Description

一种汽车方向盘 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,尤其涉及一种汽车方向盘。
背景技术
汽车方向盘包括方向盘骨架和安装在方向盘骨架上的DAB。DAB是Driver AirBag的缩写,中文意思为“驾驶员安全气囊”。DAB包括DAB模块(图1中的安全气囊模块3′)和DAB饰盖(图1中的安全气囊饰盖4′),即驾驶员安全气囊模块以及罩在上面的装饰盖,DAB饰盖位于方向盘骨架中心的塑料件。当在发生碰撞气囊展开时,DAB饰盖会被弹开。
参见图1,现有的汽车DAB与方向盘骨架的配合机构是通过DAB饰盖4′的卡钩41′来卡紧安装在方向盘骨架1′上的Ω弹簧5′来实现的。如图2所示,方向盘骨架1′上的弹簧限位梁11′用于压住Ω弹簧5′。
为了使方向盘骨架1′便于安装Ω弹簧5′,我们通常在弹簧限位梁11′与Ω弹簧5′的配合处预留0.3mm的间隙,这个间隙使Ω弹簧5′有了发生位移的行程,当Ω弹簧5′与DAB饰盖相互配合时,这个位移会使Ω弹簧5′与弹簧限位梁11′接触产生噪音。
因此,有必要设计一种降低噪音的汽车方向盘。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种降低噪音的汽车方向盘。
本发明的技术方案提供一种汽车方向盘,包括金属制成的方向盘骨架、塑料制成的方向盘后盖、安全气囊模块和安全气囊饰盖;
所述方向盘后盖位于所述方向盘骨架的底部,所述安全气囊模块安装在所述方向盘骨架的上方,所述安全气囊饰盖用于封装所述安全气囊模块并位于所述方向盘骨架上方的中心位置;
所述方向盘骨架上安装有Ω弹簧,所述安全气囊饰盖向下沿伸出两 个卡钩,两个所述卡钩插入到所述方向盘骨架上,所述Ω弹簧的两自由端与两个所述卡钩卡合,
所述方向盘后盖延伸出凸肋,所述凸肋位于所述Ω弹簧与所述方向盘骨架之间,用于支撑所述Ω弹簧。
优选地,所述方向盘骨架上形成有弹簧卡槽和弹簧限位梁,所述Ω弹簧的中段挂在所述弹簧卡槽上,所述Ω弹簧的两侧段被所述弹簧限位梁压住,所述Ω弹簧的两自由端与所述凸肋接触。
优选地,所述弹簧限位梁有四个,每两个所述弹簧限位梁压住所述Ω弹簧的一侧段。
优选地,所述凸肋从所述方向盘后盖延伸出来,伸出到所述方向盘骨架的上方。
优选地,所述方向盘骨架上形成用于插入所述卡钩的插入孔,所述插入孔为所述凸肋预留了伸出的空间。

采用上述技术方案后,具有如下有益效果:由于方向盘后盖延伸出凸肋,凸肋位于Ω弹簧与方向盘骨架之间,用于支撑Ω弹簧。凸肋消除了Ω弹簧与方向盘骨架之间的空隙,并且凸肋由塑料制成,Ω弹簧与凸肋之间即使产生碰撞,产生的噪音也非常小,有效地解决了噪音较大的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明中,所述的“竖直方向”、“水平方向”、“上下方向”和“左右方向”是指汽车方向盘安装到汽车上的方位。
参见图3-4所示,汽车方向盘包括金属制成的方向盘骨架1、塑料制成的方向盘后盖2、安全气囊模块和安全气囊饰盖;方向盘后盖2位于方向盘骨架1的底部,方向盘骨架1的中心形成收容槽(图未示),安全气囊模块安装在方向盘骨架1的收容槽中,并位于方向盘骨架1的上方;安全气囊饰盖用于封装安全气囊模块并位于方向盘骨架1上方的中心位置;方向盘骨架1上安装有Ω弹簧5,安全气囊饰盖向下沿伸出两个卡钩(图未示),两个卡钩插入到方向盘骨架1上的插入孔13中,Ω弹簧5的两侧段53处分别与两个卡钩卡合,方向盘后盖2延伸出凸肋21,凸肋21位于Ω弹簧5下方,用于支撑Ω弹簧5。
卡钩插入到方向盘骨架1中用于安装安全气囊饰盖与方向盘骨架1,卡钩为一倒钩,插入到插入孔13后,使得安全气囊饰盖在竖直方向上与方向盘骨架1锁定。Ω弹簧5的侧段53卡入到卡钩的倒钩中,卡合后Ω弹簧5被两个卡钩压缩,Ω弹簧5产生的弹性力将安全气囊饰盖在水平方向上锁定,防止安全气囊饰盖在水平方向上发生窜动。
有关本发明中安全气囊饰盖、安全气囊模块及卡钩的安装配合方式,请参照图1中的安全气囊饰盖4′、安全气囊模块3′及卡钩41′的安装配合方式来理解。安全气囊饰盖罩在安全气囊模块上,卡钩从安全气囊饰盖上延伸形成。
如图2所示,现有的Ω弹簧5′的两自由端51′与弹簧限位梁11′之间留有间隙,Ω弹簧5′容易与弹簧限位梁11′接触产生的噪音。又由于Ω弹 簧5′和弹簧限位梁11′均由金属制成,金属与金属之间的碰撞,产生的噪音更大,影响了汽车的使用舒适性。
本实施例中,如图3-4所示,由于方向盘后盖2延伸出凸肋21,凸肋21位于Ω弹簧5下方,凸肋21能使Ω弹簧5向上抵住弹簧限位梁12,也就说通过凸肋21的向上支撑,使Ω弹簧5与弹簧限位梁12之间的0.3mm的间隙消除了,几乎是过盈配合了,这样Ω弹簧就不会上下窜动,导致噪音了。并且凸肋21由塑料制成,Ω弹簧5与凸肋21之间即使产生碰撞,也属于金属与塑料之间的碰撞,产生的噪音也非常小,有效地解决了噪音较大的问题。
本实施例中,如图3所示,Ω弹簧5为门形,即一面开口的方形框架。
较佳地,本发明中的Ω弹簧5不限于上述形状,Ω弹簧5还可以为更接近于Ω的形状,即主体为圆弧形,两自由端分别折弯后形成短边。
较佳地,如图3所示,方向盘骨架1上形成有弹簧卡槽11和弹簧限位梁12,Ω弹簧5的中段52挂在弹簧卡槽11上,Ω弹簧5的两侧段53被弹簧限位梁12压住,Ω弹簧5的两自由端51与凸肋21接触。安装Ω弹簧5时,先将Ω弹簧5的两自由端51穿过弹簧限位梁12的下方,然后将Ω弹簧5的中段52挂在弹簧卡槽11中。安装后,Ω弹簧5的两侧段53被弹簧限位梁12压住,Ω弹簧5的两自由端51与方向盘骨架1之间仍留有间隙。但由于凸肋21位于Ω弹簧5与方向盘骨架1之间,凸肋21起到了填充间隙的作用。Ω弹簧5的两自由端51处与凸肋21直接接触,凸肋21起到了防止Ω弹簧5的两自由端51处与弹簧限位梁12接触产生噪音的作用。Ω弹簧5的中段52与弹簧卡槽11钩挂后,起到了初步定位Ω弹簧5的作用,限定了Ω弹簧5在水平面的上下方向的位置。Ω弹簧5的两侧段53被弹簧限位梁12压住,限定了Ω弹簧5在垂直面的左右方向的活动范围,Ω弹簧5的两侧段53可以在左右方向的一定范围内运动。当Ω弹簧5安装到方向盘骨架1的初始状态时,此时卡钩还没有插入到方向盘骨架1中,Ω弹簧5的两侧段53之间的距离较大。当卡钩插入到方向盘骨架1后,Ω弹簧5的两侧段53被压缩,之间的距离 缩小。
本实施例中,如图3所示,弹簧限位梁12有四个,每两个弹簧限位梁12压住Ω弹簧5的一侧自由端51。
较佳地,弹簧限位梁12还可以有两个,左右各一个。或左右各三个。
本实施例中,如图3所示,凸肋21从方向盘后盖2延伸出来,伸出到方向盘骨架1的上方。方向盘骨架1上形成用于插入卡钩的插入孔13,插入孔13为凸肋21预留了伸出的空间。凸肋21从后盖2预留的21空间处伸出到方向盘骨架1的上方。如图2所示,该预留空间的位置,在现有的方向盘骨架1′中,为与Ω弹簧5′的两自由端51′碰撞的位置。本实施例中,将该部分取消,作为凸肋21伸出的空间。
本实施例中,如图3所示,凸肋21为长条形。当然,为了起到支撑Ω弹簧5的作用,凸肋21还可以为方块形、球形或其他不规则形状。只要能够起到支撑Ω弹簧5的作用,都属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种汽车方向盘,包括金属制成的方向盘骨架、塑料制成的方向盘后盖、安全气囊模块和安全气囊饰盖;
