Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de rinçage interne des tuyaux d'un circuit hydraulique (3), par écoulement dans ledit circuit hydraulique (3) d'un fluide (4) en écoulement avec un nombre de Reynolds Re d'au moins 2 300. Selon l'invention, un moteur (5), une pompe (6) inclus dans l'installation (2) utilisée et le degré de purification souhaité sont régulés par une unité de commande (1) par la rétroaction de la vitesse du moteur, du débit d'huile, de la température de l'huile, et du degré de contamination par l'intermédiaire d'un compteur de particules (23). À cette fin, l'invention concerne la purification automatique de l'huile (4) ou d'un autre fluide, qui est utilisé dans ce qu'on appelle un circuit en boucle fermée, des corrections étant automatiquement effectuées par l'unité de commande (1) après avoir prédéterminé un résultat final désiré du degré de purification et avant de délivrer un rapport de résultat approuvé. L'invention concerne également une installation (2) destinée à mettre œuvre ledit procédé.
