Abstract

本实用新型属于杯盖技术领域，尤其涉及一种负角度纸浆模塑杯盖。它解决了现有技术设计不合理等问题。本负角度纸浆模塑杯盖，杯盖由纸浆制成，其包括顶部和与顶部边缘连接的侧部，所述的侧部内壁具有内圆锥面，内圆锥面与顶部下表面形成小于90°夹角且内圆锥面的内径从上到下逐渐缩小。本实用新型的优点在于：能够提高密封性和结构强度。

技术领域
本实用新型属于杯盖技术领域，尤其涉及一种负角度纸浆模塑杯盖。
背景技术
纸浆杯盖，其一般具有一个敞口，然后盖合在纸浆杯子顶部。
目前，现有的杯盖和杯子之间的密封一般在杯子的顶部设置密封结构，其避免了两者之间的泄露。
然而，上述的结构其还是存在泄露的情况，因此，有发明人设计了一款在杯盖的内壁设置内凸的密封结构，该结构不仅提高了密封性，而且还提高了杯盖与杯子之间的防脱性能。
虽然有所改进，但是，上述的改进方案其至少存在如下缺陷：杯子与杯盖的重复拆装，此时的杯盖口径则无形中被扩大，扩大则导致两者之间的密封性变差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种能够提高密封性和结构强度的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用了下列技术方案：本负角度纸浆模塑杯盖，杯盖由纸浆制成，其包括顶部和与顶部边缘连接的侧部，所述的侧部内壁具有内圆锥面，内圆锥面与顶部下表面形成小于90°夹角且内圆锥面的内径从上到下逐渐缩小。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的侧部壁厚相等。
作为另外一种方案，在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的侧部壁厚从上往下逐渐增大。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的侧部外壁具有与所述的内圆锥面对称的外圆锥面。
所述的内圆锥面轴心线与外圆锥面的轴心线重合。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的顶部下表面外缘设有圆环密封槽，用于杯子的杯口卡入。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的挡边与顶部平行。
作为另外一种方案，在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的挡边倾斜向下朝外设置。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的内圆锥面下端内壁设有内凸圆环部。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的内凸圆环部具有圆弧凸面。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的内凸圆环部凸起的厚度小于锥形筒的壁厚。
在上述的负角度纸浆模塑杯盖中，所述的侧部和内凸圆环部一体成型。
与现有的技术相比，本负角度纸浆模塑杯盖的优点在于：
1、结构简单且易于制造。
2、设计的内圆锥面，其协同杯子上端的外凸圆环结构，其可以实现两者之间的密封和连接结构的增强，避免了脱落以及泄露，设计更加合理且结构更加可靠稳定。
3、通过圆环密封槽面结合内凸圆环部的结构，其可以进一步提高结构强度和连接配合的牢靠性，以及密封性。

以下是实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一
如图1-5所示，本负角度纸浆模塑杯盖，杯盖由纸浆制成，其包括顶部1和与顶部1边缘连接的侧部2，顶部1和侧部2通过纸浆注塑制成。
具体地，该侧部2内壁具有内圆锥面31，内圆锥面31与顶部1下表面形成小于90°夹角且内圆锥面31的内径从上到下逐渐缩小，其协同杯子上端的外凸圆环结构，其可以实现两者之间的密封和连接结构的增强，避免了脱落以及泄露，设计更加合理且结构更加可靠稳定。
优化方案，如图4-6所示，侧部2壁厚从上往下逐渐增厚。
在顶部1下表面外缘设有圆环密封槽11，用于杯子的杯口卡入。圆环密封槽11其可以进一步提高密封性。
在侧部2远离顶部1的一端设有向外翻折的挡边。
所述的挡边4与顶部1平行。
还有，在内圆锥面31下端内壁设有内凸圆环部33。
内凸圆环部33其可以进一步提高密封性。
在内凸圆环部33具有圆弧凸面331。
所述的侧部2和内凸圆环部33一体成型。
在本实施例中，通过设计内圆锥面31，其可以实现与杯子的密封，同时还避免了杯盖向上脱离的现象。
其次，设计的圆环密封槽11，其与杯子顶部的杯口形成密封，可以进一步增强连接处的密封性。

本实施例同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同，固在此不作赘述，而不一样的地方在于：侧部2壁厚相等。
