本发明公开了一种MPO光纤头插针清洗装置，包括光纤头夹持装置和光纤清洁带运转装置；所述光纤头夹持装置包括固定台，所述固定台上表面设置有两个立柱，立柱上设置有旋转螺丝；MPO光纤头放置于固定台之上，两边通过旋转螺丝固定；光纤清洁带运转装置放置于光纤头夹持装置之前，包括光纤清洁带放置块，光纤清洁带防止快上固定有光纤清洁带缠绕卷，还包括光纤清洁带回收块，光纤清洁带回收块上固定有光纤清洁带回收卷。本发明可以方便的清洁MPO光纤头上的插针，且清洁过程更加快捷方便，比手工清洁更加快速和精确，适用于自动化流程化的工作过程。

技术领域
本发明涉及光纤通信领域，具体涉及一种MPO光纤头插针清洗装置。
背景技术
MPO光纤头外部为近似长方体的柱体，光纤头的端头深处插针，在现有技术中，插针是操作员工使用光纤情节带手动对插针进行擦拭情节，此种清洁方式速度慢，清洁不彻底，且不流程化，不利于自动化操作过程。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明公开了一种MPO光纤头插针清洗装置。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种MPO光纤头插针清洗装置，包括光纤头夹持装置和光纤清洁带运转装置；所述光纤头夹持装置包括固定台，所述固定台上表面设置有两个立柱，立柱上设置有旋转螺丝；MPO光纤头放置于固定台之上，两边通过旋转螺丝固定；光纤清洁带运转装置放置于光纤头夹持装置之前，包括光纤清洁带放置块，光纤清洁带防止快上固定有光纤清洁带缠绕卷，还包括光纤清洁带回收块，光纤清洁带回收块上固定有光纤清洁带回收卷；光纤清洁带缠绕在光纤清洁带缠绕卷之上，且光纤清洁带的活动端头缠绕在光纤清洁带回收卷之上。
本发明的有益技术效果是：
本发明可以方便的清洁MPO光纤头上的插针，且清洁过程更加快捷方便，比手工清洁更加快速和精确，适用于自动化流程化的工作过程。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明的侧视图。如图1所示，本发明包括光纤头夹持装置和光纤清洁带运转装置。光纤清洁带运转装置放置于光纤头夹持装置之前。
图2是光纤夹持装置的正视图。光纤头夹持装置包括固定台1，固定台1上表面设置有两个立柱2，立柱2上设置有旋转螺丝3；MPO光纤头放置于固定台1之上，两边通过旋转螺丝3固定。
图3是光纤清洁带运转装置的正视图，其包括光纤清洁带放置块4，光纤清洁带防止快4上固定有光纤清洁带缠绕卷5，还包括光纤清洁带回收块6，光纤清洁带回收块6上固定有光纤清洁带回收卷7；光纤清洁带缠绕在光纤清洁带缠绕卷5之上，且光纤清洁带的活动端头缠绕在光纤清洁带回收卷7之上。
光纤头放置于固定台1之上，两边的旋转螺丝3向内旋转，则将光纤头固定，如果两边的旋转螺丝向外旋转，则光纤头可拿下。当光纤头被固定柱时，光纤清洁带回收卷7转动，将光纤清洁带由光纤清洁带缠绕卷5之上扯出并牵扯转动，再次过程中，光纤头上的插针被光纤清洁带擦过，则插针得到了清洁。

1.一种MPO光纤头插针清洗装置，其特征在于：包括光纤头夹持装置和光纤清洁带运转装置；所述光纤头夹持装置包括固定台(1)，所述固定台(1)上表面设置有两个立柱(2)，立柱(2)上设置有旋转螺丝(3)；MPO光纤头放置于固定台(1)之上，两边通过旋转螺丝(3)固定；光纤清洁带运转装置放置于光纤头夹持装置之前，包括光纤清洁带放置块(4)，光纤清洁带防止快(4)上固定有光纤清洁带缠绕卷(5)，还包括光纤清洁带回收块(6)，光纤清洁带回收块(6)上固定有光纤清洁带回收卷(7)；光纤清洁带缠绕在光纤清洁带缠绕卷(5)之上，且光纤清洁带的活动端头缠绕在光纤清洁带回收卷(7)之上。
