Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de détection de qualité d'assemblage de bague d'étanchéité d'atomiseur de cigarette électronique. L'appareil comprend un support de montage (3), un élément de détection (1) disposé sur le support de montage (3), et un élément de commande (2) en communication avec l'élément de détection (1). L'élément de détection (1) comprend une unité d'acquisition d'image (11), l'unité d'acquisition d'image (11) étant située juste au-dessus d'une station de détection et utilisée pour photographier une bague d'étanchéité dans un atomiseur de cigarette électronique sur la station de détection. L'élément de commande (2) comprend un module de traitement d'image (21), un module de comparaison d'images (22), un module de traitement central (23) et un module de sollicitation (24). Lors d'une détection, l'unité d'acquisition d'image (11) au-dessus de la station de détection photographie la bague d'étanchéité dans un atomiseur de cigarette électronique à détecter, puis réalise une comparaison, et peut ainsi déterminer si une position d'assemblage de la bague d'étanchéité satisfait des réglages préliminaires de telle sorte que la qualité d'assemblage de la bague d'étanchéité, satisfaisant la norme ou non, peut être détectée. L'ensemble du processus de détection requiert peu de temps et a un rendement élevé ; de plus, le résultat de détection est intuitif et facile à déterminer, et la précision de détection est élevée.
