Description

一种自卸半挂车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输设备,特别涉及一种带有卸货装置半挂车。
背景技术
本申请人在稍早时曾申请过《一种散货式半挂车复合卸货装置》,其主动轮和从动轮两侧相连接的两根传动链条,两根传动链条上面均匀设置的托板,托板下面平行设置若干可沿传动链条行进方向自由转动的支撑辊,利用支撑辊托举并带动托板行进,从而实现货物卸载,但这种结构尚存在一定的缺陷:由于需要支承辊用于托举柔性的托板,因而支承辊需要设置的数量较多,否则柔性的托板在货物的重力作用下将发生塌陷,造成货物散落,而设置较大数量的支承辊在经济上是不适宜的。另外虽然每个支承辊都能随着其托举的托板的行进而自由转动,单个支承辊的转动摩擦力可能不大,但在数量众多、承载货物的满负荷压力很大的情况下,总体摩擦力不可小觑,在液压马达提供的牵引力不足以抵消这种总体摩擦力时将导致链条转动不起来从而无法实现货物的卸载,否则需要提供更大功率的液压马达,这同样会造成造价的居高不下,另一方面传动链条也需要承担更大的张力,对传动链条的规格、性能要求也会提高。
该发明申请为了达到充分卸载的目的,还在车厢侧板内侧分别设有活动板,活动板的弯曲部外侧与车厢侧板、车厢底板之间形成沿车厢纵向的举升空间内沿车厢纵向设置数个举升缸,举升缸一端与车厢侧壁与底壁的交接处固接,另一端与弯曲部固接,显然举升缸必将占据一定的空间,但举升缸活塞杆在理想状况下伸出的最大长度不可能大于缸体长度,为了实现活动板的转动,必然需要活动板的弯曲部的曲率较大,为举升缸提供较大的伸缩空间,这将需要压缩有效载货量,这无论是半挂车厢生产企业还是半挂车厢使用者都无法接受的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于针对申请人前一个专利的不足,提供一种新型自卸半挂车。
为实现该目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
这种自卸半挂车,包括车架1、安装在车架1上的车厢2及卸货装置3,该卸货装置3包括安装于车架1前后两端的从动链轮31和主动链轮32、与主动链轮32连接的液压马达30、绕置在从动链轮31和主动链轮32上的两根传动链条33,与现有技术不同的是:所述传动链条33的外链板分为两种:一种是常规外链板333’,一种是异形外链板333,两个异形外链板333之间设置一个以上常规外链板333’,链条33的滚子331的周向外圆突出于内链板332或常规外链板333’的上下缘,异形外链板333带有外平面高于滚子331的周向外圆的板耳3331,板耳3331上固定托板34,托板34上固定橡胶履带35,固定在车架1上的两条导轨36支撑滚子331。与现有技术相比,本发明摈弃了支承辊,简化了结构,降低了造价;
进一步地,任何一个橡胶履带的一端通过螺钉固定在与其对应的托板上,其自由端在行进到传动链条上方时越过与其相邻的、背离行进方向的那个托板,搭置在与其相隔的、背离行进方向的那个托板上。采用这种结构,卸货装置与货物接触的部分都有2层乃至3层的橡胶履带,货物将不会散落和在托板之间的空隙处被压塌,同时2层橡胶履带之间的摩擦系数小于橡胶履带与货物之间的摩擦系数,因而比单层的橡胶履带更容易牵引货物的卸载。
进一步地,所述托板34的长向中心线与两根传动链条33上对应两个板耳3331的中心连线重合。采用这种技术方案,货物传递到链条上的重力比较均匀,使整个装置寿命更长,运行更加平稳。
进一步地,所述托板34的长度L为60-100cm,宽度W为1-15cm,相邻两个托板34之间间隔0-50cm。
作为进一步优选,托板34的长度L为85-91cm,宽度W为6-7cm,相邻两个托板34之间间隔为10-20cm。托板的长度决定了货物的卸载的区间,长度太长则需要的驱动力太大,长度太小则卸载效率太低。托板的宽度太小则造价太高,宽度太大则在链条转弯处挠度较大,不仅使托板容易变形,而且卸货阻力较大。本发明通过多次试验才得到该适中和较佳的技术方案。
进一步地,所述托板34靠近传动链条33的那一面上、沿长向方向设置1根以上的加强筋341。采用该技术方案正是为了避免托板在链条转弯处挠度较大容易变形的问题。
进一步地,这种自卸半挂车还包括两组油缸4,所述的车厢2包括前挡板22、后上翻启门(附图中未示出,以下同)和左右两个镜像对称的L形活动角板21,所述L形活动角板21包括活动侧板211和与活动侧板211固结的活动底板212,活动底板212的自由端与车架1铰接,油缸4的一端与车架1铰接、另一端与活动底板212铰接。
具体地,前挡板22和后上翻启门分别与车架1固结且与L形活动角板21通过手动或自动闭锁装置相配合。
进一步地,这种自卸半挂车的车厢2还包括固定侧板23,固定侧板23位于活动侧板211外侧,分别与车架1、前挡板22固结,与后上翻启门通过手动或自动闭锁装置相配合。
采用上述技术方案,车厢的左右两部分都能分别或者同时向中部倾斜,使货物去全部彻底地转移到卸货装置上,同时油缸得以隐藏在车架内,增大了车厢的有效载货量。
作为优选方案,所述油缸4充分伸长时活动底板212与车架1的水平方向的夹角β为40-45度。
作为进一步优选方案,β为43度。采用这种技术方案,可使堆积在L形角板上的货物彻底转移到卸货装置上。
作为优选方案,所述的活动侧板211的高度小于固定侧板23的高度。
作为进一步优选方案,所述的活动侧板211的高度小于固定侧板23高度的二分之一。由于随着货物的逐渐卸载,货物的上平面逐渐下落,一般情况下不会超过车厢侧板的一半,因此采用这种技术方案,不仅降低了造价,还更进一步增大了车厢的有效载货量。

具体实施方式
实施例1,参照附图1、3-6。
一种车厢左右侧板可全翻转的自卸半挂车,包括车架1、安装在车架1上的车厢2及卸货装置3,两组油缸4。
车厢2包括前挡板22、后上翻启门(附图中未示出)和左右两个镜像对称的L形活动角板21,所述L形活动角板21包括活动侧板211和与活动侧板211固结的活动底板212,活动底板212的自由端与车架1铰接,油缸4的一端与车架1铰接、另一端与活动底板212铰接。前挡板22和后上翻启门分别与车架1固结且与L形活动角板21通过手动或自动闭锁装置相配合。
卸货装置3包括安装于车架1前后两端的从动链轮31和主动链轮32、与主动链轮32连接的液压马达30、绕置在从动链轮31和主动链轮32上的两根传动链条33,所述传动链 条33的外链板分为两种:一种是常规外链板333’,一种是异形外链板333,两个异形外链板333之间设置一个以上常规外链板333’,链条33的滚子331的周向外圆突出于内链板332或常规外链板333’的上下缘,异形外链板333带有外平面高于滚子331的周向外圆的板耳3331,板耳3331上固定托板34,托板34上固定橡胶履带35,固定在车架1上的两条导轨36支撑滚子331。
任何一个橡胶履带的一端通过螺钉固定在与其对应的托板上,其自由端在行进到传动链条上方时越过与其相邻的、背离行进方向的那个托板,搭置在与其相隔的、背离行进方向的那个托板上。
所述托板34的长向中心线与两根传动链条33上对应两个板耳3331的中心连线重合。采用这种技术方案,货物传递到链条上的重力比较均匀,使整个装置寿命更长,运行更加平稳。
所述托板34的长度L为91cm;宽度W为6cm;相邻两个托板34之间15cm。
所述托板34靠近传动链条33的那一面上、沿长向方向设置1根加强筋341。
所述油缸4充分伸长时活动底板212与车架1的水平方向的夹角β为40度。
实施例2,参照附图2-6。
一种车厢左右侧板可部分翻转的自卸半挂车,其他与实施例1相同,不同的地方是:这一种自卸半挂车的车厢2还包括固定侧板23,固定侧板23位于活动侧板211外侧,分别与车架1、前挡板22固结,与后上翻启门通过手动或自动闭锁装置相配合。所述的活动侧板211的高度800cm,固定侧板23的高度为1800cm。
根据上述原理,本发明还可以对上述具体实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于任何一个橡胶履带的一端通过螺钉固定在与其对应的托板上,其自由端在行进到传动链条上方时越过与其相邻的、背离行进方向的托板,搭置在与其相隔的、背离行进方向的托板上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述托板(34)的长向中心线与两根传动链条(33)上对应两个板耳(3331)的中心连线重合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述托板(34)的长度(L)为60-100cm;宽度(W)为1-15cm;相邻两个托板(34)之间间隔0-50cm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述托板(34)靠近传动链条(33)的那一面上、沿长向方向设置1根以上的加强筋(341)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于还包括两组油缸(4),所述的车厢(2)包括前挡板(22)、后上翻启门和左右两个镜像对称的L形活动角板(21),所述L形活动角板(21)包括活动侧板(211)和与活动侧板(211)固结的活动底板(212),活动底板(212)的自由端与车架(1)铰接,油缸(4)的一端与车架(1)铰接、另一端与活动底板(212)铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于前挡板(22)和后上翻启门分别与车架(1)固结且与L形活动角板(21)通过手动或自动闭锁装置相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述车厢(2)还包括固定侧板(23),固定侧板(23)位于活动侧板(211)外侧,分别与车架(1)、前挡板(22)固结,与后上翻启门通过手动或自动闭锁装置相配合。
  9. 权利要求6所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述油缸(4)充分伸长时,活动底板(212)与车架(1)的水平方向的夹角(β)为40-45度。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述的活动侧板(211)的高度小于固定侧板(23)的高度。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自卸半挂车,其特征在于所述托板(34)的长度(L)为85-91cm;宽度(W)为6-7cm;相邻两个托板(34)之间间隔为10-20cm。
