- This manufacturing process greatly simplifies the manufacture of flexible containers with a dispensing valve, since the vertical conformation of the envelope body allows it to be flat or with side bellows, conforming in any case from a single sheet of film and with a single longitudinal weld, that is, vertically, for the closure of the envelope contour.
- Another of the advantages provided by this manufacturing process is that the formation of the envelopes is carried out vertically, that is to say in a direction parallel to that of filling the container, said envelopes being kept vertically from their obtaining from the continuous tubular body, until the end of the container.
- This allows the filling of the container with the product to be packaged can be done before or after placing the dispensing valve in the upper mouth of the envelope and welding the envelope mouth by establishing the fixing of the dispensing valve to the envelope.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de récipients souples à valve de distribution; qui comprend: le formage vertical d'un corps tubulaire (2) par déplacement vertical et pliage longitudinal d'un film thermosoudable (1); la soudure longitudinale de deux extrémités verticales (11, 12) du film thermosoudable (1); l'obtention à partir du corps tubulaire (2) de poches souples (3) indépendantes, pourvues d'un fond fermé et d'une ouverture supérieure (33) ouverte, par réalisation, dans ledit corps tubulaire, de soudures transversales (32) successives et de découpes transversales; et le déplacement horizontal des poches souples (3) respectives vers une série de postes de travail au niveau desquels est effectué le dosage du produit à emballer, le placement d'une valve de distribution (4) dans l'ouverture supérieure (33) des récipients souples (3), et la soudure (34) de l'ouverture supérieure (33), de manière à fixer la valve de distribution (4).
