模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法及成品
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法及成品, 主要是针对由植物纤 维为材料, 采用 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖 中间成品, 进一步在该 「中间成品」 周缘上更加工成型出一圈自内向外突出的 外覆缘的制造方法, 以及经该制造方法制成的模塑杯盖成品。
【背景技术】
巿面上习知常见的一次性随手杯的杯盖, 通常是由 PP、 PS、 PVC等塑料材 料采塑料射出成型技术制成, 一般称之为「塑料杯盖」。 习知塑料杯盖在回收及 丢弃上都对环境产生严重污染, 尤其因数量庞大, 回收处理不易, 导致对环境 保护产生严重伤害, 在现今环保意识高涨的年代, 使用以塑料材料制成的一次 性 「塑料杯盖」, 实与环保意识完全背离。 再者, 习知 「塑料杯盖」 因采塑料射 出技术成型, 受限脱模所需移动空间, 致使 「塑料杯盖」 成品在使用上无法满 足对纸杯杯口紧密盖合的需求性, 导致与纸杯杯口结合后, 仍有易于松脱造成 饮料漏渗的缺失, 常令使用者有使用上不安全的顾虑。
目前已有发展以纸浆及 /或植物纤维材质混合为材料 由模具吸浆塑形及热 压定型技术制造而成的杯盖, 简称为 「模塑杯盖」 或 「纸塑杯盖」 的名称, 以 与 「塑料杯盖」 在名词及定义上做出明显区分, 也因此在本发明中提及 「模塑 杯盖」 或 「纸塑杯盖」 的名称时是指相同特性的物品。 为满足 「模塑杯盖」 成 品在使用上可以对纸杯杯口紧密盖合, 使饮料不漏渗的需求性, 模塑杯盖 10 与纸杯杯体 20间最理想的相对盖合关系如图 1-2所示, 其中, 该模塑杯盖 10 有一顶环部位 11, 其较内围处可选择成型为高度下降, 以增进强度的顶盖部位 111, 该顶环部位 11外侧由一圆弧外缘 112处渐降并稍外扩为一周环部位 12, 至一圆弧内缘 121后向外延伸, 旋即向下并向内成型而包覆为一外覆缘 13, 其 最低点则向内形成为一倒钩槽 14, 然后即向外偏出为一掀壁 15; 该纸杯杯体 20则主要是于杯口处成型一扩大外径的受覆环 21, 并使该受覆环 21底端与该 杯体 20的接合处形成一凹环槽 22; 使用时, 以该模塑杯盖 10盖合于该纸杯杯 体 20的杯口上, 起先当然无法完全盖合, 故必须先施力使该模塑杯盖 10—侧 的外覆缘 13尽量包覆到该纸杯杯体 20上对应部位的受覆环 21, 然后进一步更 施力使其余的外覆缘 13采稍外扩旋即还原的强制性越过其余的受覆环 21, 以 由该外覆缘 13整体将该受覆环 21整环都紧密包覆住此使该模塑杯盖 10的倒 钩槽 14并恰抵入该受覆环 21底端的凹环槽 22内, 以加强该外覆缘 13与该受 覆环 21间的包覆稳固性。
由图 1-2所示可知该模塑杯盖 10具有该外覆缘 13及该倒钩槽 14双重结 构, 致使该模塑杯盖 10可以紧密盖合该纸杯杯体 20的重要因素。 但实际制造 时, 该模塑杯盖 10的倒钩槽 14是无法被直接成型出, 其必须先成型出一个如 同图 3所示的模塑杯盖的中间成品 100, 亦即该中间成品 100同样是经由一般 模塑产品必须经过的 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道过程后产生, 此时看得 出, 该中间成品 100己具有完整的顶环部位 11、 顶盖部位 111、 圆弧外缘 112、 周环部位 12、 圆弧内缘 121及掀壁 15, 以及具有部分成型的外覆缘 13, 但并 无该倒钩槽 14存在。 其原因在于, 受限于该中间成品 100经过「热压整形」后 模具脱模所需移动空间, 致使该外覆缘 13的下段部位无法往内负角度成型, 而 必须先做上下垂直状态定型, 因此即产生出图 3所示的中间成品 100。 然后该 中间成品 100进一步必须经过一次 「挤压变形」 的加工程序, 才能使该外覆缘 13的下段部位往内负角度定型, 并同时成型出该倒钩槽 14的结构。
习知对该中间成品 100进行 「挤压变形」 的加工程序, 如图 4- 5所示, 由 一外模 30盖合该中间成品 100, 该外模 30必须与该中间成品 100的侧面轮廓 相搭配, 该外模 30上于对应该中间成品 100预备成型出倒钩槽 14的处开设有 一道横向成环状的滑槽 311, 供容置入一组成型滑块 32, 该等成型滑块 32的内 缘具有外凸的成型缘 321, 当该等成型缘 321共同向内前进时可合并成为一环 状体; 一内模 33容设入该中间成品 100内部, 其中间更容设一顶料块 34, 该 内模 33及顶料块 34与该中间成品 100的轮廓相搭配但该内模 33上对应于该 中间成品 100预备成型出倒钩槽 14的处具有一环内凹的承接槽 331, 其位置及 轮廓与该成型缘 321对应配合。 当该外模 30、 内模 33与顶料块 34三者闭模时 即图 4所示, 然后由外在动力推动该等成型滑块 32向内前进, 使其成型缘 321 共同抵住该中间成品 100的外表面, 并且继续前进使该中间成品 100的表面受 到该成型缘 321的挤压而变形, 并缩入该内模 33的承接槽 331内, 因此如图 5 所示, 在该中间成品 100上形成出一道环状的倒钩槽 14, 连带使该外覆缘 13 的下段部位往内产生负角度, 而即变成模塑杯盖 10成品; 然后该等成型滑块 32向外退开, 且外模 30及内模 33朝闭模的反方向开模, 并由该顶料块 34将 模塑杯盖 10顶出即完成。
如图 4-5所示的加工程序虽可完成模塑杯盖 10的制造但如此制造完成的 模塑杯盖 10在实际使用上有其缺失存在, 是因为该中间成品 100是经由「吸浆 塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造过程后所产生的成品, 所以其造型及轮廓皆已 受到稳定定型然后该倒钩槽 14是在己经稳定定型的中间成品 100上由挤压加 工而形成, 相较之下, 该倒钩槽 14是模塑杯盖 10上不稳定的形成部位, 因此 静置后, 该倒钩槽 14与外覆缘 13的下段部位会因材料塑性作用而产生些微的 自然向外退缩现象 (反挤压方向), 此即如图 5所示的状态, 因其退縮度颇为微 小, 故外观上是看不出来。 然后当模塑杯盖 10被使用来盖合于纸杯杯体 20的 杯口上时, 又面临如下的力量作用:
1. 动作上必须施力使该模塑杯盖 10采稍外扩旋即还原的强制性越过杯体 20 的受覆环 21, 因该施力与该倒钩槽 14的变形方向相反, 故会助使该倒钩槽 14 向反挤压方向退缩。
2. 纸杯杯体 20经常是用来装入热饮料, 其热量向上及向外推送, 同样会助使 该倒钩槽 14向反挤压方向退缩。
该模塑杯盖 10的倒钩槽 14与外覆缘 13的下段部位在自然退 受力退缩及热 量退缩共同作用下, 使用上与纸杯杯口盖合后, 仍有易于渗漏饮料, 甚或松脱 的缺失现像存在, 故无法满足与纸杯杯口紧密盖合, 以使内装热液不渗漏的需 求性, 显然有待改进。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是: 1、 提供一种由植物纤维材料采「吸浆塑形」及「热压整 形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖中间成品, 在其周缘上更加工成型出一圈 自内向外突出的外覆缘的制造方法。 2.提供一种由植物纤维材料采「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖中间成品, 在其周缘上更加工 成型出一圈自内向外突出的外覆缘的模塑杯盖成品。
为达成上述目的, 1. 一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法, 其特征在于: 是针对 由植物纤维为材料, 采 「吸桨塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模 塑杯盖的中间成品, 对该中间成品进行如下步骤:
( I X 由一外模盖合该中间成品, 该外模与该中间成品的侧面轮廓相搭配, 该外模上于对应该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘的处容设有一组可前进成环状体 的滑块, 该滑块的内缘具有一对应于预备成型的外覆缘轮廓的承接槽, 令该滑 块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的外侧表面;
(2)、 由一内模容设入该中间成品内部, 该内模与该中间成品的轮廓相搭 配, 该内模中间容设一可横向移动的成型模, 该成型模的前端设为与预备成型 的外覆缘轮廓对应的成型缘, 后端设有可带动该成型模进退移动的外接动力, 令该外接动力推动该成型模前进去抵到该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的内侧 表面;
(3)、 该外接动力推动该成型模继续前进, 使该中间成品的表面受到该成 型缘的挤压而变形出一外覆缘的轮廓, 并进入该承接槽内停留;
(4)、 该内模及成型模共同与该外模、 滑块及中间成品间产生相对转动运 动, 以由该成型模的成型缘在该中间成品的内表面上挤压成形出一外覆缘, 并 进入该承接槽内停留;
(5)、 该外接动力带动该成型模后退回位, 同时该滑块向外退开, 以及该 外模及内模开模, 产生出一模塑杯盖。
其中, 该模塑杯盖的中间成品具有一顶环部位, 外侧由一圆弧外缘处渐降并外 扩为一周环部位, 至一圆弧内缘后向外延伸, 到达一属于尚未成型的外覆缘的 起始点位置处向下直切成型出一倒钩槽, 再向外偏出为一掀壁。
其中, 当该滑块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的外侧 表面时, 该承接槽的顶部抵到尚未成型的外覆缘的起始点位置处, 该承接槽的 底部抵住该倒钩槽。
一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法产生的模塑杯盖成品, 其特征在于: 是针对 由植物纤维为材料, 采 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模 塑杯盖的中间成品, 对该中间成品进行如下步骤:
( I X 由一外模盖合该中间成品, 该外模与该中间成品的侧面轮廓相搭配, 该外模上于对应该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘的处容设有一组可前进成环状体 的滑块, 该滑块的内缘具有一对应于预备成型的外覆缘轮廓的承接槽, 令该滑 块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的外侧表面;
(2)、 由一内模容设入该中间成品内部, 该内模与该中间成品的轮廓相搭 配, 该内模中间容设一可横向移动的成型模, 该成型模的前端设为与预备成型 的外覆缘轮廓对应的成型缘, 后端设有可带动该成型模进退移动的外接动力, 令该外接动力推动该成型模前进去抵到该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的内侧 表面;
(3)、 该外接动力推动该成型模继续前进, 使该中间成品的表面受到该成 型缘的挤压而变形出一外覆缘的轮廓, 并进入该承接槽内停留;
(4)、 该内模及成型模共同与该外模、 滑块及中间成品间产生相对转动运 动, 以由该成型模的成型缘在该中间成品的内表面上挤压成形出一外覆缘, 并 进入该承接槽内停留;
( 5)、 该外接动力带动该成型模后退回位, 同时该滑块向外退开, 以及该 外模及内模开模, 产生出一模塑杯盖成品。
其中, 该模塑杯盖的中间成品具有一顶环部位, 外侧由一圆弧外缘处渐降 并外扩为一周环部位, 至一圆弧内缘后向外延伸, 到达一属于尚未成型的外覆 缘的起始点位置处向下直切成型出一倒钩槽, 再向外偏出为一掀壁。
其中, 当该滑块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的 外侧表面时, 该承接槽的顶部抵到尚未成型的外覆缘的起始点位置处, 该承接 槽的底部抵住该倒钩槽。
本发明优点及功效在于: 提供一种由植物纤维材料采 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热 压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖中间成品, 在其周缘上更加工成型出 一圈自内向外突出的外覆缘的制造方法。 提供一种由植物纤维材料釆 「吸浆塑 形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖中间成品, 在其周缘上更 加工成型出一圈自内向外突出的外覆缘的模塑杯盖成品。

【具体实施方式】
本发明申请一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法及成品, 主要是针对由植物纤维 为材料, 采 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖中间 成品, 进一步在该 「中间成品」 周缘上更加工成型出一圈自内向外突出的外覆 缘的制造方法, 以及经该制造方法制成的模塑杯盖成品。 因植物纤维材料的「吸 浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术本即存在, 且非关本发明的特征, 故不 予赘述。
本发明最主要即针对由中间成品制造成为模塑杯盖的过程进行研发创新, 故本发明实施例首先会有一中间成品 400存在, 然后再产生出完整的模塑杯盖 40。 请参阅图 7所示, 该中间成品 400即是以植物纤维为材料, 经过 「吸浆塑 形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生。 该中间成品 400的结构与图 3所示 的中间成品 100相比较, 有相同的部位及不相同的部位, 相同的部位在于该中 间成品 400同样具有完整的顶环部位 41、 顶盖部位 411、 圆弧外缘 412、 周环 部位 42、 圆弧内缘 421及掀壁 45, 不相同的部位则在于该中间成品 400经该圆 弧内缘 421到达一属于尚未成型的外覆缘 43的起始点位置处时,即向下直切成 型出倒钩槽 44。 亦即该中间成品 400是已具备倒钩槽 44, 但尚未产生外覆缘 43。
接着, 即将该中间成品 400经过一次 「挤压变形」 的加工程序, 使产生出 完整的模塑杯盖 40, 请参阅图 8- 9所示, 由一外模 50盖合该中间成品 400, 该 外模 50必须与该中间成品 400的侧面轮廓相搭配, 该外模 30上于对应该中间 成品 400预备成型出外覆缘 43的处开设有一道横向成环状的滑槽 511, 供一组 滑块 52容置入, 该等滑块 52的内缘皆具内凹状的承接槽 521 (对应于预备成型 的外覆缘 43轮廓), 当该等滑块 52共同向内前进时, 各承接槽 521即合并为一 环状体; 一内模 53容设入该中间成品 400内部, 其中间更容设一可横向移动的 成型模 54, 该内模 53与该中间成品 400的轮廓相搭配, 该成型模 54的前端设 为与预备成型的外覆缘 43轮廓对应的成型缘 541, 后端则设有外接动力 542, 例如可为动力缸体, 以带动该成型模 54进退移动。 当该外模 50与内模 53二者 闭模时即如图 8所示。
接着, 由一外在动力推动该等滑块 52向内前进, 使其承接槽 521共同到达 该中间成品 100的外侧等待, 并由承接槽 521的顶部尖端抵到尚未成型的外覆 缘 43的起始点位置处, 及由承接槽 521的底部尖端抵住该倒钩槽 44; 然后即 启动该外接动力 542, 推动该成型模 54前进去抵到该中间成品 400预备成型出 外覆缘 43处的表面, 并继续前进使该中间成品 400的表面受到该成型缘 541 的挤压而变形出一外覆缘 43的轮廓, 并即进入该承接槽 521内停留, 此时更进 一步可由一外在动力使该内模 53及成型模 54共同与该外模 50、 滑块 52及中 间成品 400间产生相对转动运动, 亦即可令该内模 53及成型模 54共同转动, 而该外模 50、 滑块 52及中间成品 400则停止不动; 或令该外模 50、 滑块 52 及中间成品 400共同转动, 而该内模 53及成型模 54则停止不动, 由该成型模 54的成型缘 541在该中间成品 400的内表面上挤压成形出一外覆缘 并即进 入该承接槽 521内停留, 此即如图 9所示。 最后, 启动该外接动力 542带动该 成型模 54后退回位, 同时令该等滑块 52向外退开, 则外模 50及内模 53即可 朝闭模的反方向开模, 使如图 10所示, 产生出一完整的模塑杯盖 50。
本发明的模塑杯盖 50在使用上, 具有可与纸杯杯口紧密盖合的优异功效, 完全可以满足内装热液不渗漏的需求性。 而本发明的所以能够具有此等优异功 效, 是因该外覆缘 43乃由挤压加工而自内向外形成, 因此静置后, 该外覆缘 43会因材料塑性作用而产生些微的自然向内退缩现象 (反挤压方向), 使得外覆 缘 43相形缩小, 此即如图 11所示的状态, 因其退缩度颇为微小, 故外观上是 看不出来。 除该外覆缘 43会有自然向内退縮现象外, 本发明模塑杯盖 50中的 倒钩槽 44, 是在经过 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造过程, 制造出中间 成品 400时即已存在的结构部位, 所以其结构及位置已稳定定型。
因此当模塑杯盖 40被使用来盖合于纸杯杯体 20的杯口上时, 纵使面临施 力使该外覆缘 43稍外扩旋即还原的强制性越过杯体 20的受覆环 21, 及面临杯 体 20内装热液会推动该外覆缘 43外扩双重作甩但由于该外覆缘 43自然内缩 的量恰即抵销受力及受热推动的量, 加上该倒钩槽 44结构及位置稳定, 使得该 模塑杯盖 40盖合于纸杯杯体 20的杯口上后, 该模塑杯盖 40的外覆缘 43可以 对纸杯杯体 20的受覆环 21达致确实紧密包覆住的程度, 完全免除饮料渗漏, 甚或突然松脱的可能性, 得以满足模塑杯盖 40对纸杯杯体 20的杯口紧密盖合 的需求性。
由以上说明可知, 本发明的主要诉求在于申请一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方 法及成品, 主要是针对由植物纤维为材料, 采 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二 道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖中间成品, 进一步在该 「中间成品」 周缘上更加 工成型出一圈自内向外突出的外覆缘的制造方法, 以及经该制造方法制成的模 塑杯盖成品。 经査本发明所揭示制造出模塑杯盖上外覆缘的制造方法, 不曾公 开, 更不曾有人实行过; 而所制造出的模塑杯盖成品, 因外覆缘部位可以对纸 杯杯体的受覆环达致确实紧密包覆住的程度, 所以防止渗漏及防止松脱的功 效, 比起同类产品, 效果较佳。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法, 其特征在于: 是针对由植物纤维为材 料, 采 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的模塑杯盖的中间成 品, 对该中间成品进行如下步骤:
( I 由一外模盖合该中间成品, 该外模与该中间成品的侧面轮廓相搭配, 该外模上于对应该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘的处容设有一组可前进成环状体 的滑块, 该滑块的内缘具有一对应于预备成型的外覆缘轮廓的承接槽, 令该滑 块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的外侧表面;
(2)、 由一内模容设入该中间成品内部, 该内模与该中间成品的轮廓相搭 配, 该内模中间容设一可横向移动的成型模, 该成型模的前端设为与预备成型 的外覆缘轮廓对应的成型缘, 后端设有可带动该成型模进退移动的外接动力, 令该外接动力推动该成型模前进去抵到该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的内侧 表面;
(3)、 该外接动力推动该成型模继续前进, 使该中间成品的表面受到该成 型缘的挤压而变形出一外覆缘的轮廓, 并进入该承接槽内停留;
(4)、 该内模及成型模共同与该外模、 滑块及中间成品间产生相对转动运 动, 以由该成型模的成型缘在该中间成品的内表面上挤压成形出一外覆缘, 并 进入该承接槽内停留;
(5)、 该外接动力带动该成型模后退回位, 同时该滑块向外退开, 以及该 外模及内模开模, 产生出一模塑杯盖。 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法, 其特征在于: 该模塑 杯盖的中间成品具有一顶环部位, 外侧由一圆弧外缘处渐降并外扩为一周环部 位, 至一圆弧内缘后向外延伸, 到达一属于尚未成型的外覆缘的起始点位置处 向下直切成型出一倒钩槽, 再向外偏出为一掀壁。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法, 其特征在于: 当该滑 块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的外侧表面时, 该承 接槽的顶部抵到尚未成型的外覆缘的起始点位置处, 该承接槽的底部抵住该倒 钩槽。
4、 一种模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法产生的模塑杯盖成品, 其特征在于: 是针 对由植物纤维为材料, 采 「吸浆塑形」 及 「热压整形」 二道制造技术后产生的 模塑杯盖的中间成品, 对该中间成品进行如下步骤:
( I X 由一外模盖合该中间成品, 该外模与该中间成品的侧面轮廓相搭配, 该外模上于对应该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘的处容设有一组可前进成环状体 的滑块, 该滑块的内缘具有一对应于预备成型的外覆缘轮廓的承接槽, 令该滑 块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的外侧表面;
(2)、 由一内模容设入该中间成品内部, 该内模与该中间成品的轮廓相搭 配, 该内模中间容设一可横向移动的成型模, 该成型模的前端设为与预备成型 的外覆缘轮廓对应的成型缘, 后端设有可带动该成型模进退移动的外接动力, 令该外接动力推动该成型模前进去抵到该中间成品预备成型出外覆缘处的内侧 表面;
(3)、 该外接动力推动该成型模继续前进, 使该中间成品的表面受到该成 型缘的挤压而变形出一外覆缘的轮廓, 并进入该承接槽内停留;
(4)、 该内模及成型模共同与该外模、 滑块及中间成品间产生相对转动运 动, 以由该成型模的成型缘在该中间成品的内表面上挤压成形出一外覆缘, 并 进入该承接槽内停留;
(5)、 该外接动力带动该成型模后退回位, 同时该滑块向外退开, 以及该 外模及内模开模, 产生出一模塑杯盖成品。
5、 根据权利要求 4项所述的模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法产生的模塑杯盖成 品, 其特征在于: 该模塑杯盖的中间成品具有一顶环部位, 外侧由一圆弧外缘 处渐降并外扩为一周环部位, 至一圆弧内缘后向外延伸, 到达一属于尚未成型 的外覆缘的起始点位置处向下直切成型出一倒钩槽, 再向外偏出为一掀壁。
6、 根据权利要求 5项所述的模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法产生的模塑杯盖成 品, 其特征在于: 当该滑块前进, 使该承接槽到达该中间成品预备成型出外覆 缘处的外侧表面时, 该承接槽的顶部抵到尚未成型的外覆缘的起始点位置处, 该承接槽的底部抵住该倒钩槽。
