in order to facilitate tearing, the tearing line of the embodiment comprises a U-shaped section 10a far away from the side of the turnover stressed connecting point 40 and arc-shaped sections 10b at two ends of the U-shaped section 10a, a tearable connecting point 50 is formed between the U-shaped section 10a and the arc-shaped sections 10b, and the two tearable connecting points 50 are symmetrically distributed on the axis of the drink hole 30, wherein a vertical distance L1 from the tearable connecting point 50 to the bottom of the U-shaped section 10a is greater than a vertical distance two L2 from the tearable connecting point 50 to the turnover stressed connecting point 40.
The width of the roll-over force attachment point 40 is greater than the width of the breakable attachment point 50, which is designed primarily to ensure a supportive strength when torn and to facilitate tearing.

the paper pulp molding cup cover comprises a cup cover plate 10 and an annular part 100 which is connected to the outer edge of the cup cover plate 10 and is integrally formed with the cup cover plate 10, a tearing turnover lifting cover 20 which is integrally formed with the cup cover plate 10 is arranged on the cup cover plate 10, a drinking hole 30 is formed on the cup cover plate 10 after the turnover lifting cover 20 is turned over relative to the cup cover plate 10, a turnover stress connecting point 40 which is arranged at two intervals on the rear side of the turnover lifting cover 20 can be torn and connected with the wall of the drinking hole 30, a circumferential side edge of the turnover lifting cover 20 and the drinking hole 30 are connected through a tear line, the drinking hole 30 is a conical drinking hole which is gradually reduced from top to bottom in inner diameter, and the circumferential side edge of the turnover lifting cover 20 can be torn and is an inclined side edge which is arranged from top.
In a similar way, the design is also used for improving the heat preservation performance and facilitating the turnover after tearing, so that good avoidance is achieved.
As shown in the figures 1-2 of the drawings,
the lid cover plate 10 is provided with a cover-lifting slot 101 formed by downward sinking, and the cover-lifting lid 20 capable of being torn and turned over relative to the cup cover plate 10 is clamped in the cover-lifting slot 101. A cover-lifting clamping groove 101 is directly formed downwards on the cup cover plate 10, which simplifies the whole structure, and meanwhile, the designed cover-lifting clamping groove 101 can be used for fixing the torn turnover cover 20 after being turned over, so as to avoid the interference of the torn turnover cover 20
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the peelable flip-top lid 20 of the present embodiment includes a closing plate 2001, wherein a contact protrusion 2011 protruding upward is disposed on an upper surface of the closing plate 2001, and a molding groove 2021 corresponding to the contact protrusion 2011 is disposed on a lower surface of the closing plate 2001.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the cover-lifting slot 101 has a first mating surface mating with the contact surface 201a and a second mating surface mating with the slope 201b, which is convenient for pulling the tearable flip cover 20 out of the cover-lifting slot 101, so as to avoid the situation that the tearable flip cover 20 is difficult to be pulled out due to vacuum formed between the tearable flip cover 20 and the slot bottom of the cover-lifting slot 101.
The convex part and the forming groove 2021 corresponding to the convex part are adopted, so that materials can be saved, and the weight of the cup cover can be lightened.
Next, as shown in fig. 2, a contact surface 201a inclined forward from top to bottom and a slope surface 201b connected between a top side of the contact surface 201a and an upper surface of the closure plate 200 are provided on the contact protrusion 2011.
The contact surface 201a forms an angle of 91-100 deg. with the upper surface of the cup cover plate, which is also designed to facilitate demolding.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the tear line includes a U-shaped section 10a far away from the turning force-receiving connection point 40 side and arc-shaped sections 10b at both ends of the U-shaped section 10a, a tearable connection point 50 is formed between the U-shaped section 10a and the arc-shaped sections 10b, and the two tearable connection points 50 are symmetrically distributed about the axis of the drink hole 30, and a vertical distance one L1 from the tearable connection point 50 to the bottom of the U-shaped section 10a is greater than a vertical distance two L2 from the tearable connection point 50 to the turning force-receiving connection point 40.
As shown in fig. 3-4, an inner convex locking part 100a is provided on the lower side of the inner wall of the annular part 100, and when the cup cover is covered on the cup mouth of the pulp cup, the inner convex locking part 100a is located on the lower side of the outer convex part of the outer wall of the cup mouth of the pulp cup, that is, the inner convex locking part 100a and the outer convex part form a sealing lock, so that liquid leakage is avoided.
The cup cover plate is also provided with an air outlet hole 102 far away from the tearable flip-top 20.
Fig. 7 shows the tearable flip-top 20 in a state where it is torn along the tear line and flipped.
Example two
The peripheral side 200 forms a right angle or an obtuse angle with the wall of the drinking hole 30.

Claims (10)

1. The connecting structure of the lifting cover comprises a cup cover plate, the cup cover plate is provided with a tearable turnover lifting cover which is integrally formed with the cup cover plate, and a drinking hole is formed on the cup cover plate after the tearable turnover lifting cover is turned over relative to the cup cover plate, the rear side of the tearable turnover cover is connected with the wall of the drinking hole through at least one turnover stressed connecting point, the circumferential side edge of the tearable turnover cover is connected with the drinking hole through a tear line, it is characterized in that the drinking hole is a conical drinking hole with the inner diameter gradually reduced from top to bottom, the tearing line comprises a U-shaped section far away from the side of the turnover stress connection point, and arc sections positioned at the two ends of the U-shaped section, wherein a tearable connection point is formed between the U-shaped section and the arc sections, and the two tearable connection points are symmetrically distributed along the axial lead of the drinking hole, the vertical distance I from the tearable connection point to the bottom of the U-shaped section is larger than the vertical distance II from the tearable connection point to the overturning stress connection point.
2. The lift-cover attachment structure of claim 1, wherein the peripheral side of the flip-open cover is an inclined side that is disposed from top to bottom.
3. A flip top attachment structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said peripheral side edge forms an acute angle with the wall of the drinking hole.
4. The structure of claim 2, wherein the peripheral side edge forms a right angle or an obtuse angle with the wall of the drinking hole.
5. The connecting structure of a flip cover as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drinking hole is any one of a circle, an ellipse and a square.
6. A cover-lifting connection structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear side of the cover is connected to the wall of the drinking hole by two spaced-apart turnover-stressed connection points.

8. The molded pulp cup cover as claimed in claim 7, wherein the flip-open cover includes a sealing plate with a contact protrusion protruding upward on an upper surface thereof and a forming groove corresponding to the contact protrusion on a lower surface thereof.

The pulp molding cup cover according to claim 8, wherein the contact bulge is provided with a contact surface which inclines forwards from top to bottom, and a slope surface connected between the top side of the contact surface and the upper surface of the closing plate body, and the cover lifting clamping groove is provided with a first matching surface matched with the contact surface and a second matching surface matched with the slope surface.
