Abstract

本发明涉及一种光纤连接头清洁装置。
背景技术
现有的光纤之间的连接通过光纤连接器,即光纤连接头或接口完成,而光纤连接头的清洁度直接影响光信号在连接处的损耗。传统的光纤连接头清洁方式通过清洁笔或者清洁盒,这种方式都是通过人工对位后,在通过反复移动连接头或清洁工具进行擦拭,如此增加清洁难度,而且降低清洁效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、携带及使用方便的光纤连接头清洁装置。
第一方面,提供一种光纤连接头清洁装置,用于清洁光纤连接头,所述光纤连接头清洁装置包括盒体、收带齿轮、放带齿轮、操作部及设于盒体上的清洁插口;所述收带齿轮及放带齿轮之间装有清洁带并依次可旋转收容于所述盒体内,所述清洁插口位于所述收带齿轮与放带齿轮之间的位置并朝向收带齿轮与放带齿轮之间的清洁带,所述操作部包括推杆、装于盒体内的弹性体、限位块、滑板及拨动件,所述推杆由盒体外伸入盒体内,于盒体内所述滑板一端与所述推杆连接,另一端将所述清洁插口遮蔽,所述弹性体抵持于所述限位块与所述推杆之间,所述拨动件设于所述滑板一侧并与所述收带齿轮的轮齿相对设置,所述清洁带与所述清洁插口位于所述滑板相对两侧,所述推杆推动所述滑板于盒体内滑动,露出所述清洁插口后,继续推动所述滑板使所述拨动件抵推所述收带齿轮的轮齿,所述收带齿轮带动所述清洁带移动。

本发明的光纤连接头清洁装置的结构简单,体积较小,只需要推动推杆即可打开清洁插口又可带动清洁带移动实现自动擦拭清洁的目的,操作比较方便。

请参阅图3,本发明的光纤连接头清洁装置在非使用状态下,所述滑板21将所述清洁插口17遮蔽,所述弹性体处于与压缩状态。对所述光纤连接头50进行清洁时,向盒体10内推动所述推杆21,推杆21向限位块23方向移动压缩弹性体22并带动所述滑板24沿着所述侧壁11滑动。所述滑板24将所述清洁插口17露出,将所述光纤连接头50插入所述清洁插口17内,光纤连接头50与所述清洁带18接触,继续推动所述滑板24,带动所述拨动件25向收带齿轮15移动并抵推所述收带齿轮15的轮齿,所述收带齿轮15转动后拉动所述清洁带18移动,所述放带齿轮16便随同一起转动放出干净的清洁带18,在清洁带18随所述收带齿轮15转动而移动的过程中便完成一次清洁所述光纤连接头50的作业;拔去光纤连接头50,去除对推杆21的外力,所述弹性体22回弹力将所述滑板24、拨动件25及推杆21退回原位,所述清洁插口17重新被滑板24遮蔽。本发明的光纤连接头清洁装置的结构简单,体积较小,只需要推动推杆21即可打开清洁插口17又实现自动擦拭清洁的目的,操作比较方便。
进一步的,所述滑板24远离所述推杆21的一端设有挡片241及缺口242。所述挡片241与所述缺口242相邻设置,所述滑板24滑动使所述挡片241遮蔽所述清洁插口17或通过缺口242露出所述清洁插口17。
本实施例中,所述滑板24为长条形片体,其与所述推杆21连接的端部为弯折端243。所述挡片241与所述缺口242设于远离所述弯折端243的端部的一侧,并且所述缺口242位于所述挡片241与弯折端243之间的位置。所述挡片241遮挡于所述清洁插口17上,实现对其的密封。所述当推杆21 推动所述滑板24滑动时,所述挡片241随着滑板24滑动而离开所述清洁插口17,相继所述缺口242与所述所述清洁插口17相对贯通,即实现清洁插口17的露出。
进一步的,所述拨动件25设有与所述滑板24连接的延伸片251及由延伸片251弯折并平行于滑板24延伸的抵持臂252,所述抵持臂252与所述收带齿轮15的轮齿抵持。更进一步的,所述推杆21平行于滑板24滑动方向滑动穿过盒体10与所述滑板24远离挡片241的端部连接,所述弹性体22抵持于所述限位块23与所述推杆21连接有滑板24的端部。本实施例中,所述延伸片251凸设于所述滑板24表面边缘并靠近所述弯折端243,所述延伸片251端部弯折后向挡片241方向平行于所述滑板24延伸形成所述抵持臂252。所述推杆21与所述弯折端243连接。
进一步的,所述限位块23设于底壁11上且与所述侧壁111之间设有间隙26。所述限位块23朝向底壁设有与所述间隙26贯通的通槽231。所述滑板24装于所述间隙26内并可带动所述拨动件25通过所述通槽231。本实施例中,所述间隙26为所述滑板24提供滑动空间并防止滑板24偏离滑动轨迹。
进一步的,所述底壁11与侧壁111连接处还设有导向凸台13,所述滑板24侧边抵持于所述导向凸台13上并沿所述导向凸台13滑动。本实施例中,所述导向凸台13使所述滑板24远离所述底壁11,避免所述延伸片251及抵持臂252滑动时于底壁11接触。
进一步的,所述清洁插口17设于所述侧壁111上,所述底壁11上设有与所述清洁插口17相对的限位框体19,所述挡片241于所述侧壁111与限位框体19之间遮蔽所述清洁插口17上。本实施例中,所述限位框体19为与所述清洁插口17尺寸大小相当的矩形框,其平行于所述侧壁111朝向所述清洁插口17。所述限位框体19防止所述清洁带18远离清洁插口17。
进一步的,所述光纤连接头清洁装置还包括两个转向带轮27,分别设于底壁11上位于所述限位框体19两侧,所述清洁带18经所述两个转向带轮27拉紧并穿过所述限位框体19与所述挡片241之间。本实施例中,所述两个转向带轮27位于所述收带齿轮15与放带齿轮16之间的位置并紧邻所述侧壁111。所述清洁带由所述放带齿轮16伸出绕经两个转向带轮27后绕过缠于 收带齿轮15上,所述两个转向带轮27之间的清洁带套于所述限位框体19一侧与所述清洁插口17相对,所述清洁带被拉紧以更好的与所述光纤连接头50接触。
进一步的,所述底壁11上相对所述收带齿轮15与放带齿轮16分别设有限位弹片14。所述限位弹片14与所述收带齿轮15的轮齿及放带齿轮16的轮齿弹性抵持,用以所述收带齿轮15与放带齿轮16的转速限制及定位。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种光纤连接头清洁装置,用于清洁光纤连接头,其特征在于,所述光纤连接头清洁装置包括盒体、收带齿轮、放带齿轮、操作部及设于盒体上的清洁插口;所述收带齿轮及放带齿轮之间装有清洁带并依次可旋转收容于所述盒体内,所述清洁插口位于所述收带齿轮与放带齿轮之间的位置并朝向收带齿轮与放带齿轮之间的清洁带,所述操作部包括推杆、装于盒体内的弹性体、限位块、滑板及拨动件,所述推杆由盒体外伸入盒体内,于盒体内所述滑板一端与所述推杆连接,另一端将所述清洁插口遮蔽,所述弹性体抵持于所述限位块与所述推杆之间,所述拨动件设于所述滑板一侧并与所述收带齿轮的轮齿相对设置,所述清洁带与所述清洁插口位于所述滑板相对两侧,所述推杆推动所述滑板于盒体内滑动,露出所述清洁插口后,继续推动所述滑板使所述拨动件抵推所述收带齿轮的轮齿,所述收带齿轮带动所述清洁带移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述滑板远离所述推杆的一端设有挡片及缺口,所述挡片与所述缺口相邻设置,所述滑板滑动使所述挡片遮蔽所述清洁插口或通过缺口露出所述清洁插口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述拨动件设有与所述滑板连接的延伸片及由延伸片弯折并平行于滑板延伸的抵持臂,所述抵持臂与所述收带齿轮的轮齿抵持。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述盒体包括底壁及设于底壁的侧壁,所述限位块设于底壁上且与所述侧壁之间设有间隙,所述限位块朝向底壁设有与所述间隙贯通的通槽,所述滑板装于所述间隙内并可带动所述拨动件通过所述通槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁插口设于所述侧壁上,所述底壁上设有与所述清洁插口相对的限位框体,所述挡片于所述侧壁与限位框体之间遮蔽所述清洁插口上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述推杆平行于滑板滑动方向滑动穿过盒体与所述滑板远离挡片的端部连接,所述弹性体抵持于所述限位块与所述推杆连接有滑板的端部。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述光纤连接头清洁装置还包括两个转向带轮,分别设于底壁上位于所述限位框体两侧,所述清洁带经所述两个转向带轮拉紧并穿过所述限位框体与所述挡片之间。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述底壁与侧壁连接处还设有导向凸台,所述滑板侧边抵持于所述导向凸台上并沿所述导向凸台滑动。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述底壁上相对所述收带齿轮与放带齿轮分别设有限位弹片。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的光纤连接头清洁装置,其特征在于,所述光纤连接头清洁装置还包括盖体,所述盖体盖设于所述盒体上以将盒体密封。
