본 발명의 일 측면은, 기판상에 위치하는 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 봉지재로서, 상기 봉지재는 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 금속 박막은 상기 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부 및 상기 기판과 대면하여 밀봉하는 접합부로 이루어지고, 상기 고분자층은 상기 수용부에 형성되어 있는 유기전자소자 봉지용 유연 봉지재를 제공한다.
본 발명의 다른 일 측면은, 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부 및 기판과 대면하여 밀봉하는 접합부로 이루어진 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 형성한 유연 봉지재를 준비하는 단계; 상기 금속 박막의 접합부에 접착제를 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 기판 위에 위치한 유기전자소자와 상기 고분자층이 접하도록 하여 상기 봉지재로 덮은 후 상기 유기전자소자를 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전자소자의 봉지방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 측면은, 기판; 상기 기판상에 배치된 유기전자소자; 및 상기 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 유연 봉지재를 포함하며, 상기 유기전자소자는 상기 유연 봉지재의 금속 박막 일면에 형성된 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층이 유기전자소자와 접하여 봉지된 유기전자소자를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재를 이용하여 봉지한 유기전자소자는 유연한 금속 박막을 사용함에 따라 저비용 대량생산에 적합한 롤-투-롤 공정을 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 유기전자소자와 직접적으로 접하고 있는 고분자층에 분산된 나노구조체에 의해 소자에서 발생하는 열을 효과적으로 외부로 방출시킬 수 있으므로 소자의 수명 향상을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명자들은 유기전자소자를 롤-투-롤 공정에 의해 대량생산하면서, 그 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 봉지방법에 대하여 깊이 연구한 결과, 봉지재로서 일정 두께를 가지는 금속 박막을 이용하여 유연성을 유지하면서, 소자의 발열에 의한 열화현상을 억제할 수 있도록 열 전도성을 갖는 나조구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 구비하고, 이 고분자층이 상기 유기전자소자와 접하도록 봉지하는 경우, 소자의 수명 향상을 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 롤-투-롤 공정에 의해 대면적 대량생산이 가능한 유기전자소자를 제공할 수 있음을 확인하고, 본 발명을 완성하기에 이르렀다.
이하, 도 1 내지 도 8을 참조하여, 본 발명의 유연 봉지재, 유기전자소자의 봉지방법 및 유기전자소자에 대하여 상세히 설명한다.
먼저, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 유연 봉지재는, 기판상에 위치하는 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 봉지재로서, 상기 봉지재는 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 포함하여 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 유연 봉지재(10)의 단면을 모식화하여 나타낸 것으로서, 이에 따르면 유기전자소자를 봉지하기 위한 본 발명의 유연 봉지재(10)는 일정 두께의 금속 박막(11) 상에 코팅된 고분자층(12)을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 금속 박막(11)은 상기 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부 및 상기 기판과 대면하여 밀봉하는 접합부로 이루어지고, 상기 고분자층(12)은 상기 수용부에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 금속 박막(11)은 그 표면이 양각 또는 음각을 가지거나 편평한 형태일 수 있으며, 어떠한 형태든지 구애받지 않는다. 한편, 상기 금속 박막 내 접합부에는 접착 물질이 도포될 수 있다.
본 발명의 유연 봉지재를 제공함에 있어서, 금속 박막을 사용함으로써 유기전자소자의 유연성을 그대로 유지할 수 있으며, 열 분산성이 우수한 금속의 성질로 인하여 소자의 수명을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 대면적 생산을 위해 필수로 요구되는 롤-투-롤 공정을 이용할 수 있으므로, 생산성 측면에서 유리한 장점이 있다.
이러한 금속 박막(11)으로는 Ni, Cu, Al, Zn, Pb, Mg, Au, Ag, Pt, W, Si 및 Ta로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속으로 이루어지는 비철 금속 호일 또는 Fe를 포함하는 스틸(steel) 호일일 수 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 바람직하게는 Fe 또는 Fe 합금을 사용할 수 있으며, 이를 이용할 경우 열 분산성의 확보는 물론이고, 상대적으로 저가의 금속을 이용하는 것인 바, 경제적인 측면에서 유리하다. 상기 Fe 합금을 금속 박막으로 이용할 경우, Fe-Ni 합금을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기한 금속 박막의 두께는 유연성을 갖는 정도의 두께라면 특별히 한정하지 아니하나, 그 두께가 너무 얇으면 편평한 상태를 유지하지 못할 수 있어 작업이 어려워지는 문제점이 있으며, 반면 너무 두꺼우면 유연성을 확보하지 못하게 되는 문제가 있으므로, 이를 고려하여 본 발명에서 상기 금속 박막은 30~300㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같은 금속 박막은 유연성 측면에서 봉지재로서 유리하나, 소자와 직접 접할 경우 회로 내부의 쇼트가 발생할 우려가 있으며, 물리적인 충격으로 인해 치명적인 결함을 유발할 수 있다. 따라서, 이를 방지할 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 상기 금속 박막의 일면에 고분자층을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에서 금속 박막(11) 일면에 형성되는 고분자층(12)은 상기 금속 박막과 유기전자소자 간의 압력을 완화하는 등의 물리적 손상을 최소화하는 완충층의 역할을 부여하기 위한 것으로서, 경화성 탄성고분자로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 경화성 탄성고분자로는 실리콘계 고분자, 폴리이소프렌, 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리우레탄 및 이들의 유도체를 사용하여 형성할 수 있으며, 이들은 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 바람직하게는 실리콘계 고분자를 사용할 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 폴리(디메틸실록산)(PDMS)을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 경화성 탄성고분자로부터 형성되는 상기 고분자층의 두께는 특별히 한정하는 것은 아니지만, 5~50㎛의 두께로 형성할 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 상기 금속 박막(11)의 열 분산 효과를 더욱 향상시키기 위한 목적에서 상기 고분자층(12) 내에 열 전도성을 갖는 나노구조체(13)를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 나노구조체(13)는 상기 고분자층(12) 내에 균일하게 분산되어 포함되는 것이 바람직하며, 그것의 일 예로는 나노파티클(Ag nanoparticle), 탄소나노튜브(carbon nanotube), 카본닷(carbon-dot) 및 RGO(reduced graphene oxide) 중 1종 이상일 수 있다. 보다 바람직하게 상기 나노구조체는 탄소나노튜브일 수 있다.
상기한 나노구조체의 형태에 대해서 특별히 한정하는 것은 아니나, 0차원 형태의 경우 지름, 1차원 형태의 경우 길이, 2차원 형태의 경우 직경, 3차원 형태의 경우 높이와 둘레가 상기 고분자층의 두께보다 작은 것이 바람직하며, 보다 바람직하게는 50㎛ 미만인 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 나노구조체는 상기 경화성 탄성고분자 대비 0.02~10중량%로 함유되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 나노구조체의 함량이 0.02중량% 미만이면 상기 나노구조체에 의한 열 방출 효과를 충분히 향상시키기 어려우며, 반면 그 함량이 10중량%를 초과하게 되면 고분자층에 의한 완충 효과가 상대적으로 저하되는 문제가 있으며, 고분자층에 분산된 다량의 나노구조체에 의한 누설 전류 및 쇼트 문제가 있다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재의 고분자층을 광학 현미경으로 관찰한 것으로서, 고분자 내에 나노구조체가 균일하게 분산되어 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 도 5에는 고분자층에 함유된 나노구조체의 함유량을 달리하여 제조한 유연 봉지재를 나타낸 것이다.
상술한 바와 같이, 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체를 포함하는 고분자층을 형성한 유연 봉지재를 사용하여 기판 상의 유기전자소자를 봉지하는데 사용할 수 있으며, 이하에서는 본 발명의 유연 봉지재를 이용하여 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 방법에 대하여 상세히 설명한다.
간략히 설명하면, 기판 상에 적층된 전극 상부에 형성되는 유기전자소자를 상기 유연 봉지재의 수용부에 수용하고, 상기 기판 또는 상기 기판 상의 전극과 상기 유연 봉지재의 접합부를 접합함으로써 봉지할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 먼저 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 유연 봉지재를 준비하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 유연 봉지재는 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 형성한 것으로서, 이는 다음과 같은 과정을 통해 제조하는 것이 바람직하다.
보다 구체적으로, 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 필름형태의 모판에 나노구조체(13)가 분산된 고분자를 코팅하여 고분자층(12)을 형성하는 단계; 상기 형성된 고분자층(12)이 금속 박막(11)의 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부와 접합되도록 위치시킨 후 열처리하는 단계; 및 상기 모판을 제거하여 고분자층(12)이 균일하게 패터닝된 금속 박막(11)을 얻는 단계로부터 제조할 수 있다.
상기 열처리는 60~100℃에서 2~8시간 동안 실시할 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 80℃에서 3시간 실시할 수 있으나, 이에 한정하는 것은 아니다.
이때, 상기 필름형태의 모판으로는 상대적으로 금속 박막에 비해 고분자와의 결합력이 약한 물질을 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 예컨대 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride, PVC)을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자는 앞서 언급한 일 예의 경화성 탄성고분자와 일 예의 나노구조체를 각각 용매에 분산시켜 혼합한 후, 상기 용매를 제거함으로써 제조할 수 있으며, 이때 상기 나노구조체는 경화성 탄성고분자 대비 0.02~10중량%의 함량으로 혼합하는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 상기 각각의 용매로는 상기 경화성 탄성고분자를 용해시키기 위하여 고분자 체인(chain)을 팽윤(swelling)시킬 수 있는 용매인 것이 바람직하며, 또한 상기 나노구조체의 분산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 용매인 것이 바람직하며, 이들 각각의 용매는 혼합시 높은 혼화성을 갖는 것이 바람직하다. 예컨대, 메탄올(methanol), 에틸 아세테이트(ethyl acetate), 클로로포름(chloroform), 디클로로벤젠(dichlorobenzene), 테트라하이드로퓨란(tetrahydrofuran), 디메틸 설폭사이드(dumethyl sulfoxide), 디메틸 포름아마이드(dimethyl formamide)와 같은 유기 용매를 사용할 수 있다. 한편, 상기 나노구조체를 분산시키기 위한 용매에는 계면활성제(surfactant)를 1중량% 미만으로 첨가하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 계면활성제의 일 예로는 트리톤 X-100(triton X-100)을 사용할 수 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
상기에 의해 제조된 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자는 통상의 용액 코팅방법을 이용하여 코팅층으로 형성할 수 있으며, 예컨대 스핀 코팅(spin coating), 디핑(dipping) 또는 그라비아 롤 코팅(gravure roll coating) 방법을 이용할 수 있다.
상기한 바에 따라 준비된 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 형성한 유연 봉지재를 이용하여 유기전자소자를 봉지하기에 앞서, 상기 금속 박막의 고분자층을 포함하는 영역을 제외한 나머지 영역 즉, 기판과 대면하여 밀봉하기 위한 접합부에 접착 물질을 도포하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 접합부는 상기 유기전자소자가 위치한 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분이면서 기판과 접합하는 부분으로서, 상기 접착제 이외의 어떠한 잔류물도 없으므로 기판과 금속 박막 간의 결합이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 접착 물질로는 특별히 한정하는 것은 아니나, 에폭시 레진을 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 에폭시 레진으로는 광 경화성 UV 에폭시 레진 또는 열 경화성 thermal 레진을 사용할 수 있다.
이후, 기판 위에 위치한 유기전자소자와 상기 유기 봉지재의 고분자층이 접하도록 하여 상기 봉지재로 덮은 다음, 이를 경화하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 경화하는 단계는 열 및 압력을 가하거나, 상기 경화하는 단계 이전 또는 이후에 열 및 압력을 가하는 공정을 더 포함할 수 있으며, 특별히 한정하지 않는다.
상기와 같은 경화처리로서 열 및 압력을 가하게 되면 금속 박막, 고분자층, 유기전자소자, 기판으로 이루어진 적층 구조가 더욱 밀착하게 되어, 봉지공정을 마무리 할 수 있다. 여기서, 열을 가하는 공정과 압력을 가하는 공정은 동시에 수행할 수도 있고, 분리해서 수행할 수도 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 열 및 압력을 가하면서 본 발명의 유연 봉지재로 덮은 유기전자소자를 롤(roll)을 지나도록 할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
상기 롤을 지나가는 공정은 경화공정과 동시에 수행되거나, 롤을 지나가는 공정의 전후에 경화공정을 수행할 수 있으며, 이를 복합적으로 적용할 수도 있다.
본 발명은 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체를 포함하는 고분자층이 형성된 유연 봉지재를 이용한 봉지 방법으로서, 유연성이 있으므로 롤-투-롤(Roll-to-Roll) 공정을 통해 봉지과정을 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 측면으로서, 봉지재로 봉지된 유기전자소자를 제공하며, 상기 봉지재는 본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재인 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 봉지방법에 의해 봉지된 유기전자소자는 기판; 상기 기판상에 배치된 유기전자소자; 및 상기 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 유연 봉지재를 포함하며, 상기 유연 봉지재는 일면에 형성된 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층이 유기전자소자와 접하도록 봉지된 것이 바람직하다.
상기 기판은 특별히 한정하는 것은 아니나, 유기전자소자에 있어서 일반적으로 사용되는 것이라면 제한없이 사용될 수 있다. 예컨대, 유리, 고분자 필름, 플라스틱 등을 사용할 수 있다.
상기한 기판 위에는 유기전자소자가 적층될 수 있다. 이때, 유기전자소자의 일 예로는 유기발광소자를 들 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 다른 일 예로서 OPV, OTFT 등의 유기전자소자 등에도 모두 적용 가능하다.
본 발명에서는 유기발광소자(20)를 예를들어 설명하며, 상기 유기발광소자를 본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재로 봉지한 단면 모식도를 도 2에 나타내었다.
상기 유기전자소자는 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 제1 전극(22), 제2 전극(28) 및 상기 제1 전극(22)과 상기 제2 전극(28) 사이에 유기층과 전자관련층이 차례로 구비될 수 있으며, 이때 상기 유기층으로는 정공주입층(23), 정공수송층(24), 발광층(25)을 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 전자관련층으로는 전자수송층(26) 및 전자주입층(27)을 포함할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재를 이용하여 봉지한 유기전자소자는 유연한 금속 박막을 사용함에 따라 저비용 대량생산에 적합한 롤-투-롤 공정을 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 유기전자소자와 직접적으로 접하고 있는 고분자층에 분산된 나노구조체가 소자에서 발생하는 열을 금속 박막쪽으로 전달하여 외부로의 열 방출 효과를 높일 수 있으므로 소자의 수명 향상을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이하, 실시예를 참조하여 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명한다. 이들 실시예는 오로지 본 발명을 예시하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 의해 제한되는 것으로 해석되지는 않는 것은 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.
(실시예)
(1) 유연 봉지재 제조
본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재를 제조하기 위하여, 먼저 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자를 다음과 같은 방법으로 제조하였다.
나노구조체로서 다중벽 탄소나노튜브(multi walled carbon nanotube)를 준비한 후, 이를 트리톤 X-100이 1중량% 첨가된 DMF(dimethylformamide) 용액에 분산시켰다. 그리고, 고분자로서 PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane)를 준비한 후, 이를 THF(tetrahydrofuran) 용액과 혼합하여 팽윤시켰다. 다음으로, 상기 나노구조체 분산 용액과 고분자 팽윤 용액을 혼합한 후, 메탄올을 이용하여 탄소나노튜브(CNT)가 분산된 PDMS를 침전시켜 PDMS-CNT 합성물을 얻은 후 이를 건조시켰다. 그 후, 상기 CNT가 분산된 PDMS를 경화제(curing agent)와 10:1의 비율로 혼합한 뒤, 진공 데시케이터(decicator) 내에서 30분간 기포를 제거하였다. 이때, CNT의 함량은 PDMS 대비 0.02중량%, 0.1중량%, 0.2중량%, 0.5중량%가 되도록 하였다.
상기 제조된 각각의 CNT가 분산된 PDMS를 PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol) 필름 위에 1000rpm으로 300초간 스핀코팅법으로 코팅하였다. 이때, CNT 농도에 따라 10~25㎛의 두께로 고분자층이 형성되었다. 상기 고분자층이 코팅된 PVA 필름을 준비된 금속 박막(Fe-Ni 합금)의 중앙에 접합한 다음, 핫 플레이트(hot plate)를 이용하여 100℃에서 6시간 동안 열처리를 행하였다. 상기 열처리 후, PVA 필름을 제거하여 도 3의 (e)와 같이 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층이 패터닝된 유연 봉지재를 제조하였다.
(2) 유기전자소자의 제작
상기에서 제조한 유연 봉지재의 특성을 확인하기 위하여, 유기전자소자를 봉지하고자 하였으며, 이때 유기전자소자로서 유기발광다이오드 소자를 5×10-7Torr의 진공도를 유지하는 챔버 내에서 열증착 방법으로 제작하였다.
먼저, ITO가 코팅된 유리 기판을 준비한 후, 그 위에 AI4083을 50nm 두께로 스핀코팅하여 박막을 형성한 후, 이를 150℃에서 30분간 열처리한 후 미리 준비된 진공 챔버에 넣어주었다. 이어서, TAPC(15nm), TcTa:3%Ir(ppy)2(acac)(5nm), CBP:4%Ir(ppy)2(acac)(5nm), TPBI(55nm), LiF(1nm) 및 Al(100nm)를 순차적으로 열증착하여 유기발광다이오드 소자를 제작하였다.
(3) 유기전자소자의 봉지
상기 (1)에서 제조한 각각의 유연 봉지재를 이용하여 상기 (2)에서 제작한 유기발광다이오드 소자를 라미네이션(lamination) 공정을 이용하여 봉지하였다.
먼저, 상기 유연 봉지재의 접합부에 UV 에폭시 레진을 도포한 후, 상기 UV 에폭시 레진이 유기발광다이오드 소자의 기판과 접하도록 접합한 후, 압력이 가해진 상태에서 UV를 노광하여 상기 레진을 경화시켰다. 이때, 상기 유연 봉지재의 고분자층은 상기 유기발광다이오드 소자와 접한 상태로 존재한다.
(4) 봉지된 유기전자소자의 열 방출 특성 확인
상기 (3)에서 봉지된 유기전자소자의 ITO 애노드에 (+), Al 캐소드에 (-) 전류를 흘려줌으로써, 상기 유기전자소자가 발광하는 동시에 열을 방출하도록 하였다. 이때, 봉지된 소자에서 발광하는 면으로의 발열은 동일한 조건을 가지므로, 봉지재쪽으로의 발열과의 차이를 통해 소자에서 외부로의 발열 정도를 확인하였다.
비교를 위해, 상기 동일한 유기전자소자를 유리로 봉지한 경우와, 나노구조체를 포함하지 않고 PDMS만으로 금속 박막 상에 고분자층을 형성한 봉지재로 봉지한 경우를 함께 확인하였다.
도 7은 상온(25~26℃)에서 소자의 외부 방출 온도 변화를 측정한 결과를 그래프로 나타낸 것으로서, 발광하는 면(bottom)(a)과 봉지재 쪽(top)(b)으로의 발열을 열전대(thermocouple)로 측정하여 나타내었다.
도 8은 상기 도 7에서 측정한 발광하는 면(bottom)과 봉지재 쪽(top)의 발열 온도의 차이를 계산한 결과를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
도 8에서 온도 차이가 (+)를 보이는 것은 발광하는 면(bottom)으로의 열 방출 온도가 더 높은 것을 의미하는데, 유리를 이용하여 봉지한 경우 내부에 열이 머물러 있으면서 주로 발광하는 쪽으로만 열이 방출된다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
반면, 본 발명에 따른 유연 봉지재를 이용하는 경우에는 봉지재 쪽(top)으로의 열 방출이 잘 일어나는 것을 확인할 수 있으며, 이때 고분자 내에 함유되는 나노구조체의 농도에 따라 열 방출 정도가 다른 것을 확인할 수 있다.
특히, 나노구조체로서 CNT를 0.1중량%로 함유하는 경우 가장 효과적인 발열 특성을 나타낸 것을 확인할 수 있다. 다만, CNT의 함량만이 발열 특성에 영향을 미쳤다기 보다는 CNT의 분산도, 나노구조체의 종류에 따라 얻을 수 있는 발열 효과가 다를 수 있음은 통상의 기술자라면 누구라도 알 수 있을 것이다.
이를 통해 볼 때, 본 발명은 상기 나노구조체의 함량을 조절함으로써 유기전자소자의 열 방출 효과를 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.
한편, CNT의 농도에 따른 봉지된 유기전자소자의 수명을 측정하여 하기 표 1에 나타내었다.

상기 표 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 나노구조체의 농도가 증가할수록 유기전자소자의 수명이 점차적으로 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
이러한 결과로 볼 때, 본 발명의 봉지재 즉, 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체를 포함하는 고분자층이 코팅된 유연 봉지재를 이용하여 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 경우, 봉지과정이 용이하여 생산성은 물론이고, 소자의 열 방출 특성을 향상시킬 수 있어 소자의 수명을 효과적으로 증가시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 기판상에 위치하는 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 봉지재로서,
    상기 봉지재는 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 포함하여 이루어지고,
    상기 금속 박막은 상기 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부 및 상기 기판과 대면하여 밀봉하는 접합부로 이루어지고, 상기 고분자층은 상기 수용부에 형성되어 있는 유기전자소자 봉지용 유연 봉지재.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 금속 박막은 Ni, Cu, Al, Zn, Pb, Mg, Au, Ag, Pt, W, Si 및 Ta로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속으로 이루어지는 비철 금속 호일 또는 Fe를 포함하는 스틸(steel) 호일로 이루어지고, 30~300㎛의 두께를 갖는 것인, 유기전자소자 봉지용 유연 봉지재.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 고분자층은 실리콘계 고분자, 폴리이소프렌, 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리우레탄 및 이들의 유도체 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 경화성 탄성고분자로 이루어지고, 5~50㎛의 두께를 갖는 것인, 유기전자소자 봉지용 유연 봉지재.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 나노구조체는 나노파티클(Ag nanoparticle), 탄소나노튜브(carbon nanotube), 카본닷(carbon-dot) 및 RGO(reduced graphene oxide) 중 1종 이상인 것인, 유기전자소자 봉지용 유연 봉지재.
  5. 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부 및 기판과 대면하여 밀봉하는 접합부로 이루어진 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 형성한 유연 봉지재를 준비하는 단계;
    상기 금속 박막의 접합부에 접착제를 도포하는 단계; 및
    상기 기판 위에 위치한 유기전자소자와 상기 고분자층이 접하도록 하여 상기 봉지재로 덮은 후 상기 유기전자소자를 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 유기전자소자의 봉지방법.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 금속 박막의 일면에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층을 형성한 봉지재는,
    필름형태의 모판에 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자를 코팅하여 고분자층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 형성된 고분자층이 상기 금속 박막의 유기전자소자를 수용하는 수용부와 접합되도록 위치시킨 후 열처리하는 단계; 및 상기 모판을 제거하여 고분자층이 균일하게 패터닝된 금속 박막을 얻는 단계를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전자소자의 봉지방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자는 경화성 탄성고분자와 나노구조체를 각각 용매에 분산시켜 혼합한 후 상기 용매를 제거함으로써 얻는 것인, 유기전자소자의 봉지방법.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 나노구조체는 상기 경화성 탄성고분자 대비 0.02~10중량%로 포함하는 것인, 유기전자소자의 봉지방법.
  9. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 경화하는 단계는 열 및 압력을 가하거나, 상기 경화하는 단계 이전 또는 이후에 열 및 압력을 가하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것인, 유기전자소자의 봉지방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 열 및 압력을 가하면서 유연 봉지재로 덮은 유기전자소자를 롤(roll)을 지나도록 하는 것인, 유기전자소자의 봉지방법.
  11. 기판; 상기 기판상에 배치된 유기전자소자; 및 상기 유기전자소자를 봉지하는 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유연 봉지재를 포함하며,
    상기 유기전자소자는 상기 유연 봉지재의 금속 박막 일면에 형성된 나노구조체가 분산된 고분자층이 유기전자소자와 접하여 봉지된 유기전자소자.
