Abstract
Description
しかしながら、このような無機酸化物を用いたガスバリア性フィルムは、そのままで包装用ガスバリア性フィルムとして使用する場合、蒸着層が摩擦等に弱いため、後加工の印刷時、ラミネート時又は内容物の充填時に、擦れや伸びにより蒸着膜にクラックが入りガスバリア性が低下することがある。
また、特許文献3記載の技術では、膨潤性薄片状無機化合物を用いているため、分散状態や、配合比によっては外観が白化したり、表面凹凸が大きくなったり、またバリア膜がもろく壊れやすくなったりするおそれがあった。

ガスバリア用塗材は、ポリカルボン酸、ポリアミン化合物、多価金属化合物および塩基を含み、(上記ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基のモル数)/(上記ポリアミン化合物に含まれるアミノ基のモル数)=100/20~100/90である。
ここで、本実施形態において、ポリアクリル酸とは、アクリル酸の単独重合体、アクリル酸と他のモノマーとの共重合体の両方を含む。アクリル酸と他のモノマーとの共重合体の場合、ポリアクリル酸は、重合体100質量%中に、アクリル酸由来の構成単位を、通常は90質量%以上、好ましくは95質量%以上、より好ましくは99質量%以上含む。
また、本実施形態において、ポリメタクリル酸とは、メタクリル酸の単独重合体、メタクリル酸と他のモノマーとの共重合体の両方を含む。メタクリル酸と他のモノマーとの共重合体の場合、ポリメタクリル酸は、重合体100質量%中に、メタクリル酸由来の構成単位を、通常は90質量%以上、好ましくは95質量%以上、より好ましくは99質量%以上含む。
ここで、本実施形態において、ポリカルボン酸の分子量はポリエチレンオキサイド換算の重量平均分子量であり、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)を用いて測定することができる。
部分中和物は、ポリカルボン酸重合体の水溶液に塩基を添加することにより調製するが、ポリカルボン酸と塩基の量比を調節することにより、所望の中和度とすることができる。本実施形態においてはポリカルボン酸の塩基による中和度は、ポリアミン化合物のアミノ基との中和反応に起因するゲル化を十分に抑制する観点から、30~100当量%が好ましく、50~100当量%がより好ましい。
揮発性塩基としては、例えば、アンモニア、モルホリン、アルキルアミン、2-ジメチルアミノエタノール、N-メチルモノホリン、エチレンジアミン、トリエチルアミン等の三級アミンまたはこれらの水溶液、あるいはこれらの混合物が挙げられる。良好なガスバリア性を得る観点から、アンモニア水溶液が好ましい。
不揮発性塩基としては、例えば、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化リチウム、水酸化カリウムまたはこれらの水溶液、あるいはこれらの混合物が挙げられる。
ここで、本実施形態において、ポリアミン化合物の分子量は沸点上昇法や粘度法を用いて測定することができる。
上記二価以上の金属の中でも、Mg、Ca、Zn、Ba及びAl、特にZnが好ましい。また、上記金属化合物の中でも、二価以上の金属化合物が好ましく、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化バリウム、酸化亜鉛、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化バリウム、水酸化亜鉛等の二価の金属化合物がより好ましい。
これら多価金属化合物は、少なくとも一種が使用されればよく、一種または二種以上としてもよい。
一方、(ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基のモル数)/(ポリアミン化合物に含まれるアミノ基のモル数)は、100/90以下であり、100/85以下が好ましく、100/65以下がより好ましく、100/55以下がさらに好ましく、100/50以下がさらにより好ましく、100/45以下が特に好ましい。(ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基のモル数)/(ポリアミン化合物に含まれるアミノ基のモル数)を100/90以下とすることにより、低湿度下でも十分なガスバリア性が得られるようになる。
かかる理由の詳細は、明らかではないが、ポリアミン化合物を構成するアミノ基によるアミド架橋と、ポリカルボン酸と多価金属との塩を構成する多価金属による金属架橋がバランスよく緻密な構造を形成することにより、高湿度下および低湿度下の双方の条件下での優れたガスバリア性を有するガスバリア性フィルムまたはガスバリア性フィルム層を得ることができると考えられる。
一方、(ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基の化学当量)/(多価金属化合物が含有する多価金属の化学当量)は、100/80以下が好ましく、100/70以下がより好ましく、100/60以下がさらに好ましく、100/40以下がさらにより好ましく、100/20以下が特に好ましい。これにより、高湿度下および低湿度下でのガスバリア性をより効果的に得ることができる。
ここで、本実施形態において、化学当量とはモル当量を意味する。
本実施形態におけるガスバリア用塗材を得るためには、材料の選択、材料の配合量、溶液濃度の調整、混合液への混合手順など各因子を高度に制御することが重要である。
例えば、ガスバリア用塗材は以下のようにして製造することができる。
まず、ポリカルボン酸に、塩基を加えることによりポリカルボン酸のカルボキシ基を完全にまたは部分的に中和する。さらに多価金属塩化合物を混合して、上記塩基と中和した上記ポリカルボン酸の上記カルボキシ基の全部または一部、および上記塩基と中和しなかった上記ポリカルボン酸の上記カルボキシ基において金属塩を形成させる。その後、さらにポリアミン化合物を添加することによってガスバリア用塗材は得られる。
まず、ポリカルボン酸を構成するカルボキシ基の完全または部分中和溶液を調製する。
次いで、塩基を添加して、ポリカルボン酸のカルボキシ基が完全中和または部分中和する。当該ポリカルボン酸のカルボキシ基を中和することにより、多価金属化合物やポリアミン化合物の添加時にポリカルボン酸を構成するカルボキシ基とポリアミン化合物を構成するアミノ基とが反応することによって発生するゲル化を効果的に防止し、均一なガスバリア性フィルムを得ることができる。
次いで、多価金属化合物を添加、溶解させ、生成された多価金属イオンによりポリカルボン酸を構成する-COO-基との多価金属塩を形成する。このとき多価金属イオンと塩を形成する-COO-基は上記塩基と中和しなかったカルボキシ基および塩基によって中和された-COO-基の双方をいう。塩基と中和した-COO-基の場合は上記多価金属化合物由来の多価金属イオンが入れ替わって配位して-COO-基の多価金属塩を形成する。そして、多価金属塩を形成した後、さらにポリアミン化合物を添加することによって、ガスバリア用塗材を得ることができる。
また、ポリアミン化合物を添加して、ポリカルボン酸とポリアミン化合物において(上記ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基のモル数)/(上記ポリアミン化合物に含まれるアミノ基のモル数)=100/20~100/90となるように混合溶液を調製する。さらに、(上記ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基の化学当量)/(上記多価金属化合物が含有する多価金属の化学当量)=100/0.1~100/80であることが金属架橋によるガスバリア性向上の観点から好ましい。
これにより、(上記ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基のモル数)/(上記ポリアミン化合物に含まれるアミノ基のモル数)=100/20~100/90としたときに、低湿度下および高湿度下での双方の条件下でのガスバリア性、とりわけ酸素バリア性が良好なガスバリア性を得ることができる。
積層体は、基材層上に、ガスバリア用塗材を塗布し、硬化させたガスバリア性フィルム層を有するものである。
これらの中でも、透明性を良好にする観点から、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリアミド、ポリイミドなどが好ましい。
また、熱可塑性樹脂からなる基材層は、ガスバリア性フィルムの用途に応じて、単層であっても、二種以上の層であってもよい。
また、上記熱硬化性樹脂、熱可塑性樹脂からなるフィルムを少なくとも一方向、好ましくは二軸方向に延伸して基材層としてもよい。
また、基材層は、ガスバリア性フィルムとの接着性を改良するために、表面処理を行ってもよい。具体的には、コロナ処理、火炎処理、プラズマ処理、アンダーコート処理、プライマーコート処理、フレーム処理等の表面活性化処理を行ってもよい。
接着剤層は、公知の接着剤を含むものであればよい。接着剤としては、有機チタン系樹脂、ポリエチレンイミン系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、オキサゾリン基含有樹脂、変性シリコーン樹脂及びアルキルチタネート、ポリエステル系ポリブタジエン等から組成されているラミネート接着剤、または一液型、二液型のポリオールと多価イソシアネート、水系ウレタン、アイオノマー等が挙げられる。または、アクリル系、酢酸ビニル系、ウレタン系、ポリエステル樹脂等を主原料とした水性接着剤を用いてもよい。
また、ガスバリア性フィルムの用途に応じて、接着剤に硬化剤、シランカップリング剤等の他の添加物を添加してもよい。ガスバリア性フィルムの用途が、レトルト等の熱水処理に用いられるものである場合、耐熱性や耐水性の観点から、ポリウレタン系接着剤に代表されるドライラミネート用接着剤が好ましく、溶剤系の二液硬化タイプのポリウレタン系接着剤がより好ましい。
ガスバリア性フィルムは、ガスバリア用塗材から形成されたものであり、ガスバリア用塗材を基材層に塗布した後、乾燥、熱処理を行い、ガスバリア用塗材を硬化させて、ガスバリア性フィルム層を形成することによって得られるものである。すなわち、ガスバリア用塗材を硬化させて得られるものである。
なお、酸素透過度は、JISK7126に準じ、温度20℃、湿度90%RHの条件で測定する。
また、本実施形態に係るガスバリア性フィルムまたはガスバリア性フィルム層の赤外線吸収スペクトルにおいて、吸収帯1690cm-1以上1780cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積をCとしたとき、C/Aで示されるカルボン酸の面積比率が、酸素バリア性、反り等の外観、寸法安定性をより向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.010以上、より好ましくは0.030以上、特に好ましくは0.070以上である。
また、上記C/Aで示されるカルボン酸の面積比率の上限は、酸素バリア性、反り等の外観、寸法安定性をより向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.400以下、より好ましくは0.300以下、特に好ましくは0.250以下である。
さらに、本実施形態に係るガスバリア性フィルムまたはガスバリア性フィルム層の赤外線吸収スペクトルにおいて、吸収帯1493cm-1以上1598cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積をDとしたとき、D/Aで示されるカルボン酸塩の面積比率が、酸素バリア性をより一層向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.150以上、より好ましくは0.350以上である。
また、上記D/Aで示されるカルボン酸塩の面積比率の上限は、ガスバリア性、反り等の外観、寸法安定性のバランスをより向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.600以下、より好ましくは0.550以下である。
すなわち、本実施形態において、赤外線吸収スペクトルにおける吸収帯1493cm-1以上1780cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積Aは、カルボン酸とアミド結合とカルボン酸塩の合計量の指標を表し、吸収帯1598cm-1以上1690cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積Bはアミド結合の存在量の指標を表すと考えられる。さらに、吸収帯1690cm-1以上1780cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積Cは未反応のカルボン酸の存在量の指標を表し、吸収帯1493cm-1以上1598cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積Dはカルボン酸塩、すなわちカルボキシル基とアミノ基のイオン架橋の存在量の指標を表していると考えられる。
まず、ガスバリア性フィルムまたはガスバリア性フィルム層から1cm×3cmの測定用サンプルを切り出す。次いで、そのガスバリア性フィルムまたはガスバリア性フィルム層の表面の赤外線吸収スペクトルを赤外線全反射測定(ATR法)により得る。得られた赤外線吸収スペクトルから、以下の手順(1)~(4)で上記全ピーク面積A~Dを算出する。
(1)1780cm-1と1493cm-1の吸光度を直線(N)で結び、吸収帯1493cm-1以上1780cm-1以下の範囲の吸光スペクトルとNで囲まれる面積を全ピーク面積Aとする。
(2)1690cm-1の吸光度(Q)から垂直に直線(O)を下ろし、NとOの交差点をPとし、1598cm-1の吸光度(R)から垂直に直線(S)を下ろし、NとSの交差点をTとし、吸収帯1598cm-1以上1690cm-1以下の範囲の吸収スペクトルと直線S、点T、直線N、点P、直線O、吸光度Q、吸光度Rで囲まれる面積を全ピーク面積Bとする。
(3)吸収帯1690cm-1以上1780cm-1以下の範囲の吸収スペクトルと吸光度Q、直線O,点P、直線Nで囲まれる面積を全ピーク面積Cとする。
(4)吸収帯1493cm-1以上1598cm-1以下の範囲の吸収スペクトルと吸光度R、直線S、点T、直線Nで囲まれる面積を全ピーク面積Dとする。
次いで、上記の方法で求めた面積から面積比B/A、C/A、D/Aを求める。
なお、本実施形態の赤外線吸収スペクトルの測定(赤外線全反射測定:ATR法)は、例えば、日本分光社製IRT-5200装置を用い、PKM-GE-S(Germanium)結晶を装着して入射角度45度、室温、分解能4cm-1、積算回数100回の条件で行うことができる。
本実施形態においては、とくにポリカルボン酸およびポリアミン化合物の配合比率、ガスバリア用塗材の調製方法、上記ガスバリア用塗材の加熱処理の方法・温度・時間等が、上記B/Aで示されるアミド結合の面積比率、上記C/Aで示されるカルボン酸の面積比率および上記D/Aで示されるカルボン酸塩の面積比率を制御するための因子として挙げられる。
このような反り量が小さいガスバリア性フィルムまたは積層体は取り扱い性に優れている。また、ガスバリア性フィルムまたは積層体を他の層に積層させる際に、他の層との位置ずれを抑制できる。
積層体の製造方法は、上述したガスバリア用塗材を基材層上に塗布する工程と、
上記ガスバリア用塗材を乾燥させることにより硬化させてガスバリア性フィルム層を形成する工程と、
上記ガスバリア性フィルム層に熱処理を適用する工程と、
を有する。
乾燥、熱処理する方法は、特に限定されないが、ガスバリア用塗材を硬化させられるものであればよい。例えば、オーブン、ドライヤーなどの対流伝熱によるもの、加熱ロールなどの伝導伝熱によるもの、赤外線、遠赤外線・近赤外線のヒーター等の電磁波を用いる輻射伝熱によるもの、マイクロ波など内部発熱によるもの等が挙げられる。
オーブンによる熱処理の場合、120℃~250℃で0.01秒~60分が好ましく、180~220℃で0.01秒~60分程度がより好ましい。これにより、酸素透過度をいっそう低減できる。
連続で熱処理を行う場合は、加熱ロール及び遠赤外線炉による処理が有効である。また、これらの熱処理は、常圧下でおこなってもよく、減圧下で行ってもよい。
酸化亜鉛(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を0.76gおよびアクリル酸アンモニウム(東亜合成株式会社製 製品名:アロンA-30、30%水溶液)の混合物に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたアクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液87.5gを得た。
次にポリエチレンイミン(和光純薬工業株式会社製 製品名:P-70)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたポリエチレンイミン水溶液12.5gを得た。
次に、上記アクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液87.5gと上記ポリエチレンイミン水溶液12.5gとを混合・撹拌して混合液を作成した。
さらに上記混合液の固形分濃度が2.5%になるように精製水を添加し、均一溶液になるまで撹拌したのちに、活性剤(花王社製商品名:エマルゲン120)を混合液の固形分に対して0.3重量%となるように混合し、溶液(U)を作成した。
酸化亜鉛(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を0.76gおよびアクリル酸アンモニウム(東亜合成株式会社製 製品名:アロンA-30、30%水溶液)の混合物に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたアクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液83gを得た。
次にポリエチレンイミン(和光純薬工業株式会社製 製品名:P-70)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたポリエチレンイミン水溶液17gを得た。
次に、上記アクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液83gと上記ポリエチレンイミン水溶液17gを混合・撹拌して混合液を作成した。
さらに上記混合液の固形分濃度が2.5%になるように精製水を添加し、均一溶液になるまで撹拌したのちに、活性剤(花王社製商品名:エマルゲン120)を混合液の固形分に対して0.3重量%となるように混合し、溶液(V)を作成した。
酸化亜鉛(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を1.14gおよびアクリル酸アンモニウム(東亜合成株式会社製 製品名:アロンA-30、30%水溶液)の混合物に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたアクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液83gを得た。
次にポリエチレンイミン(和光純薬工業株式会社製 製品名:P-70)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたポリエチレンイミン水溶液17gを得た。
次に、上記アクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液83gと上記ポリエチレンイミン水溶液17gを混合・撹拌して混合液を作成した。
さらに上記混合液の固形分濃度が2.5%になるように精製水を添加し、均一溶液になるまで撹拌したのちに、活性剤(花王社製商品名:エマルゲン120)を混合液の固形分に対して0.3重量%となるように混合し、溶液(W)を作成した。
酸化亜鉛(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を0.66gおよびアクリル酸アンモニウム(東亜合成株式会社製 製品名:アロンA-30、30%水溶液)の混合物に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたアクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液72.1gを得た。
次にポリエチレンイミン(和光純薬工業株式会社製 製品名:P-70)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたポリエチレンイミン水溶液27.9gを得た。
次に、上記アクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液72.1gと上記ポリエチレンイミン水溶液27.9gを混合・撹拌して混合液を作成した。
さらに、上記混合液の固形分濃度が2.5%になるように精製水を添加し、均一溶液になるまで撹拌したのちに、活性剤(花王社製商品名:エマルゲン120)を混合液の固形分に対して0.3重量%となるように混合し、溶液(X)を作成した。
アクリル酸アンモニウム(東亜合成株式会社製 製品名:アロンA-30、30%水溶液)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたアクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液87.5gを得た。
次にポリエチレンイミン(和光純薬工業株式会社製 製品名:P-70)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたポリエチレンイミン水溶液12.5gを得た。
次に、上記アクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液87.5gと上記ポリエチレンイミン水溶液12.5gを混合・撹拌して混合液を作成した。
さらに上記混合液の固形分濃度が2.5%になるように精製水を添加し、均一溶液になるまで撹拌したのちに、活性剤(花王社製商品名:エマルゲン120)を混合液の固形分に対して0.3重量%となるように混合し、溶液(Y)を作成した。
アクリル酸アンモニウム(東亜合成株式会社製 製品名:アロンA-30、30%水溶液)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたアクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液を72.1g得た。
次にポリエチレンイミン(和光純薬工業株式会社製 製品名:P-70)に精製水を添加して10%溶液にしたポリエチレンイミン水溶液27.9gを得た。
次に、上記アクリル酸アンモニウム水溶液72.1gと上記ポリエチレンイミン水溶液27.9gを混合・撹拌して混合液を作成した。
さらに上記混合液の固形分濃度が2.5%になるように精製水を添加し、均一溶液になるまで撹拌したのちに、活性剤(花王社製商品名:エマルゲン120)を混合液の固形分に対して0.3重量%となるように混合し、溶液(Z)を作成した。
12μmの二軸延伸ポリエチレンナフタレートの易接着面に溶液(U)液濃度2.5%に調整した液をメイヤバーにて乾燥後の塗工量(すなわち、ガスバリア性フィルムの厚み)が0.3μmになるように塗布し、熱風乾燥器を使用して温度;100℃、時間;30秒の条件で乾燥し、この後さらに熱風乾燥器にて温度;215℃、時間;5分熱処理をして、ガスバリア性フィルムを得た。
得られたガスバリア性フィルムについて、以下の評価を行い、結果を表1に示した。
溶液(U)の替わりに溶液(V)を用いる以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
215℃の熱処理「5分」を「2分」にした以外は実施例2と同様に行った
溶液(U)の替わりに溶液(W)を用いる以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
溶液(U)の替わりに溶液(X)を用いる以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
溶液(U)の替わりに溶液(Y)を用いる以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
溶液(U)の替わりに溶液(Z)を用いる以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
(1)酸素透過度[ml/(m2・day・MPa)]:
実施例、比較例で得られたガスバリア性フィルムを、モコン社製OX-TRAN2/21を用いて、JISK7126に準じ、温度20℃、湿度90%RHの条件で測定した。
そして、ガスバリア性フィルムの厚み1μmあたりとしたときの酸素透過度を下記の式より換算した。
換算式:ガスバリア性フィルム厚1μmあたりの酸素透過度=ガスバリア性フィルム(ガスバリア性フィルム厚0.3μm)の酸素透過度測定値×0.3μm
赤外線吸収スペクトルの測定(赤外線全反射測定:ATR法)は日本分光社製IRT-5200装置を用い、PKM-GE-S(Germanium)結晶を装着して入射角度45度、室温、分解能4cm-1、積算回数100回の条件で測定した。得られた吸収スペクトを前述した方法で解析し、全ピーク面積A~Dを算出した。そして、全ピーク面積A~Dから面積比B/A、C/A、D/Aを求めた。
実施例および比較例で得られたガスバリア性フィルムの23℃における反り量は、ガスバリア性フィルムを5cm角で切り出し、基材層側を下にし、四方抑えて定盤上に載置した際に、フィルムと定盤との間に生じる最大の隙間を隙間ゲージで測定することにより求めた。反り量が5mm以下のものを〇、反り量が5mmを超えるものを×とした。
ガスバリア性フィルムの外観は以下の基準で目視により評価した。

- ポリカルボン酸、ポリアミン化合物、多価金属化合物および塩基を含み、
(前記ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基のモル数)/(前記ポリアミン化合物に含まれるアミノ基のモル数)=100/20~100/90であるガスバリア用塗材。 - (前記ポリカルボン酸に含まれる-COO-基の化学当量)/(前記多価金属化合物が含有する多価金属の化学当量)=100/0.1~100/80である請求項1に記載のガスバリア用塗材。

B/Aで示されるアミド結合の面積比率が0.370以上である請求項8に記載のガスバリア性フィルム。 - 前記ガスバリア性フィルムの赤外線吸収スペクトルにおいて、
吸収帯1690cm-1以上1780cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積をCとしたとき、
C/Aで示されるカルボン酸の面積比率が0.400以下である、請求項9に記載のガスバリア性フィルム。 - 前記ガスバリア性フィルムの赤外線吸収スペクトルにおいて、
吸収帯1493cm-1以上1598cm-1以下の範囲における全ピーク面積をDとしたとき、
D/Aで示されるカルボン酸塩の面積比率が0.600以下である、請求項9または10に記載のガスバリア性フィルム。 - 前記ガスバリア性フィルムを5cm角で切り出したものを定盤上に載置した際に、前記ガスバリア性フィルムと前記定盤との間に生じる最大の隙間を反り量としたとき、
隙間ゲージで測定される23℃における前記反り量が5mm以下である、請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア性フィルム。 - 基材層と、
前記基材層の少なくとも一方の面に設けられ、かつ、請求項8~12のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア性フィルムにより構成されたガスバリア性フィルム層と、
を備える積層体。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア用塗材を基材層上に塗布する工程と、
前記ガスバリア用塗材を乾燥させることにより硬化させてガスバリア性フィルム層を形成する工程と、
前記ガスバリア性フィルム層に熱処理を適用する工程と、
を有する積層体の製造方法。 - ポリカルボン酸に塩基を加えることにより前記ポリカルボン酸のカルボキシ基を完全にまたは部分的に中和する工程と、
得られた混合物に多価金属塩化合物を混合することにより前記塩基と中和した前記ポリカルボン酸の前記カルボキシ基の全部または一部、および前記塩基と中和しなかった前記ポリカルボン酸の前記カルボキシ基において金属塩を形成させる工程と、
得られた混合物にポリアミン化合物をさらに混合する工程と、
を含む請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のガスバリア用塗材の製造方法。
