆脱落,进而控制改变洗衣机驱动电机的工作状态。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:通过控制器分析压力传感器所受压力值是否超出其正常压力值范围来判断吊杆是否脱落。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:洗涤漂洗过程,在每次电机要动作之前,进行一次压力检测,检测值为M,在电机工作过程中,连续多次检测压力值,并将检测到的值与M进行比较,若检测值在设定范围内时,则判断吊杆正常,若检测值超出设定范围,则判断吊杆脱落,控制器控制洗衣机的驱动电机使其停止工作。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:脱水过程,先进行一次压力检测,检测值为N,设定时间后,再进行一次检测,检测值为N1,连续两次检测值比较,若比值在设定范围内时,则判断吊杆正常,若比值超出设定范围,则判断吊杆脱落,控制器控制洗衣机的驱动电机使其停止工作。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:在一根吊杆与洗衣机箱体的连接处和/或此吊杆与洗衣机外桶吊杆座的连接处安装有压力传感 器,且在任意一处或全部的压力传感器所检测到的压力值均超出其正常压力值范围,控制器即判断吊杆脱落,从而控制洗衣机的驱动电机使其停止工作。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:在全部吊杆与洗衣机箱体的连接处和/或吊杆与洗衣机外桶吊杆座的连接处均安装有压力传感器,且在任意一处压力传感器检测到的压力值超出其正常压力值范围或任意两处或多处的压力传感器所检测到的压力值均超出其正常压力值范围,控制器即判断吊杆脱落,从而控制洗衣机的驱动电机使其停止工作。
- 根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的一种洗衣机安全运行方法,其特征在于:在控制器判断吊杆脱落时通过报警器对用户进行提示。
