Abstract
Description
- The utility model belongs to the technical field of molded paper pulp cup covers, in particular to a molded paper pulp cup cover and connecting structure for a cup cover plate and a flip cover.
- The molded paper pulp cup cover is very environmentally friendly and in line with the current development trend of technologies.
- After the molded paper pulp cup cover is covered on the paper pulp cup, in order to facilitate sucking out the liquid inside the paper pulp cup, the method in the prior art is generally to design a drinking port on the molded paper pulp cup cover, and the drinking port is closed by a tearable flip cover, which is more hygenic and safe.
- Although the molded paper pulp cup covers in the prior art have many advantages, they still have the following shortcomings:
- Firstly, the tearable flip cover is connected with the drinking port through tearable connection points evenly distributed around the circumference. It is hard to tear off the tearable connection points, and excessive force may lead to shaking and leakage of liquid in the cup.
- Secondly, the side wall of tearable crack is a vertical surface. When it is necessary to tear off and turn over the flip cover, there should be a crack that wide enough for the flip cover to turn up. The width of the crack is wide, which leads to the decline of thermal insulation performance.

Fig. 7 is a state diagram of the torn and overturned tearable flip cover provided by the utility model. - In these figures,
cup cover plate 10, U-shapedsection 10a, arc-shaped sections 10b,annular part 100, innerconvex locking part 100a,flip cover slot 101,air outlet hole 102, tearableturnover flip cover 20,circumferential side edge 200,contact protrusion 2011,contact surface 201a,slope surface 201b,closing plate body 2001, formedgroove 2021,drinking hole 30, turnoverstress connection point 40,tearable connecting point 50, vertical distance 1 L1, and vertical distance 2 L2 are included. - The following are specific embodiments of the utility model and further describe the technical scheme of the utility model with reference to the drawings, but the utility model is not limited to these embodiments.
- As shown in
Fig. 1 andFig. 2 , the connecting structure for a molded paper pulp cover plate and flip cover comprises acup cover plate 10, and the outer edge of the upper surface of thecup cover plate 10 is formed with an upward convex annular protrusion, and a concave recessed area is formed between the annular protrusion and the upper surface of thecup cover plate 10. Thecup cover plate 10 is provided with a tearableturnover flip cover 20 which is formed integrally with thecup cover plate 10. When the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is overturned relative to thecup cover plate 10, adrinking hole 30 is formed on thecup cover plate 10. In a preferred embodiment, thedrinking hole 30 is in any shape of round, oval and square. - Of course, it can also be various drinking holes with irregular shapes, as long as it can meet the use requirements.
- As shown in
Fig. 5 andFig. 6 , - The rear side of the tearable
turnover flip cover 20 is connected to the hole wall of thedrinking hole 30 through at least one turnoverstress connection point 40. In a preferred embodiment, the rear side of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is connected to the hole wall of thedrinking hole 30 through two turnoverstress connection points 40 which are arranged at intervals.
the circumferential side edge of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is connected to thedrinking hole 30 by means of a tear line; thedrinking hole 30 is a tapered drinking hole of which the inner diameter gradually reduces from top to bottom;circumferential side edge 200 of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is an inclined side edge arranged outward from top to bottom. When the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is torn and overturned, it is difficult for the circumferential side of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 to contact with the hole wall of the tapered drinking hole because the drinking hole is tapered, so as to improve the smoothness of tearing and overturning, and to avoid blocking or even jamming caused by mutual contact. - At the same time, the design of the tapered drinking hole can reduce the crack width of the tear line, which can further improve the thermal insulation performance.
- The
circumferential side edge 200 and the hole wall of thedrinking hole 30 form an acute angle. - As shown in
Fig. 2 andFig. 6 , - To facilitate tearing, the tear line in the embodiment comprises an U-shaped
section 10a away from the side of the turnoverstress connecting point 40 and arc-shaped sections 10b located at the two ends of the U-shapedsection 10a;tearable connecting points 50 are formed between the U-shapedsection 10a and the arc-shaped sections 10b, and the twotearable connecting points 50 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the axis line of thedrinking hole 30; a vertical distance 1 L1 from thetearable connecting points 50 to the bottom of the U-shapedsection 10a is greater than a vertical distance 2 L2 from thetearable connecting points 50 to the turnoverstress connecting points 40. With this design, the force bearing point of the trigger force is located in front of thetearable connecting points 50 when tearing. Because there is a certain distance between the force bearing point of the trigger force and thetearable connecting points 50, this distance can improve the tear off efficiency, reduce the force required for tear off, and further avoid shaking and leakage of liquid inside caused by a large tear off force. - The width of the turnover
stress connection point 40 is greater than that of thetearable connecting points 50. This design is mainly to provide support strength during tearing and to facilitate tearing. - As shown in
Fig. 1 ,Fig. 2 ,Fig. 4 andFig. 5 , - The molded paper pulp cup cover comprises a
cup cover plate 10, and anannular part 100 which is connected to outer fringe of thecup cover plate 10 and is integrally formed with thecup cover plate 10. A tearableturnover flip cover 20 which is integrally formed with thecup cover plate 10 is arranged on thecup cover plate 10, and adrinking hole 30 is formed in thecup cover plate 10 after the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is overturned relative to thecup cover plate 10; the rear side of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is connected to the hole wall of thedrinking hole 30 by means of two turnoverstress connection points 40 which are arranged at intervals; the circumferential side edge of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is connected to thedrinking hole 30 by means of a tear line; the drinking hole is atapered drinking hole 30 of which the inner diameter gradually reduces from top to bottom; circumferential side edge of the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is an inclined side edge arranged outward from top to bottom. - Similarly, such design is also to improve the thermal insulation performance and to facilitate the turnover after tearing, and to avoid collision.
- As shown in
Fig. 1 andFig. 2 ,
thecup cover plate 10 is provided with a downward concave formed flipcover clamping groove 101, and the tearableturnover flip cover 20 is clamped in the flipcover clamping groove 101 after being overturned relative to thecup cover plate 10. A downward concave formed flipcover clamping groove 101 is directly formed on thecup cover plate 10, which simplifies the overall structure. At the same time, the designed flipcover clamping groove 101 can be used to fix the tearableturnover flip cover 20 after it is overturned, so as to avoid the interference of the tearableturnover flip cover 20. - Furthermore, as shown in
Fig. 2 , the tearableturnover flip cover 20 in this embodiment includes aclosing plate body 2001, an upwardconvex contact protrusion 2011 is arranged on the upper surface of theclosing plate body 2001, and a formedgroove 2021 corresponding to thecontact protrusion 2011 is arranged on the lower surface of theclosing plate body 2001. - As shown in
Fig. 1 ,Fig. 2 andFig. 4 , the flipcover clamping groove 101 has a fitting surface 1 that matches with thecontact surface 201a and a fitting surface 2 that matches with theslope surface 201b. This design facilitates the pulling out of the tearable turnover flip cover 20 from the flipcover clamping groove 101, avoiding the formation of a vacuum between the tearableturnover flip cover 20 and the groove bottom of the flipcover clamping groove 101 which would result in difficulty in pulling out the tearableturnover flip cover 20. - The upward protrusion and the formed
groove 2021 corresponding to the upward protrusion can save materials and reduce the weight of the cup cover. - Then, as shown in
Fig. 2 , thecontact protrusion 2011 is provided with acontact surface 201a inclined forward from top to bottom, and aslope surface 201b connected between the top side of thecontact surface 201a and the upper surface of theclosing plate body 200. - The
contact surface 201a forms an angle of 91-100 ° with the upper surface of the cup cover plate, which also facilitates demolding. - Specifically, as shown in
Fig. 2 andFig. 6 , the tear line comprises anU-shaped section 10a away from the side of the turnoverstress connecting point 40 and arc-shapedsections 10b located at the two ends of theU-shaped section 10a; tearable connectingpoints 50 are formed between theU-shaped section 10a and the arc-shapedsections 10b, and the twotearable connecting points 50 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the axis line of thedrinking hole 30; a vertical distance 1 L1 from thetearable connecting points 50 to the bottom of theU-shaped section 10a is greater than a vertical distance 2 L2 from thetearable connecting points 50 to the turnover stress connecting points 40. - In addition, as shown in
Fig. 3 andFig. 4 , an innerconvex locking part 100a is arranged on the lower side of the inner wall of theannular part 100. When the cup cover covers the cup mouth of the paper pulp cup, the innerconvex locking part 100a is located on the lower side of the outer convex part of the outer wall of the cup mouth of the paper pulp cup, that is, the innerconvex locking part 100a and the outer convex part form a sealing lock to avoid leakage of liquid. - The cup cover plate is also provided with an
air outlet hole 102 away from the tearableturnover flip cover 20. -
Fig. 7 shows the state of the torn and overturned tearable flip cover 20 along the tear line when overturned. - The
circumferential side edge 200 and the hole wall of thedrinking hole 30 form a right angle or an obtuse angle. - The specific embodiments described herein are only examples of the spirit of the utility model. Those skilled in the technical field of the utility model can make various modifications or supplements to the described specific embodiments or adopt similar methods to replace them, without deviating from the spirit of the utility model or beyond the scope defined in the claims.
