背景技术
现有的汽车刹车踏板都是只有一个供驾驶员踩踏的平面，这仅能解决踏板的防滑和舒适度，由于没有设置防卡脚面，驾驶员的右脚从油门踏板向刹车踏板移动过程中容易被刹车踏板右侧底部卡住脚面或脚边缘，造成驾驶员刹车时间延误，错过最佳刹车时间而增加车祸几率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述存在的问题，提供一种可以有效避免在紧急情况下因驾驶员心慌卡脚延误刹车时机的情况发生，提高安全性的刹车踏板。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现。
本实用新型是一种汽车刹车踏板，它由与制动器连接的脚踏板和脚踏板右端连接的防卡脚板组成，防卡脚板和脚踏板相交形成有夹角。
上述脚踏板与防卡脚板是一体成型或是分体结构通过固定件连接固定。
上述防卡脚板的自由端到脚踏板的距离为2~11厘米。
上述防卡脚板的自由端到脚踏板的距离为9厘米。
上述夹角的角度为80度到100度。
上述夹角的角度为90度。
本实用新型的优点在于，在原始刹车踏板的右侧加上了一个防卡脚板，该板可以有效防止驾驶员的右脚在从油门踏板向刹车踏板移动的过程中误入刹车踏板底部延误刹车时机，提高了安全性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1到图3所示，本实用新型是一种汽车刹车踏板，它由与制动器连接的脚踏板1和脚踏板1右端连接的防卡脚板2组成，防卡脚板2和脚踏板1相交形成有夹角a，该夹角a的角度为80度到100度，最好为90度。这样，当驾驶员的右脚在从油门踏板向刹车踏板移动的过程中，因有防卡脚板2的阻挡，右脚就不会误入刹车踏板底部了，提高了安全性。
上述脚踏板1与防卡脚板2是一体成型或是分体结构通过固定件连接固定，其中防卡脚板2的自由端到脚踏板1的距离为2~11厘米，一般为9厘米时最佳。考虑到若防卡脚板2太短，就不能很好地起到侧面防卡功能，若太长，又会造成脚踏板1达到下死点，所以，应根据不同的车型决定采用不同的侧面深度比较合适。

1.一种汽车刹车踏板，其特征在于：它由与制动器连接的脚踏板（1）和脚踏板（1）右端连接的防卡脚板（2）组成，防卡脚板（2）和脚踏板（1）相交形成有夹角（a）。
