一种移动终端的车载应用控制方法、 装置及终端 技术领域 本发明涉及车载服务领域, 特别是一种移动终端的车载应用控制方法、 装置及移 动终端。 背景技术 目前市面上已有的车载语音产品多为特定车型定制产品, 因其价格成本偏高, 功 能相对固定和单一, 无法得到普及。 而现有移动终端, 尤其是带智能操作系统的移动 终端, 已完全能实现一般驾车用户的核心功能需求, 如电话和导航等, 并且移动终端 因能提供更多与人们日常生活相关的功能, 几乎已经成为人类生活的必需品, 其普及 程度显然远远高于仅适用于驾车用户的定制车载语音产品。 但是目前的手机没有针对特定的驾驶场景所设置的操作系统。 例如, 当驾驶员在 开车过程中希望进行导航, 需要从分页显示的应用界面中找到导航应用。 由于智能终 端的应用过于丰富, 驾驶员查找过程中并没有释放手上的操作, 这对驾驶安全带来影 响。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动终端的车载应用控制方法、 装置及移动 终端, 能够使驾驶员在使用车载应用时, 释放双手操作, 提高驾驶安全。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的实施例提供一种移动终端的车载应用控制方法, 包括: 向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用户指定的一个或多个车载应用的图标; 与用 户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息; 对所述语音信息进行语音识别, 得到所述用 户的语音指令; 根据所述语音指令操作所述车载应用。 其中, 所述车载应用界面上还包括语音图标; 与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的 语音信息的步骤包括: 当用户点击所述语音图标后, 生成触控指令; 根据所述触控指 令与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息。 其中, 在未与所述用户建立交互时, 所述语音图标在所述车载应用界面上显示为 一个表示未启动的第一图标; 在与所述用户建立交互时, 所述语音图标在所述车载应 用界面上显示为一个表示已启动的第二图标。 其中, 与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息的步骤包括: 通过一穿戴设备 与用户建立交互, 并通过该穿戴设备接收用户输入的语音信息。 其中, 所述显示界面至少包括一免打扰应用; 向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用 户指定的移动终端中的一个或多个车载应用的图标的步骤包括: 获取所述移动终端当 前的免打扰状态, 得到获取结果; 若所述获取结果指示所述移动终端未开启免打扰功 能时, 在所述车载应用界面上显示对应免打扰应用的第三图标; 若所述获取结果指示 所述移动终端已开启免打扰功能时, 在所述车载应用界面上显示对应免打扰应用的第 四图标。 其中, 所述车载应用界面还包括第一区域, 用于显示语音识别得到的语音指令, 和 /或信息时间信息, 和 /或用户的驾驶信息。 此外, 本发明的另一实施例还提供一种移动终端的车载应用控制装置, 包括: 提 供模块, 设置为向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用户指定的移动终端中的一个或多个 车载应用的图标; 接收模块, 设置为与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息; 识 别模块, 设置为对所述语音信息进行语音识别, 得到所述用户的语音指令; 处理模块, 设置为根据所述语音指令操作所述车载应用。 其中, 所述显示界面上还包括语音图标; 所述接收模块包括: 感应子模块, 设置 为当用户点击所述语音图标后, 生成触控指令; 接收子模块, 设置为根据所述触控指 令与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息。 其中, 所述接收模块包括: 无线交互子模块, 设置为通过一穿戴设备与用户建立 交互, 并通过该穿戴设备接收用户输入的语音信息。 此外,本发明的另一实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括上述的车载应用控制装置。 本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下: 本发明的方案将移动终端的车载应用集 中在一个界面上显示。 用户通过语音控制, 即可对界面上的车载应用进行操作, 从而 有效地释放了手上的造作,提高了驾驶安全,使移动终端更为友好地为用户提供服务。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的移动终端的车载应用控制方法的步骤示意图; 图 2-图 5为本发明的车载应用界面的布局示意图; 图 6为本发明的移动终端的车载应用控制装置的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 为使本发明要解决的技术问题、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图及具 体实施例进行详细描述。 本发明的实施例提供一种移动终端的车载应用控制方法, 如图 1所示, 包括: 步骤 11,向用户提供车载应用界面,显示用户指定的一个或多个车载应用的图标; 步骤 12, 与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息; 步骤 13, 对所述语音信息进行语音识别, 得到所述用户的语音指令; 步骤 14, 根据所述语音指令操作所述车载应用 (用户还可以对车载应用界面中的 车载应用进行触控操作)。 在上述描述中, 可以知道, 本发明的车载应用控制方法将移动终端的车载应用集 中在一个界面上显示。 用户通过语音控制, 即可对界面上的车载应用进行操作, 从而 有效地释放了手上的造作,提高了驾驶安全,使移动终端更为友好地为用户提供服务。 此外, 本发明的车载服务方法为用户提供了两种语音输入的方法。 一种语音输入的方法是在车载应用界面提供语音图标; 在上述步骤 12中, 当用户 点击所述语音图标后, 生成触控指令; 并根据所述触控指令与用户建立交互, 接收用 户输入的语音信息。 为了能够让车载应用界面为用户提供更多信息, 在未与所述用户 建立交互时, 语音图标在所述车载应用界面上显示为一个表示未启动的第一图标; 在 与所述用户建立交互时, 语音图标在所述显示界面上显示为一个表示已启动的第二图 标。 用户通过不同的语音图标即可了解移动终端的工作状态。 示例性地, 语音交互流程未开始或空闲时, 语音图标为一个静止的麦克风 (即第 一图标); 录入用户语音时, 麦克风图标会根据音量大小自动调整其背景色, 另外麦克 风附近的按钮背景也将会根据音量大小自动调整其背景色, 同时在按钮周围会显示跟 随音量大小变化而变化的声波图案(即第二图标); 当进行语音识别时, 麦克风图标背 景颜色不变, 图标背景颜色也恢复不变, 声波图案消失, 同时在图标的边框上会显示 两根由亮变暗的线条, 沿按图标框轨迹做顺时针或逆时针的旋转运动。 另一种语音输入的方法是在上述步骤 12中,通过一穿戴设备与用户建立交互, 并 通过该穿戴设备接收用户输入的语音信息, 为用户提供了更为便利操作方式。 其中, 穿戴设备可以是智能眼镜、 智能耳机等, 能通过蓝牙向移动终端传输语音信息。 此外, 所述显示界面至少包括一免打扰应用; 为了使用户能够通过免打扰应用的 图标获得更多的信息, 在上述步骤 11中, 获取所述移动终端当前的免打扰状态, 得到 获取结果; 若所述获取结果指示所述移动终端未开启免打扰功能时, 在所述车载应用 界面上显示对应免打扰应用的第三图标; 若所述获取结果指示所述移动终端已开启免 打扰功能时, 在所述车载应用界面上显示对应免打扰应用的第四图标。 此外, 为了使本发明的车载服务方法所提供的信息更丰富, 作为优选方案, 所述 车载应用界面上设置有第一区域, 用于显示语音识别得到的语音指令, 和 /或信息时间 信息, 和 /或用户的驾驶信息 (如驾驶速度)。 下面对本发明的车载应用界面进行介绍。 实施例一 图 2是包含语音图标 1, 以及免打扰应用 2、 导航应用 3、 电话应用 4、 音乐应用 5、 天气应用 6、 帮助应用 7、 设置应用 8的图标的车载应用界面。 图标为圆角矩形。 除了语音图标 1夕卜,其它车载应用的图标可互相替换;语音图标 1放在屏幕中心位置, 尺寸相对较大, 适合驾车用户随手点击。 其中, 免打扰应用 2的图标中显示有一个开 关标识, 用来展示免打扰应用开或关的状态。 图标形状为圆角矩形, 周围还可以配以 功能说明或提示性文本信息 (图中未画出)。 实施例二 图 3是包含语音图标 1, 以及免打扰应用 2、 导航应用 3、 电话应用 4、 音乐应用 5、 天气应用 6、 帮助应用 7、 设置应用 8的图标的车载应用界面。 图标为圆形。 除了 语音图标 1夕卜, 其它车载应用的图标可互相替换; 语音图标 1放在屏幕中心位置, 尺 寸相对较大, 适合驾车用户随手点击。 其中, 免打扰应用 2的图标中显示有一个开关 标识, 用来展示免打扰应用开或关的状态。 图标形状为圆角矩形, 周围还可以配以功 能说明或提示性文本信息 (图中未画出)。 实施例三 图 4是包含第一区域 9的车载应用界面的布局(第一区域显示时间信息), 同时车 载应用界面还包括语音图标 1, 导航应用 3、 电话应用 4、 帮助应用 7、 设置应用 8的 图标。 除了语音图标 1夕卜, 其它车载应用的图标可互相替换; 语音图标 1放在屏幕中 心位置, 尺寸相对较大, 适合驾车用户随手点击。 实施例四 图 5是包含第一区域 9的车载应用界面的布局 (第一区域显示识别的语音指令以 及语音交互过程), 同时车载应用界面还包括语音应用 1、 导航应用 3以及电话应用 4 的图标。除了语音应用的图标 1外导航应用 3以及电话应用 4的图标位置可互相替换; 语音图标 1摆放在屏幕中心线位置, 尺寸相对较大, 适合驾车用户随手点击。 综上所述, 本发明的车载应用界面非常简单, 在交互以及功能实用的特点上, 非 常适合驾车场景, 且对所有的移动终端均适用。 此外, 如图 6所示, 本发明还提供一种移动终端的车载应用控制装置, 包括: 提供模块, 设置为向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用户指定的一个或多个车载应 用的图标; 接收模块, 设置为与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息; 识别模块, 设置为对所述语音信息进行语音识别, 得到所述用户的语音指令; 处理模块, 设置为根据所述语音指令操作所述车载应用。 在上述描述中, 可以知道, 本发明的车载应用装置将移动终端的车载应用集中在 一个界面上显示。 用户通过语音控制, 即可对界面上的车载应用进行操作, 从而有效 地释放了手上的造作, 提高了驾驶安全, 使移动终端更为友好地为用户提供服务。 此外, 本发明的车载服务装置为用户提供了两种语音输入的方式。 一种语音输入的方式是在车载应用界面提供语音图标; 所述接收模块包括: 感应子模块, 设置为当用户点击所述语音图标后, 生成触控指令; 接收子模块, 设置为根据所述触控指令与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信 息。 另一种语音输入的方式是所述接收模块包括一无线交互子模块, 设置为通过一穿 戴设备与用户建立交互, 并通过该穿戴设备接收用户输入的语音信息, 能够为用户提 供了更为便利操作方式。 显然, 本实施例的车载应用控制装置与本发明的车载应用控制方法相对应, 该方 法能达到的技术效果, 本装置同样也能够达到。 此外, 本发明还提供一种移动终端, 包括有上述车载应用控制装置。 移动终端可 以是手机、 PAD等设备。 其中的提供模块可以是移动终端的显示屏以及控制显示屏处 理芯片; 接收模块可以包括移动终端的麦克风, 可直接接收用户的语音信息; 接收模 块也可以包括一个无线通信接收器,用于接收经用户穿戴设备所发送过来的语音信息。 识别模块可以是移动终端的语音识别芯片, 处理模块是移动终端的处理器。 以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和 润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。 工业实用性 如上所述, 通过上述实施例及优选实施方式, 将移动终端的车载应用集中在一个 界面上显示。 用户通过语音控制, 即可对界面上的车载应用进行操作, 从而有效地释 放了手上的造作, 提高了驾驶安全, 使移动终端更为友好地为用户提供服务。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1 . 一种移动终端的车载应用控制方法, 包括: 向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用户指定的一个或多个车载应用的图标; 与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息;
对所述语音信息进行语音识别, 得到所述用户的语音指令; 根据所述语音指令操作所述车载应用。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的车载应用控制方法, 其中, 所述车载应用界面上还包括 语音图标; 与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息的步骤包括:
当用户点击所述语音图标后, 生成触控指令;
根据所述触控指令与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的车载应用控制方法, 其中, 在未与所述用户建立交互时, 所述语音图标在所述车载应用界面上显示为 一个表示未启动的第一图标;
在与所述用户建立交互时, 所述语音图标在所述车载应用界面上显示为一 个表示已启动的第二图标。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的车载应用控制方法, 其中, 与用户建立交互, 接收用户 输入的语音信息的步骤包括:
通过一穿戴设备与用户建立交互, 并通过该穿戴设备接收用户输入的语音 信息。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的车载应用控制方法, 其中, 所述显示界面至少包括一免 打扰应用;
向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用户指定的移动终端中的一个或多个车载 应用的图标的步骤包括:
获取所述移动终端当前的免打扰状态, 得到获取结果; 若所述获取结果指示所述移动终端未开启免打扰功能时, 在所述车载应用 界面上显示对应免打扰应用的第三图标; 若所述获取结果指示所述移动终端已开启免打扰功能时, 在所述车载应用 界面上显示对应免打扰应用的第四图标。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的车载应用控制方法, 其中, 所述车载应用界面还包括第 一区域, 用于显示语音识别得到的语音指令, 和 /或信息时间信息, 和 /或用户 的驾驶信息。
7. 一种移动终端的车载应用控制装置, 包括: 提供模块, 设置为向用户提供车载应用界面, 显示用户指定的移动终端中 的一个或多个车载应用的图标;
接收模块, 设置为与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的语音信息; 识别模块, 设置为对所述语音信息进行语音识别, 得到所述用户的语音指 令;
处理模块, 设置为根据所述语音指令操作所述车载应用。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的车载应用控制装置, 其中, 所述显示界面上还包括语音 图标;
所述接收模块包括:
感应子模块, 设置为当用户点击所述语音图标后, 生成触控指令; 接收子模块, 设置为根据所述触控指令与用户建立交互, 接收用户输入的 语音信息。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的车载应用控制装置, 其中, 所述接收模块包括: 无线交互子模块, 设置为通过一穿戴设备与用户建立交互, 并通过该穿戴 设备接收用户输入的语音信息。
10. —种移动终端, 包括如权利要求 7-9任一项所述的车载应用控制装置。
